[0031] In order to better understand the technical solution of the present application, the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0032] It should be clear that the embodiments described are only part of the embodiments of this application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in this application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making creative work are within the scope of protection of this application.

[0033] The gas sensing device 100 includes a housing 1 and a gas sensing assembly 2, such as shown in Figures 1 and 2, or as shown in Figures 15 and 16. The gas sensing assembly 2 includes a gas detection probe 21, a circuit board 22 and a cable 3. The gas detection probe 21 is used to detect gas and generate signals. The cable 3 is connected to the circuit board 22 for outputting signals. The gas sensing assembly 2 is at least partially accommodated in the housing 1. The cable 3 is easily loosened or even detached from the circuit board 22 when pulled by external force, affecting signal transmission. The related art fixedly connects the cable 3 to the housing 1, for example, using the cable 3 as an insert for injection molding the housing 1 for accommodating the gas sensing assembly 2, thereby reducing the force at the connection between the cable 3 and the circuit board 22. However, this is not convenient for the assembly of the gas sensing device 100. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the structure of the gas sensing device 100 to facilitate its assembly.

[0034] The present application provides a gas sensing device 100 that is easy to assemble, comprising a housing 1 and a gas sensing assembly 2, with the gas sensing assembly 2 at least partially housed within the housing 1. The gas sensing assembly 2 includes a gas detection probe 21, a circuit board 22, and a cable 3, as shown in FIG10 . The gas detection probe 21 and the cable 3 are both electrically connected to the circuit board 22. The housing has an inner cavity 10, with at least a portion of the gas detection probe 21 and at least a portion of the circuit board 22 located within the inner cavity 10. The cable 3 is at least partially located within the inner cavity 10 where the circuit board 22 is located. The cable 3 and the housing 1 have a first state and a second state. In the first state, the cable 3 is fixedly connected or positionally connected to the housing 1, as shown in FIG11 , FIG12 , and FIG20 . In the second state, the cable 3 is separated from the housing 1. The connection between the cable 3 and the housing 1 can be switched from the first state to the second state, and the connection between the cable 3 and the housing 1 can be switched from the second state to the first state. The present application can realize the detachability of the cable 3 and the housing 1 while reducing the stress on the connection between the cable 3 and the circuit board 22 . Moreover, such detachment will not damage the structure of the housing 1 , thereby facilitating the assembly of the gas sensor device 100 .

[0035] In the present application, the gas detection probe 21 is used to generate an electrical signal based on changes in the parameters (e.g., concentration) of the gas to be detected. Other processing components may also be provided on the circuit board 22 to process the electrical signal, and the cable 3 outputs the processed electrical signal. In some embodiments, the cable 3 is directly connected to the circuit board 22.

[0036] In some embodiments, the cable 3 is at least partially flexible and is directly connected to the circuit board 22, as shown in Figure 10. For example, the cable 3 includes an enameled wire. In some embodiments, the cable 3 includes a bundle of at least two enameled wires.

[0037] In some embodiments, the cable 3 includes a main body 31 and a limiting portion 32. The limiting portion 32 is fixedly connected or limitatively connected to the main body 31. The limiting portion 32 protrudes from the main body 31 and is used to be limitatively connected to the housing 1, as shown in Figure 2.

[0038] In some embodiments, the cable 3 includes a main body 31 and a stopper 4, wherein the stopper 4 includes a stopper 32. The main body 31 and the stopper 4 have a third connection state and a fourth connection state. In the third connection state, the main body 31 and the stopper 4 are fixedly connected or limitatively connected, as shown in FIG12 , for example. In the fourth connection state, the main body 31 and the stopper 4 are separated, as shown in FIG13 or FIG21 . The connection between the main body 31 and the stopper 4 can be switched from the fourth connection state to the third connection state. In other words, the main body 31 and the stopper 4 are detachably connected, and such detachment does not damage the structure of the main body 31 and the stopper 32. In some embodiments, the main body 31 includes a single conductor, or a wiring harness formed by two or more conductors. For example, as shown in FIG2 , the main body 31 includes two or three enameled wires and a sleeve that is sleeved over the two or three enameled wires to fix the two or three enameled wires relative to each other to form a wiring harness.

[0039] In some embodiments, the limiting member 4 also includes a main body 41. The main body 41 has a through hole 42, and the through hole 42 is set to pass through the main body 41. The main body 41 includes an inner side and an outer side, the inner side is located outside the through hole 42, and the outer side is away from the through hole 42 relative to the inner side. The limiting portion 32 is connected to the outer side, and the limiting portion 32 protrudes from the outer side, as shown in Figure 14. In some embodiments, the limiting portion 32 and the main body 41 are an integral part. In some embodiments, the limiting member 4 is an elastic member or a flexible member, for example, the limiting member 4 is made of rubber. Through the through hole 42, the limiting member 4 can be sleeved outside the main body 31. When the limiting member 4 is sleeved outside the main body 31, the main body 31 is at least partially located in the through hole 42, the main body 31 passes through the through hole 42, and the main body 31 passes through the limiting member 4. The inner side surface of the main body portion 41 contacts the main body portion 31 , and the inner side surface and the main body portion 31 are frictionally engaged, thereby achieving relative fixation or limiting of the limiting member 4 and the main body portion 31 .

