[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] This application is based on the Chinese patent application with application number 202310938796.4 and application date of July 27, 2023, and claims the priority of the Chinese patent application. The entire content of the Chinese patent application is hereby introduced into this application as a reference. Technical Field
[0003] The embodiments of the present application relate to, but are not limited to, the field of communication technology, and in particular to a method, electronic device, and storage medium for transmitting time slot information. Background Art
[0004] Communication networks typically use a frame structure to carry customer services. Specifically, time slots are divided within the bearer frame and used to carry services. In actual business applications, as customer service needs increase or decrease, the number of bearer time slots needs to be adjusted accordingly.
[0005] Related technologies use a hop-by-hop negotiation and adjustment method for time slot negotiation and adjustment. This means that all nodes between end nodes negotiate and adjust their time slots in sequence. Only after each time slot negotiation and adjustment is complete can the system respond to requests for increases or decreases in customer service needs. However, in practice, the increase or decrease in customer service needs is uncertain, and each time slot negotiation and adjustment between two adjacent nodes takes a certain amount of time. This results in low end-to-end time slot negotiation efficiency and an inability to respond to customer service needs in a timely manner. Therefore, improving the efficiency of end-to-end time slot negotiation is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.

For example, some operations / steps may be decomposed, while others may be combined or partially combined. Therefore, the actual execution order may vary depending on the actual situation.
[0046] Communication networks typically use a frame structure to carry customer services. Specifically, time slots are divided within a bearer frame, and these slots are used to carry services. The time slots can be divided into multiple slots within a bearer frame, or they can be divided across multiple bearer frames. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the transmission of bearer frames between nodes in related art. As shown in Figure 1, the nodes carrying customer services are a source node 100, a sink node 300, and two intermediate nodes 200. Each node can be a node that supports international standard protocols, a node that supports a sliced packet network defined in related technologies, or other types of bearer nodes. Bearer frames 410-440 consist of a header, a container, and a trailer. Time slots are divided within the container of the bearer frame, and the time slot positions are fixed, traveling with the bearer frame within the network. Each customer service can choose to be carried in a fixed time slot, with different customers selecting different time slot positions for service carrying. When a customer has high bandwidth, multiple time slot positions are selected for service carrying; when a customer has low bandwidth, a small number of time slot positions are selected for service carrying. When carrying customer services, the source node 100 maps the customer services to the corresponding time slots of the bearer frame and sends them out. The intermediate node 200 completes the time slot forwarding, and the destination node 300 extracts the customer services from the corresponding time slots and restores the original customer services.
[0047] Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the frame structure in related art. As shown in the figure, the bearer frame generally has a fixed frame structure. According to the frame structure in the standard document "Technical Requirements for Fine-Grained Slicing of Sliced Packet Networks", the bearer frame consists of 1 S code block, 195 D code blocks, and 1 T code block. The S code block, D code block, and T code block are 66-bit code block formats defined by the 802.3 standard specification. In addition to defining the S code block, D code block, and T code block, the standard also defines the O code block and IDLE code block (idle code block). Overhead bytes and 24 time slots are divided on the D code block in the bearer frame. Every 20 frames form a multiframe, so there are 480 time slots in one cycle. The overhead bytes in the bearer frame generally include the following information: multi-frame indicator (MFI), general communication channel information (GCC), time slot number information (Slot num), time slot configuration request indication information (Configuration Request, CR), time slot configuration response indication information (Configuration Acknowledge, CA), time slot configuration effective indication information (Configuration come into force, C), and time slot increase adjustment notification information (Send notice, S).
[0048] In actual business applications, initially, customer bandwidth is low, requiring a small amount of bearer channel bandwidth, and only a small number of bearer time slots are needed to meet customer needs. Over time, as customer traffic increases, bandwidth increases, and more time slots are needed to carry customer traffic. Therefore, the number of time slots must be increased without disrupting or interrupting customer traffic. Conversely, for customers experiencing declining traffic, bandwidth decreases over time, requiring a reduction in the number of time slots used to carry traffic. Therefore, the number of time slots required to carry customer traffic must be dynamically adjusted without disrupting customer traffic.
[0049] In the related art, time slot negotiation and adjustment are performed in a hop-by-hop negotiation and hop-by-hop adjustment manner, that is, all nodes between the end and the end perform time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment with each other in turn; and since each time slot negotiation is performed for the adjusted time slot, it is necessary to respond to the increase or decrease request of the customer's business demand after each time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment is completed. However, in actual applications, there is uncertainty in the increase or decrease of customer business demand, and each time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment between two adjacent nodes takes a certain amount of time, resulting in low efficiency of end-to-end time slot negotiation. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of end-to-end time slot negotiation is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on this, the present application provides a method for transmitting time slot information, an electronic device and a storage medium, which can efficiently transmit time slot information, realize the periodic transmission of state adjustment information of the full amount of time slots, and improve the efficiency of end-to-end time slot negotiation.
[0050] Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the time slot negotiation and adjustment process for reducing time slot demand in the related art using a hop-by-hop negotiation and adjustment method. As shown in Figure 3, the nodes carrying the service include a source node 100, a sink node 300, and two intermediate nodes 200, where the two intermediate nodes 200 are respectively node NA and node NB. The sink node 300, node NA, and node NB are downstream nodes of the source node 100. When a time slot needs to be reduced, the source node 100 sends a time slot configuration request indication (CR) signal to node NA. The CR signal carries the number of the time slot to be reduced or adjusted, prompting node NA to reduce the number of the time slot to be adjusted. After receiving the time slot configuration request indication (CR) signal, node NA completes preparations and sends a time slot configuration response indication (CA) signal to the source node 100. After receiving the Slot Configuration Response Indication (CA) signal from node NA, source node 100 completes the time slot reduction negotiation process between them. Source node 100 sends a Slot Configuration Validation Indication (C) signal to node NA. Then, source node 100 and node NA carry customer services in the reduced time slots. After receiving the Slot Configuration Validation Indication (C) signal from source node 100, node NA begins sending a Slot Configuration Request Indication (CR) signal to node NB, simultaneously sending the number of the reduced time slot. After receiving the Slot Configuration Request Indication (CR) signal, node NB completes its preparations and sends a Slot Configuration Response Indication (CA) signal to node NA. After receiving the Slot Configuration Response Indication (CA) signal from node NB, the time slot reduction negotiation process between them is complete. After receiving the Slot Configuration Response Indication (CA) signal from node NB, node NA sends a Slot Configuration Validation Indication (C) signal to node NB. Then, node NA and node NB carry customer services in the reduced time slots. By analogy, node NB and sink node 300 also complete the time slot reduction negotiation and adjustment process, completing the entire time slot adjustment process. During the time slot reduction adjustment process, the number of time slots between upstream adjacent nodes is first reduced. Only after the time slot number of the upstream adjacent nodes has been reduced does the time slot reduction operation begin for the nodes downstream of the adjusted nodes. This ensures that the number of time slots between upstream nodes is always smaller than that between downstream nodes. This means that the service bandwidth between upstream nodes is smaller than that between downstream nodes. This prevents traffic overflow at certain nodes due to the upstream service bandwidth exceeding the downstream service bandwidth in the pipeline. Therefore, during the adjustment process, the end-to-end bandwidth reduction adjustment is completed only after the last two nodes complete the time slot reduction adjustment. Therefore, no further time slot negotiation or adjustment can be performed until the time slot reduction request for the current customer service request is completed.
[0051] Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of the time slot negotiation and adjustment process for increasing time slots during time slot negotiation and adjustment using a hop-by-hop negotiation and adjustment approach. Two intermediate nodes 200, namely, node NA and node NB, are provided between the source node 100 and the sink node 300. Source node 100, node NA, and node NB are upstream nodes of sink node 300. As shown in Figure 4 , to ensure that the service bandwidth between upstream nodes is less than the service bandwidth between downstream nodes, the relevant art stipulates that when adding time slots, the time slot increase adjustment begins at sink node 300. Sink node 300 sends a time slot increase adjustment notification signal (S) to node NB. Upon receiving the time slot increase adjustment notification signal (S), node NB initiates the increase adjustment and sends a time slot configuration request indication signal (CR) to sink node 300, along with the number of the time slot to be added. After receiving the time slot configuration request indication signal (CR), sink node 300 completes preparations and sends a time slot configuration response indication signal (CA) back to node NB. After receiving the Slot Configuration Response Indication (CA) signal from the sink node 300, node NB completes the time slot increase and adjustment negotiation process between node NB and sink node 300. Node NB then sends a Slot Configuration Validation Indication (C) signal to sink node 300. Node NB and sink node 300 then carry customer services using the adjusted time slots. Simultaneously, node NB sends a Slot Increase Adjustment Notification (S) signal to node NA. Upon receiving the Slot Increase Adjustment Notification (S), node NA initiates the time slot increase negotiation process, sending a Slot Configuration Request Indication (CR) signal to node NB along with the number of the time slot to be increased. Upon receiving the Slot Configuration Request Indication (CR) signal, node NB completes the preparatory process and returns a Slot Configuration Response Indication (CA) signal to node NA. Upon receiving the Slot Configuration Response Indication (CA) signal from node NB, the time slot increase and adjustment negotiation process between node NA and node NB is complete. Node NA then sends a Slot Configuration Validation Indication (C) signal to node NB. Then, node NA and node NB carry customer services using the adjusted time slots. At the same time, the node NA sends a time slot increase adjustment notification S signal to the source node 100. By analogy, all time slot increase adjustment processes are completed only after the source node 100 and the node NA complete the negotiation and the time slot increase adjustment process. The adjustment process is negotiated and completed section by section. In the adjustment process of increasing the time slots, the number of time slots is always increased first between the downstream nodes, and then between the upstream nodes. The number of time slots between the upstream nodes is always kept less than the number of time slots between the downstream nodes, that is, the service bandwidth between the upstream nodes is less than the service bandwidth between the downstream nodes, to avoid the upstream service bandwidth in the pipeline being greater than the downstream service bandwidth, resulting in service overflow. In the adjustment process of increasing the time slots, the end-to-end bandwidth increase adjustment of the service is completed only after the last two nodes complete the time slot increase adjustment.Therefore, the completion of end-to-end time slot negotiation requires that time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment be completed in sequence between every two adjacent nodes, and the end-to-end time slot negotiation takes a long time.
