Abstract
Description
Microbubble cleanser containing an electrolysis tube
[0001] The present invention relates to a microbubble cleanser including an electrolysis tube, and more particularly, to a microbubble cleanser including an electrolysis tube that can provide water containing microbubbles to a user's skin by generating microbubbles by electrolyzing water.
[0002] Nano and microbubble water are currently expected to find use in a variety of fields, including food (sterilization), beverages, cosmetics, liquid crystal manufacturing, medical care (sterilization, cell storage, antibacterial action), aquatic resources, plant cultivation (oxygenation plant, growth promotion), cleaning of electronic device substrates, and reducing frictional resistance of shipboards in marine environments. Typically, microbubbles are generated by applying voltage to induce a discharge between a negative and positive electrode.
[0003] Various nanobubble production devices have been proposed. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2013-34958 discloses a method for producing nanobubbles by fractionating liquid, mixing it with gas at one end of the fractionation, generating microbubbles, recombining the liquid, and supplying the microbubbles to a plate with holes and a collision plate positioned adjacent to the plate.
[0004] The present invention discloses a method for miniaturizing an electrolysis tube that generates microbubbles and applying it to a skin care device, specifically a skin cleansing device. The reason why cleansing and facial cleansing are so important in skin care is that, unlike in the past, skin is more exposed to various pollutants. Although invisible to the human eye, various pollutants exist in the air, and among them, fine dust and ultrafine dust cannot be removed with simple methods such as regular hand washing with water.
[0005] The various beneficial substances used daily to treat, protect, and improve skin conditions are most effective when applied in various ways and then removed at the appropriate time. Proper cleansing is essential to avoid negative effects. Substances that remain on the skin after a period of time combine with the aforementioned environmental pollutants, negatively impacting the skin and making cleansing difficult.
[0006] Above all, the process of cleansing the face, which is called washing, must be performed with even greater care due to the characteristics of facial skin. Various electrical, chemical, and physical methods have been developed to date for effective and safe cleansing, but there are not many methods that can safely and thoroughly cleanse the skin without causing long-term damage.
[0007] Looking at the design disclosed in the 'skin care device' of registered patent No. 10-0787874, a massage device with various functions is disclosed, and it is suggested that beauty effects such as sterilization, treatment, endocrine stimulation, and improvement of blood circulation can be achieved by selectively generating ultrasound, infrared, and ultraviolet rays, but practical utility and theoretical basis are still lacking.
[0008] The process of forming microbubbles is complicated, the production of miniaturized devices is difficult, and the demand for beauty treatments and procedures that require a lot of time and money to be easily and inexpensively received at home is intertwined with the demand for self-treatment-type beauty techniques and cutting-edge beauty devices. However, the technological advancement of these products still does not meet the expectations of users who are accustomed to the effects of traditional and professional massage.

[0014] An object of the present invention is to provide a microbubble cleanser including an electrolysis tube that gradually electrolyzes water to generate microbubbles.
[0015] Another object of the present invention is to provide a microbubble cleanser including an electrolysis tube, which can easily provide water containing microbubbles to a user's skin at home by gradually electrolyzing the introduced water by passing it between a pair of electrodes during a process in which water flows into one end of the electrode, flows out through the other end of the electrode, and is discharged to the outside.
[0016] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a water tank (20) coupled to one end of a housing (10) and containing pure water as a medium in which microbubbles are generated and supplied, a pump (30) positioned at an upper portion of the water tank (20) for withdrawing the water contained in the water tank (20) and transferring the withdrawn water at a predetermined pressure so that the withdrawn water is sprayed onto the user's skin through an electrolysis tube (40), and an electrolysis tube (40) positioned at one end of the pump (30) for electrolyzing the water supplied from the water tank (20) by the pump (30) to generate microbubbles and supplying the water in which microbubbles are generated to the user's skin, wherein the electrolysis tube (40) comprises a water inlet (46) through which water is supplied, a movement tube (41) through which water supplied through the water inlet (46) moves a predetermined distance, an outlet (48) through which water moved through the movement tube (41) is discharged, and a water outlet (49) through which water moves through the movement tube (41). A microbubble cleanser is provided, which comprises a pair of electrodes (42) comprising a first electrode (43) and a second electrode (44) positioned opposite each other on both sides of a water movement path, and which apply voltage to the moving water to gradually electrolyze the water moving through the moving tube (41) to generate microbubbles.
