Description

Electrical junction box

[0001] The present disclosure relates to an electrical junction box.

[0002] Conventionally, an electrical junction box has been provided in, for example, a battery pack of a vehicle (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The battery pack includes a battery pack case, an electrical junction box, and a plurality of battery cells.

[0003] The electrical junction box is housed in a battery pack case together with multiple battery cells. The electrical junction box includes, for example, a case and electrical circuit components arranged on a base member that forms the bottom of the case. The electrical circuit components are connected to the multiple battery cells. The electrical circuit components include, for example, multiple relays, fuses, bus bars, etc. The electrical circuit components monitor the current value, temperature, etc. of the battery cells to achieve optimal input and output. The electrical junction box also includes, for example, multiple cylindrical rubber bushings fixed to the base member that forms the bottom of the case. The electrical junction box is then fixed to multiple fixed points on the battery pack case via the rubber bushings. This absorbs manufacturing errors in the base member. That is, although the multiple fixed points on the base member made of resin may be slightly misaligned due to manufacturing errors, the rubber bushings absorb the misalignment. The rubber bushings also suppress the transmission of vibrations in the electrical junction box.

[0004] JP 2013-16467 A

[0005] In recent years, the number of battery cells in a battery pack has been increasing, leading to an increasingly narrower and longer installation space for an electrical junction box housed in a battery pack case when viewed from above. This has resulted in the base member of the electrical junction box also becoming narrower and longer. This has also led to an increase in the misalignment of multiple fixing points on the base member, which is made of a resin material. This has led to a problem in which it is becoming increasingly difficult to absorb manufacturing errors in the base member solely through the elastic deformation of rubber bushings. This has led to a problem in which it has become difficult to fix the base member to the fixing member, i.e., the battery pack case.

[0006] An object of the present disclosure is to provide an electrical junction box that can be easily fixed to a fixing member.

[0007] The electrical connection box of the present disclosure comprises a plate-shaped base member, electrical circuit components arranged on the base member, and a cylindrical rubber bushing fixed to the base member, and is fixed to a fixed member via the rubber bushing, wherein the base member has a plurality of mounting portions cut out so that the rubber bushing can be mounted along the main surface of the base member, and at least one of the plurality of mounting portions is a movement-permitting mounting portion having constricted portions whose opposing spacing is set smaller than the outer diameter of the mounted rubber bushing so as to prevent the mounted rubber bushing from coming loose, and parallel portions whose opposing spacing is larger than the constricted portion and which extend parallel to the constricted portion so as to allow movement of the mounted rubber bushing.

[0008] The electrical junction box of the present disclosure can be easily fixed to a fixing member.

[0009] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an electrical junction box and a fixing member according to an embodiment. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the electrical junction box and a fixing member according to an embodiment. FIG. 3 is a plan view of a first circuit unit according to an embodiment. FIG. 4 is a partially exploded plan view of the first circuit unit according to an embodiment. FIG. 5 is an enlarged partially exploded plan view of the first circuit unit according to an embodiment. FIG. 6 is an enlarged partially exploded perspective view of an electrical junction box according to an embodiment. FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view of an electrical junction box according to an embodiment. FIG. 8 is a partial exploded cross-sectional view of an electrical junction box according to an embodiment.

[0010] [Description of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure] First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described. The electrical junction box of the present disclosure is: [1] an electrical junction box including a plate-shaped base member, electric circuit components arranged on the base member, and cylindrical rubber bushings fixed to the base member, and fixed to a fixing member via the rubber bushings, wherein the base member has a plurality of mounting portions cut out to allow the rubber bushings to be mounted along a main surface of the base member, and at least one of the plurality of mounting portions is a movement-permitting mounting portion having constricted portions whose opposing spacing is set smaller than the outer diameter of the mounted rubber bushing so as to prevent the mounted rubber bushing from coming off, and parallel portions whose opposing spacing is larger than the constricted portion and which extend parallel to the constricted portion so as to allow movement of the mounted rubber bushing.

[0011] According to this configuration, at least one of the multiple mounting portions cut out to accommodate a rubber bushing is a movement-permitting mounting portion. The movement-permitting mounting portion has constricted portions whose opposing spacing is set smaller than the outer diameter of the installed rubber bushing to prevent the installed rubber bushing from coming loose. The movement-permitting mounting portion also has parallel portions that are spaced apart from the constricted portions and extend parallel to the constricted portions to allow movement of the installed rubber bushing. This allows the electrical junction box to be easily fixed to the fixing member while adjusting the position of the rubber bushing. Adjusting the position of the rubber bushing also prevents the electrical junction box from being fixed to the fixing member while a large stress is being applied to the base member.

