TUBE-TYPE QUICK-LOCK FOLDING JOINT FOR STROLLERS

Abstract

The quick-locking telescopic folding joint system for industrial trolley handles includes a handle, a rotating joint assembly, a guide tube, and a quick-lock mechanism. The guide tube is positioned around a portion of the handle to increase rigidity and reduce vibration at the folding joint. The locking mechanism allows the handle to be fixed in the working position and quickly unlocked to switch to the folded state. The solution has a simple structure, one-handed operation, high durability, is easy to manufacture, and is suitable for application in industrial trolleys, electric trolleys, and other material handling equipment.
