Description

chest

[0001] The present invention relates to a sealed container, and more particularly, to a sealed container having an improved structure so that the cover can be separated more effectively during the process of separating the cover from the container body.

[0002] An airtight container includes a container body for storing or containing food and a cover for opening and closing and sealing the upper part of the container body, and is often used to store coffee beans, ingredients, vegetables, meat, etc.

[0003] Previously, negative pressure was generated inside the container after the lid was closed, making it difficult to open by hand. Furthermore, the lid had to be tilted upward from the edge, making it difficult to operate. Some related technologies have incorporated a pull ring, or other mechanism, into the cover to allow the user to open the cover by manually pulling the pull ring upward. However, the difficulty in opening the cover persists.

[0033] And, in order to facilitate explanation or understanding, the sealed container (10) according to the present invention is defined as the 'Y' axis in the up-down direction, the 'X' axis in the left-right direction, and the 'Z' axis in the direction perpendicular to the XY plane, which is the front-back direction, based on Fig. 2.

[0034] A sealed container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a container body (100) having an opening (not shown) formed therein to form a space inside and having an upper portion (110) roughly in the shape of a plate surface on the upper side, a cover (200) for opening and closing the opening, and a sealing (300) coupled to the cover (200) so as to be in contact with the upper portion (110); A clamp (400) having a clamping block (410) that can be held by a user and rotatably coupled to the cover (200) and is movable between a clamping position in which the cover (200) can be maintained in a state of being coupled to the container body (100) and an unclamping position in which the cover (200) is released from being coupled to the container body (100); wherein the clamp (400) is preferably provided with a first protrusion (420) that is provided to be capable of pressing the container body (100) so that the cover (200) can be separated from the container body (100) during the process in which the clamp (400) is rotated after the clamping block (410) is unclamped from the container body (100).

[0035] The container body (100) is hollow inside and has a bottom and a wall extending upward from the bottom, and is generally in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. The upper part of the wall of the container body (100) is formed with an upper part (110) in the shape of a generally horizontal plate.

[0036] Food and other items are stored in the space inside the container body (100), and a cover (200) is provided on the upper side to open and close the opening. In order to maintain the cover (200) in a stable and fixed state by being clamped to the container body (100) with a clamp (400).

[0037] In this clamping position, the seal (300) between the upper part (110) and the cover (200) is pressurized to maintain airtightness between the container body (100) and the cover (200), so that the contents inside the container body (100) may not leak to the outside.

[0038] The cover (200) has a first end surface (201), a ring portion (210), a first limit block (211), a rotation axis (212), a blocking surface (213), a catch (214), and a glass plate (220).

[0039] The cover (200) has a central plate made of a glass plate (220) so that the food contained inside the container body (100) can be seen, and includes a ring portion (210) that surrounds the edge of the glass plate (220) to form the exterior.

[0040] These glass plates (220) and ring portions (210) can be formed by injection molding.

[0041] The first end surface (201) extends downward from the ring portion (210) and contacts the outer side of the upper wall of the extension portion (110).

[0042] Additionally, the clamp (400) is equipped with a clamping block (410), and the clamp (400) allows the joining block (410) to rotate about the rotation axis (212).

[0043] And a sealing (300) is combined with the cover (200), and both sides of the sealing (300) are each subjected to pressure to come into surface contact with the cover (200) and the extension (110), thereby increasing the sealing effect of the cover (200).

[0044] A clamping block (410) interlocked with the container body (100) can seal the container body (100) and the cover (200) at the clamping position.

[0045] And depending on the type of storage material, negative pressure may be generated inside the sealed container body (100), and when opened, the first protrusion (420) generates an upward force on the cover (200) to overcome the negative pressure and open the cover (200).

[0046] Additionally, the clamp (400) is provided with a first protrusion (420). When the cover (200) needs to be opened, the clamp (400) rotates along the side toward the center of the cover (200) to drive the first protrusion (420) so that it protrudes downward from the first end surface (201) and lifts the cover (200) upward.

[0047] Rotation of the closed clamp (400) along the side toward the center of the cover (200) may be understood as rotation of the clamp (400) upwards.

[0048] When the cover (200) needs to be closed, rotating the clamp (400) away from the center of the cover (200) can be understood as downward rotation of the clamp (400).