[0052] As shown in Figures 3 and 4 , the bandwidth adjustment process in related technologies is negotiated and adjusted segment by segment. Adjustment of the next segment is initiated only after one segment is adjusted, making the adjustment process very time-consuming. Furthermore, segment-by-segment negotiation and adjustment introduces a drawback: some nodes may have completed the adjustment, while others may encounter unexpected situations during the adjustment process. For example, in some cases, the CR or CA signal may be lost due to interference during the adjustment process. Or, in some cases, a node may encounter difficulties and be unable to send a response CA signal in a timely manner, resulting in negotiation failure between upstream and downstream nodes. In these cases, when time slot adjustment negotiation fails between some nodes, subsequent time slot adjustment cannot proceed. As a result, some nodes on the network that have successfully adjusted carry services using the new number of time slots, while others carry services using the old number of time slots, resulting in inconsistent end-to-end bandwidth. In these cases, when negotiation fails between some nodes and time slot adjustment cannot proceed, a fallback mechanism is generally initiated. Following the time slot adjustment process, the successfully adjusted nodes are returned to their original, unadjusted time slot state using the opposite number of time slots. For example, if during a time slot increase adjustment, some nodes successfully adjust while others fail, a time slot reduction adjustment action is initiated for the nodes that successfully adjusted, and the increased time slots are deleted again according to the time slot reduction mechanism, completing the time slot rollback. Similarly, if during a time slot reduction adjustment, some nodes successfully adjust while others fail, a time slot increase adjustment action is initiated for the nodes that successfully adjusted, and the reduced time slots are added back according to the time slot increase mechanism, completing the time slot rollback. However, the time slot rollback process is also very cumbersome. Sometimes, during the rollback process, the rollback adjustment may fail again, making it impossible to continue the rollback, resulting in a dilemma where neither end-to-end time slot adjustment nor end-to-end time slot rollback can be completed. Furthermore, in networks built by different manufacturers, due to the different internal processing mechanisms of different manufacturers, time slot negotiation and adjustment failures are more likely to occur during time slot adjustment negotiations. Furthermore, when the original hop-by-hop adjustment takes a long time, failures further extend the efficiency of end-to-end time slot negotiation. Therefore, in related technologies, the efficiency of end-to-end time slot adjustment is low.
[0053] Based on this, the embodiment of the present application provides a data transmission method, communication equipment and computer-readable storage medium, through which the source node 100 sends the first time slot status information of N time slots to the downstream node in one cycle, and each frame unit in the N frame units carries a first time slot status information, so that the intermediate node 200 and the host node 300 located downstream of the source node 100 can periodically receive the first time slot status information of N time slots and respond, thereby realizing the periodic transmission of the status adjustment information of the full amount of time slots in a frame unit, so that each network device can realize the management of the status of the full amount of time slots, and because the first time slot status information of the time slot is transmitted frame by frame, the time slots are decoupled and the time slot negotiation and the time slot adjustment can also be decoupled, without the need to complete the time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment hop by hop. Therefore, compared with the related art, the embodiment of the present application can provide an efficient time slot information transmission means, which can realize the periodic transmission of the status adjustment information of the full amount of time slots, facilitate the network device to manage the status of the full amount of time slots, and improve the efficiency of the end-to-end completion of the time slot adjustment.
[0054] The data transmission method provided in the embodiment of the present application can be applied in the application environment of carrying customer services based on the time slot method shown in Figure 1. Figure 5 is a flow chart of the data transmission method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, in this embodiment, the nodes that carry the service include four network nodes, namely the source node 100, two intermediate nodes 200 (respectively, node NA and node NB) and the destination node 300. In the application of service carrying, the service carrying starts from the source node 100 and ends at the destination node 300, passing through the node NA and the node NB in the middle; the node NA, the node NB and the destination node 300 are downstream nodes of the source node 100; the source node 100, the node NA and the node NB are upstream nodes of the destination node 300. It can be understood that in actual application scenarios, there can be more intermediate nodes 200 between the source node 100 and the destination node 300. In the embodiment of the present application, two intermediate nodes 200 are used as an exemplary illustration.
[0055] In the data transmission method of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figure 6, the source node 100 performs the following steps: step S100, sending the first time slot status information of N time slots to the downstream node through a cycle, wherein each cycle transmits at least N frame units, and each frame unit in the N frame units carries a first time slot status information. N is the number of time slot divisions in a bearer frame. For example, if a bearer frame has 480 time slots, then at least 480 frame units must be transmitted in the cycle. Therefore, by periodically transmitting the first time slot status of each time slot, the negotiation of each time slot can be decoupled, and the time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment can also be decoupled, thereby providing an efficient time slot information transmission means, realizing the periodic transmission of the status adjustment information of the full amount of time slots, facilitating the network device to manage the status of the full amount of time slots while improving the efficiency of completing the time slot adjustment end-to-end.
[0056] It should be noted that the first time slot status information can be carried in the overhead of the bearer frame, or it can be carried in other ways. In this regard, the embodiments of the present application do not impose too many restrictions. The following embodiments all take the first time slot status information carried in the overhead as an example.
[0057] It should be noted that in some embodiments, the order in which each frame unit is transmitted within a period has a one-to-one mapping relationship with the time slot corresponding to the first time slot status information carried in the frame unit, such as frame 0 transmitting the first time slot status information corresponding to time slot 0. It should be noted that in some embodiments, the actual status of N time slots is set in the first time slot status information, and in other embodiments, only the first time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted represents the actual status, and the first time slot status information of the remaining time slots is blank or has invalid content.
[0058] For example, taking a multiframe consisting of 480 frame units as an example, as shown in Figures 5 and 7, Figure 5 is the interactive process of time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment of each node carrying the service in this application, and Figure 7 is the interactive process of time slot status information carried in the frame unit between two adjacent network nodes (wherein, each row corresponds to the first time slot status information of a time slot, and a bracket corresponds to a cycle). As shown in Figures 5 and 7, at this time, within one cycle, the 0th frame unit sent by the source end node 100 to the node NA transmits the first time slot status information of time slot 0, the 1st frame unit sent by the source end node 100 to the node NA transmits the first time slot status information of time slot 1, the 2nd frame unit sent by the source end node 100 to the node NA transmits the first time slot status information of time slot 2, and so on. The 479th frame unit sent by the source end node 100 to the node NA transmits the first time slot status information of time slot 479, thereby completing the transmission of the time slot status information of the full amount of time slots to the node NA through one cycle.
[0059] For example, taking a multiframe consisting of 512 frame units as an example, each frame unit in the first 480 frame units transmits the first time slot status information of a time slot, completing the adjustment indication transmission of 480 time slots, and the time slot status information is not transmitted in the following 32 frame units; among them, the time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment process in which the first time slot status information of the first 480 frame units participates can refer to the above-mentioned time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment process of a period consisting of 480 frame units.
[0060] It is understandable that, in the method for transmitting time slot information of the present application, regardless of whether a time slot participates in the adjustment, the first time slot status information of all time slots will be periodically transmitted.
[0061] It is understandable that in actual applications, since the available time slots of each network node may be the same or different, the first time slot status information initiated by the source node 100 can, in some embodiments, be directly forwarded by the downstream node, or the second time slot status information can be re-determined based on the corresponding change in the actual time slot available status and the second time slot status information can be requested to the downstream node for adjustment indication, so that the bandwidth increased or decreased requested by the source node 100 can be increased or decreased accordingly at the downstream node.
[0062] Therefore, the data transmission method of the present application can send the first time slot status information of N time slots to the downstream node within one cycle when responding to changes in customer business needs, complete the end-to-end time slot negotiation of the bearer business node, and determine the time slot adjustment based on the end-to-end negotiation results of the bearer business node, thereby saving the time required for the end-to-end time slot negotiation to succeed and improving the efficiency of the end-to-end time slot negotiation.
