Abstract
Provided are an RNAi agent targeting an apolipoprotein C-III (APOC3) gene, and use thereof. More specifically, provided are an RNAi agent including an antisense strand that has sequence complementarity to an APOC3 mRNA sequence and a sense strand that has sequence complementarity to the antisense strand, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a lipid metabolism-related disease, including the RNAi agent.
