Positioning and drive mechanism for the electrostatic paint gun inside the hot water storage tanks of a solar water heater (SWH)

Abstract

This patented system automatically positions and operates the paint gun to paint the inside of the storage tank. The system's innovation lies in its positioning on the tank and the automatic activation of the paint gun. This results in a virtually uniform coat of paint while ensuring the user remains at a safe distance from the painting area. This system can be adapted to different balloon sizes (200 liters, 300 liters and others...).