[0063] It is understood that in some embodiments, the period is a frame period, which is composed of a fixed number of frame units; in other embodiments, the period is a time period, which is composed of frame units of a fixed time length. For example, if the number of frame units contained in a multiframe is fixed, then the period is a frame period. For example, if a fixed time is set as the period and at least N frame units are transmitted within the fixed time, then the period is a time period. For example, if a frame carrying a specific identifier is identified as the start or end time of the period, then the period is a frame period.
[0064] It is understandable that the first time slot status information is information used by the upstream node to record the status of the time slot coordination and adjustment process of a time slot. The corresponding first time slot status information initiated by it is different at different stages. Therefore, the source node 100 is one of the upstream nodes, and its first time slot status includes at least one of the following: time slot adjustment application information, time slot adjustment effectiveness information or time slot adjustment category information. Among them, the time slot adjustment application information is used to indicate the adjustment requirement of the time slot information to be adjusted (corresponding to CR in Figure 5); the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is used to instruct the downstream node to start executing the corresponding time slot adjustment strategy (corresponding to C in Figure 5); the time slot adjustment category information is used to indicate whether the adjusted time slot is added or deleted (corresponding to the status corresponding to the customer code in Figure 7). It should be noted that the time slot adjustment category information and the time slot adjustment application information can coexist or one of them can exist to indicate the adjustment requirement of the time slot. Exemplarily, in the time slot negotiation stage, as shown in Figure 5, when time slot adjustment is required, the first time slot status information of the source node 100 is set to include time slot adjustment application information; and a time slot adjustment application information CR is initiated to the node NA until the time slot adjustment application information CR is transmitted to the destination node 300. When the source node 100 successfully negotiates with the node NA, the node NB and the destination node 300, the destination node 300 initiates the time slot adjustment response information CA corresponding to the time slot adjustment application information sent by the node NA to the node NA until the source node 100 receives the time slot adjustment response information CA corresponding to the sent time slot adjustment application information. Then, the source node 100 sends the time slot adjustment effectiveness information C to the downstream node. At this time, the first time slot status information includes the time slot adjustment effectiveness information C.
[0065] For example, as shown in Figures 5 and 7, when time slots 2 and 4 are actually participating in time slot adjustment, the time slot adjustment request information CR value in the first time slot status information corresponding to time slots 2 and 4 is 1, indicating that time slot adjustment is being requested. The CR value in the first time slot status information corresponding to other time slots is 0, indicating that time slot adjustment is not being requested. Furthermore, the customer number corresponding to the time slot adjustment category information in the first time slot status information corresponding to time slots 2 and 4 changes from an invalid number to a valid number, indicating that time slot adjustment is being added. Correspondingly, as shown in Figure 5, for the downstream nodes of the source node 100; when the source node 100 transmits the time slot adjustment application information CR of all time slots to the node NA within one cycle, after receiving the time slot adjustment application information CR of all time slots, the node NA transmits the time slot adjustment application information CR of all time slots to the node NB within one cycle, after receiving the time slot adjustment application information CR of all time slots, the node NB transmits the time slot adjustment application information CR of all time slots to the host node 300 within one cycle, the host node 300 receives the time slot adjustment application information CR of all time slots and returns the time slot adjustment response information CA of all time slots to the node NB, after receiving the time slot adjustment response information CA of all time slots to the node NA within one cycle, after receiving the time slot adjustment response information CA of all time slots, the node NA returns the time slot adjustment response information CA of all time slots to the source node 100 within one cycle, and the source node 100 receives the time slot adjustment response information of all time slots within one cycle. Since only time slots 2 and 4 apply for adjustment, all network nodes return the time slot adjustment response information CA, only valid for time slots 2 and 4 (i.e., CA = 1), while the time slot adjustment response information for other time slots is invalid (CA = 0). After the source node 100 receives all the returned response information within a cycle, it continuously sends multiple C = 1 signals in the next cycle. As shown in Figure 7, the indication signal C is transmitted in frames 0, 1, and 2 of the first three frames of the multiframe. As shown in Figure 8, the time slot adjustment validity information C is transmitted in all frame units within a cycle. As shown in Figure 7, after the cycle carrying C = 1 ends, time slots 2 and 4 begin to officially carry customer services in the next cycle.
[0066] It is understandable that before sending the first time slot status information of N time slots to the downstream node through one cycle, the method also includes: determining at least one time slot to be adjusted and the target adjustment state corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted from the N time slots; setting time slot adjustment application information in the first time slot status information corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted, wherein the time slot adjustment application information indicates that there is a need for adjustment of the time slot to be adjusted; setting time slot adjustment category information in the first time slot status information corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted, and the value of the time slot adjustment category information is related to the target adjustment state corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted.
[0067] As shown in FIG7 , taking the transmitting end as source node 310 and the receiving end as the downstream node of source node 310 as an example, if time slot 2 and time slot 4 are added time slots, it can be determined that the target adjustment state is added and the time slots to be adjusted are time slots 2 and time slot 4. The corresponding time slot adjustment application information CR value set for time slots 2 and time slot 4 is 1, indicating that time slot adjustment is applied, and the time slot adjustment application information CR value corresponding to other time slots is 0, indicating that time slot adjustment is not involved. The corresponding time slot adjustment category information (i.e., "customer number" in FIG7 ) set for time slots 2 and time slot 4 is set to "valid" to indicate that time slot adjustment is added.
[0068] It is understandable that in some embodiments, the source node 100 receives the second time slot status information of N time slots sent by the downstream node in one cycle, and one second time slot status information is correspondingly carried in one frame unit; the second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted is obtained from the second time slot status information of the N time slots; when the second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted includes time slot adjustment response information, the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is sent to the downstream node through one cycle, and the time slot to be adjusted is adjusted to the target adjustment state in the next cycle after the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is sent; wherein, the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is used to instruct the downstream node to execute the corresponding time slot adjustment strategy. It should be noted that the period for sending the time slot adjustment effectiveness information can be the nth period (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the period for receiving the second time slot status information, and this embodiment of the application does not limit this.
[0069] It should be noted that the time slot adjustment response information is a response to the time slot adjustment application information meeting the requirements.
[0070] For example, as shown in FIG7 , with the source node 100 as the transmitter and the receiving end as the node NA located downstream of the source node 100, when the source node 100 sends a CR for adding time slots 2 and 4 to node NA until the end-to-end negotiation is completed and it is determined that time slots 2 and 4 can be adjusted, node NA sets the value corresponding to the time slot adjustment response information CA in the second time slot status information to 1. After the source node 100 receives the second time slot status information sent by node NA, the source node 100 sends time slot adjustment validation information C=1 in the next cycle to indicate that time slots 2 and time slots 4 are enabled. At this time, after receiving the time slot adjustment validation information sent by the source node 100, node NA adds time slots 2 and 4 in the next cycle.
[0071] It is understood that when time slot adjustment validation information needs to be sent, it can be carried in one or more frame units within a period. Those skilled in the art can selectively set the number of frame units carrying time slot adjustment validation information based on actual needs. A greater number of time slot adjustment validation information reduces the probability of it being lost by downstream nodes, thereby further improving the efficiency of end-to-end time slot negotiation.
[0072] For example, Figure 8 is a schematic diagram of the bearer frame structure provided by the example of this application. The bearer frame is composed of a multiframe of 480 frames, wherein the time slot adjustment effectiveness information C is transmitted in all frames in the multiframe, so that the time slot adjustment effectiveness information C is transmitted 480 times. Therefore, when multiple transmission indication signals C are adopted, even if a bearer frame is lost due to reasons such as bit errors, as long as the time slot adjustment effectiveness information C of one bearer frame is transmitted to the downstream node, the downstream node can perform time slot adjustment and continue to send the transmission indication signal C to the downstream to avoid adjustment interruption. In the application, if the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is received in the current cycle, the adjustment is started from the first frame position in the next cycle. Both the upstream and downstream nodes use the new time slot scheme to process the business in the first frame of the next cycle, and the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is given one cycle in advance to reserve preparation for the time slot adjustment transformation. In order to improve the reliable transmission of time slot adjustment validation information C in applications, when the upstream node is sending time slot adjustment validation information C, if it receives a fault indication signal from the downstream node, indicating that a bit error or fault has occurred between the upstream and downstream nodes and the link between the upstream and downstream nodes is unreliable, the upstream node can continue to send time slot adjustment validation information C until the fault is resolved. This can avoid the loss of time slot adjustment validation information C due to a link failure between the upstream and downstream nodes. For example, as shown in Figure 7, time slot adjustment validation information C can be set only in the first three frames.
[0073] It is understandable that, in some embodiments, the timeslot negotiation carries a customer number. When the target adjustment state is valid, that is, when the corresponding timeslot is enabled to carry the target customer signal, adjusting the time slot to be adjusted to the target adjustment state includes:
[0074] Adding the time slot to be adjusted to the bearer time slot set corresponding to the target client signal to obtain a new bearer time slot set;
[0075] The target client signal is carried by the new bearer time slot set.