[0040] In some embodiments, the stopper 4 is movably connected to the main body 31. This movable connection allows the position of the connection between the main body 31 and the stopper 4 to be changed. It is understood that by changing the relative position of the stopper 4 and the main body 31, the length of the cable 3 within the housing 1 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the tightness of the connection between the cable 3 and the circuit board 22.

[0041] In some embodiments, the through hole 42 has a first opening 421 and a second opening 422 . Along the extension direction of the through hole 42 , the first opening 421 and the second opening 422 are respectively located on both sides of the limiting member 4 , as shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 .

[0042] In some embodiments, the retaining portion 32 includes a first retaining portion 321 having a first surface 3211 and a second surface 3212. Along the extension direction of the through hole 42, the first surface 3211 is closer to the first opening 421 than the second surface 3212. The first retaining portion 321 has a retaining groove 324, which is recessed from the first surface 3211 toward the interior of the first retaining portion 321. The first retaining portion 321 has a third surface 3213 and a fourth surface 3214, respectively located on either side of the first retaining portion 321 in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the through hole 42. The retaining groove 324 extends through the third surface 3213 or the fourth surface 3214. The housing 1 is at least partially positioned within the retaining groove 324, thereby enabling the housing 1 to retain the retaining member 4 and, in turn, the cable 3. Specifically, the limiting groove 324 includes a first limiting groove 3241 and a second limiting groove 3242. The first limiting groove 3241 passes through the third surface 3213, and the second limiting groove 3242 passes through the fourth surface 3214. In a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the through hole 42, the first limiting groove 3241 and the second limiting groove 3242 are respectively located on both sides of the first limiting portion 321.

[0043] In some embodiments, the first stopper 321 protrudes from one side of the main body 41 in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the through hole 42. In some embodiments, the first stopper 321 has a structure similar to a cube or a cuboid. With the plane perpendicular to the extension direction of the through hole 42 as the first projection plane, the projection of the first stopper 321 along the extension direction of the through hole 42 on the first projection plane is a rectangle or a square.

[0044] In some embodiments, the limiting portion 32 includes a second limiting portion 322, which is spaced apart from the first limiting portion 321. Along the extension direction of the through hole 42, the second limiting portion 322 is closer to the first opening 421 relative to the first limiting portion 321. In some embodiments, the second limiting portion 322 protrudes from the circumference of the main body 41 in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the through hole 42. For example, as shown in FIG. 14 or FIG. 21, the second limiting portion 322 is annular. In some embodiments, along the extension direction of the through hole 42, the second limiting portion 322 includes a fifth surface 3221 and a sixth surface 3222. Along the extension direction of the through hole 42, the fifth surface 3221 is spaced apart from the first limiting portion 321 relative to the sixth surface 3222. The second surface 3212 of the first limiting portion 321 and the fifth surface 3221 of the second limiting portion 322 are respectively located on opposite sides of the limiting member 4.

[0045] In some embodiments, the stopper 32 includes a third stopper 323. Along the extension direction of the through hole 42, the third stopper 323 is positioned closer to the second stopper 322 relative to the first stopper 321, and the third stopper 323 is at least partially located between the first stopper 321 and the second stopper 322. In some embodiments, the third stopper 323 is elongated and extends along the extension direction of the through hole 42. In some embodiments, the stopper 32 includes at least two third stoppers 323. For example, as shown in FIG14 , the two stoppers 32 are located on either side of the main body 41, perpendicular to the extension direction of the through hole 42. In the present application, when the stopper 4 is mounted on the main body 31, or when the stopper 4 and the main body 31 are in the third connection state, the extension direction of the through hole 42 is aligned with the extension direction E of the cable 3, as shown in FIG12 and FIG13 .

[0046] In some embodiments, such as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the housing 1 has a first cavity 6, which is used to accommodate the cable 3; the first cavity 6 has an opening 60, the housing 1 has an outer surface 13, the opening 60 passes through the outer surface 13, and the opening 60 is used to extend the cable 3.

[0047] In some embodiments, the housing 1 includes a first cavity wall 61 and a protrusion 62. The first cavity wall 61 is located around the periphery of the first cavity 6. The protrusion 62 is connected to the first cavity wall 61, protruding from the first cavity wall 61, and located in the first cavity 6, as shown, for example, in Figures 7 and 8. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the protrusion 62 can engage with at least one of the main body 31 and the limiter 32, and the limiter 32 can engage with at least one of the outer surface 13 and the protrusion 62 to limit the displacement of the cable 3 relative to the housing 1. For example, as shown in Figure 11, the displacement of the cable 3 relative to the housing 1 is limited along a direction perpendicular to the height of the gas sensing device 100.

