Abstract
The present utility model discloses a car air conditioning system trainer designed for instructional 5 use in automotive servicing. The car air conditioning system trainer comprises a frame having a top portion on which the main components of a car air conditioning system are mounted, including a compressor driven by a 220-volt motor, a condenser, a receiver drier, an expansion valve, and an evaporator interconnected by refrigerant lines. A blower motor circulates air through the evaporator, while a thermostat and control unit regulate compressor operation based on temperature feedback. The system further includes a relay circuit controlling current flow between the battery and compressor, a resistor block for blower speed control, and an auxiliary fan motor for condenser cooling. The trainer simulates the functional operation of a car air conditioning system to allow safe observation, analysis, and testing for educational and training purposes.
