Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining a targeted set of biopreparations and a set of biopreparations intended to counteract the development of bitter apple rot (Bull's Eye Rot), caused by phytopathogens from the Neofabraea spp. group (syn. Pezicula, Phlyctema, Gloeosporium). The biopreparation is intended primarily for use in field crops. The application is characterized by the use of three bacterial isolates of Bacillus velezensis selected from the rhizosphere of apple trees: B134 / 22, B233 / 22, and B267 / 22. Additionally, the second biopreparation uses one fungal isolate, Trichoderma koningiopsis G779 / 22, also selected from the rhizosphere of apple trees. Biopreparations contain the addition of supplementation mixtures, which include substances such as: D-ribose, D-xylose, D-trehalose and, respectively, D-aspartate in the biopreparation with bacterial isolates and guanosine in the biopreparation with fungal isolate. The subject of the application is also a method of protection against the above-mentioned phytopathogen from the Neofabraea spp. group using a set of biopreparations.