[0076] For example, as shown in Figure 7, when the value corresponding to the "Customer Number" column is "Valid," the target adjustment state is valid. Assuming that the target customer on source node 100 has a bearer timeslot set of U1 = {1}, and the timeslots to be adjusted are timeslots 2 and 4, the new bearer timeslot set in the valid state is {1, 2, 4}. At this point, when the target customer signal is transmitted on source node 100, services are transmitted using timeslots 1, 2, and 4.
[0077] It is understandable that after obtaining the new bearer timeslot set, the corresponding method of the source node 100 further includes:
[0078] At the beginning of the next cycle immediately following the transmission of the time slot adjustment effective information, the bandwidth of the target client signal is increased to obtain a target client signal with an increased bandwidth;
[0079] The target client signal with increased bandwidth is carried by the new bearer timeslot set.
[0080] For example, assuming that source node 100 sends a timeslot adjustment validation message during period T1, source node 100 begins adjusting bandwidth during period T2 and uses the adjusted bandwidth to carry the target client signal. T2 and T1 are separated by one period. The target client signal represents the target client's service. Therefore, by delaying the timeslot adjustment validation instruction C by one period, the actual timeslots at each node can increase or decrease synchronously with the flow of traffic, reducing the risk of traffic overflow.
[0081] It is understood that in some embodiments, the time slot negotiation carries a customer number. When the target adjustment state is an invalid state, where the invalid state indicates that the corresponding time slot is no longer used to carry the target customer signal, adjusting the time slot to the target adjustment state includes:
[0082] When the target adjustment state corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted is invalid, the time slot to be adjusted is deleted from the bearer time slot set corresponding to the target client signal to obtain a new bearer time slot set;
[0083] Starting from the next adjacent cycle after sending the time slot adjustment validation information, the target client signal is no longer carried in the time slot to be adjusted, and is carried by a new bearer time slot set.
[0084] For example, assuming that the current cycle is T1, the time slot to be adjusted is time slot 1, and the bearer time slot set is {1, 2, 4}, the new bearer time slot is {2, 4}, and the target client signal is transmitted through time slot 2 and time slot 4 starting at T2.
[0085] It is understandable that the time slot adjustment response information included in the second time slot status information received by the source node 100 may be directly from the sink node 300 or may be information generated by the sink node 300 and forwarded via the intermediate node 200 .
[0086] It is understandable that in some embodiments, due to the different available time slots of each network node, there is a situation where time slot negotiation fails. When the source node 100 receives the second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted, which includes time slot adjustment rejection information, the sixth time slot status information of N time slots sent to the downstream node in a cycle is set to carry the time slot adjustment application information and the time slot adjustment category information corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted. The value of the time slot adjustment category information is related to the opposite state of the target adjustment state, and one sixth time slot status information is carried in one frame unit. It is understandable that the period for sending the sixth time slot status information can be the nth period (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the period for receiving the second time slot status information, and this embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
[0087] It should be noted that the time slot adjustment rejection information may originate directly from the intermediate node 200 or the sink node 300; alternatively, the time slot adjustment rejection information may be information generated by one intermediate node 200 and forwarded by another intermediate node 200; alternatively, the time slot adjustment rejection information may be information generated by the sink node 300 and forwarded by the intermediate node 200. If negotiation fails at the intermediate node 200, the information is initiated by the intermediate node 200. Alternatively, if the sink node 300 determines that negotiation has failed after receiving the time slot adjustment request information, the sink node 300 generates the time slot adjustment rejection information.
[0088] For example, under normal circumstances, the source node 100 can transmit the adjustment request status information for all time slots (including CR valid information for time slots that require adjustment and CR invalid information for time slots that do not require adjustment) within one cycle. The intermediate node 200 parses, forwards, and forwards the information to downstream nodes until it is forwarded to the sink node 300. The sink node 300 can also transmit the time slot adjustment response information for all time slots (including CA valid information for time slots that require adjustment and CA invalid information for time slots that do not require adjustment) within one cycle. The intermediate node 200 forwards the time slot adjustment response information back to the upstream node until it reaches the source node 100. In some special or abnormal circumstances, the intermediate node 200 or the sink node 300 may determine that the time slot adjustment request initiated by the source node 100 cannot be met, and the time slot adjustment request is rejected. In this case, the received second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted includes time slot adjustment rejection information. For example, in Figure 9, source node 100 requests an additional 10 time slots. There are sufficient idle time slots between source node 100 and node NA to accommodate the request, and there are also sufficient idle time slots between node NA and node NB to accommodate the request. Therefore, the request can be forwarded. However, there are insufficient idle time slots between node NB and sink node 300 to accommodate the additional time slots. Node NB is unable to forward the time slot adjustment request to sink node 300, and the time slot adjustment request is rejected. Node NB directly sends a CA_reject signal back to the upstream node. After receiving the CA_reject signal, node NA continues to send the CA_reject signal back to the upstream node until source node 100 receives the CA_reject signal (i.e., the second time slot status information received by source node 100 contains the CA_reject signal). This signal determines that the time slot adjustment request has failed, and the previous time slot adjustment request needs to be withdrawn. Therefore, the source node 100 starts to send a new time slot adjustment application to the downstream node in another cycle (also transmits the sixth time slot state), wherein the time slot adjustment application information CR carried in the sixth time slot state is the same, and the value of the time slot adjustment category information is the opposite of the last time slot adjustment category information. For example, the last adjustment application content was to add a total of 10 time slots from time slot 1 to time slot 10, and the current adjustment application content is to delete a total of 10 time slots from time slot 1 to time slot 10, that is, withdraw the last adjustment application content of the corresponding time slot. Node NA receives the new time slot adjustment application information CR signal and the time slot adjustment category information (corresponding to the application withdrawal signal CR_withdraw in Figure 9), and node NA forwards CR_withdraw to node NB.Node NB receives the application withdrawal signal CR_withdraw, which is the withdrawal content of the previous application content (the opposite time slot adjustment content). Before this, node NB sent back the time slot adjustment rejection information CA_reject and was the starting device to send CA_reject. Now node NB stops sending back the time slot adjustment rejection information CA_reject and instead sends back the time slot adjustment response information CA to node NA. Node NA receives the time slot adjustment response information CA and continues to send it back to the source node 100. The source node 100 receives the response status information CA and determines that the time slot adjustment application withdrawal operation is completed, stops sending the application withdrawal signal CR_withdraw, and the entire time slot adjustment is completed.
[0089] It is understandable that for the source node 100, when the second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted does not carry time slot adjustment response information or time slot adjustment rejection information, the time slot adjustment application information and time slot adjustment category information corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted are repeatedly sent through one or more new cycles until the time slot adjustment response information or time slot adjustment rejection information corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted is received.
[0090] It should be noted that during signal transmission, the time slot adjustment request information and time slot adjustment category information may be lost due to link quality or other reasons, resulting in time slot negotiation failure. Therefore, after no time slot adjustment response information or time slot adjustment rejection signal is received, repeatedly sending the time slot adjustment request information and time slot adjustment category information corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted can further ensure the success rate of time slot negotiation.
[0091] It is understandable that, for the intermediate node 200 located between the source node 100 and the sink node 300, as shown in FIG10 , the intermediate node 200 performs the following steps:
[0092] Step S210: Receive first time slot status information of N time slots sent by an upstream node in a period, wherein the period includes N frame units, and one piece of first time slot status information is correspondingly carried in one frame unit;
[0093] Step S220: When the first time slot status information of the N time slots meets a preset condition, determine the second time slot status information of the N time slots, and send the second time slot status information of the N time slots to the downstream node in one period, wherein one piece of second time slot status information is correspondingly carried in one frame unit;
[0094] Step S230: When the first time slot status information of the N time slots does not meet the preset condition, a time slot adjustment rejection message is sent to the upstream node.
[0095] It should be noted that the period for sending the second time slot status information may be the nth period (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the period for receiving the first time slot status information, and this embodiment of the present application does not impose any limitation on this.