[0012] [2] In the above [1], all of the plurality of mounting parts may be the movement-permitting mounting parts. With this configuration, since all of the plurality of mounting parts are movement-permitting mounting parts, the positions of all of the rubber bushings can be adjusted, making it easier to fix the rubber bushings to the fixing member than when only some of the mounting parts are movement-permitting mounting parts.

[0013] [3] In the above [1] or [2], at least one of the movement-permitting mounting portions may be cut out from an end of the base member. According to this configuration, since at least one of the movement-permitting mounting portions is cut out from an end of the base member, the rubber bushing can be easily mounted by simply moving it from the outside of the base member along the main surface of the base member.

[0014] [4] In the above [3], the base member may be formed in a rectangular shape, and at least one of the movement-permitting mounting portions may be cut out from an end portion of the base member in the longitudinal direction.

[0015] According to this configuration, at least one of the movable mounting portions is cut out from the longitudinal end of the base member, allowing the base member to be fixed to the fixed member near the longitudinal end. Furthermore, the position of the rubber bushing can be adjusted in the mounting portion near the longitudinal end of the base member, which is particularly prone to shifting from its designed position. In other words, if the position of the rubber bushing cannot be adjusted in the mounting portion near the longitudinal end of the base member, it would be difficult to fix it to the fixed member. However, the ability to adjust the position of the rubber bushing in this area is highly effective.

[0016] [5] In the above [3] or [4], the base member may be formed in a rectangular shape, and at least one of the movement-permitting mounting portions may be cut out from a short-side end of the base member.

[0017] According to this configuration, at least one of the movement-permitting mounting portions is cut out from the short-side end of the base member, so that the vicinity of the short-side end of the base member can be fixed to the fixing member.

[0018] [6] In any one of [1] to [5] above, the base member may have an insertion hole into which the rubber bushing can be inserted, and at least one of the movement-permitting mounting portions may be cut out from a portion of the insertion hole.

[0019] According to this configuration, the base member has an insertion hole into which the rubber bushing can be inserted, and at least one of the movable mounting portions is cut out from a part of the insertion hole, so that the rubber bushing can be inserted into the insertion hole and then moved along the main surface of the base member to be mounted. In this way, a portion of the base member away from the end can be fixed to the fixing member.

[0020] [Details of the Embodiments of the Present Disclosure] Specific examples of the electrical junction box of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, for the sake of convenience, some of the components may be exaggerated or simplified. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios of each part may differ between drawings. In this specification, "parallel," "orthogonal," and "circular" do not only refer to strictly parallel, orthogonal, or circular, but also include roughly parallel, orthogonal, or circular within the scope of the present embodiment's effects. The present invention is not limited to these examples, but is defined by the claims, and all modifications within the meaning and scope of the claims are intended to be included.

[0021] 1 and 2 , the electrical junction box 11 includes a first circuit unit 21 and a second circuit unit 31. The second circuit unit 31 is stacked on the first circuit unit 21. The electrical junction box 11 is fixed onto a fixing member 41.

[0022] The electrical junction box 11 of this embodiment is provided in a battery pack mounted on a vehicle such as an electric automobile. That is, the electrical junction box 11 is housed in a battery pack case together with a plurality of battery cells. The fixing member 41 forms part of the bottom plate of the battery pack case.

[0023] The drawing also shows a first axis X, a second axis Y perpendicular to the first axis X, and a third axis Z perpendicular to the first axis X and the second axis Y. The drawing also shows a longitudinal direction X1, which is one direction along the first axis X, and a lateral direction Y1, which is one direction along the second axis Y. The drawing also shows an upward direction Z1 along the third axis Z, and a downward direction Z2, which is the opposite direction to the upward direction Z1.

[0024] (Configuration of first circuit unit 21) As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the first circuit unit 21 has a first base member 22 as a plate-shaped base member, and basic electrical circuit components 23 that are arranged on the first base member 22 and form part of the electrical circuit components.