[0048] In some embodiments, the protrusion 62 includes a first protrusion 63. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the cable 3 is at least partially located in the first cavity 6 and extends through the opening 60. Along the extension direction of the cable 3, the first stopper 321 is spaced away from the opening 60 relative to the first protrusion 63, and the first protrusion 63 is at least partially located between the first stopper 321 and the opening 60, as shown in Figures 7, 8, 11, and 12. Alternatively, a plane perpendicular to the width direction W of the gas sensing device 100 is defined as a second projection plane. The first protrusion 63 has a first projection on the second projection plane, and the first stopper 321 has a second projection on the second projection plane, with the second projection at least partially overlapping the first projection. In this manner, when the cable 3 is subjected to an external tensile force directed away from the gas sensing assembly 2, the first stopper 321 abuts against the first protrusion 63, limiting the relative displacement of the cable 3 relative to the housing 1 and thereby reducing the force applied to the connection between the cable 3 and the circuit board 22. When the gas sensor assembly 2 and the housing 1 need to be separated, the cable 3 is pulled from the inside of the housing 1, for example, from the first protrusion 63 to the direction of the first limit portion 321, so that the cable 3 can be removed from the housing 1, thereby achieving the separation of the cable 3 and the housing 1.

[0049] The detachable connection between the cable 3 and the housing 1 can also facilitate the calibration and debugging of the gas sensing device 100. For example, in order to simulate the gas detection environment, the gas sensing component 2 is assembled with the housing 1 to form a complete product. During the detection, if the detection data is found to be deviated, the gas sensing component 2 needs to be disassembled from the housing 1, and the structure or parameters of the circuit board 22 or the electronic components on the circuit board 22 need to be adjusted. If the cable 3 and the housing 1 are not detachable, it may cause interference or disturbance to the process of adjusting the structure or parameters. However, the present application detachably connects the cable 3 and the housing 1, which can facilitate the adjustment of the structure or parameters of the circuit board 22 or the electronic components on the circuit board 22. Moreover, after the cable 3 and the housing 1 are assembled, the first protrusion 63 of the housing 1 cooperates with the first limiting portion 321 of the cable 3 to limit the displacement of the cable 3 relative to the circuit board 22, thereby reducing the risk of the cable 3 detaching from the circuit board 22.

[0050] In some embodiments, the housing 1 includes at least two first protrusions 63, distributed on either side of the first cavity 6 along the length L or width W of the housing 1. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, along the extension direction of the cable 3, the at least two first protrusions 63 are close to the opening 60 relative to the first stop 321. In this way, when the cable 3 is subjected to external tension, the at least two first protrusions 63 limit the cable 3, thereby increasing the contact area between the cable 3 and the housing 1. This allows the cable 3 to withstand greater external tension without causing relative displacement with the housing 1.

[0051] Specifically, as shown in Figures 7 and 8 , for example, the first cavity wall 61 includes a first sub-cavity wall 612 and a second sub-cavity wall 613. Along the length L or width W of the housing 1, at least a portion of the first sub-cavity wall 612 and at least a portion of the second sub-cavity wall 613 are located on either side of the first cavity 6. The first protrusion 63 includes a first sub-protrusion 632 and a second sub-protrusion 633. The first sub-protrusion 632 is connected to the first sub-cavity wall 612, and the second sub-protrusion 633 is connected to the second sub-cavity wall 613. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, along the extension direction of the cable 3, the first sub-protrusion 632 and the second sub-protrusion 633 are both located close to the opening 60 relative to the first limiting portion 321.

[0052] In some embodiments, the first limiting portion 321 has a first surface 3211 and a second surface 3212. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first surface 3211 is closer to the opening 60 relative to the second surface 3212 along the extension direction E of the cable 3. The first limiting portion 321 has a limiting groove 324, and the first protrusion 63 is at least partially located in the limiting groove 324. The first protrusion 63 has a free end that abuts the first limiting portion 321.

[0053] Specifically, as shown in Figures 13 and 14 , the limiting groove 324 includes a first limiting groove 3241 and a second limiting groove 3242. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first sub-protrusion 632 is at least partially located in the first limiting groove 3241, and the second sub-protrusion 633 is at least partially located in the second limiting groove 3242. In some embodiments, the first sub-protrusion 632 has a first free end 631, and the second sub-protrusion 633 has a second free end 641. The first free end 631 and the second free end 641 respectively abut against the first limiting portion 321. The first free end 631 and the second free end 641 are located on the first wall 611.

[0054] In some embodiments, the housing 1 has a second protrusion 64, which is connected to the first cavity wall 61, protrudes from the first cavity wall 61, is located in the first cavity 6, and is farther away from the opening 60 than the first protrusion 63. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first stop 321 is at least partially located between the first protrusion 63 and the second protrusion 64 along the extension direction E of the cable 3.

[0055] In some embodiments, the housing 1 includes at least two second protrusions 64. Along the extension direction of the cable 3, the at least two second protrusions 64 are each located away from the opening 60 relative to the first protrusion 63. Thus, the second protrusion 64 corresponds to the first protrusion 63. Specifically, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the second protrusion 64 includes a third sub-protrusion 642 and a fourth sub-protrusion 643. The third sub-protrusion 642 is connected to the first sub-cavity wall 612, and the fourth sub-protrusion 643 is connected to the second sub-cavity wall 613. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, along the extension direction of the cable 3, the first limiting portion 321 is at least partially located between the first sub-protrusion 632 and the third sub-protrusion 642, and the first limiting portion 321 is at least partially located between the second sub-protrusion 633 and the fourth sub-protrusion 643.