[0017] A microbubble cleanser including an electrolysis tube according to the present invention can provide water containing microbubbles to the user's skin by gradually electrolyzing the introduced water by passing it between a pair of electrodes during a process in which water flows into one end of the electrode, flows out through the other end of the electrode, and is discharged to the outside, thereby generating microbubbles.

[0027] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In the attached drawings, for convenience of explanation, some components may be depicted larger or smaller than actual size. Furthermore, in the description of the present invention, detailed descriptions of commonly known functions or configurations are omitted.
[0028] A microbubble cleanser including an electrolysis tube according to the present invention comprises a water tank (20) coupled to one end of a housing (10) and containing pure water as a medium in which microbubbles are generated and supplied, a pump (30) positioned at an upper portion of the water tank (20) for withdrawing water contained in the water tank (20) and transferring the withdrawn water at a predetermined pressure so that the withdrawn water can be sprayed onto the user's skin through the electrolysis tube (40), and an electrolysis tube (40) positioned at one end of the pump (30) for electrolyzing water supplied from the water tank (20) by the pump (30) to generate microbubbles and supplying water in which microbubbles are generated to the user's skin, wherein the electrolysis tube (40) comprises a water inlet (46) through which water is supplied, a movement tube (41) through which water supplied through the water inlet (46) moves a predetermined distance, an outlet (48) through which water moved through the movement tube (41) is discharged, and It includes a pair of electrodes (42) including a first electrode (43) and a second electrode (44) positioned opposite to each other on both sides of the path of movement of water moving through a moving pipe (41), and applying voltage to the moving water to gradually electrolyze the water moving through the moving pipe (41) to generate microbubbles, and further includes a vibration driving unit (50), a control unit (60), and a vibration cleansing unit (70).
[0029] FIGS. 1 and 2 are an external perspective view and a longitudinal cross-sectional view, respectively, of a microbubble cleanser according to an embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the housing (10) may be provided in a substantially cylindrical shape so that a user can hold the microbubble cleanser by hand or use it by attaching a handle, and a water tank (20), a pump (30), an electrolysis tube (40), a vibration driving unit (50), a control unit (60), a vibration cleansing unit (70), etc. may be accommodated inside the housing (10) or mounted on one end of the housing (10). For example, FIG. 3 is an exploded view of a microbubble cleanser according to an embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 3, a vibration cleansing unit (70) may be coupled to an upper end of the housing (10), a water tank (20) may be coupled to a lower end, and a pump (30), an electrolysis tube (40), a vibration driving unit (50), and a control unit (60) may be mounted inside the housing (10). The upper portion of the housing (10) further includes a through hole (14) through which the outlet (48) of the electrolysis tube (40), through which water including microbubbles generated in the electrolysis tube (40) described below is discharged to the user's skin, is exposed to the outside. The button located in the middle of the housing (10) is a button for operating the microbubble cleanser. The housing (10) may be made of a conventional material such as a hard synthetic resin such as plastic, a synthetic resin having a certain elasticity such as silicone or rubber, or a metal.
[0030] The water tank (20) above is a container that contains water, which is a medium in which microbubbles are generated and supplied, and is connected to one end of the housing (10), and can be detachably connected, for example, to the lower end of the housing (10). It is preferable that the water, which is the medium, is pure water, not a specially prepared solution.
[0031] A water cup nozzle is positioned at the top of the water tank (20). The water cup nozzle and the water tank (20) can be combined in a conventional manner, for example, by forming a plurality of grooves and turning them so that the grooves are engaged, or by fitting them together. The upper portion of the water cup nozzle may further include a joint portion that is combined with a pump (30) and a nozzle pipe (22) that is connected to the first flow pipe (31) by a tube (34) of the pump (30) described later. That is, water contained in the water tank (20) by a certain pressure of the pump (30) is moved upward to the pump (30) through the nozzle pipe (22).
[0032] The pump (30) withdraws water contained in the water tank (20) and transfers the withdrawn water at a predetermined pressure so that the withdrawn water is sprayed onto the user's skin through the electrolysis tube (40), thereby pushing the water toward the user's skin. That is, the water contained in the water tank (20) is supplied from the water tank (20) to the electrolysis tube (40) by the metering pump (30). However, the longitudinal exploded view illustrated in FIG. 2 does not specifically illustrate the method of combining the water tank (20), the pump (30), and the electrolysis tube (40), but the combining structure will be described in the drawings to be described later. The pump (30) may be combined and fixed to the inside of the housing (10) by a predetermined bracket.
