Substituted tricyclic N-heteroarylcarboxamide compound

Abstract

The invention relates to a compound of general formula (I)in which A. together with the Z2-Z3 bond of the bicyclic system to which it is fused, represents a C4-C7-cycloalkyl group, a monocyclic heteroaryl or a monocyclic heterocycle of 4 to 7 members, comprising from one to three heteroatoms selected from 0, S and N, including the atoms Z2 and Z3, Z1, Z5, Z6, Z7 and Z8 represent, independently of one another, a nitrogen atom, a carbon atom or a group C-R2, Z2, Z3, Z,4 and Z9 represent, independently of one another, a nitrogen atom or a carbon atom, and Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7, Z8 and Z9 together form a bicyclic heteroaryl which is bonded to the nitrogen atom of the amide or thioamide of formula (I) via the positions Z5, Z8, Z7 or Z8 when these positions correspond to a carbon atom, with one at least of Z4, Z5, 4, Z7, Z8 and Z9 corresponding to a nitrogen atom; W represents an oxygen or sulphur atom; and P represents an indolyl, pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridinyl, pyrrolo[2,3-b] pyridinyl, pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridinyl or pyrrolo[3,2cjpyridinyl group, this group being substituted, preparation process and pharmaceutical compositon comprising thereof.
