The plurality of connecting terminals are disposed on the insulating structure at intervals along a first direction. Wherein the terminal module includes a tongue plate segment and an insulating segment sequentially disposed in a stepped shape. The tongue plate segment includes a functional area and a first non-functional area. The connecting terminal in the tongue plate segment includes a first terminal segment and a second terminal segment connected to each other. The first terminal segment is located at the functional area and is used for assembly connection, and the second terminal segment is located at the first non-functional area and is embedded in the insulating structure. The connecting terminal in the first non-functional area is embedded in the insulating structure, so the exposed area of ​​the connecting terminal in the tongue plate segment is reduced, thereby the electroplating area and the cost are reduced.