[0049] In order to prevent excessive rotation of the first protrusion (420), for example, if the clamp (400) is rotated excessively and then the outer wall of the clamp (400) comes into contact with the outer edge of the upper part (110) when closing together with the container body (100), the clamp (400) cannot rotate normally.

[0050] In some embodiments of the present invention, a limiting structure is provided between the clamp (400) and the cover (200), and the first protrusion (420) is prevented from rotating outward from the extension portion (110) by using the limiting structure.

[0051] Specifically, in FIGS. 1 to 5, the limiting structure is placed on the cover (200), and in FIGS. 6 to 8, the limiting structure is placed outside the cover (200).

[0052] A sealed container having a sealed structure on the outside of the cover (200) will be described later.

[0053] As illustrated in Fig. 2, the cover (200) has a first limit block (211), and the first limit block (211) is positioned in the rotational path of the clamp (400). The first limit block (211) is intended to prevent excessive rotation of the first protrusion (420).

[0054] For example, when the clamp (400) is rotated at a preset angle, the outer wall of the clamp (400) can come into contact with the first limit block (211) to prevent further rotation of the clamp (400).

[0055] Referring to FIG. 4, the clamp (400) has a first limit slot (401), and the first limit slot (401) is provided corresponding to the first limit block (211). The width of the first limit slot (401) is greater than or equal to the width of the first limit block (211), and the bottom wall of the first limit slot (401) can be interlocked with the first limit block (211) to prevent the first protrusion (420) from rotating outward from the upper portion (110).

[0056] The first protrusion (420) is pressed against the outer edge of the extension (110). When the clamp (400) is not rotated and is not used normally, the first protrusion (420) of the open cover (200) can be restricted from continuing to rotate through cooperation between the first limit block (211) and the first limit slot (401).

[0057] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cover (200) is provided with a ring portion (210), and the shape of the ring portion (210) corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the container body (100). For example, if the container body (100) is square, the cover (200) has a corresponding square shape, or if the container body (100) is round, the cover (200) has a corresponding round shape.

[0058] Optionally, the outer diameter of the ring portion (210) is preferably the same as the outer diameter of the upper wall of the container body (100). In addition, a protrusion groove (2101) having a width greater than or equal to the width of the first protrusion (420) is formed on the outer wall of the ring portion (210) so that the first protrusion (420) can pass through, thereby having a compact structure.

[0059] To reduce the stress applied to the first protrusion (420), two first protrusions (420) exist, and the two first protrusions (420) are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the clamp (400).

[0060] When the clamp (400) is manually driven and rotated toward the center of the cover (200), the two first protrusions (420) simultaneously press the upper surface of the container body (100), thereby lifting the cover (200) upward more effectively.

[0061] The end of the first protrusion (420) is in the shape of an arc, and since the surrounding wall is rounder, it can better adhere to the upper part (110) of the container body (100) and lift the lid (200) upward more smoothly.

[0062] In addition, since the first projection (420) and the clamp (400) are injection-molded as a single piece, the first projection (420) with an arched end can provide a more uniform force when lifting the cover (200), so there is less risk of the first projection (420) protruding from the clamp (400) being damaged.

[0063] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the cover (200) is provided with a rotation axis (212), and a clamp (400) coupled to the rotation axis (212) rotates.

[0064] The two ends of the first limit block (211) are each connected to the ring portion (210), and the connection between the rotation shaft (212) and the first limit block (211) is more solid, so that it can better resist the impact of the bottom wall of the first limit slot (401), and thus the lifespan of the cover (200) can be longer.

[0065] Specifically, both ends of the first limit block (211) are connected to the outer wall of the ring portion (210) and the peripheral wall of the rotation shaft (212), respectively. Optionally, the ring portion (210), the first limit block (211), and the rotation shaft (212) are integrally formed by injection molding.

[0066] The first limit block (211) is located at the center of the rotation axis (212), has two first protrusions (420), and the two first protrusions (420) are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the first limit block (211), and the arrangement allows the force to be more uniform when the bottom wall of the first limit slot (401) hits the first limit block (211).

[0067] Also, referring to FIG. 4, in addition to limiting the upward rotation range of the clamp (400) through the first limit block (211) and the first limit slot (401), the downward rotation range of the clamp (400) is also limited.

