New dose regimen

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a compound having the structural formula (i): , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for use in the treatment of a disease or condition treatable by growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) 1a agonism in a subject. Said treatment comprises (a) administration of a first priming dose of the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to the subject, prior to (b) administration of a maintenance dose of the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to the subject; wherein the first priming dose is about 50% or less of the maintenance dose. Additionally or alternatively, said treatment comprises the administration of the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to the subject with food.
