A system (100) comprising: a user device (102) configured to enable a user of a set of users to provide a request for detection, monitoring, and mitigation of glitches in at least one digital asset of one or more digital assets; an information processing apparatus (104) coupled to the user device (102), the information processing apparatus (104) comprising: processing circuitry (122) configured to: receive, from a user of a set of users, a glitch report associated with the at least one digital asset of the one or more digital assets; initiate a glitch bounty payment when the glitch report is validated and verified by way of a smart contract associated with the at least one digital asset; assign the glitch report to at least one user of the set of users for mitigation of one or more glitches reported in the glitch report, wherein the glitch report is assigned based on one of, a type of severity of one or more glitches reported in the glitch report, a type of subscription associated with the at least one digital asset, or a combination thereof; generate one or more recommendations based on the type of severity assigned to the one or more glitches by way of one of, one or more AI techniques, one or more ML techniques, or a combination thereof, wherein the one or more recommendations comprising one of, a patch and a vulnerability management, a plurality of access controls and privilege management, a security configuration assessment, a threat modeling, an attack simulation, and the combination thereof; andupdate a status of the glitch report, wherein the status comprising one of, a glitch bounty payment status, an acknowledgement, a rejection, or a combination thereof.

15. The system (100) as claimed in claim 14, wherein the processing circuitry (122) is configured to enable a manual validation of the glitch report such that upon a successful manual validation, the glitch report is provided to an administrator of the at least one digital asset for validation.

16. The system (100) as claimed in claim 14, wherein, prior to receiving the glitch report from the user of the set of users, the processing circuitry (122) is configured to receive an access to the at least one digital asset from the administrator by way of a user device (102) associated with the administrator.

17. The system (100) as claimed in claim 14, wherein, prior to the validation and verification of the glitch report by way of the smart contract, the processing circuitry (122) generates and deploys the smart contract over a decentralized network.

18. The system (100) as claimed in claim 14, wherein the processing circuitry is configured to initiate the glitch bounty payment in one of, crypto tokens, financial capital, or a combination thereof.

19. The system (100) as claimed in claim 14, wherein the processing circuitry (122) is further configured to generate a reputation score for each user of the set of users based on a historical performance of each user of the set of users in glitch bounties and other security assessments.

20. A method (300) for detection and mitigation of glitches, the method (300) comprising:receiving, by way of a system (100), from a user of a set of users, a glitch report associated with at least one digital asset of one or more digital assets; initiating, by way of the system (100), a glitch bounty payment when the glitch report is validated and verified by way of a smart contract associated with the at least one digital asset; assigning, by way of the system (100), the glitch report to at least one user of the set of users for mitigation of one or more glitches reported in the glitch report, wherein the glitch report is assigned based on one of, a type of severity of one or more glitches reported in the glitch report, a type of subscription associated with the at least one digital asset, or a combination thereof; generating, by way of the system (100), one or more recommendations based on the type of severity assigned to the one or more glitches by way of one of, one or more AI techniques, one or more ML techniques, or a combination thereof, wherein the one or more recommendations comprising one of, a patch and a vulnerability management, a plurality of access controls and privilege management, a security configuration assessment, a threat modeling, an attack simulation, and the combination thereof; and updating, by way of the system (100), a status of the glitch report, wherein the status comprising one of, a glitch bounty payment status, an acknowledgement, a rejection, or a combination thereof.