[0096] For example, as shown in FIG5 , a time slot adjustment is initiated by a source node 100. Source node 100 sends first time slot status information to a downstream node. Node NA, one of intermediate nodes 200 and the first downstream node of source node 100, determines that the first time slot status information meets a preset condition after receiving the first time slot status information from source node 100. It then initiates preparations, but does not immediately return a time slot adjustment response message CA to source node 100. Instead, it sends a second time slot status message containing a time slot adjustment request signal CR to its downstream node, node NB. Similarly, after receiving the second time slot status information from node NA (i.e., the first time slot status information corresponding to the upstream node), node NB determines that the second time slot status information meets a preset condition, it initiates preparations and does not immediately return a time slot adjustment response message CA to node NA. Instead, it sends a newly generated second time slot status message to node NB's downstream node, sink node 300. After receiving the time slot status information sent by node NB, sink node 300 determines that the preset condition is met and returns a time slot adjustment response message CA and the adjusted time slot number to node NB. Accordingly, after node NB receives the time slot adjustment response message CA from the sink node 300, it sends the time slot adjustment response message CA and the adjusted time slot number back to the upstream node NA. Similarly, after node NA receives the time slot adjustment response message CA from its downstream node (i.e., node NB), it sends the time slot adjustment response message CA and the adjusted time slot number back to the upstream source node 100. After the source node 100 receives the time slot adjustment response message CA and the adjusted time slot number from the downstream node, it determines that the sent back time slot number is consistent with the requested time slot number, confirms that the negotiation between the source node 100, the sink node 300, and all intermediate devices has been completed, and that the time slot adjustment negotiation between all devices is successful. In this case, the source node 100 begins to send the time slot adjustment validation message C to the downstream node. If the adjustment negotiation between some devices in the network fails, the source node 1001 will not receive the time slot adjustment response information CA, and the source node 1001 will not send the time slot adjustment effective information C. The devices will not carry customer services according to the new number of time slots, and the devices will still carry customer services according to the original number of time slots. This avoids the problem of end-to-end bandwidth inconsistency caused by successful negotiation between some devices and unsuccessful negotiation between some devices in traditional time slot adjustment, as well as the problem of time slot adjustment fallback. If the negotiation between some devices in the network fails and the source node 100 cannot receive the time slot adjustment response information CA, the source node 100 can repeatedly or continuously send the time slot adjustment request signal CR until it receives the time slot adjustment response information CA. If the source node 100 still cannot receive the time slot adjustment response information CA within a certain period of time, the source node 100 will consider that the end-to-end link has failed, stop sending the time slot adjustment request signal CR, and terminate the time slot adjustment activity.When the source node 100 receives the time slot adjustment response confirmation signal CA and the adjusted time slot number sent back by the downstream node and determines that the sent back time slot number is consistent with the requested time slot number, the source node 100 will send the time slot adjustment effective information C to the downstream node. At the same time, the source node 100 carries the customer service according to the new time slot plan. The downstream node receives the time slot adjustment effective information C and also forwards the customer service according to the new time slot plan, completing the time slot adjustment between the source node 100 and the node NA. When the node NA receives the time slot adjustment effective information C from the upstream source node 100, it simultaneously sends the time slot adjustment effective information C to its downstream node NB. At the same time, the node NA carries the customer service according to the new time slot plan. The downstream node NB receives the time slot adjustment effective information C and also forwards the customer service according to the new time slot plan, completing the time slot adjustment between the node NA and the node NB. Similarly, when node NB receives the time slot adjustment validation message C from upstream node NA, it also sends the time slot adjustment validation message C to sink node 300. At the same time, node NB carries customer services according to the new time slot scheme. Upon receiving the time slot adjustment validation message C, sink node 300 also extracts customer services according to the new time slot scheme, completing the time slot adjustment between node NB and sink node 300. After sink node 300 completes the time slot adjustment, the end-to-end time slot adjustment is complete. After completing the time slot adjustment, sink node 300 notifies source node 100 of the successful time slot adjustment. If source node 100 does not receive an adjustment success indication signal from sink node 300 within a period of time, it can resend the time slot adjustment validation message C. Alternatively, source node 100 can continue to send the time slot adjustment validation message C until it receives an adjustment success indication signal from sink node 300, at which point it stops sending the time slot adjustment validation message C. Therefore, the intermediate node 200 needs to receive the first time slot status information from the upstream node in one period, and determine the second time slot status information to be sent downstream to undertake the end-to-end time slot application negotiation.
[0097] It should be noted that when the first time slot status information and the second time slot status information are both time slot adjustment requests in a time slot negotiation process, the time slots in the first time slot status information and the time slots in the second time slot status information may be the same or different. For example, as shown in Figure 11, there are two idle time slots 2 and idle time slots 3 between the source node 100 and the node NA. When the source node 100 sends, the adjustment request signal CR for time slots 2 and 3 is valid, and the added time slot numbers are time slots 2 and time slots 3. The adjustment request signals for other time slots are invalid. Time slots 2 and 3 can be added between source node 100 and node NA. However, since time slots 2 and 3 are already in use between node NA and node NB, only time slots 5 and 8 are available. If the preset condition is set to support the use of different time slot codes for the same client on different nodes to transmit services, node NA meets the preset condition and can determine the second time slot status information. If the preset condition is set to support the use of the same time slot code for the same client on different nodes to transmit services, node NA does not meet the preset condition and sends a time slot adjustment rejection message to the upstream node (i.e., source node 100). At this time, the time slots in the first time slot status information and the time slots in the second time slot status information are different.
[0098] It is understandable that, for the intermediate node 100, the period corresponding to its receiving the first time slot status information and sending the second time slot status information is consistent with the period of the source node 100. In some embodiments, the period is a frame period, and the frame period is composed of a fixed number of frame units; in other embodiments, the period is a time period, and the time period is composed of frame units of a fixed time length.
[0099] It is understandable that the intermediate node 100, as a node between the source node 100 and the destination node 300, can both receive time slot status information from the upstream node and send second time slot status information to the downstream node, thereby assisting in completing time slot negotiation and time slot adjustment. Therefore, when the upstream node is the source node 100, its first time slot status information includes at least one of time slot adjustment application information, time slot adjustment effectiveness information, or time slot adjustment category information; when the upstream node is the intermediate node 200, the first time slot status information includes at least one of time slot adjustment application information, time slot adjustment response information, time slot adjustment rejection information, time slot adjustment effectiveness information, or time slot adjustment category information; the second time slot status information includes at least one of time slot adjustment application information, time slot adjustment response information, time slot adjustment rejection information, time slot adjustment effectiveness information, or time slot adjustment category information.
[0100] It can be understood that, referring to Figure 6, the intermediate node 200 determines at least one time slot to be adjusted and the target adjustment state corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted from N time slots, wherein the first time slot state information of the time slot to be adjusted carries time slot adjustment application information and time slot adjustment category information, and the target adjustment state is determined according to the value of the corresponding time slot adjustment category information; when it is determined that the time slot to be adjusted meets the adjustment conditions based on the time slot adjustment application information and time slot adjustment category information of the time slot to be adjusted, it is determined that the second time slot state information of the time slot to be adjusted is consistent with the corresponding first time slot state information.
[0101] It should be noted that, referring to Figure 6, taking node NA as an example, node NA determines from the first time slot status information sent from the source node NB that the time slot adjustment application information is an adjustment indication for time slot 2 and time slot 4, and the time slot adjustment category information indicates adding time slot 2 and time slot 3. Then, node NA determines that time slot 2 and time slot 4 are idle between node NA and node NB based on the actually available time slots, the time slots requested by the upstream node and the preset conditions, that is, the adjustment conditions are met. At this time, the time slot adjustment application information of the second time slot status information can be obtained, which indicates an adjustment indication for time slot 2 and time slot 4; the time slot adjustment category information indicates adding time slot 2 and time slot 3, that is, the second time slot status information is consistent with the first time slot status information.
[0102] It is understandable that the intermediate node 200 receives the third time slot status information of N time slots sent by the downstream node in one cycle, wherein one third time slot status information is correspondingly carried in one frame unit; obtains the third time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted from the third time slot status information of the N time slots; determines the corresponding time slot adjustment response information or time slot adjustment rejection information in the third time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted; and sends the fourth time slot status information of N time slots to the upstream node through one cycle, wherein the fourth time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted includes the time slot adjustment response information or time slot adjustment rejection information corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted, and one fourth time slot status information is correspondingly carried in one frame unit. It should be noted that the cycle for sending the fourth time slot status can be the nth cycle (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the cycle for receiving the third time slot status information, and this embodiment of the application is not limited to this.
[0103] For example, referring to FIG5 , taking node NB as an example, the sink node 300 determines that the time slot adjustment request information for time slot 2 and time slot 4 sent by node NB meets the adjustment requirements, and then sends the third time slot status information for time slot 2 and time slot 4 to node NB. In this case, the third time slot status information for time slot 2 and time slot 4 both include time slot adjustment response information. Therefore, in the next cycle, when node NB sends a time slot adjustment response message to node NA corresponding to the time slot adjustment request information sent by node NA to node NB.
[0104] For example, as shown in Figure 9, taking node NA as an example, node NB determines that there is no available time slot between the host node 300 and node NB, then node NB sends third time slot status information to node NA, and node NA determines that there is time slot adjustment rejection information, then generates fourth time slot status information corresponding to the time slot adjustment rejection information and sends it to the source node 100.
[0105] The third time slot status information can be used to determine a response result of the time slot adjustment request information sent to the downstream node through the second time slot status information, thereby completing a negotiation.
[0106] It is understandable that when the intermediate node 200 determines that the time slot to be adjusted does not meet the adjustment condition based on the time slot adjustment application information and the time slot adjustment category information of the time slot to be adjusted, it determines a replacement adjustment time slot corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted from the N time slots;
[0107] The second time slot status information replacing the adjusted time slot is set to be consistent with the first time slot status information of the corresponding time slot to be adjusted.