[0056] In some embodiments, such as shown in Figures 7 and 8 , the first cavity wall 61 includes a first wall surface 611, at least a portion of which is exposed to the first cavity 6. The housing 1 has a stop groove 67, which is recessed from the first wall surface 611 toward the interior of the first cavity wall 61. In other words, the stop groove 67 is connected to the first cavity 6, and at least a portion of the stop groove 67 is away from the first cavity 6 relative to the first wall surface 611. The stop groove 67 extends through the first wall surface 611.

[0057] In some embodiments, the stop groove 67 includes a first stop groove 671. The first protrusion 63 and the second protrusion 64 are located around the periphery of the first stop groove 671, and the first stop groove 671 is located between the first protrusion 63 and the second protrusion 64. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, along the extension direction of the cable 3, the first protrusion 63 is closer to the opening 60 relative to the first stop groove 671, and the second protrusion 64 is farther away from the opening 60 relative to the first stop groove 671. The first stop groove 671 facilitates the installation and positioning of the first limiting portion 321. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first limiting portion 321 is at least partially located in the first stop groove 671, as shown in Figures 7, 8, and 11.

[0058] In some embodiments, the first cavity wall 61 includes a first stop groove wall surface 6711. Along the recessed direction of the first stop groove 671, at least a portion of the first wall surface 611 and the first stop groove wall surface 6711 are located on either side of the first stop groove 671. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first stop portion 321 abuts against the first stop groove wall surface 6711. In some embodiments, the first stop portion 321 is sealed against the first stop groove wall surface 6711.

[0059] In some embodiments, the first wall 611 includes a first sub-wall 6111 and a second sub-wall 6112, the first sub-cavity wall 612 includes the first sub-wall 6111, and the second sub-cavity wall 613 includes the second sub-wall 6112. Along the length or width direction W of the housing 1, at least a portion of the first sub-wall 6111 and at least a portion of the second sub-wall 6112 are located on either side of the first cavity 6, respectively. The first sub-wall 6111 and the second sub-wall 6112 each have a first stop groove 671. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first stop portion 321 is at least partially located in the first stop groove 671 provided in the first sub-wall 6111, and the first stop portion 321 is at least partially located in the first stop groove 671 provided in the second sub-wall 6112.

[0060] In some embodiments, at least a portion of the first sub-wall 6111 and at least a portion of the second sub-wall 6112 are parallel to the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100, where the direction perpendicular to the circuit board 22 is the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100. The first wall 611 includes a third sub-wall 6113, and both the first sub-wall 6111 and the second sub-wall 6112 are connected to the third sub-wall 6113.

[0061] In some embodiments, the cable 3 includes a second stopper 322 connected to the main body 31, protruding from the main body 31, and spaced apart from the first stopper 321. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the second stopper 322 is located outside the first cavity 6, and the opening 60 is located between the second stopper 322 and the first stopper 321 along the extension direction of the cable 3. This reduces relative displacement between the cable 3 and the housing 1 when the cable 3 is subjected to a pulling force toward the interior of the housing 1.

[0062] In some embodiments, when the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first protrusion 63 abuts the first limiting portion 321, and the second limiting portion 322 abuts the outer surface 13 of the housing 1. The first protrusion 63 cooperates with the first limiting portion 321 to limit the displacement of the cable 3 relative to the housing 1 along the extension direction; the second limiting portion 322 cooperates with the outer surface 13 of the housing 1 to limit the displacement of the cable 3 relative to the housing 1 in the direction opposite to the extension direction. In this way, the housing 1 components can both limit the position of the cable 3 and position it. In some embodiments, when the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the first cavity wall 61 abuts the first limiting portion 321.

[0063] In some embodiments, the cable 3 has a third stopper 323 that protrudes from the main body 31. Along the extension direction of the cable 3, the third stopper 323 is located between the first stopper 321 and the second stopper 322. The third stopper 323 abuts against the first cavity wall 61. This increases the connection area between the cable 3 and the first cavity wall 61, increasing friction between the cable 3 and the first cavity wall 61 and strengthening the positional contact between the cable 3 and the housing 1.

[0064] In some embodiments, the retaining groove 67 includes a second retaining groove 672. Along the extension direction of the cable 3, the second retaining groove 672 is closer to the opening 60 than the first retaining groove 671. The first protrusion 63 is at least partially located between the first retaining groove 671 and the second retaining groove 672. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the third retaining portion 323 is at least partially located in the second retaining groove 672. This facilitates the installation and positioning of the third retaining portion 323.

[0065] In some embodiments, the first cavity wall 61 includes a second stop groove wall surface 6721. Along the recessed direction of the second stop groove 672, at least a portion of the first wall surface 611 and the second stop groove wall surface 6721 are located on either side of the second stop groove 672, and the third stopper 323 abuts the second stop groove wall surface 6721. In some embodiments, the third stopper 323 is sealed to the second stop groove wall surface 6721. In some embodiments, the first sub-wall surface 6111 and the second sub-wall surface 6112 each have their own second stop groove 672.