[0033] Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a pump that can be used in a microbubble cleanser according to one embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in Fig. 4, a peristaltic pump (hereinafter also referred to as a tubing pump) as in the example below is positioned in the central portion of the device, and the pump (30) includes a first flow pipe (31) connected to one end of a water tank (20) (specifically, a nozzle pipe (22) of the water tank (20)) and a second flow pipe (32) connected to one end of an electrolysis tube (40) (specifically, a water inlet (46) of the electrolysis tube (40)). In this case, when air is supplied from the pump (30) to the water tank (20) through the first flow pipe (31) at a predetermined pressure, water drawn from the water tank (20) through the first flow pipe (31) is transferred to the electrolysis tube (40) through the second flow pipe (32) at a predetermined pressure (the arrows going from (A) to (B) in Fig. 4 indicate the flow of water).
[0034] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the internal structure of the pump illustrated in FIG. 4, and as illustrated in FIG. 5, the pump (30) is a tube-driven metering pump, and may include a pump driving unit including a motor (33) that drives the pump (30), a plurality of rotating gears positioned at one end of the motor (33) and driven to rotate when the motor (33) is driven; and a tubing (35) that surrounds the outer circumference of the plurality of rotating gears and through which water drawn from a water tank (20) moves. The tubing (35) is in the form of a hollow tube, and water moves inside the tubing (35). The material of the tubing (35) may be used without limitation.
[0035] The driving method of the above pump (30) is, for example, when the motor (33) in the pump (30) is driven, the rotary gear (34) is rotated by the rotary shaft of the motor (33), so that a predetermined pressure is generated inside the tubing (35). Accordingly, water contained in the water tank (20) is drawn toward the pump (30) through the first flow pipe (31) connected to the nozzle pipe of the water tank (20), and depending on the rotation direction of the rotary gear (34), the water drawn into the water tank (20) moves through the tubing (35) and can be transferred to the electrolysis tube (40) through the second flow pipe (32) connected to the water inlet (46) of the electrolysis tube (40) described later.
[0036] The quantitative pump used as the above pump (30) can precisely control the amount of fluid introduced, and can move liquid (e.g., water) without concern for contamination, etc., by using the tubing (35) located inside the pump (30). In the process of supplying (transporting) water using this principle, the water flowing inside the tubing (35) inside the pump (30) is not contaminated by the driving device, so that clean water suitable for washing the face can be supplied, allowing the skin to be washed cleanly.
[0037] The electrolysis tube (40) has the shape of a long rectangular parallelepiped and is a microbubble generator located at one end of the pump (30) to gradually electrolyze a portion of the water supplied from the water tank (20) by the pump (30) to generate microbubbles, and supplies the water in which the generated microbubbles are created to the user's skin.
[0038] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing an electrolysis tube according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a drawing showing the structure of an electrolysis tube including an electrode according to one embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the electrolysis tube (40) includes a water inlet (46) through which water is supplied, a moving tube (41) through which water supplied through the water inlet (46) moves a predetermined distance, an outlet (48) through which water moved through the moving tube (41) is discharged, and a pair of electrodes (42) including a first electrode (43) and a second electrode (44) positioned opposite each other at a predetermined interval on both sides of a moving path of water moving through the moving tube (41), and applying a voltage to the moving water to gradually electrolyze the water moving through the moving tube (41) to generate microbubbles. The above electrolysis tube (40) has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is a microbubble generator that can generate microbubbles by electrolyzing a portion of the water supplied from the inlet (46).
[0039] The above water inlet (46) is connected to the pump (30), specifically, to one end (first flow pipe (31)) of the tube (35) located inside the pump (30), so that water contained in the water tank (20) is supplied (withdrawn) to the electrolysis tube (40) under a predetermined pressure. The above water outlet (48) is located at the same position as the through hole (14) of the housing and the through hole (74) of the vibration cleansing unit described below, so that water in which microbubbles are generated can be discharged (sprayed) onto the user's skin.
[0040] Water supplied from the inlet (46) of the electrolysis tube (40) flows along the transfer tube (41), and at this time, a portion of the water is electrolyzed by a pair of electrodes (42) located inside the transfer tube (41) to generate microbubbles, thereby forming water containing the microbubbles.
