[0031] The present application provides an atomization assembly. Referring to Figures 1 to 4, the atomization assembly 100 may include a liquid storage tank 10, a suction nozzle 20, a liquid absorbing member 30, and an atomization core 40. The liquid storage tank 10 is used to store an atomization matrix. When heated, the atomization matrix can be atomized to generate an aerosol, and the aerosol reaches the end where the user inhales through the suction nozzle 20. The liquid storage tank 10 has an open end, and the suction nozzle 20 is connected to the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. The open end of the liquid storage tank 10 is provided with an atomization chamber 11, and the atomization core 40 is arranged in the atomization chamber 11. One end of the liquid absorbing member 30 is provided in the liquid storage tank 10 and extends longitudinally along the liquid storage tank 10, that is, one end of the liquid absorbing member 30 extends toward the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10, and the other end of the liquid absorbing member 30 is connected to the atomization core 40 to achieve fluid communication. The liquid absorbing member 30 is used to guide the atomization matrix stored in the liquid storage tank 10 to the atomization core 40. The extension direction of the atomizer core 40 intersects with the extension direction of the liquid absorbing member 30. Optionally, the extension direction of the atomizer core 40 is substantially perpendicular to the extension direction of the liquid absorbing member 30. The atomizer core 40 is used to heat the atomization substrate to generate an aerosol.
[0032] An air inlet channel 16 is provided on the side wall of the atomizing chamber 11, and an air inlet hole 121 is provided on the side wall of the liquid storage tank 10, which is connected to the air inlet channel 16. External air can enter the atomizing chamber 11 through the air inlet hole 121 and the air inlet channel 16 in sequence.
[0033] The atomizer assembly 100 provided in the present application has an atomizer core 40 installed in an atomizer chamber 11 located at the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. An air inlet channel 16 is provided on the side wall of the atomizer chamber 11, so that a bend is formed between the air inlet channel 16 and the aerosol flow channel. The air inlet channel 16 is not directly connected to the aerosol flow channel, which can prevent the condensate formed by the condensation and liquefaction of the aerosol from flowing back along the air inlet channel, thereby reducing the risk of failure of some components due to the condensate.
[0034] The atomizing core 40 may include an oil guide 41 and a heating element 42, as shown in Figure 4. The oil guide 41 is used to adsorb the atomized matrix to the heating element 42, and the heating element 42 heats the atomized matrix to generate an aerosol. The oil guide 41 is installed at one end of the atomizing chamber 11 close to the suction nozzle 20, and the extension direction of the oil guide 41 is roughly perpendicular to the extension direction of the liquid absorbing member 30. Exemplarily, the heating element 42 is spirally wrapped around the outer periphery of the oil guide 41, the heating element 42 is located in the atomizing chamber 11, and the oil guide 41 is in fluid communication with the liquid absorbing member 30. A heating element pin 43 is connected to the heating element 42, and the atomizing core 40 is connected to the power supply via the heating element pin 43. The material of the heating element 42 can be one of stainless steel, nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy, nickel-chromium alloy, iron-chromium-aluminum or titanium alloy. The oil guide 41 is a porous medium. It can be made of a porous fiber material, such as fiber cotton, non-woven fabric, linen, or chemical fiber fabric. These materials all have excellent lipophilicity and oil-binding properties. Compared to ceramic materials, fiber materials have smaller pores and higher porosity, resulting in a finer aerosol with richer sweetness and aroma.
[0035] Users have increasingly higher requirements for the taste of aerosols, with specific evaluation indicators including sweetness, coolness, fullness of aroma, and absence of a burnt taste. In the prior art, methods of adjusting the atomizer to meet taste requirements can only improve one of the indicators, but may reduce another. For example, increasing the heating power of the atomizer core can improve the sweetness of the aerosol, but high-power heating can cause a burnt taste; another example is adjusting the components of the atomizer matrix to improve sweetness, but atomizer matrices with higher sweetness are prone to carbon deposits in the aerosol generated by atomization, affecting the taste. In the present application, by installing the atomizer core 40 in the atomizer chamber 11 located at the open end of the liquid storage tank 10, the distance from the aerosol to the user's inhalation end is reduced, and various indicators of the aerosol can be comprehensively improved. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, the distance d between the atomizer core 40 and the end of the nozzle 20 away from the liquid storage tank 10 is less than 20 mm. The distance d here refers to the length between the upper edge of the atomizer core 40 and the upper edge of the nozzle 20. In conventional solutions, the distance between the atomizer core 40 and the mouthpiece 20 is typically greater than 40 mm, resulting in a reduced flavor when the aerosol reaches the user's inhalation end, leading to a poor user experience. Specifically, the distance d between the atomizer core 40 and the mouthpiece 20 can be 20 mm, 18 mm, 16 mm, 15 mm, etc., and is not specifically limited here.