[0068] Specifically, a blocking band (2111) is formed on the lower side of the first limiting block (211). When the clamp (400) rotates up and down along the side away from the center of the cover (200), the blocking band (2111) is used to block the clamp (400) from continuing to rotate and to position the clamp (400) as it rotates downward.

[0069] It should be noted that the clamp (400) is not only used to open the cover (200), but is also fixed to the container body (100) via the clamping block (410).

[0070] Specifically, when the clamping block (410) is coupled to the lower side of the extension (110), the inner wall of the clamp (400) is pressurized and coupled with the blocking band (2111). At this time, since the clamp (400) is elastically deformable, the blocking band (2111) generates a fastening force that prevents the clamping block (410) from being unclamped unless the user provides a pressure greater than the set pressure for coupling the clamp (400) and the container body (100), thereby stably maintaining the state in which the clamp (400) and the container body (100) are coupled.

[0071] Referring to FIG. 3, there are at least two clamps (400), and the two clamps (400) are symmetrically arranged on the cover (200), and the first protrusions (420) corresponding to the two clamps (400) are used in conjunction with the upper wall of the cover (200).

[0072] By this structure, when lifting the cover (200) from the container body (100), the cover body (200) can be lifted parallel to the container body (100).

[0073] In particular, considering the negative pressure generated in the container body (100) after closing the lid, it is difficult to separate the cover (200) from the container body (100) even if the clamping block (410) of the conventional cover (200) is separated (unclamped) from the container body (100).

[0074] In the case of the present invention, since the first protrusion (420) is provided in addition to the clamping block (410), the clamp (400) can lift the cover (200) from the container body (100) through a continuous opening motion, making it easy to operate, and the cover (200) can be simply and conveniently separated from the container body (100), making it convenient to use.

[0075] A first limit block (211) is provided on the inside of the cover (200), and as shown in FIG. 5, the clamp (400) does not protrude outward and does not damage the exterior of the sealed container (10) after closing the cover (200).

[0076] A sealed container having a sealed structure on the outside of the cover (200) will be described in another embodiment.

[0077] According to another embodiment of the present invention, a sealed container (20), referring to FIGS. 6 to 8, has a second limit block (430) provided on the outer wall of a clamp (400), and the rotation of the second limit block (430) is limited by a first limit block (211) formed on the outer wall of a cover (200).

[0078] On the other hand, the rotation of the second limit block (430) is restricted by the first end surface (201).

[0079] Here, when the cover (200) is combined with the container body (100) and the cover (200) is closed, the first cross-section (201) is combined with the upper part (110) of the container body (100).

[0080] Next, when the clamp (400) is turned, the first protrusion (420) moves downward and presses the upper side of the upper part (110) of the container body (100), so that the cover (200) can be lifted from the container body (100) and the cover (200) can be separated, making operation simple. In addition, when the first protrusion (420) exceeds the outer edge of the container body (100) and the next cover (200) is covered on the container body (100) together with the container body (100), the second limit block (430) is set so that the clamp (400) does not rotate and can be used normally when the first protrusion (420) of the cover (200) is pressed against the outer edge of the container body (100), so that the opened cover (200) continues to be restricted from rotating, making it more convenient to cover the cover (200).

[0081] Referring to FIG. 8, the first protrusion (420) is positioned in the middle of the clamp (400) to pressurize the middle of the upper part (110) of the container body (100), thereby enabling the cover (200) to be separated better upward.

[0082] In order to reduce the force applied to the first protrusion (420), there are two first protrusions (not shown in the drawing), and the two first protrusions (420) are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the clamp (400), so that when a person's hand holds the clamp (400) and operates it to rotate along the side toward the center of the cover (200) around the rotation axis (212), the two first protrusions (420) can simultaneously lift the upper part (110) of the container body (100) and the cover (200).

[0083] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the cover (200) is provided with a blocking band (2111) positioned on the rotation path of the second limiting block (430) to prevent the first protrusion (420) from rotating outward from the upper portion (110). Optionally, the second limiting block (430) is in the shape of a protruding band, and it is preferable that the length of the second limiting block (430) be the same as the length of the blocking band (2111). Accordingly, when the second limiting block (430) and the blocking band (2101) come into contact, the surface contact area becomes larger, and the appearance can also be improved.