[0066] In some embodiments, the second stop groove 672 extends through the outer surface 13 of the housing 1, and the second stop groove wall surface 6721 is at least partially located outside the opening 60. In some embodiments, the first cavity wall 61 includes a stop surface 673 that connects the first wall surface 611 and the second stop groove 672. The stop surface 673 and the first protrusion 63 are both located outside the second stop groove 672, with the stop portion closer to the opening 60 than the first protrusion 63. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the stop surface 673 is connected to the third limiting portion 323.

[0067] In some embodiments, the cable 3 is sealed to the housing 1. This can reduce the entry of foreign matter into the housing 1 through the first cavity 6. In some embodiments, at least one of the first limiting portion 321, the second limiting portion 322, and the third limiting portion 323 is sealed to the housing 1. Specifically, for example, the first limiting portion 321 is sealed to at least one of the first protrusion 63 and the first cavity wall 61; the second limiting portion 322 is sealed to the outer surface 13 of the housing 1; and the third limiting portion 323 is sealed to the first cavity wall 61. Specifically, the first limiting portion 321 is sealed to the wall of the first stop groove 671; and the third limiting portion 323 is connected to at least one of the wall of the second stop groove 672 and the stop surface 673.

[0068] In some embodiments, the first cavity 6 includes a first sub-cavity 65 and a second sub-cavity 66. The first sub-cavity 65 is located farther from the opening 60 than the second sub-cavity 66. The first protrusion 63 is located between the first sub-cavity 65 and the second sub-cavity 66 along the length direction L or the width direction W of the housing 1. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, along the extension direction E of the cable 3, the first stopper 321 is located between the first sub-cavity 65 and the second sub-cavity 66, and the third stopper 323 is at least partially located in the second sub-cavity 66, as shown in FIG11 . At least one of the first sub-cavity 65 and the second sub-cavity 66 is isolated from the external fluid of the gas sensing device 100.

[0069] In some embodiments, the housing 1 has a third protrusion 68 connected to the first cavity wall 61, protruding from the first cavity wall 61, and located in the first cavity 6. The third protrusion 68 forms an angle with the first cavity wall 61, facing away from the opening 60, and the angle is less than 90°, for example, 15°, 20°, 35°, 40°, 45°, 60°, 85°, etc. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the third protrusion 68 abuts the cable 3. The third protrusion 68 increases the contact area between the housing 1 and the cable 3. When the cable 3 is subjected to external tension, the third protrusion 68 provides an opposing force, thereby enhancing the retaining effect of the housing 1 on the cable 3. In some embodiments, the third protrusion 68 is at least partially elastic.

[0070] In some embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 7, 8, and 11, the third protrusion 68 has a sheet-like structure. In some embodiments, at least one of the first sub-wall 6111 and the second sub-wall 6112 is provided with the third protrusion 68. The angle between the third protrusion 68 provided on the first sub-wall 6111 and the first sub-wall 6111 is less than 90°, and the angle between the third protrusion 68 provided on the second sub-wall 6112 and the second sub-wall 6112 is less than 90°. In some embodiments, the third protrusion 68 is provided on both the first sub-wall 6111 and the second sub-wall 6112.

[0071] In some embodiments, the housing 1 has at least two third protrusions 68. Specifically, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, at least two third protrusions 68 are provided on the first sub-wall 6111, and at least two third protrusions 68 are provided on the second sub-wall 6112. The third protrusions 68 provided on the first sub-wall 6111 are symmetrically arranged with the third protrusions 68 provided on the second sub-wall 6112.

[0072] In some embodiments, along the extension direction E of the cable 3 , the third protrusion 68 is farther away from the opening 60 relative to the first protrusion 63 . The third protrusion 68 is farther away from the opening 60 relative to the second protrusion 64 .

[0073] In some embodiments, the housing 1 has a second cavity 7 that communicates with the first cavity 6. The circuit board 22 is at least partially located in the second cavity 7, and a portion of the cable 3 is also located in the second cavity 7, as shown in Figures 8-11. Because the cable 3 is directly connected to the circuit board 22, a portion of the cable 3 is also located in the second cavity 7. The housing 1 has a second cavity wall 73 that is located around the periphery of the second cavity 7. The first cavity wall 61 is at least partially located around the periphery of the second cavity 7. Along the length L or width W of the gas sensing device 100, the first cavity wall 61 is at least partially located between the first cavity 6 and the second cavity 7. In other words, the first cavity wall 61 at least partially defines not only the first cavity 6 but also the second cavity 7.

[0074] Specifically, for example, as shown in Figure 11, the rectangular circuit board 22 is located in the second cavity 7, and the connection between the cable 3 and the circuit board 22 is close to the long side of the circuit board 22. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are in the first state, the extension direction of the cable 3 is parallel to the length direction L of the circuit board 22.

