Abstract

The invention relates to a vehicle capable of moving heavy loads both on a paved road by means of wheels and on low-bearing surfaces, where the wheels can be combined with a (driven) retractable crawler track between the left and right wheels and which runs around both the front and rear axle lines of the vehicle, in order to prevent the vehicle from sinking too quickly into the ground or compacting it too much. The invention results in a vehicle that is compact, maneuverable, and possesses maximum load-bearing capacity on low-bearing surfaces without compacting them too much.