[0084] The restriction structure is arranged on the outside of the clamp (400) and the second restriction block (430) protrudes from the clamp (400). The second restriction blocks (430) are formed to protrude on both sides so that the sealed container (20) can be moved, and in particular, when storing high-temperature food in the sealed container (20), the user can hold the second restriction blocks (430) and move the sealed container (20), which is convenient to use. In other words, movement is possible without the user's hand touching the bottom wall or side wall of the container body (100).

[0085] It should be noted that in some embodiments, the cover (200) may be provided with both an inner limiting structure and an outer limiting structure based on the characteristics of the above-described limiting structure.

[0086] Among the internal limiting structures described above, a second limiting block (not shown in the drawing) may additionally be provided on the outer wall of the clamp (400). In this case, referring to FIGS. 2 and 6, one of the first limiting block (211) and the second limiting block (430) may be selected to function first and the other to function later.

[0087] For example, if the first limit block (211) and the first limit slot (401) of an arbitrary cover (200) are first engaged, and the first limit block (211) is damaged after a certain period of use, the second limit block (430) can then function.

[0088] The role of limiting the rotation of the clamp (400). By setting a double limiting structure to perform a double role, the service life of the cover (200) can be extended.

[0089] Optionally, the container body (100) is made of glass, the clamp (400) is made of plastic, and the first protrusion (420) and the clamp (400) are integrally injection-molded. Since the hardness of glass is higher than that of plastic, when the first protrusion (420) presses on the container body (100), the container body (100) is not scratched or dented, and the risk of damaging the exterior of the container body (100) can be prevented.

[0090] For example, if there is a deep scratch on the upper wall of the extension (110), it is easy to scratch it when scratched by hand. In addition, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 6, the cover (200) includes a ring portion (210) and a glass plate (220), and the ring portion (210) is injection-molded into the glass plate (220) and wraps around the perimeter of the glass plate (220).

[0091] Accordingly, the connection between the ring part (210) and the glass plate (220) is more solid, and the user can directly observe the items stored inside the sealed container (10, 20) through the glass plate (220) or the container body (100), which provides better visibility and is more convenient.

[0092] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 3 and 6, the cover (200) and the container body (100) are coupled in an interlocking manner, and specifically, the cover (200) is preferably provided with a catch (214), and the catch (214) has a structure that can be positioned on the wall surface inside the upper portion (110).

[0093] Accordingly, according to the present invention, a sealed container can be provided in which the cover can be separated from the container body more effectively, stably, simply and conveniently.

[0094] While various embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described herein, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications to the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the principles or spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. A sealed container having a container body having an upper part in the shape of a plate on the upper side and an opening that can form a space inside, and a cover that opens and closes the opening. A sealing coupled to the cover so as to be in contact with the upper portion; A clamp having a clamping block that can be held by a user and rotatably coupled to the cover and is movable between a clamping position in which the cover can be maintained in a state of being coupled to the container body and an unclamping position in which the cover is released from a state of being coupled to the container body; A sealed container characterized in that the clamp is provided with a first protrusion that is configured to pressurize the container body so that the cover can be separated from the container body during the process of the clamp rotating after the clamping block is unclamped from the container body.

2. In paragraph 1, A sealed container characterized in that the number of the clamps is two or more, and the plurality of clamps are arranged at positions facing each other with respect to the upper plate surface of the cover.

3. In paragraph 1 or 2, A sealed container characterized in that the cover includes a first limiting block to limit the first protrusion from rotating outward from the upper portion during the rotation of the clamp.

4. In paragraph 3, A sealed container characterized in that the first restriction block is located on the rotation path of the clamp, and the clamp includes a first restriction slot whose rotation is restricted by contact with the first restriction block.

5. In paragraph 4, A sealed container characterized in that the cover is provided with a rotation axis, and the clamp is rotatably coupled to the rotation axis.

6. In paragraph 3, A sealed container characterized in that a second limit block is provided on the outer wall of the clamp, and a contact surface formed on the cover so as to be in contact with the second limit block at the unclamped position, thereby restricting the clamp from rotating upward.

7. In paragraph 1, A sealed container characterized in that the material of the container body includes glass, the material of the clamp includes plastic, and the first protrusion and the clamp are integrally formed by injection molding.
