[0003] A Roman umbrella, also known as a 360-degree rotating umbrella, is an outdoor sun-shading umbrella with the most powerful function, which can rotate by 360 degrees horizontally or 90 degrees vertically. Use of the Roman umbrella is the most creative and casual way to shade the sun in the Chinese market. Compared with other umbrellas, the Roman umbrella has a better sun-shading effect and is more convenient to operate.

At present, large sun-shading umbrellas in the market have large umbrella covers, umbrella ribs are close to the ground when the umbrella is folded, the umbrella ribs are likely to touch a table and articles on the table under the umbrella when the umbrella is unfolded and folded, but the sun-shading effect cannot be achieved if an umbrella edge is too high.

[0005] Therefore, for example, a Roman umbrella with an umbrella cover convenient to contract is disclosed in the patent with the publication No. CN109619782A. The Roman umbrella includes an umbrella cover assembly and a vertical rod assembly which are connected in a cooperative manner, where the umbrella cover assembly includes a middle rod, an upper umbrella disc, a lower umbrella disc, a group of first cross rods and a group of second cross rods which are connected in a cooperative manner. The upper umbrella disc is hinged to a first inclined pull rod, a middle of the first inclined pull rod is hinged to a second inclined pull rod, and a lower end of the first inclined pull rod is hinged to a sliding portion. The vertical rod assembly includes an outer vertical rod, an inner telescopic rod, a traction device and an elastic element. Such a Roman umbrella is reasonable in design and compact in structure. The structure of the Roman umbrella enables the position of the upper umbrella disc to move upwards in an umbrella folding process, thereby raising a height of the whole umbrella cover assembly, such that the umbrella cover assembly is less likely to touch a table under the umbrella and articles on the table. Moreover, through such a structure, a height of an umbrella edge does not need to be raised, thereby avoiding a poor sun-shading effect caused by the too high umbrella edge height.

[0007] Aiming at the above problems, the present disclosure aims at providing an outdoor sun-shading umbrella having a novel unfolding and folding lifting mechanism or an electric outdoor sun-shading umbrella, such that lifting supporting is achieved through changes of a pull rod during unfolding and folding of the umbrella in combination with a supporting rod, a lifting structure of an umbrella post lifting assembly is simplified, and good lifting stability is achieved.

The outdoor sun-shading umbrella includes an umbrella stand 200 and an umbrella post 100, where the umbrella stand 200 is positioned at one side of the umbrella post 100. The umbrella stand 200 generally includes an upper umbrella disc 210, a lower umbrella disc 220, long umbrella ribs 230 and short umbrella ribs 240, one ends of the long umbrella ribs 230 are hinged to the upper umbrella disc 210, and the other ends of the long umbrella ribs are freely extended outwards. The outdoor sun-shading umbrella having the novel unfolding and folding lifting mechanism according to claim 2, wherein an umbrella post lifting assembly is arranged between the pull rod and the umbrella post for cooperation, the pull rod seat is arranged on the umbrella post lifting assembly, the pull rod seat is used for cooperating with the pull rod in a hinged manner, the umbrella post lifting assembly is located at an upper portion of the umbrella post, and the umbrella post lifting assembly is capable of moving up and down relative to the umbrella post; the outdoor sun-shading umbrella further comprises a supporting rod, one end of the supporting rod cooperates with the umbrella post in a hinged manner, and the other end of the supporting rod cooperates with a middle of the pull rod in a hinged manner; and when the outdoor sun-shading umbrella is folded, an included angle between the supporting rod and the pull rod gradually increases, such that the pull rod drives the pull rod seat to be lifted upwards, and the umbrella post lifting assembly is lifted upwards along the umbrella post.

The outdoor sun-shading umbrella having the novel unfolding and folding lifting mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the umbrella post lifting assembly comprises an outer umbrella post and an inner umbrella post, the outer umbrella post is arranged on an outer side of the upper portion of the umbrella post in a sleeving manner, the inner umbrella post is embedded in an inner cavity of the upper portion of the umbrella post, and the pull rod seat is positioned at upper ends of the outer umbrella post and the inner umbrella post.

The outdoor sun-shading umbrella having the novel unfolding and folding lifting mechanism according to claim 7, wherein a first supporting rod hinged seat is fixed on the umbrella post, the first supporting rod hinged seat is used for cooperating with one end of the supporting rod in a hinged manner, a second supporting rod hinged seat is arranged in the middle of the pull rod, and the second supporting rod hinged seat is used for cooperating with the other end of the supporting rod in a hinged manner; and the first supporting rod hinged seat is located at an upper portion of the cantilever base.

The outdoor sun-shading umbrella having the novel unfolding and folding lifting mechanism according to claim 12, wherein the electric driving mechanism is used for driving the central screw rod to rotate, such that the telescopic sleeve assembly is capable of being stretched or retracted along the central screw rod.