[0025] The first base member 22 is made of a resin material. When viewed from above, the first base member 22 is formed in a rectangular shape. The first base member 22 has projections and recesses that allow the basic electric circuit components 23 to be positioned and arranged thereon. The first base member 22 forms the bottom surface of the case in the electrical junction box 11. The first base member 22 also has side wall portions 22a that protrude upward from its edge. The side wall portions 22a, together with the side walls of the upper case (not shown), form the side surfaces of the case in the electrical junction box 11.

[0026] The basic electric circuit components 23 are electric circuit components that are always required regardless of the grade or options of the vehicle in which they are installed. The basic electric circuit components 23 include, for example, a relay 24, a fuse 25, a bus bar 26, and the like.

[0027] (Configuration of second circuit unit 31) As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the second circuit unit 31 has a plate-shaped second base member 32 and additional electric circuit components 33 that are arranged on the second base member 32 and that form part of the electric circuit components.

[0028] The second base member 32 is made of a resin material. The second base member 32 is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from above. When viewed from above, the second base member 32 is formed in a rectangular shape that fits within the range of the rectangular shape of the first base member 22 and is slightly shorter than the first base member 22. The second base member 32 has irregularities that allow the additional electric circuit components 33 to be positioned and arranged thereon.

[0029] The additional electric circuit components 33 are electric circuit components that are added to the basic electric circuit components 23 depending on the grade and options of the vehicle to be installed. The additional electric circuit components 33 include, for example, a control unit 34 including a microcomputer and bus bars 35. Note that the number and arrangement of the basic electric circuit components 23 and the additional electric circuit components 33 in each drawing are not necessarily strictly those illustrated, but are shown as an example.

[0030] The second circuit unit 31 is stacked on the first circuit unit 21 and fixed to the first circuit unit 21. In the second circuit unit 31, additional electric circuit components 33 are connected to the basic electric circuit components 23.

[0031] (Configuration of fixing member 41) The fixing member 41 is made of a metal material and is part of the bottom plate of the battery pack case. Specifically, the fixing member 41 has irregularities and steps, but is shown in the drawing as a schematic flat plate.

[0032] 2, the fixing member 41 has a plurality of fixing posts 42 that protrude in the upward direction Z1. In this embodiment, six fixing posts 42 are provided at positions corresponding to fixing points of the electrical junction box 11. Each fixing post 42 has a female thread 43 (see FIG. 8) that extends downward in the Z2 direction from its top.

[0033] (Fixing Structure of Electrical Junction Box 11) The electrical junction box 11 includes a cylindrical rubber bushing 27 fixed to the first base member 22, and is fixed to the fixing member 41 via the rubber bushing 27.

[0034] 6 to 8, the rubber bushing 27 has a groove 27a formed in the center of the cylindrical axis so as to reduce the outer diameter. The groove 27a is formed to a constant depth around the entire outer periphery of the rubber bushing 27.

[0035] A collar 28 is attached to the rubber bushing 27. The collar 28 is made of a resin material. The collar 28 has a cylindrical portion 28a that is inserted into the rubber bushing 27, and a flange portion 28b that protrudes radially outward from the end of the cylindrical portion 28a and comes into contact with the end face of the rubber bushing 27.

[0036] 4, the first base member 22 has six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 as multiple mounting portions cut out so that the rubber bushings 27 can be mounted along the main surface of the first base member 22 (along the plane of the paper in FIG. 4). The six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 are provided at positions corresponding to the six fixing posts 42 and female screws 43 (see FIG. 2) of the fixing member 41. Of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53, four of the movement-permitting mounting portions 51 and 52 are cut out from the end of the first base member 22.

[0037] 4 to 6, one of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53, the movement-permitting mounting portion 51, is cut out from an end portion in the longitudinal direction X1 of the first base member 22. The end portion in the longitudinal direction X1 is at least one of the base end portion and the tip end portion in the longitudinal direction X1, and one movement-permitting mounting portion 51 in this embodiment is cut out from the base end portion in the longitudinal direction X1.

[0038] 4, three of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 are cut out from the ends in the short direction Y1 of the first base member 22. The ends in the short direction Y1 are at least one of the base end and the tip end in the short direction Y1, and the three movement-permitting mounting portions 52 in this embodiment are cut out from the tip end in the short direction Y1.

[0039] The first base member 22 also has an insertion hole 22b into which the rubber bushing 27 can be inserted. The insertion hole 22b penetrates the first base member 22 along the third axis Z. The insertion hole 22b is formed in an arc shape that is slightly larger than the maximum outer diameter of the rubber bushing 27. Two insertion holes 22b are provided in the first base member 22.