[0041] Specifically, water supplied from the water inlet (46) flows along the transfer tube (41), and a portion of the water moving through the transfer tube (41) of the electrolysis tube (40) moves between the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44). At this time, when voltage is applied to the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44), electrolysis occurs in a portion of the water moving between the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44). Specifically, the first electrode (43) is electrically connected to an external power source, for example, a battery (52), and the second electrode (44) is electrically connected to an external power source. More specifically, when current is supplied from an external power source to the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44), an underwater discharge occurs in the entire area between a predetermined gap between the two electrodes, so that active electrolysis of water molecules occurs, thereby generating microbubbles. Accordingly, water supplied from the inlet (46) of the electrolysis tube can be electrolyzed until the water is discharged through the outlet (48) to gradually generate microbubbles, and the water containing the microbubbles is discharged through the outlet (48) of the electrolysis tube (40). In addition, some of the water electrolyzed in the electrolysis tube (40) can be heated to allow lukewarm water rich in microbubbles to be applied to the user's skin.
[0042] The above pair of electrodes (42) are fixed and connected to the moving tube (41) by a module cap (47, see FIG. 8). Specifically, the structure is such that the module cap (47) is fitted and connected to the lower portion of the moving tube (41). After the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) are positioned inside the moving tube (41), when the module cap (47) is connected to the lower portion of the moving tube (41), the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) are fixed to the inner portion of the moving tube (41).
[0043] The above pair of electrodes (42) are easily connected to a power source by an inner fixed guide (45, see Fig. 6) (which may be a fixed rail, etc.) and the fixed guide (45) can be structurally changed in various ways.
[0044] FIG. 8 is a drawing showing a moving pipe of an electrolysis tube according to one embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in FIG. 8, during the process in which water supplied from the inlet (46) is discharged through the outlet (48), the moving distance of water moving through the moving pipe (41) so that water can be gradually electrolyzed to generate microbubbles is affected by the length (t) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) located within the moving pipe (41).
[0045] The water moving through the above-mentioned moving pipe (41) flows along the length of the electrode (42), that is, the water supplied to the inlet (46) flows into one end of the electrode (42) (the lower end of the electrode (42)), is gradually electrolyzed by passing between the pair of electrodes (42), and flows out the other end of the electrode (42) (the upper end of the electrode (42)). One end (the lower end) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) is positioned close to the inlet (46), so that the water supplied from the inlet (46) flows in, and the other end (the upper end) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) is positioned close to the outlet (48), so that the microbubbles generated by the electrolysis flow out to the outlet (48).
[0046] Accordingly, the distance that water moves through the moving pipe (41) is substantially the same as the length (t) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) that apply voltage to the water moving through the moving pipe (41). What is meant by being substantially the same is that the length (t) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) that apply voltage to the water moving through the moving pipe (41) may be 90% or more, preferably 95% or more, and more preferably 100% of the distance that water moves through the moving pipe (41). Accordingly, the length (t) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) located within the moving pipe (41) may be 90% or more, preferably 95% or more, and more preferably substantially the same as the length from the inlet (46) to the outlet (48) of the moving pipe (41).
[0047] That is, although the microbubbles remain in the water longer than general bubbles, the effect of the microbubbles must be fully applied to the skin to effectively affect cleansing, so that the interval between the time they are generated from the microbubble generator and the time they are applied to the skin is minimized, and the distance of movement of the water moving through the moving pipe (41) is substantially the same as the length (t) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) that apply voltage to the water moving through the moving pipe (41).
[0048] The length of the moving tube (41) of the electrolysis tube (40), that is, the length (t) of the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) that apply voltage to the water moving through the moving tube (41), can be adjusted. That is, the length of the moving tube (41) can be manufactured to a desired length. In this way, the size of the electrolysis tube (40) can be adjusted, and it can be manufactured not only as a micro-electrolysis tube but also as a large one, so that it can be used for various purposes, and for example, it can be used in various places such as a household cleansing device, a water purifier, and a water softener.
[0049] If the length of the first and second electrodes, as well as the overall area, are large and the gap between the first and second electrodes facing each other is narrow, the efficiency of electrolysis can be increased, which can generate more microbubbles. However, the current consumption applied to the first and second electrodes increases rapidly, and the metals plated on the first and second electrodes are finely abraded to increase the electrolysis efficiency due to the generated microbubbles, so that oxidation of the electrodes can rapidly progress through the damaged portions over time. This phenomenon leads to a deterioration in electrolysis performance, which in turn significantly reduces the durability of the electrode. Therefore, in order to ensure high electrolysis efficiency and not significantly reduce the durability of the electrode, appropriate specifications such as the length and area of the first and second electrodes and the gap between the first and second electrodes are required.