[0036] The atomizing chamber 11 may include an outer bracket 111. As shown in Figures 3 to 5, the outer bracket 111 is in the shape of a hollow cylinder, and the outer bracket 111 is arranged to form the atomizing chamber 11. The outer bracket 111 is installed in the liquid storage tank 10. The outer bracket 111 and the liquid storage tank 10 are arranged to form a receiving chamber 14 for storing the atomized matrix. Specifically, the side of the outer bracket 111 away from the top of the suction nozzle 20 or the side of the outer bracket 111 close to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10 is arranged with the liquid storage tank 10 to form a receiving chamber 14 for storing the atomized matrix. The atomizing core 40 and one end of the liquid absorbing member 30 are installed in the outer bracket 111. The outer bracket 111 can be made of silicone material, which has good compressibility. When the outer bracket 111 is assembled into the liquid storage tank 10, the outer bracket 111 is compressed and deformed to seal the liquid storage tank 10, thereby preventing leakage of the atomized matrix. The outer bracket 111 can also be made of plastic, which has high strength and is not easily deformed, thus preventing the atomizer core 40 and the liquid absorbing member 30 from shifting. When the outer bracket 111 is made of plastic, a silicone ring can be provided at the contact point between the outer bracket 111 and the liquid storage bin 10 to improve the sealing performance of the liquid storage bin 10.
[0037] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 3, 4 and 6, the atomizing chamber 11 includes an outer support 111 and an inner support 112. The inner support 112 is installed in the outer support 111, and the outer support 111 and the inner support 112 are arranged to form the atomizing chamber 11. The outer support 111 and the liquid storage tank 10 are arranged to form a receiving chamber 14 for storing atomized matrix. Specifically, the side of the outer support 111 away from the top of the suction nozzle 20 or the side of the outer support 111 close to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10 and the liquid storage tank 10 are arranged to form a receiving chamber 14 for storing atomized matrix. One end of the absorbing member 30 is attached between the outer support 111 and the inner support 112. When the absorbing member 30 is made of flexible material, the absorbing member 30 is easily deformed. By arranging the inner support 112, the absorbing member 30 can be confined between the outer support 111 and the inner support 112, which can prevent the absorbing member 30 from deforming, thereby ensuring the stability of the atomized matrix transmission.
[0038] The air inlet channel 16 may include a first through-hole 161, a second through-hole 162, and a third through-hole 163, which are interconnected, as shown in Figures 5 to 7. The first through-hole 161, the second through-hole 162, and the third through-hole 163 are respectively formed on the sidewalls of the outer bracket 111, the liquid absorbent member 30, and the inner bracket 112. When the inner bracket 112 is assembled into the outer bracket 111, a gap may exist at the interface between the inner bracket 112 and the outer bracket 111, which may affect the airtightness of the air inlet channel 16. In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, an air inlet pipe 164 is inserted into the air inlet channel 16, connecting the outer bracket 111 and the inner bracket 112. The air inlet pipe 164 is sealed at the interface between the inner bracket 112 and the outer bracket 111, thereby improving the airtightness of the air inlet channel 16.
[0039] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG3 , the extension direction of the air inlet channel 16 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the atomizer core 40 , so that the external air entering from the air inlet channel 16 can flow toward the mouthpiece 20 along both sides of the atomizer core 40 , thereby reducing the resistance of the atomizer core 40 to the airflow, making the airflow flow smoother and improving the taste of the aerosol.
[0040] Please refer to Figures 2 and 3. The liquid storage tank 10 may include a liquid storage tank side wall 12 and a liquid storage tank bottom plate 13. The liquid storage tank bottom plate 13 is connected to the end of the liquid storage tank side wall 12 away from the suction nozzle 20. An air inlet hole 121 is provided on the liquid storage tank side wall 12, and external air can enter the atomization chamber 11 through the air inlet hole 121. The liquid storage tank side wall 12 and the liquid storage tank bottom plate 13 are surrounded by an outer bracket 111 to form a accommodating chamber 14, and the atomized matrix is stored in the accommodating chamber 14. Since the atomizer core 40 is installed at the end of the liquid storage tank 10 close to the suction nozzle 20, the liquid absorption member 30 absorbs the atomized matrix in the accommodating chamber 14 to the atomizer core 40. Therefore, there is no need to set an opening at the bottom of the accommodating chamber 14 to transport the matrix to the atomizer core, which can solve the problem that the atomized matrix easily leaks from the bottom opening of the accommodating chamber 14 under gravity.