[0040] Of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53, two of the movement-permitting mounting portions 53 are cut out from a part of the insertion hole 22b in the short-side direction Y1 or the opposite direction.

[0041] 6 and 7, the movement-permitting mounting portion 51 has a constricted portion 54, a parallel portion 55, and a terminal end portion 56. Note that, although the movement-permitting mounting portion 51 cut out from the end portion of the first base member 22 in the longitudinal direction X1 will be described here, the other movement-permitting mounting portions 52 and 53 (see FIG. 5) also have a constricted portion 54, a parallel portion 55, and a terminal end portion 56 in the same manner.

[0042] The constricted portion 54 is disposed on the front side of the movement-permitting mounting portion 51 in the direction in which the rubber bushing 27 is mounted. The parallel portion 55 is disposed on the back side of the movement-permitting mounting portion 51 in the direction in which the rubber bushing 27 is mounted. The terminal end portion 56 is disposed at the terminal position of the movement-permitting mounting portion 51 in the direction in which the rubber bushing 27 is mounted.

[0043] As shown in FIG. 7, the opposing gap between the constricted portions 54 is set smaller than the outer diameter of the installed rubber bushing 27, more specifically, the outer diameter of the groove portion 27a, so as to prevent the installed rubber bushing 27 from coming off.

[0044] The parallel portions 55 extend parallel to each other and have a larger opposing gap than the constricted portions 54 so as to allow movement of the attached rubber bushing 27. The parallel portions 55 extend straight and parallel to each other along the attachment direction of the rubber bushing 27.

[0045] In this embodiment, the distance between the opposing parallel portions 55 is set to be the same as the outer diameter of the rubber bushing 27, specifically the outer diameter of the groove portion 27 a. The distance between the opposing parallel portions 55 may be slightly smaller or larger than the outer diameter of the rubber bushing 27, specifically the outer diameter of the groove portion 27 a.

[0046] The terminal end 56 is formed to connect the parallel portions 55 so as to be the end of the movement range of the attached rubber bushing 27. The terminal end 56 is formed in an arc shape that follows the outer periphery of the groove portion 27a in the rubber bushing 27.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 8, the electrical junction box 11 is fixed to the fixing member 41 via the rubber bushing 27 by a bolt 61 that passes through the rubber bushing 27, more specifically, the collar 28, and is threaded into the female thread 43 of the fixing member 41.

[0048] Next, the operation of the electrical junction box 11 configured as described above will be described. The mounting portions that serve as the multiple fixing points on the first base member 22 made of resin may be slightly misaligned with the female threads 43 of the fixing member 41 due to manufacturing errors. However, misalignment caused by manufacturing errors is absorbed by adjusting the position of the rubber bushings 27 in the movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 and by the elastic deformation of the rubber bushings 27. This allows the electrical junction box 11 to be easily fixed to the fixing member 41.

[0049] The electrical junction box 11 is electrically connected to the battery cells housed in the battery pack case together with the electrical circuit components, including the basic electrical circuit components 23 and the additional electrical circuit components 33. The electrical circuit components monitor the current values, temperatures, etc. of the battery cells to achieve optimal input and output.

[0050] Furthermore, if the additional electric circuit components 33 required for higher grades or as options are not required, the electric connection box 11 will be housed in the battery pack case without the second circuit unit 31 provided.

[0051] Next, the effects of the above embodiment are described below. (1) The multiple mounting portions cut out to allow the rubber bushings 27 to be mounted are movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53. The movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 have constricted portions 54 whose opposing spacing is set smaller than the outer diameter of the installed rubber bushing 27 to prevent the installed rubber bushing 27 from coming off. Therefore, the movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 have parallel portions 55 whose opposing spacing is larger than the constricted portions 54 and which extend parallel to the constricted portions 54 to allow the installed rubber bushing 27 to move. Therefore, the rubber bushing 27 is allowed to move in the direction of the extension of the parallel portions 55. Therefore, the electrical junction box 11 can be easily fixed to the fixing member 41 while adjusting the position of the rubber bushing 27. Furthermore, adjusting the position of the rubber bushing 27 can prevent the electrical junction box 11 from being fixed to the fixing member 41 while a large stress is applied to the first base member 22.