[0075] In some embodiments, the housing 1 has an inner cavity 10, which includes a first cavity 6 and a second cavity 7. The housing 1 includes sidewalls 102, a top wall 101, and a bottom wall 103. The sidewalls 102, top wall 101, and bottom wall 103 are all located around the inner cavity 10. Along the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100, the top wall 101 and the bottom wall 103 are located on either side of the inner cavity 10. Both the top wall 101 and the bottom wall 103 are connected to the sidewalls 102. Along the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100, the top wall 101 is farther away from the bottom wall 103 than from the sidewalls 102. Along the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100, the circuit board 22 is closer to the top wall 101 than to the bottom wall 103, as shown in Figures 8 and 9. The housing 1 has a partition wall 107 located within the inner cavity 10 and connected to at least one of the sidewalls 102, top wall 101, and bottom wall 103. Along the length or width direction W of gas sensing device 100, at least a portion of first chamber 6 and at least a portion of second chamber 7 are respectively located on either side of partition wall 107. Partition wall 107 is located on the periphery of first chamber 6, and partition wall 107 is also located on the periphery of second chamber 7. Along the length or width direction W of gas sensing device 100, partition wall 107 is at least partially located between first chamber 6 and second chamber 7. Specifically, for example, first chamber wall 61 includes partition wall 107 and a portion of sidewall 102. Along the length or width direction W of gas sensing device 100, at least a portion of sidewall 102 and partition wall 107 are respectively located on either side of first chamber 6.

[0076] Specifically, as shown in Figures 4 and 5 , the sidewall 102 includes a first sidewall 1021, a second sidewall 1022, a third sidewall 1023, and a fourth sidewall 1024. Along the length direction L of the housing 1, the first sidewall 1021 and the second sidewall 1022 are located on either side of the inner cavity 10, respectively. Along the width direction W of the housing 1, the third sidewall 1023 and the fourth sidewall 1024 are located on either side of the inner cavity 10, respectively. The partition wall 107 is connected to the third sidewall 1023 and is located between the first sidewall 1021 and the second sidewall 1022 along the length direction L of the housing 1. Both the first sidewall 1021 and the partition wall 107 are located around the periphery of the first cavity 6. The first cavity wall 61 includes a portion of the partition wall 107 and the first sidewall 1021. The partition wall 107 and the first sidewall 1021 are each provided with a first protrusion 63, a second protrusion 64, and a third protrusion 68. The partition wall 107 and the first side wall 1021 are respectively provided with respective first stop grooves 671 and second stop grooves 672. The second side wall 1022, the third side wall 1023, the fourth side wall 1024, and the partition wall 107 are all located on the periphery of the second cavity 7. The second cavity wall 73 includes the second side wall 1022, the third side wall 1023, the fourth side wall 1024, and the partition wall 107. Specifically, the partition wall 107 is used to form the first sub-cavity wall 612 described above, and the first side wall 1021 is used to form the second sub-cavity wall 613 described above.

[0077] In some embodiments, the partition wall 107 is at least partially parallel to the direction in which the cable 3 extends within the first cavity 6. This reduces the length L or width W dimensions of the gas sensing device 100, facilitating miniaturization of the gas sensing device 100. In related art, the direction in which the cable 3 extends within the first cavity 6 is perpendicular to the partition wall 107. The longer the cable 3 accommodated within the first cavity 6, the greater the size of the gas sensing device 100 that needs to be increased. The size of the gas sensing device is affected or limited by the length of the cable accommodated within the housing. In the present application, the partition wall 107 is at least partially parallel to the direction in which the cable 3 extends within the first cavity 6. For the cable 3 accommodated within the first cavity 6, the additional size of the gas sensing device 100 that needs to be increased is the thickness or width dimension of the cable 3, such as the diameter of the cable 3. This reduces the impact of the cable 3 accommodated within the first cavity 6 on the size of the gas sensing device 100, facilitating miniaturization of the gas sensing device 100.

[0078] In some embodiments, the second chamber 7 includes a first sub-chamber 71 and a second sub-chamber 72, the first sub-chamber 71 communicating with the second sub-chamber 72. Along the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100, the first sub-chamber 71 is closer to the bottom wall 103 relative to the second sub-chamber 72. The top wall 101 includes a first top wall 1011 and a second top wall 1012. Along the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100, the first top wall 1011 is closer to the bottom wall 103 relative to the second top wall 1012. The first top wall 1011 and the second top wall 1012 are respectively located on either side of the second sub-chamber 72. The housing 1 includes a connecting wall 104, to which the first top wall 1011 and the second top wall 1012 are connected. Along the height direction HH of the gas sensing device 100, the connecting wall 104 is at least partially closer to the first top wall 1011 relative to the second top wall 1012. The second top wall 1012 and the connecting wall 104 are both located on the periphery of the second sub-chamber 72, and the first top wall 1011 and the side wall 102 are located on the periphery of the first sub-chamber 71. Alternatively, the second sub-chamber 72 can be regarded as a groove that is recessed from the first top wall 1011 in a direction away from the bottom wall 103. The circuit board 22 is located in the first sub-chamber 71, and the gas detection probe 21 is at least partially located in the second sub-chamber 72. The plane perpendicular to the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100 is defined as the third projection plane, the orthographic projection of the first top wall 1011 on the third projection plane is the first orthographic projection, and the orthographic projection of the second top wall 1012 on the third projection plane is the second orthographic projection, and the second orthographic projection is located within the outer contour of the first orthographic projection.

