Abstract
The invention relates to the Lacticaseibacillus (L.) casei LC130 strain, the Lacticaseibacillus (L.) paracasei LPC100 strain, the Streptococcus (S.) salivarius ssp. thermophilus ST250 strain, a composition reducing the immunoreactivity of gliadin peptides, and the use of the strains for preparing the composition. More specifically, the invention relates to highly active strains and a composition exhibiting a synergistic effect in the hydrolysis process of immunoreactive gliadin peptides.