[0052] (2) Since the multiple mounting portions on the first base member 22 are all movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53, it is possible to adjust the positions of all of the rubber bushings 27. Therefore, it is easier to fix the rubber bushings 27 to the fixed member 41 than when only some of the rubber bushings 27 are movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53.

[0053] (3) Of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53, four movement-permitting mounting portions 51 and 52 are cut out from the end of the first base member 22. Therefore, the rubber bushing 27 can be easily mounted by simply moving it from the outside of the first base member 22 along the main surface of the first base member 22.

[0054] (4) One of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, 53, the movement-permitting mounting portion 51, is cut out from the end portion of the first base member 22 in the longitudinal direction X1. Therefore, the vicinity of the end portion of the first base member 22 in the longitudinal direction X1 can be fixed to the fixed member 41. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust the position of the rubber bushing 27 in the mounting portion near the end portion of the first base member 22 in the longitudinal direction X1, which is particularly prone to shifting from the designed position. In other words, if it were impossible to adjust the position of the rubber bushing 27 in the mounting portion near the end portion of the first base member 22 in the longitudinal direction X1, it would be difficult to fix the rubber bushing 27 to the fixed member 41. However, since the position of the rubber bushing 27 can be adjusted in this portion, this is a significant advantage.

[0055] (5) Of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53, three movement-permitting mounting portions 52 are cut out from the end portions in the short direction Y1 of the first base member 22. Therefore, the vicinity of the end portions in the short direction Y1 of the first base member 22 can be fixed to the fixing member 41.

[0056] (6) The first base member 22 has an insertion hole 22b into which the rubber bushing 27 can be inserted, and two of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 are cut out from a portion of the insertion hole 22b. Therefore, after inserting the rubber bushing 27 into the insertion hole 22b, the rubber bushing 27 can be mounted by moving it along the main surface of the first base member 22. In this way, a portion of the first base member 22 away from the end can be fixed to the fixing member 41.

[0057] This embodiment can be implemented with the following modifications. This embodiment and the following modifications can be implemented in combination with each other to the extent that there is no technical contradiction. In the above embodiment, all six mounting portions on the first base member 22 are movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, 53, but they may be changed to another configuration that includes at least one movement-permitting mounting portion 51, 52, 53. For example, at least one of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, 53 on the first base member 22 may be changed to a mounting portion that does not include a parallel portion 55.

[0058] In the above embodiment, four of the six movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, 53 are cut out from the end of the first base member 22, but this is not limitative and may be changed to another configuration. For example, all of the mounting portions provided on the first base member 22 may be movement-permitting mounting portions 53 that are cut out from a part of the insertion hole 22 b.

[0059] In the above embodiment, the first base member 22 has one movement-permitting mounting portion 51 cut out from the end of the first base member 22 in the longitudinal direction X1, but this is not limited to this, and for example, the first base member 22 may be configured without this movement-permitting mounting portion 51. Furthermore, the number of movement-permitting mounting portions 51 cut out from the end of the first base member 22 in the longitudinal direction X1 may be changed.

[0060] In the above embodiment, the first base member 22 has three movement-permitting mounting portions 52 cut out from the end portions of the first base member 22 in the short direction Y1, but this is not limited to this, and for example, the first base member 22 may be configured without these movement-permitting mounting portions 52. Furthermore, the number of movement-permitting mounting portions 52 cut out from the end portions of the first base member 22 in the short direction Y1 may be changed.

[0061] In the above embodiment, the first base member 22 has the insertion hole 22b and two movement-permitting mounting portions 53 cut out from parts of the insertion hole 22b, but this is not limited to this, and for example, the first base member 22 may have a configuration that does not have the insertion hole 22b and the movement-permitting mounting portions 53. Furthermore, the number of insertion holes 22b and the movement-permitting mounting portions 53 cut out from parts of the insertion hole 22b may be changed.

[0062] - In the above embodiment, the first base member 22 has six mounting parts, namely, movement-permitting mounting parts 51, 52, and 53, but this is not limited to this, and the number of mounting parts that the first base member 22 has may be changed to another number.

[0063] In the above embodiment, the first base member 22 is formed in a rectangular shape, but is not limited thereto and may be formed in another shape. For example, the first base member 22 may be formed in a square shape.

[0064] In the above embodiment, the electric junction box 11 includes the first circuit unit 21 and the second circuit unit 31, but is not limited to this and may be configured without the second circuit unit 31. In this case, the additional electric circuit components 33 may be disposed on the first base member 22.