[0079] In some embodiments, the gas detection probe 21 has a gas chamber 213 and an opening 212. The opening 212 connects the gas chamber 213 to the outside of the gas detection probe 21. The gas detection probe 21 includes a detection element 210 located in the gas chamber 213. The detection element 210 comprises a thermistor, such as an NTC. The gas to be detected enters the gas chamber 213 through the opening 212 and comes into contact with the detection element 210. Upon contact with the gas to be detected, the detection element 210 generates an electrical signal, thereby enabling the gas detection probe 21 to detect the gas to be detected.

[0080] In some embodiments, the gas chamber 213 is in communication with the second sub-chamber 72, which is in gaseous communication with the outside of the gas sensing device 100. The second top wall 1012 includes a first perforated portion 105, which is located outside the second sub-chamber 72. The first perforated portion 105 has a first through-hole 1051, which extends through the second top wall 1012. The first through-hole 1051 is in gaseous communication with the outside of the gas sensing device 100 and the second sub-chamber 72. The first perforated portion 105 includes a first hole wall, which is located outside the first through-hole 1051.

[0081] In some embodiments, inner cavity 10 includes a third cavity 8, which communicates with first cavity 6 and second cavity 7. When cable 3 and housing 1 are in the first state, cable 3 is at least partially located in third cavity 8, as shown in Figures 7 to 9. Cable 3 is guided from second cavity 7, bends through third cavity 8, and then extends into first cavity 6, where it establishes a position-limited connection between housing 1 and cable 3.

[0082] In some embodiments, the housing 1 has a first communication port 81 and a second communication port 82. The first communication port 81 connects the first chamber 6 and the third chamber 8, while the second communication port 82 connects the second chamber 7 and the third chamber 8. Along the length L or width W of the gas sensing device 100, the first communication port 81 and the second communication port 82 are both located between the partition wall 107 and the side wall 102. Specifically, as shown in Figures 7 to 9, along the length L of the housing 1, the second chamber 7 and the third chamber 8 are located on either side of the second communication port 82; along the width W of the housing 1, the first chamber 6 and the third chamber 8 are located on either side of the first communication port 81. The first side wall 1021 and the fourth side wall 1024 are both located around the periphery of the third chamber 8. Along the length L of the housing 1, the first communication port 81 is located between the partition wall 107 and the first side wall 1021. Along the width W of the housing 1, the second communication port 82 is located between the partition wall 107 and the fourth side wall 1024. Of course, in other embodiments, along the width direction W of the shell 1, the second cavity 7 and the third cavity 8 are respectively located on both sides of the second connecting port 82; along the length direction L of the shell 1, the first cavity 6 and the third cavity 8 are respectively located on both sides of the first connecting port 81.

[0083] In some embodiments, the partition wall 107 is located on the periphery of the first cavity 6 , and the first cavity 6 includes a first communication port 81 and an opening 60 . Along the extension direction of the cable 3 in the first cavity 6 , the opening 60 and the first communication port 81 are respectively located on both sides of the first cavity 6 .

[0084] In some embodiments, the gas sensor assembly 2 further includes a support member 23 and a waterproof breathable membrane 24, as shown in FIG2 . The support member 23 includes a second perforated portion 106 having a second perforated portion 1061 extending through the support member 23. The second perforated portion 106 includes a second perforated wall located around the second perforated portion 1061. The support member 23 is located in the second sub-chamber 72 and is connected to the second top wall 1012. The second perforated portion 1061 is at least partially aligned with the first perforated portion 1051. The waterproof breathable membrane 24 is sandwiched between the support member 23 and the second top wall 1012. In a direction perpendicular to the height direction H of the gas sensor device 100, the orthographic projection of the first perforated portion 105 on the waterproof breathable membrane 24 is located within the outer contour of the waterproof breathable membrane 24, and the orthographic projection of the second perforated portion 106 on the waterproof breathable membrane 24 is located within the outer contour of the waterproof breathable membrane 24. That is, the waterproof breathable membrane 24 completely covers the first perforated portion 105 , and the waterproof breathable membrane 24 completely covers the second perforated portion 106 .

[0085] In some embodiments, the second top wall 1012 includes at least two first perforated portions 105 , and correspondingly, the support member 23 includes at least two second perforated portions 106 , and the at least two first perforated portions 105 correspond one-to-one to the at least two second perforated portions 106 .

[0086] In some embodiments, the first perforated portions 105 are arranged in one, two, or more rows, and each row of first perforated portions 105 includes at least two first perforated portions 105. The first perforated portions 105 have racetrack-shaped holes and round holes, and three racetrack-shaped holes (i.e., racetrack-shaped holes) and one round hole are arranged in a row, as shown in, for example, Figures 1 and 2, or Figures 15 and 16.