[0041] The liquid absorbing member 30 is a porous medium, and the liquid absorbing member 30 can be a porous fiber material or a porous ceramic. The liquid absorbing member 30 may include a mounting section 31 and a vertical section 32 connected as one body, as shown in Figures 4 and 7. The mounting section 31 is installed in the outer bracket 111, and the mounting section 31 is connected to the atomizing core 40 to achieve fluid communication. The vertical section 32 passes through the outer bracket 111 and extends longitudinally along the liquid storage tank 10 to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10. The atomized matrix is adsorbed to the atomizing core 40 through the vertical section 32 and the mounting section 31. In the prior art, the atomizing core is arranged at the lower part of the liquid storage tank, and the atomized matrix in the liquid storage tank generates hydraulic pressure due to gravity. The atomized matrix flows to the atomizing core under the action of the hydraulic pressure, and the size of the hydraulic pressure in the liquid storage tank determines the supply rate of the atomized matrix in the atomizing core. During the use of the atomizer, part of the atomized matrix is atomized to generate an aerosol, and the atomized matrix gradually decreases, and the hydraulic pressure in the liquid storage tank decreases accordingly, and the rate at which the atomized matrix flows to the atomizer core decreases. The change in the supply rate of the atomized matrix will cause the atomized aerosol generated by the atomization of the atomizer core to have an inconsistent taste, affecting the user experience. In the present application, the atomizer core 40 is installed on the upper part of the liquid storage tank 10, and the atomized matrix stored in the liquid storage tank 10 is adsorbed to the atomizer core 40 by the liquid absorbing member 30, so that the supply rate of the atomized matrix in the atomizer core 40 depends only on the adsorption force of the liquid absorbing member 30, and the adsorption force of the liquid absorbing member 30 is a property of the material itself and has nothing to do with the hydraulic pressure of the atomized matrix in the liquid storage tank 10. The reduction of the atomized matrix in the liquid storage tank 10 will not affect the supply rate of the atomized matrix, and the supply rate of the atomized matrix is stable, thereby ensuring the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.
[0042] The oil guide member 41 and the liquid absorbing member 30 may be made of different or identical materials. In one embodiment, the oil guide member 41 and the liquid absorbing member 30 are made of a porous fiber material. The oil guide member 41 and the liquid absorbing member 30 are integrally formed to prevent a gap at the connection between the oil guide member 41 and the liquid absorbing member 30 that would increase fluid resistance, thereby ensuring smoother supply of the atomized substrate.
[0043] When the wicking element 30 is made of a flexible material, it is susceptible to deformation during assembly. To improve the flexural rigidity of the wicking element 30, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG4 , the wicking element 30 is wrapped around the periphery of the heater pins 43. Because the heater pins 43 have higher flexural rigidity than the flexible wicking element 30, wrapping the wicking element 30 around the periphery of the heater pins 43 serves as the framework of the wicking element 30, improving its flexural rigidity and preventing deformation during assembly.
[0044] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 4 and 7, the mounting section 31 is hollow and cylindrical. The mounting section 31 is attached to the inner wall of the outer bracket 111, and a second through hole 162 is provided on the side wall of the mounting section 31. The vertical section 32 is columnar and connected to the middle portion of the mounting section 31 on the side away from the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. The vertical section 32 extends along the axis of the liquid storage tank 10 to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10. The vertical section 32 is arranged at the axis of the liquid storage tank 10, so that the two heater pins 43 are wrapped within the vertical section 32, which can further improve the bending stiffness of the liquid absorbent member 30 and prevent deformation of the liquid absorbent member 30 during assembly.
[0045] In another embodiment, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the mounting section 31 and the vertical section 32 are columnar, the mounting section 32 is connected to the opposite ends of the atomizer core 40, the mounting section 32 is attached to the inner wall of the outer bracket 111, and the vertical section 32 is distributed on opposite sides of the axis of the liquid storage tank 10. Correspondingly, the two heater pins 43 are respectively wrapped in the mounting section 31 and the vertical section 32. Since the heater pins 43 are usually led out from the two ends of the heater 42, the vertical section 32 is arranged on opposite sides of the central axis of the liquid storage tank 10, so that the heater pins 43 are led out from the side walls of the atomizer chamber 11, which can reduce the resistance of the heater pins 43 to the gas flow in the atomizer chamber 11.
[0046] Referring to Figure 4 , in one embodiment, an electrode blind hole 131 is provided on the side of the liquid reservoir bottom plate 13 facing away from the suction nozzle 20. A heater pin 43 passes through the liquid reservoir bottom plate 13, bends toward the electrode blind hole 131, and rests against the inner wall of the hole. An electrode 50 is inserted into the hole 131 and electrically connected to the heater pin 43. The provision of the electrode blind hole 131 facilitates the alignment of the electrode 50 for automated assembly, thereby improving assembly efficiency.