[0065] In the above embodiment, the basic electric circuit components 23 include, for example, the relay 24, the fuse 25, the bus bar 26, etc. However, the basic electric circuit components 23 are not limited to these and may include other electric circuit components.

[0066] In the above embodiment, the additional electric circuit components 33 include, for example, the control unit 34 including a microcomputer, the bus bar 35, etc. However, the additional electric circuit components 33 are not limited to these and may include other electric circuit components.

[0067] Although not specifically mentioned in the above embodiment, the electrical junction box 11 may include a heat dissipation metal plate attached below the first base member 22. This improves heat dissipation.

[0068] In the above embodiment, the electrical connection box 11 is provided in a battery pack mounted on a vehicle such as an electric vehicle, but this is not limited to this and the electrical connection box 11 may be provided in other devices.

[0069] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the fixing member 41 constitutes part of the bottom plate of the battery pack case, but this is not limited to this and may be changed to another fixing member to which the electrical connection box 11 is fixed.

[0070] 1 and 2, the plate-shaped first base member 22 of the non-limiting embodiment is an example of a first synthetic resin tray having an upper surface or a first mounting surface configured to mount a plurality of basic electric circuit components 23. The plate-shaped second base member 32 of the non-limiting embodiment is an example of a second synthetic resin tray having an upper surface or a second mounting surface configured to mount additional electric circuit components 33. The illustrated non-limiting embodiment of the electrical junction box 11 may be referred to as a stacking-type electrical junction box in which the first circuit unit 21 and the second circuit unit 31 can be stacked.

[0071] 2 and 3 , the base member 22 may have a rectangular outline and may be formed as a rectangular tray. For example, the base member 22 may have a pair of long end faces, each extending along the first axis X of the base member 22, a pair of short end faces, each extending along the second axis Y of the base member 22, and a pair of opposing main surfaces extending along the planar direction of the base member 22, which may be the XY plane, and bounded by the long and short end faces. The basic electric circuit components 23 may be disposed on one main surface of the base member 22. The rubber bushing 27 may be mountable to the movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 by passing through the constricted portions 54 of the movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 along the planar direction of the base member 22, for example.

[0072] As shown in FIG. 6 , the groove 27 a of the rubber bushing 27 may be referred to as the small-diameter portion of the rubber bushing 27. The rubber bushing 27 may include two large-diameter portions defining the groove 27 a therebetween. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , each of the movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53 may define a through hole opening to a pair of main surfaces. For example, the through hole may be defined by the innermost edges of the constricted portion 54, parallel portion 55, and terminal portion 56 of each of the movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, and 53. The constricted portion 54, parallel portion 55, and terminal portion 56 may protrude toward their innermost edges, and may be formed, for example, as a U-shaped plate having a U-shaped bushing support surface and a constant thickness. The movement-permitting mounting portion 51 may open to the short end surface of the base member 22, thereby allowing the small-diameter portion (groove 27 a) of the rubber bushing 27 to be inserted into the movement-permitting mounting portion 51. The movement-permitting mounting portion 52 may open on the long end surface of the base member 22, thereby allowing the small diameter portion (groove portion 27a) of the rubber bushing 27 to be inserted into the movement-permitting mounting portion 52. The movement-permitting mounting portion 53 may communicate with insertion holes 22b that open on a pair of main surfaces of the base member 22 so that the large diameter portion of the rubber bushing 27 can be inserted therein.

[0073] 5 and 6 , the rubber bushing 27 may be attached to the movement-permitting mounting portion 51 by linearly moving from the opening on the short end surface of the movement-permitting mounting portion 51 along the planar direction of the base member 22. The rubber bushing 27 may be attached to the movement-permitting mounting portion 52 by linearly moving from the opening on the long end surface of the movement-permitting mounting portion 52 along the planar direction of the base member 22. The rubber bushing 27 may be inserted into the insertion hole 22 b along the thickness direction of the base member 22, and then attached to the movement-permitting mounting portion 53 by linearly moving along the planar direction of the base member 22 perpendicular to the thickness direction of the base member 22.

[0074] As shown in FIG. 7, the gap between the constricted portions 54 of the movement-permitting mounting portions 51, 52, 53 facing each other may be set smaller than the outer diameter of the groove portion 27a of the rubber bushing 27 when not elastically deformed.