[0087] In some embodiments, the support member 23 is connected to the second top wall 1012 by at least one of laser welding, ultrasonic welding, and bonding.

[0088] In some embodiments, the support member 23 is ultrasonically welded to the second top wall 1012. Specifically, the support member 23 includes an edge portion located outside the second perforated portion 106; in a direction perpendicular to the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100, the edge portion is closer to the connecting wall 104 relative to the second perforated portion 106. The edge portion is ultrasonically welded to the second top wall 1012. Of course, in other embodiments, the support member 23 can also be connected to the second top wall 1012 using other methods, such as adhesive bonding, laser welding, friction welding, etc. In some embodiments, the support member 23 and the connecting wall 104 have a clearance fit.

[0089] In some embodiments, the support member 23 is a sheet-shaped or plate-shaped member, and the support member 23 is perpendicular to the height direction H of the gas sensing device 100 .

[0090] In some embodiments, the method for manufacturing the housing 1 includes the following steps:

[0091] S1. Provide a housing 1, wherein the housing 1 includes a second top wall 1012, and the first perforated portion 105 has a first perforated hole 1051, and the first perforated hole 1051 is provided through the second top wall 1012;

[0092] S2. Providing a substrate, wherein the substrate has a second through-hole 1061 extending through the substrate. The substrate has a first side surface and a second side surface, respectively located on opposite sides of the substrate along a thickness direction of the substrate. The substrate includes a flange portion connected to the first side surface and protruding from the first side surface.

[0093] S3. Place the first side surface of the substrate toward the second top wall 1012, keep the flange portion in contact with the second top wall 1012, and melt the flange portion.

[0094] In some embodiments, the energy source for melting the flange portion in step S3 includes, but is not limited to, laser, ultrasonic, and friction. In other words, the support member 23 can be connected to the housing 1 by laser welding, ultrasonic welding, friction welding, or the like.

[0095] In some embodiments, the housing 1 includes a first shell 11 and a second shell 12, as shown, for example, in Figures 2 to 6 or Figures 16 to 19. The first shell 11 and the second shell 12 have a first mating state and a second mating state. The connection between the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 can be switched from the first mating state to the second mating state, and vice versa. In the first mating state, the cable 3 is positionally connected to at least one of the first shell 11 and the second shell 12. In the first mating state, the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are separated. In the second mating state, the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are mated, fixedly connected or positionally connected, with the first shell 11 at least partially positioned outside the first cavity 6 and the second shell 12 at least partially positioned outside the first cavity 6. In other words, the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are detachably connected, and disassembly of the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 does not damage the structures of the first shell 11 and the second shell 12. This further facilitates separation of the cable 3 from the housing 1. When the cable 3 and the housing 1 are separated, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 may be separated first, and then the cable 3 may be separated from one of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 .

[0096] In some embodiments, the first housing 11 has a first surface 111 and a first outer surface 112. In the second mating state, the first surface 111 faces the second housing 12 and at least partially contacts the second housing 12. When the first and second housings 11 and 12 are in the second mating state, the first outer surface 112 is exposed to the outside of the gas sensing device 100. The first housing 11 has a first groove 113, which is recessed from the first surface 111 toward the interior of the first housing 11. The first groove 113 extends through the first surface 111 and the first outer surface 112. The first groove 113 has a first notch 1135 and a second notch 1136, with the first notch 1135 located on the first outer surface 112 and the second notch 1136 located on the first surface 111. Both the first notch 1135 and the second notch 1136 extend through the first surface 111 and the first outer surface 112. The first housing 11 has a first groove wall 1131, which is located at the periphery of the first groove 113. The first groove 113 is at least partially used to form the first cavity 6. The first notch 1135 is at least partially used to form the opening 60, and the first groove wall 1131 is at least partially used to form the first cavity wall 61. The first protrusion 63 is provided on the first groove wall 1131, the first protrusion 63 is connected to the first groove wall 1131, and the first protrusion 63 is located in the first groove 113. The second shell 12 has a second surface 121, and the second surface 121 is at least partially used to form the first cavity wall 61. In the second mating state, the second surface 121 faces the first shell 11, and the second surface 121 at least partially covers the second notch 1136. The second surface 121 is at least partially located around the periphery of the first groove 113, or in other words, the second surface 121 is at least partially located around the periphery of the first cavity 6. The second shell 12 has a first protrusion 122 for mating with the first groove 113, and the first protrusion 122 protrudes from the second surface 121 toward the first shell 11. In the second mating state, the first protrusion 122 is at least partially located in the first groove 113 and at least partially contacts the first groove wall 1131; the first protrusion 122 is at least partially located outside the opening 60. Thus, after the first and second shells 11 and 12 are separated, the cable 3 can be easily removed from the first groove 113 through the first and second notches 1135 and 1136, thereby separating the cable 3 from the housing 1.

[0097] In some embodiments, the first notch 1135 is located on one side of the first housing 11 in the length or width direction W, and the second notch 1136 is located on one side of the second housing 12 in the height direction H.
