Abstract

The invention discloses a hand-held resistance apparatus comprising: a pair of hollow tubes with rubber foam cover; a plurality of holes located at a certain distance from both ends of said pair of hollow tubes; a pair of elastic materials preferably elongated bands inserted through said plurality of holes extending inside said pair of hollow tubes to a certain length for adjustability; a plurality of metal rods attached adjacent to said plurality of holes that secures the elastic materials preventing them from extending too far and allowing for length adjustment; and a hollow tube cover covering the middle portion of said hollow tubes for a comfortable grip and to prevent slipping during exercise.
