[0138]
[0139] The water-in-oil emulsion cosmetics (liquid foundations) of Examples 1 to 7 can be filled into containers such as bottles or tubes without being impregnated in a support, and can be applied directly to the skin using a finger or an applicator. Even in this case, they provide an excellent fit to the skin and excellent emulsion stability.
[0140] Examples 8 to 9 Water-in-oil emulsion cosmetics (liquid foundations) having the compositions shown in Table 2 were produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 7, and the resulting water-in-oil emulsion cosmetics were impregnated into a support (an aggregate of polyester fibers). The resulting cosmetics provided a uniform finish, excellent coverage of uneven coloring, resistance to makeup smudging, a glossy finish, and excellent makeup durability. Furthermore, the resulting water-in-oil emulsion cosmetics could also be filled into a container such as a bottle or tube without being impregnated into a support, and then dispensed directly from the container with a finger or an applicator and applied to the skin. Even in this case, they provided excellent comfort on the skin and excellent emulsion stability.
