Device and method for positioning pillar rebars

Abstract

The subject application discloses a device for positioning pillar rebars and a method of using the device for positioning pillar rebars. The pillar rebars extend along the Z-axis and comprise multiple outer main rebars and multiple inner main rebars. The device comprises: a first fixing mechanism configured to include a first part that surrounds and abuts the outer sides of the multiple outer main rebars, and a second part that abuts the inner sides of the multiple inner main rebars; and a second fixing mechanism including at least one middle piece, which is configured to be located between the multiple outer main rebars and the multiple inner main rebars, and abut against both the multiple outer main bars and the multiple inner main bars. The first fixing mechanism and the second fixing mechanism are of different heights in the Z-axis direction, and positioned adjacent to or in contact with each other along the Z-axis direction.
