Abstract
The invention relates to a method of data transmission, terminal equipment, and network equipment. This method comprises the following steps: the terminal equipment receives System Information Block 1 (SIB1) broadcast by the network equipment, where SIB1 includes the frequency point information of the uplink carrier; and the terminal equipment determines, based on the frequency point information of the uplink carrier, the uplink Bandwidth Part (BWP) associated with the downlink BWP to broadcast SIB1.
