Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONField of the Invention

[0001] The present invention relates to leisure sports goods, and in particular to golf goods.Description of Related Art

[0002] A golf club bag includes a head frame, a chassis, and a bag body. The head frame and the chassis are fixedly connected to upper and lower ends of the bag body, respectively, and the bag body is supported on the head frame and the chassis by a plurality of support rods therein. After the golf club bag having the above-described structure is produced and molded, a volume is incompressible and a space occupied during warehousing and transportation is large, resulting in high warehousing and transportation costs.

[0003] Therefore, the golf club bag is designed to be in a semi-finished state, for example, the head frame, the chassis, the bag body, and the support rods are separated from one another, the upper and the lower ends of the bag body are respectively connected with ring members, the ring member is provided with buckles, and the head frame and the chassis are provided with clamping grooves. In this way, during warehousing and transportation, the bag body is compressible or folded, which is beneficial to the reduction of material volume and reduces the warehousing and transportation costs. During assembly, the ring members at both ends of the bag body implement the assembly of the bag body, the head frame, and the chassis through the fitting of the buckles and the clamping grooves, and the assembly is convenient.

[0004] The buckles are arranged on a side wall of the ring member, the clamping grooves are arranged on a side wall of the chassis, the buckles and the clamping grooves are fitted in such a way that the buckles are embedded in the clamping grooves in a left-right direction, while a pressure of a golf club on the chassis is in an up-down direction.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that a pressure on a chassis of a golf club bag assembled from semi-finished products is inconsistent with a fitting direction of buckles and clamping grooves.

[0006] In order to solve the above-described technical problem, technical solutions of the present invention are as follows. A buckle-assembled golf club bag chassis including: a chassis body; and a bottom ring member, in which the bottom ring member is sleeved on the periphery of the chassis body, the bottom ring member is provided with a buckle, the buckle includes a rotating portion connected with the bottom ring member, and a hook portion arranged at a free end of the rotating portion, the chassis body is provided with a buckling platform on an outer side wall thereof, the buckling platform faces downward, and the rotating portion rotates downward to cause the hook portion to hook on the buckling platform.

[0007] The rotating portion of the buckle rotates downward to cause the hook portion to hook on the buckling platform of the chassis body, and thus a pulling force of the buckle on the chassis body is in an up-down direction, which is the same as a direction of a pressure of a golf club on the chassis. In this way, during the use of a user, a golf club bag has good structural stability and high bearing capacity, which prevents the chassis and a bag body from loosening, thereby improving the quality of the golf club bag.

[0008] The buckling platform is provided with a lower convex portion at an edge thereof, the hook portion is provided with an upper convex portion, and the upper convex portion is buckled with the lower convex portion. When the buckle is fitted into the buckling platform, the upper convex portion of the hook portion passes over the lower convex portion of the buckling platform and is buckled with the lower convex portion. In this way, the fitting stability of the buckle and the buckling platform can be improved, and the buckle can be prevented from being separated from the buckling platform. The chassis body is provided with a limit step on the outer side wall, and the bottom ring member sleeved on the chassis body abuts against the limit step. When the limit step limits the bottom ring member, the buckle of the bottom ring member rotates downward and is tightly fitted into the buckling platform.

[0009] The buckle is arranged at a bottom portion of the bottom ring member, the limit step has a plurality of notches, the buckling platform is located below the notches, the rotating portion rotating downward is fitted into the notch, and meanwhile, the hook portion of the buckle is fitted into the buckling platform, so that the assembled chassis has a flat surface.

[0010] Two sets of buckles are provided, the two sets of buckles are distributed along a circumferential direction of the bottom ring member, and the two buckles of each set of buckles are arranged opposite to each other on the bottom ring member. The two buckles in each set arranged opposite to each other buckle the bottom ring member with the chassis body, and thus the assembled chassis has a stable structure.

[0011] The bottom ring member is provided with a bottom insertion base, the chassis body is provided with a bottom insertion base yielding structure on an upper edge thereof, and the bottom insertion base is fitted into the bottom insertion base yielding structure.

[0012] Compared with the prior art, the chassis of the present invention adopts an assembly structure, and the pulling force of the buckle on the chassis body is in the up-down direction, which is the same as the direction of the pressure of the golf club on the chassis. In this way, it is not only beneficial to the reduction of material volume during warehousing and transportation, but also the structural stability, bearing capacity, and quality of the golf club bag are improved.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