[0108] For example, in actual applications, since each node device has different time slot configuration content, the remaining time slot numbers between devices may be inconsistent, making it impossible to perform end-to-end time slot adjustment handshake negotiation under the condition that the adjusted time slot numbers are exactly the same. Therefore, as shown in Figure 11, taking the example of an end-to-end communication link where the available time slots of each node are not exactly the same and different nodes are supported to use different time slots for service transmission, the following are true:
[0109] As shown in Figure 11, there are two idle time slots, 2 and 3, between source node 100 and node NA. The adjustment request signal CR sent by source node 100 for time slots 2 and 3 is valid. The time slots to be added are time slots 2 and 3, and the adjustment request signals for other time slots are invalid. Time slots 2 and 3 can be added between source node 100 and node NA. However, because time slots 2 and 3 are already in use, the negotiation activity for adding time slots 2 and 3 cannot be completed between node NA and node NB (i.e., the adjustment conditions are not met). The end-to-end handshake negotiation activity between node NA and node NB is stopped and cannot proceed. To ensure that the end-to-end time slot adjustment negotiation can proceed, although the time slot numbers negotiated between source node 100 and node NA for additional adjustment are time slots 2 and 3, node NA, based on the availability of idle time slots between them, selects time slots 5 and 8 as the time slot numbers for additional time slot adjustment between them (i.e., the replacement adjustment time slots determined by node NA are time slots 5 and 8). Thus, after receiving the time slot addition adjustment request signals, the addition of time slots 2, and the addition of time slots 3 sent by source node 100, node NA sends to node NB an adjustment request signal CR valid for time slots 5 and 8, adding time slots 5 and 8, and invalidating the adjustment request signals for other time slots. The first time slot states of time slots 2 and 3 sent by source node 100 correspond one-to-one to the second time slot states of the corresponding replacement adjustment time slots in node NA. By analogy, based on the idle time slots between node NB and sink node 300, node NB selects time slot 1 and time slot 7 as the time slots for adding time slot adjustment between node NB and sink node 300 (i.e., node NB determines the replacement adjustment time slots to be time slot 5 and time slot 8). Thus, after node NB receives the time slot addition adjustment request signal CR, indicating the addition of time slot 5 and time slot 8, from node NA, node NB sends an adjustment request signal CR to sink node 300, indicating that the added time slots are time slot 1 and time slot 7, and that the adjustment request signals for other time slots are invalid. After receiving the time slot addition adjustment request signal CR, indicating the addition of time slot 1 and time slot 7, sink node 300 sends back a time slot addition adjustment response signal CA to the upstream node, indicating that the adjustment response signals for time slot 1 and time slot 7 are valid, and that the adjustment response signals for other time slots are invalid.
[0110] It can be understood that, the third time slot status information of N time slots sent by the downstream node is received in one period, wherein one piece of third time slot status information is correspondingly carried in one frame unit;
[0111] Obtaining third time slot state information replacing the adjusted time slot from the third time slot state information of the N time slots;
[0112] determining corresponding time slot adjustment response information or time slot adjustment rejection information in the third time slot status information replacing the adjusted time slot;
[0113] The fourth time slot status information of N time slots is sent to the upstream node through a cycle, wherein the fourth time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted includes the time slot adjustment response information or time slot adjustment rejection information corresponding to the adjusted time slot, and one fourth time slot status information is carried in one frame unit.
[0114] For example, taking intermediate node 200 as node NB, as shown in FIG11 , after receiving the time slot addition adjustment request signal CR, adding time slot 1, and adding time slot 7, the destination node 300 sends back to the upstream node time slot addition adjustment time slot adjustment response information CA, indicating that the adjustment time slots for time slots 1 and 7 are valid, while the adjustment time slot adjustment response information for other time slots is invalid. After the upstream node NB receives the third time slot status information sent back by the downstream node, including the time slot adjustment response information CA, indicating that the time slot addition adjustment time slot adjustment response information and the adjustment time slot adjustment response information for time slots 1 and 7 are valid, the third time slot status information corresponds to time slot 1 and time slot 7 as the replacement adjustment time slots. The upstream node NA then sends back fourth time slot status information containing time slot adjustment response information. The time slot adjustment response information CA in the fourth time slot status information indicates that the time slot addition adjustment time slot adjustment response information CA and the time slot adjustment response information for time slots 5 and 8 are valid. At this point, the replacement adjustment time slots corresponding to the fourth time slot status information are time slots 5 and 8. Similarly, after receiving the returned time slot addition adjustment time slot adjustment response information CA and the time slot adjustment response information for time slots 5 and 8 being valid, the upstream node NA sends back time slot addition adjustment time slot adjustment response information CA and the time slot adjustment response information for time slots 2 and 3 being valid to the upstream source node 100. After source node 100 receives the time slot increase and adjustment response message CA and the time slot adjustment response message valid for time slots 2 and 3 from the downstream device, source node 100, sink node 300, and intermediate node 200 on the network jointly complete the time slot increase and adjustment handshake negotiation, even though the actual added time slot numbers differ between different nodes. Source node 100 sends time slot increase and adjustment validation message C in the next cycle. Thereafter, in the next adjacent cycle, source node 100 begins carrying customer services on time slots 2 and 3. Node NA receives time slot increase and adjustment validation message C and extracts customer services from time slots 2 and 3 in the next adjacent cycle. Node NA also sends time slot increase and adjustment validation message C to downstream node NB. Thereafter, in the next adjacent cycle, customer services are carried on time slots 5 and 8 between nodes NA and NB. After node NB receives the time slot increase and time slot adjustment validation message C, it extracts customer services from time slots 5 and 8 in the next cycle. Simultaneously, node NB sends a time slot adjustment request message C to the downstream sink node 300, and after that, customer services are carried on time slots 1 and 7 between node NB and sink node 300 in the next cycle. After sink node 300 receives the time slot adjustment request message C, it extracts customer services from time slots 1 and 7 in the next cycle, completing the end-to-end time slot increase and adjustment process.
[0115] Correspondingly, for the third time slot status information containing time slot adjustment rejection information, the time slot adjustment response message in Figure 11 can be referred to, first determine the alternative adjustment time slot corresponding to the third time slot status information, and then determine the time slot to be adjusted corresponding to the fourth time slot status information, so as to achieve correct forwarding of the time slot status message.
[0116] It is understood that the intermediate node 200 receives the time slot adjustment effectiveness information sent by the upstream node in one cycle; based on the time slot adjustment effectiveness information, the intermediate node 200 sends the time slot adjustment effectiveness information to the downstream node through one cycle, and adjusts the time slot to be adjusted or the replacement time slot to the target adjustment state in the next adjacent cycle in which the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is sent; wherein the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is used to instruct the downstream node to execute the corresponding time slot adjustment strategy. It should be noted that the period for sending the time slot adjustment effectiveness information to the downstream node can be the nth cycle (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the period in which the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is received from the upstream node, and this embodiment of the application does not limit this.
[0117] Exemplarily, referring to FIG5 and FIG11, taking node NA as an example, NA receives the time slot adjustment validity information C in period T1, and then sends the time slot adjustment validity information C to node NB in period T2; T1 and T2 are separated by one period.
[0118] Therefore, after the first time slot status information containing the time slot adjustment request information sent by the source node 100 is transmitted to the destination node 300, and the destination node 300 feeds back the corresponding time slot adjustment response information, the source node 100 sends the time slot adjustment effectiveness information, and the intermediate node 200 forwards the time slot adjustment effectiveness information, so that the actual adjustment of the bandwidth corresponding to the time slot is adjusted after the time slot negotiation of each node is completed, so that the actual effective adjustment of each node is synchronized.
[0119] It is understandable that the target adjustment state includes a valid state, and the valid state indicates that the corresponding time slot is enabled to carry the target client signal; therefore, when the target adjustment state of the intermediate node 200 is a valid state, the time slot to be adjusted or the adjustment time slot is replaced by the addition of the bearer time slot set corresponding to the target client signal to obtain a new bearer time slot set; the target client signal is carried by the new bearer time slot set.
[0120] For example, assuming that the time slot to be adjusted is time slot 2 and the bearer time slot set is {1}, the new bearer set is {1, 2}. If the time slot to be adjusted in the chicken house is time slot 3 and the bearer time slot set is {1}, the new bearer set is {1, 3}.
[0121] Therefore, by corresponding one customer to one bearer time slot set, time slots occupied by different customers are distinguished, and by identifying the time slot application as adding a time slot when the target adjustment state is valid, time slot negotiation for adding a time slot is implemented.
[0122] It is understandable that after determining the new bearer timeslot set, the intermediate node 200 receives the target client signal with increased bandwidth from the upstream node starting from the next adjacent cycle of sending the timeslot adjustment effectiveness information, and carries the target client signal with increased bandwidth through the new bearer timeslot set.
[0123] For example, referring to Figures 7 and 13 to 15, assuming that the transmitting end sends the time slot adjustment effectiveness information in the T1 period, and the intermediate node 200 as the receiving end receives the time slot adjustment effectiveness information in the T1 period, the transmitting end and the intermediate node 200 as the receiving end will both perform time slot adjustment at T2, where T2 and T1 are separated by one period.
