Convertible writing-board-bed

Abstract

The present invention relates to a multi-functional furniture in particular to a writingboard convertible to a bed. The invention comprises of a bed frame, a writing-board permanently attached said bed frame, a plurality of supporting legs rotatably attached to said bed frame, a plurality of claws rotatably attached to each of said supporting legs, and a locking ring above said claws and movably attached to each of said supporting legs. The said bed frame comprises a plurality of L-shaped insertion holes each configured to individually receive and secure each of the plurality of supporting legs secured by a latch. The said supporting legs are rotatable and storable in the L-shaped insertion holes. The plurality of claws attached to each of the said plurality of supporting legs are retractable and can be extended downwards to stabilize the writing-bed-board apparatus or retracted upward for storage. The locking ring is movable along the length of each of the said supporting legs and is configured to lock or release the said plurality of claws in their extended or retracted position. In bed form, the supporting legs are perpendicular to the short and long edges of the said bed frame to support the writing-bed-board apparatus. In the writing-board form, the supporting legs are perpendicular to the long edge and parallel to the short edge of the said bed frame to support the writing-bed-board apparatus.