[0050] Although various methods for generating microbubbles are generally known, the electrolysis tube according to the present invention can generate microbubbles through underwater discharge using electrode plates. The underwater discharge can electrolyze water molecules into hydrogen ions and oxygen ions by utilizing a strong discharge effect, and by continuously generating these ions, they can be used for skin cleansing. Microbubbles are generated due to underwater electrolysis, in which bubbles generated during underwater discharge are smoothly discharged through the space between the positive and negative electrodes, and underwater discharge occurs in the entire area between the two electrodes, so that active electrolysis of water molecules can occur.
[0051] Electrolysis is the process of forcibly separating substances that do not naturally separate into cations and anions in aqueous solution using electrical force. Specifically, electrolysis of water can produce Brown's gas, a 1:2 mixture of oxygen and hydrogen.
[0052] The above microbubbles are generally less than 50 μm in size, so they have very low buoyancy and a slow rise speed of about 3 mm / min, so they remain underwater for long periods of time. As a result, water containing a large number of microbubbles has a high dissolved oxygen content. Surface tension acts on the surface of microbubbles created underwater, which increases the internal pressure (self-pressurization effect) inside the smaller bubbles. Due to the above effect, the internal pressure increases for a longer period of time, and the gas whose pressure has increased due to microbubbling can efficiently enter the water, so the gas dissolution effect can also be said to be high. Due to the above effect, the gas dissolution effect is high, and the energy generated when organic substances are electrostatically attracted and dissipated has a sterilizing and cleansing effect, making microbubbles very suitable for skin cleansing.
[0053] Although the microbubbles remain in water longer than regular foam, their effects must be fully applied to the skin to effectively cleanse it. Therefore, the design must minimize the gap between the time they are generated by the microbubble generator and the time they are applied to the skin. While it is necessary to add an electrolyte such as NaCl to increase electrical conductivity during electrolysis, pure water is electrolyzed through the designed design and electrodes.
[0054] Fig. 9 is a photograph showing an actual electrode that can be used in an electrolysis tube according to one embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 10 is a drawing showing a plating layer of an electrode that can be used in an electrolysis tube according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figs. 9 and 10, the first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) represent a positive electrode and a negative electrode, respectively, and the first electrode (43) and the second electrode have a plate shape extending in one direction, and, if necessary, may have a mesh structure in which a plurality of openings are formed in the plate electrode.
[0055] The first electrode (43) and the second electrode (44) may use electrode plates plated with a platinum-based metal (42b) having a high electrolytic catalytic efficiency on a titanium metal (42a). In order to efficiently generate microbubbles, the electrode (42) is preferably plated with a platinum-based metal (42b) having a high electrolytic catalytic effect on a titanium metal (42a) having strong corrosion resistance.
[0056] A pair of electrodes (42) used in the above electrolysis tube (40) uses an electrode plated with a platinum-based metal (42b) on a titanium electrode (42a), taking into consideration the electrolysis catalyst efficiency, the short life of the electrode due to separation of metal ions during discharge, and the possibility of harmful chemical changes during oxidation, and further, the efficiency can be further maximized with a mesh-like structure in which a number of openings are formed in the shape of a plate.
[0057] As shown in Fig. 10, for the durability of the electrode (42), it can be plated twice or more, and the electrode in which the platinum-based metal (42b) is plated on the titanium metal (42a) can be secondarily plated with titanium metal (42a). The titanium metal (42a) and the platinum-based metal (42b) can be plated with the same thickness, and the thickness (C) of the plating of the titanium metal (42a) and the platinum-based metal (42b) is preferably between 0.1 μm and 10 μm. If the thickness of the plating is out of the range, the overall surface area of the mesh structure electrode of the same area decreases, and the economic feasibility of the product also decreases.
[0058] The electrolysis tube (40) above is a path along which water supplied to the inlet (46) moves, and a pair of electrodes (42) that apply voltage to the moving water to gradually electrolyze the water moving through the moving tube (41) to generate microbubbles, thereby allowing water supplied from the water tank to be gradually electrolyzed until the end when it is discharged through the outlet (48) to continuously generate microbubbles.