[0124] It is understandable that the target adjustment state includes an invalid state, and the invalid state indicates that the corresponding time slot is no longer used to carry the target client signal; when the target adjustment state corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted is an invalid state, the time slot to be adjusted or the replacement adjustment time slot is deleted from the bearer time slot set corresponding to the target client signal, and a new bearer time slot set is obtained; starting from the next adjacent cycle in which the time slot adjustment effectiveness information is sent, the target client signal is no longer carried in the time slot to be adjusted, and the target client signal is carried through the new bearer time slot set.
[0125] Therefore, by identifying whether the target adjustment state is the invalid state or the valid state, negotiation of adding or deleting a time slot is achieved.
[0126] Exemplarily, when the target adjustment state is invalid, the data transmission method for end-to-end time slot reduction is shown in FIG12 . When time slot 6 for a customer service needs to be deleted between source node 100 and node NA, the adjustment request signal CR for time slot 6 sent by source node 100 becomes valid. The customer number for time slot 6 changes from valid to invalid, indicating the deletion of time slot 6. The adjustment request signals for other time slots remain unchanged. Time slot 6 can be reduced between source node 100 and node NA. After receiving the time slot 6 adjustment request signal CR sent by source node 100 and indicating the reduction of time slot 6, node NA sends a time slot 6 adjustment request signal CR to node NB, indicating the reduction of time slot 6. Similarly, after receiving the time slot adjustment request signal CR for time slot 6 and indicating the reduction of time slot 6, sink node 300 sends a time slot adjustment response signal CA for time slot 6 back to the upstream node. Upon receiving the time slot adjustment response signal CA for time slot 6 sent back by the downstream node, upstream node NB sends a time slot adjustment response signal CA for time slot 6 back to upstream node NA, and so on. After receiving the Slot Adjustment Response (CA) message for time slot 6 from the downstream device, source node 100 determines that it, sink node 300, and intermediate node 200 on the network have completed the handshake negotiation for reducing time slot 6. Assuming that source node 100 sends Slot Adjustment Validation (C) information (C=1) during period T1, source node 100 then stops carrying customer traffic on time slot 6 during period T2 and sends customer traffic to downstream nodes during period T2. Node NA receives Slot Adjustment Validation (C) during period T1 and then stops extracting customer traffic from time slot 6 during period T2. Simultaneously, node NA sends Slot Adjustment Validation (C) information to downstream node NB during period T2 and then stops carrying customer traffic on time slot 6 between them during period T3. This process continues in this order. Sink node 300 receives Slot Adjustment Request (C) during period T1 and then stops extracting customer traffic from time slot 6 during the next multiframe period, thus completing the end-to-end time slot reduction adjustment.
[0127] It is understandable that when the first time slot status information of N time slots does not meet the preset conditions, the intermediate node 200 sends a time slot adjustment rejection message to the upstream node, including: when it is determined that the time slot to be adjusted does not meet the adjustment conditions and there is no corresponding alternative adjustment time slot based on the time slot adjustment application information and the time slot adjustment category information of the time slot to be adjusted, the fifth time slot status information of N time slots is sent to the upstream node through a cycle, wherein one fifth time slot status information is carried in one frame unit, and the fifth time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted includes the time slot adjustment rejection information. It should be noted that the period for sending the fifth time slot status information can be the nth period (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the period for receiving the first time slot status information, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
[0128] For example, assuming that the source node 100 requests an increase in time slot 2 and time slot 3 from node NA, time slot 2 and time slot 3 between node NA and node NB are not available, that is, the adjustment conditions are not met, and there are no other two available time slots between node NA and node NB (that is, there is no alternative adjustment time slot), then in the next cycle node NA sends the fifth time slot status information containing time slot adjustment rejection information to the source node 100.
[0129] It is understandable that, as shown in Figure 9, after sending the time slot adjustment rejection information, the source node 100 will initiate a withdrawal request to withdraw the previously negotiated time slot. At this time, when the intermediate node 100 receives the sixth time slot status information for the time slot to be adjusted in one cycle, and the sixth time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted includes time slot adjustment application information and time slot adjustment category information, and the value of the time slot adjustment category information is related to the opposite state of the target adjustment state, then the time slot adjustment response information is sent to the upstream node through one cycle. It should be noted that the period for sending the time slot adjustment response information can be the nth period (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the period for receiving the time slot adjustment application information and the time slot adjustment category information, and this embodiment of the application does not limit this.
[0130] For example, taking node NA as an example, assuming that the sixth time slot status information (corresponding to CR_withdraw in Figure 9) sent by the source node 100 is received in the T1 period, the time slot adjustment response information CA is sent to the source node 100 in the T2 period to indicate that the withdrawal is successful.
[0131] As can be understood, referring to Figures 5 and 16 , the sink node 300 performs the following steps: Step S300: Receive first time slot status information for N time slots sent by the upstream node in a period, where the period includes N frames, and one piece of first time slot status information is carried in one frame. At this point, the sink node 300 can parse the first time slot status information to obtain one of time slot application information, time slot adjustment validation information, and time slot adjustment category information, thereby determining whether the time slot adjustment conditions are met.
[0132] It should be noted that the first time slot status information can be used to request at least one of adding time slots, deleting time slots, and withdrawing time slots. Therefore, within a cycle, there may only be requests to add time slots, only to delete time slots, or any combination of the above three requests.
[0133] For example, assuming that 480 frame units are transmitted in one cycle and that a multiframe has 480 time slots, as shown in FIG7 , the sink node 300, as the receiving end, receives first time slot status information from the upstream node. This first time slot status information indicates that the CR for time slots 2 and 4 is 1, indicating that time slots 2 and 4 need to be adjusted. The corresponding customer numbers are all valid. Based on the customer numbers and CR values, the sink node 300 can determine that the time slot application information is for time slots 2, 4, and 6, and that the time slot adjustment type for time slots 2 and 4 is increase. Therefore, when the sink node 300 determines that the adjustment is possible, it sends a CA to the transmitting end. When the transmitting end feedbacks C=1 in period T1, the increase of time slots 2 and 4 is performed in period T2.
[0134] For example, assuming that 480 frame units are transmitted in one cycle and that a multiframe has 480 time slots, as shown in FIG12 , the sink node 300, as the receiving end, receives first time slot status information from the upstream node. This first time slot status information indicates that the CR of time slot 6 is 1, indicating that time slot 6 needs to be adjusted. The corresponding customer number is invalid. In other words, based on the customer number and the CR value, the sink node 300 can determine that the time slot request information is time slot 6 and the time slot adjustment type of time slot 6 is deletion. Therefore, when the sink node 300 determines that the adjustment is possible, it sends a CA to the transmitting end. When the transmitting end feedbacks C=1 in period T1, time slot 6 is deleted in period T2.
[0135] For example, assuming a transmission cycle of 512 frame units and a multiframe with 480 time slots, as shown in Figure 13, sink node 300, as the receiving end, receives first time slot status information from the upstream node. This first time slot status information indicates that the CR values for time slots 2, 4, and 6 are 1, indicating that time slots 2, 4, and 6 need to be adjusted. The corresponding customer numbers are valid, valid, and invalid, respectively. Based on the customer numbers and CR values, sink node 300 determines that the time slot request information refers to time slots 2, 4, and 6, and that the time slot adjustment categories for time slots 2 and 4 are add, while the adjustment category for time slot 6 is delete. Therefore, upon determining that adjustments are possible, sink node 300 sends a CA to the transmitting end. When the transmitting end reports C=1 in period T1, time slots 2 and 4 are added, and time slot 6 is deleted in period T2.
[0136] It is understandable that, for the host node 300, its receiving period and the period of the corresponding response structure in the first time slot status information fed back to the upstream node are consistent with those of the upstream node. In some embodiments, the period is a frame period, which is composed of a fixed number of frame units; in other embodiments, the period is a time period, which is composed of frame units of a fixed time length.
[0137] It is understood that, after receiving the first time slot status information sent by the upstream node, the sink node 300, as an end node on the same bearer service, determines at least one time slot to be adjusted and the target adjustment state corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted from the N time slots. The first time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted carries time slot adjustment request information and time slot adjustment category information, and the target adjustment state is determined based on the value of the corresponding time slot adjustment category information. Furthermore, based on the time slot adjustment request information and time slot adjustment category information of the time slot to be adjusted, it is determined whether the time slot to be adjusted meets the adjustment conditions and whether there is no corresponding alternative adjustment time slot if the conditions are not met. Specifically, the following steps are performed:
[0138] When it is determined that the time slot to be adjusted meets the adjustment condition based on the time slot adjustment application information and the time slot adjustment category information of the time slot to be adjusted, the second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted is set to include the time slot adjustment response information in the second time slot status information of N time slots sent to the upstream node in one period, wherein one piece of second time slot status information is correspondingly carried in one frame unit;
[0139] When it is determined, based on the time slot adjustment request information and the time slot adjustment category information of the time slot to be adjusted, that the time slot to be adjusted does not meet the adjustment condition, an alternative adjustment time slot corresponding to the time slot to be adjusted is determined from the N time slots, and the second time slot status information of the N time slots sent to the upstream node in one cycle is set to include the time slot adjustment response information in the second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted;
[0140] When it is determined, based on the time slot adjustment application information and the time slot adjustment category information of the time slot to be adjusted, that the time slot to be adjusted does not meet the adjustment conditions and there is no corresponding alternative adjustment time slot, then in the second time slot status information of the N time slots sent to the upstream node through one cycle, the second time slot status information of the time slot to be adjusted is set to include time slot adjustment rejection information.