[0047] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 and 10, the atomizer assembly 100 is provided with a sealing seat 60. The sealing seat 60 is installed between the suction nozzle 20 and the atomizing chamber 11, and the sealing seat 60 communicates with the suction nozzle 20 and the atomizing chamber 11 respectively. The sealing seat 60 is partially embedded in the atomizing chamber 11, and the sealing seat 60 confines the atomizing core 40 within the atomizing chamber 11 to prevent the atomizing core 40 from shifting. The sealing seat 60 can be made of silicone. When the sealing seat 60 is partially embedded in the atomizing chamber 11, the sealing seat 60 is compressed and deformed to seal the atomizing chamber 11, thereby improving the airtightness of the atomizing chamber 11.
[0048] As the aerosol flows toward the nozzle 20, its temperature decreases as it moves away from the heater 42, causing some of the aerosol to liquefy and form condensate. If this condensate mixes with the aerosol and flows toward the nozzle 20, it will affect the taste of the aerosol. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG3 , the nozzle 20 includes an oil-absorbing cotton pad 70, which abuts the side of the sealing seat 60 near the nozzle 20. The oil-absorbing cotton pad 70 absorbs the condensate to ensure a smooth aerosol.
[0049] The present application provides an atomizing device. Referring to FIG11 , the atomizing device 300 may include the atomizing assembly 100, the control assembly 310, and the power supply assembly 320 as described above. The control assembly 310 may control the atomizing assembly 100 to be connected or disconnected with the power supply assembly 320 according to the inhalation action, so as to control the atomizing assembly 100 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol or stop heating. Specifically, when inhaling through the mouthpiece 20, the control assembly 310 senses the negative pressure within the atomizing device 300, controls the atomizing assembly 100 to be connected with the power supply assembly 320, and controls the atomizing core 40 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol; when inhalation stops, the control assembly 310 controls the atomizing assembly 100 to be disconnected from the power supply assembly 320, and the atomizing core 40 stops heating the substrate.
[0050] The atomizer assembly provided in this application has at least the following beneficial effects:
[0051] 1. The atomizer core 40 is installed in the atomizer chamber 11 located at the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. An air inlet channel 16 is opened on the side wall of the atomizer chamber 11, so that a bend is formed between the air inlet channel 16 and the aerosol flow channel. The air inlet channel 16 is not directly connected to the aerosol flow channel, which can prevent the condensate formed by the condensation and liquefaction of the aerosol from flowing back along the air inlet channel, thereby reducing the risk of condensate causing failure of some components.
[0052] 2. The distance d between the atomizer core 40 and the end of the nozzle 20 away from the liquid storage tank 10 is less than 20 mm, which reduces the distance for the aerosol to reach the user's inhalation end and can comprehensively improve various indicators of the aerosol.
[0053] 3. An air intake pipe 164 is inserted into the air intake passage 16 . The air intake pipe 164 is connected to the first through hole 161 and the third through hole 163 , thereby improving the air tightness of the air intake passage 16 .
[0054] 4. The extension direction of the air inlet channel 16 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the atomizer core 40, so that the external air entering from the air inlet channel 16 can flow along both sides of the atomizer core 40 to the mouthpiece 20, reducing the resistance of the atomizer core 40 to the airflow, making the airflow smoother and improving the taste of the aerosol.
[0055] 5. The atomizer core 40 is installed at one end of the liquid storage tank 10 near the suction nozzle 20. The liquid absorption member 30 absorbs the atomized matrix in the accommodating chamber 14 to the atomizer core 40. There is no need to set an opening at the bottom of the accommodating chamber 14 to transport the matrix to the atomizer core, which can solve the problem that the atomized matrix is easy to leak from the bottom opening of the accommodating chamber 14 under gravity.
[0056] 6. Install the atomizer core 40 on the upper part of the liquid storage tank 10. The atomizer substrate stored in the liquid storage tank 10 is adsorbed to the atomizer core 40 through the liquid adsorption member 30. The supply rate of the atomizer substrate in the atomizer core 40 depends only on the adsorption force of the liquid adsorption member 30. The supply rate of the atomizer substrate is stable, which can ensure the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.
[0057] 7. The liquid absorbent member 30 is wrapped around the outer periphery of the heater pins 43. The heater pins 43 can serve as the skeleton of the liquid absorbent member 30, thereby improving the bending rigidity of the liquid absorbent member 30 and preventing the liquid absorbent member 30 from being deformed during assembly.