[0059] The electrolysis tube (40) according to the present invention does not require a separate bubble generation chamber, as water is immediately (immediately) electrolyzed inside the moving tube (flow tube) (41) through which water drawn from the water tank (20) moves to the skin of the practitioner by the pump (30), thereby continuously and abundantly generating microbubbles.
[0060] In addition, by installing positive electrodes facing each other at close intervals in the narrow moving tube (41) (flow tube) of the electrolysis tube (40), the synergy of microbubble generation is induced by causing the bubbles formed when water is vaporized by local discharge heat to generate discharge even by a weak electric field, along with the generation of microbubbles.
[0061] The microbubble cleanser having an electrolysis tube according to the present invention can detect the amount of liquid passing through the electrolysis tube (40) in various ways, thereby having a system capable of preventing overcurrent or overtemperature in advance. For example, a capacitance sensor or IV converter can be used, and these can be used to measure the amount of water and the presence or absence of water.
[0062] The vibration driving unit (50) can drive the vibration cleansing unit (70) described below by a conventional method such as motor driving or ultrasonic driving. The vibration driving unit (50) includes a built-in battery (52) located inside the housing (10) and a vibration motor (54) connected to the upper portion of the built-in battery (52). The vibration driving unit (50) can be fixedly coupled to the inside of the housing (10) by a predetermined bracket.
[0063] The vibration motor (54) rotates by driving the battery (52), thereby generating vibration. Preferably, the vibration motor (54) rotates 180°. The intensity of the vibration can be adjusted according to the rotation speed of the vibration motor (54). Accordingly, the vibration cleanser according to the present invention operates by the built-in battery (52) and may have a vibration effect, etc., to enhance the cleansing effect and user satisfaction.
[0064] The above control unit (60) is electrically connected to the battery (52) and controls components (e.g., pump (30), electrolysis tube (40), vibration driving unit (50), vibration cleansing unit (70), etc.) according to a set program. In particular, the control unit (60) can prevent overcurrent or overtemperature in advance by setting voltage, current, operating time, etc., and can control (regulate) the generation of microbubbles.
[0065] The vibration cleansing part (70) is located at one end of the housing (10) and may have a cross-sectional shape that is approximately similar to the housing (10), for example, so as to cover an open surface of the housing (10). The vibration cleansing part (70) is a part that comes into contact with the user's skin and cleans the skin by friction, and may have a substantially flat surface shape so as to come into contact with the user's skin over a wide area.
[0066] Specifically, the vibration cleansing unit (70) further includes a vibration plate that can vibrate in an up-and-down direction and a cleansing pad (72) formed on the upper portion of the vibration plate, although this is not shown in the drawing.
[0067] The above vibration plate has no particular limitations on its shape or material, but may be made of a flexible material such as rubber or silicone.
[0068] The above cleansing pad (72) vibrates up and down while coming into contact with the skin and rubbing the skin, thereby performing a cleansing function on the skin. The cleansing pad (54) may include a brush, a protrusion, a sponge, a cleansing towel, a cleansing pad, etc., for coming into contact with and rubbing the skin to cleanse the skin.
[0069] The cleansing pad (72) may be formed integrally with the vibration plate, bonded with an adhesive, or bonded by a conventional bonding method such as physical fitting. The cleansing pad (72) and the vibration plate of the vibration cleansing unit (70) include a through hole through which the outlet (44) of the electrolysis tube (40) is exposed to the outside.
[0070] The electrolysis tube (40) according to the present invention can be easily miniaturized and suitably used in a small-sized skin care device because a pair of electrodes (42) can be positioned close to each other. In addition, the microbubble cleanser according to the present invention uses an ultra-small electrolysis tube (40) and a quantitative pump (30) so that water applied to the user's skin is electrolyzed along the water path until the end, thereby generating an abundance of microbubbles, and by supplying water rich in the microbubbles to the user's skin, it can be used for cleansing.
[0071] While the present invention has been described with reference to the attached drawings and exemplary embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the contents illustrated in the drawings and the embodiments described above. While drawing reference numerals are used in the claims below to aid understanding, the scope of the claims below is not limited to the drawing reference numerals and the contents illustrated in the drawings, but should be interpreted to encompass all modifications of the exemplary embodiments, equivalent structures, and functions.
[0072] The present invention provides a microbubble cleanser including an electrolysis tube.