[0141] It should be noted that the period for sending the second time slot status information may be the nth period (n is greater than or equal to 1) after the period for receiving the first time slot status information, and this embodiment of the present application does not impose any limitation on this.
[0142] Exemplarily, as shown in FIG11 , the sink node 300 determines that the time slot adjustment request information for time slots 1 and 7 sent by the node NB meets the requirements, and then sends a time slot adjustment response message to the node NB in the frame units corresponding to time slots 1 and 7.
[0143] For example, assuming that as shown in Figure 11, the host node 300 determines that the time slot adjustment application information of time slots 1 and 7 sent by node NB does not meet the requirements, and determines that the time slots to be adjusted are time slots 2 and time slots 4, then the time slot adjustment response information is sent to node NB in the frame units corresponding to time slots 2 and time slots 4.
[0144] Exemplarily, as shown in FIG9 , assuming that the node NB sends first time slot status information to the sink node 300 , but the time slot corresponding to the first time slot status information does not exist in the sink node 300 , the sink node 300 sends time slot adjustment rejection information.
[0145] It can be understood that, as shown in Figure 7, for the host node 300, after sending the second time slot status information of N time slots, it receives the time slot adjustment effectiveness information from the source node in one cycle; according to the time slot adjustment effectiveness information, in the next cycle, the time slot to be adjusted or the replacement adjustment time slot is adjusted to the target adjustment state.
[0146] Exemplarily, as shown in FIG7 , assuming that in period T1, the sink node 300 as a receiving end receives the time slot adjustment validation information C, then in period T2 the time slot to be adjusted or the time slot to be replaced with the adjustment is adjusted to the target adjustment state.
[0147] It is understandable that the destination node 300 determines that the target adjustment state includes a valid state, and the valid state indicates that the corresponding time slot is enabled to carry the target client signal; then the time slot to be adjusted or the adjustment time slot is added to the bearer time slot set corresponding to the target client signal to obtain a new bearer time slot set; and the target client signal is carried by the new bearer time slot set.
[0148] For example, assuming that the time slot to be adjusted is time slot 2 and the bearer time slot set is {3}, the new bearer time slot set is {2, 3}. assuming that the time slot to be adjusted is time slot 4 and the bearer time slot set is {3}, the new bearer time slot set is {3, 4}.
[0149] It is understandable that the sink node 300 determines that the adjustment state includes the invalid state, which indicates that the corresponding time slot is no longer used to carry the target client signal; then the time slot to be adjusted or the replacement adjustment time slot is deleted from the bearer time slot set corresponding to the target client signal.
[0150] For example, assuming that the time slot to be adjusted is time slot 2 and the bearer time slot set is {2, 3}, the new bearer time slot set is {, 3}. assuming that the time slot to be adjusted is time slot 4 and the bearer time slot set is {3, 4}, the new bearer time slot set is {3}.
[0151] It is understood that the data transmission method of the present application can be applied to the process of adding and deleting time slots for multiple clients simultaneously. For example, in Figure 13, taking the example of the same available time slots for each node, client A adds time slots 2 and 4, while client B reduces time slot 6. Within the cycle, source node 100 sets the CRs for time slots 2, 4, and 6 to 1, and the client numbers for time slots 2 and 4 change from invalid to valid, adding time slots 2 and 4. If the client number for time slot 6 changes from valid to invalid, time slot 6 is deleted. Nodes NA and NB sequentially forward the request signals to sink node 300. After receiving the request signals for all time slots, sink node 300 returns a response message CA. Only the response CA messages for time slots 2, 4, and 6 are valid, while the response CA messages for other time slots are invalid. Nodes NB and NA sequentially forward the response CA messages to source node 100. After receiving all the time slot adjustment response information CA, the source node 100 transmits the adjustment indication C information in the next cycle, and formally adds time slot 2 and time slot 4 and deletes time slot 6 in the next adjacent multiframe.
[0152] It is understood that in the data transmission method of the present application, multiple time slots to be negotiated can be negotiated within a single cycle or divided into multiple cycles, and the embodiments of the present application do not impose any restrictions on this. For example, in scenario 1, the adjustment request status information of all time slots is transmitted within a multiframe, but the information transmitted in some frames is damaged due to bit errors, resulting in the inability to transmit some adjustment request status information from the sending device to the receiving device; in this case, the time slot negotiation of the multiple time slots to be negotiated can be completed through multiple cycle negotiations. For example, in scenario 2, when the adjustment request status information is received, it is necessary to prepare and arrange the time slots for the requested adjustment. Only when the requested time slots meet the requirements and the adjustment preparation work is completed can the CA response information be returned. However, if only some time slots meet the requirements and the adjustment preparation work is completed, the CA response information of some time slots will be returned; and for the unprepared time slots for the requested adjustment, no CA valid information will be returned in this cycle. For example, in scenario 3, when all the time slots to be adjusted are sent in one cycle, if it is found that new time slot adjustment is required or the adjustment status of some time slots changes, a new time slot adjustment status needs to be resent.
[0153] It is understandable that when the data transmission method of the present application uses multiple cycles to jointly negotiate to complete the time slot negotiation process of multiple time slots to be negotiated, the following methods can be used for negotiation: Method 1 is a separate non-incremental method, and the new round of cycles only transmits the newly added time slot adjustment application status information and the time slot response status information, and does not repeatedly transmit the time slot adjustment application status information and the time slot response status information that have been transmitted in the previous round of reframes. Specifically, if time slots 2, 4, and 6 are adjusted, only the adjustment request information and response information for time slot 2 are transmitted in the first cycle, only the adjustment request information and response information for time slot 4 are transmitted in the second cycle, and only the adjustment request information and response information for time slot 6 are transmitted in the third cycle. Mode 2 is an incremental mode, specifically, in each new cycle, all adjustment time slots in the previous multiframe and the adjustment request status information and response information for the newly added time slots in the current multiframe are repeatedly transmitted. In the last multiframe, the adjustment request status information and response information for all time slots are transmitted. Specifically, as shown in Figure 14, if time slots 2, 4, and 6 are adjusted, only the adjustment request information and response information for time slots 2 and 4 are transmitted in the first cycle, and the adjustment request information and response information for time slots 2, 4, and 6 are transmitted in the second cycle.
[0154] It should be noted that, as shown in Figures 7 and 12-14, the sender and receiver periodically complete time slot adjustment negotiation and execution activities. Adjustment request information for all time slots is transmitted in a cycle, and response information for all time slots is sent back within a cycle. Within the cycle, adjustment request status information (including those participating in the adjustment and those not participating) and adjustment response status information (including those participating in the adjustment and those not participating) for all time slots are indicated. For time slots not participating in the adjustment, the specific time slot numbers of these time slots are also clearly indicated. In actual applications, as shown in Figure 15, only the numbers of the time slots participating in the adjustment can be transmitted, and the specific time slot numbers for the time slots not participating in the adjustment can be omitted. As shown in Figure 15, if only time slots 2 and 4 are adjusted, the sender only transmits the time slot numbers of time slots 2 and 4, as well as the time slot adjustment request CR information and adjustment addition and deletion information. The number information for other time slots is not transmitted, and the scheduling number information for other time slots is blank or invalid. When sending back a response, only the slot numbers of time slots 2 and 4, as well as the adjustment response CA information for those time slots, are sent back. The numbers and CA information for other time slots are not transmitted, and the slot status information for other time slots is blank or invalid. For time slots not participating in the adjustment, whether or not the slot numbers and adjustment request information for those slots not participating in the adjustment are transmitted remains within the scope of protection of this application.
[0155] It should be noted that, as shown in Figures 7 and 12 to 15, changing the customer number of the corresponding time slot from an invalid number to a valid number indicates adding the corresponding time slot, and changing the customer number of the corresponding time slot from a valid number to an invalid number indicates deleting or reducing the corresponding time slot. In actual applications, in addition to the change in the customer number indicating the application for adding or deleting the time slot, it can also be expressed in other ways. For example, an overhead indication bit is set to indicate the increase indication signal and deletion indication signal of each time slot, and the increase indication signal and deletion indication signal are directly used to indicate whether each time slot applies for an increase adjustment or a deletion adjustment. Different indication methods are all within the scope of protection of this application.
[0156] It should be noted that the time slot in each cycle in Figures 7 and 12 to 15 is only one example in this application. When the transmittable frame unit within a cycle is other values, negotiation can be performed with reference to the corresponding time slot negotiation operations in Figures 7 and 12 to 15.
