[0057] Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present application further provides a display device, comprising a touch display panel as in any of the aforementioned embodiments.

[0058] Beneficial effect: The touch display panel of the embodiment of the present application outputs a touch signal with the same phase and different amplitude as the data signal to the touch electrode according to the synchronous control signal through the touch generation circuit during the touch stage, so that the voltage difference between the pixel electrode and the common electrode can be kept consistent during the touch stage. That is, the liquid crystal clamping remains unchanged during the touch stage, thereby improving or avoiding display anomalies such as horizontal stripes.

[0059] In the touch display panel, as shown in Figure 1, the display process includes a display stage DP1 and a touch stage TP1. Since the potential of the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM remains constant regardless of whether it is in the display stage DP1 or the touch stage TP1, the difference between the potential of the data signal DS of the pixel electrode and the potential of the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM in the touch stage TP1 changes. The touch electrode receiving the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM is the same electrode as the common electrode, which causes the voltage difference between the pixel electrode and the common electrode, that is, the liquid crystal clamping, to change, thereby causing display abnormalities such as horizontal stripes.

[0060] In view of the above-mentioned technical problem of display abnormality caused by inconsistent liquid crystal clamping in the touch stage TP1, the present embodiment provides a touch display panel, please refer to Figures 2 to 8. As shown in Figures 2, 3 and 4, the touch display panel includes a common electrode, a pixel electrode providing a data signal DS, a constant voltage transmission line providing a constant voltage signal P_COM, and a touch generation circuit. The common electrode is multiplexed as a touch electrode; the touch generation circuit outputs touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM with the same phase as the data signal DS and different amplitudes to the touch electrode according to the synchronization control signal T_SYNC in the touch stage TP1.

[0061] It can be understood that the touch display panel provided in this embodiment outputs touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM with the same phase and different amplitude as the data signal DS to the touch electrode according to the synchronization control signal T_SYNC in the touch stage TP1 through the touch generation circuit. This can maintain the voltage difference between the pixel electrode and the common electrode consistent in the touch stage TP1. That is, the liquid crystal clamping remains unchanged in the touch stage TP1, thereby improving or avoiding display abnormalities such as horizontal stripes.

[0062] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG2 , the touch display panel further includes at least one of a DC voltage converter, a level conversion chip, a data driver chip, a pixel array, a timing controller, a flash memory, an input connector, a microcontroller unit (MCU), a light emitting diode converter, and a backlight unit.

[0063] Among them, the input connector is electrically connected to the timing controller, microcontroller, DC voltage converter and light-emitting diode converter respectively, so that the timing controller receives corresponding signals through the eDP (Embedded DisplayPort) protocol and / or I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) protocol, and provides 3.3V DC voltage to the microcontroller, as well as power signals of various specifications, and provides input signals to the light-emitting diode converter to drive the backlight unit to provide corresponding backlight.

[0064] The microcontroller communicates with the timing controller via the I2C protocol. The timing controller controls the level shifter chip and the data driver chip to operate according to the specified parameters, driving the pixel array to display the desired image. The DC voltage converter provides the corresponding voltage for the level shifter chip and the data driver chip.

[0065] In order to reduce the space occupied by the touch generation circuit, the touch generation circuit can be integrated into at least one of the DC voltage converter, the level conversion chip and the data driver chip, or it can also be integrated into the timing controller, the DC voltage converter, the light-emitting diode converter or the backlight unit.

[0066] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, the touch generation circuit includes an amplification module 100 and a selection module 200, the input end of the amplification module 100 is electrically connected to the pixel electrode; the first input end of the selection module 200 is electrically connected to the output end of the amplification module 100, the second input end of the selection module 200 is electrically connected to the constant voltage transmission line, the control end of the selection module 200 is connected to the synchronization control signal T_SYNC, and the output end of the selection module 200 outputs the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM.

[0067] It should be noted that the synchronization control signal T_SYNC can be output by a timing controller or generated by other control circuits. For example, when the potential of the synchronization control signal T_SYNC is high during the display phase DP1, the touch generation circuit outputs the constant voltage signal P_COM as the touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM. Alternatively, when the potential of the synchronization control signal T_SYNC is low during the touch phase TP1, the touch generation circuit outputs the data signals DS with the same phase and different amplitudes as the touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM, thereby maintaining the voltage difference between the data signal DS and the touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM constant during the touch phase TP1.

[0068] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 , the touch generation circuit further generates touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM having the same amplitude as the constant voltage signal P_COM according to the synchronization control signal T_SYNC in the display phase DP1 .

[0069] It should be noted that the pulse amplitude of the data signal DS may be, but is not limited to, 5V, and may also be voltages of other values; the low potential of the data signal DS may be, but is not limited to, 0V, and may also be voltages of other values.

[0070] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 5, the amplification module 100 includes a first reverse amplification unit 101 and a second reverse amplification unit 102, the input end of the first reverse amplification unit 101 is electrically connected to the pixel electrode; the input end of the second reverse amplification unit 102 is electrically connected to the output end of the first reverse amplification unit 101, and the output end of the second reverse amplification unit 102 is electrically connected to the first input end of the selection module 200.

[0071] It should be noted that the first reverse amplification unit 101 is used to reversely amplify the received data signal DS, and the second reverse amplification unit 102 is used to reversely amplify the data signal DS processed by the first reverse amplification unit 101. This ensures the amplification effect of the data signal DS and achieves the same direction of the data signal DS through two reverse operations. In other words, this embodiment achieves the same direction amplification of the data signal DS.

[0072] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 5, the first reverse amplification unit 101 includes a first capacitor C1, a first resistor R1, a first amplifier AP1, a second resistor R2, a third resistor R3 and a fourth resistor R4, one end of the first capacitor C1 is electrically connected to the pixel electrode; one end of the first resistor R1 is electrically connected to the other end of the first capacitor C1; the inverting input terminal of the first amplifier AP1 is electrically connected to the other end of the first resistor R1; one end of the second resistor R2 is electrically connected to the other end of the first resistor R1, and the other end of the second resistor R2 is electrically connected to the output terminal of the first amplifier AP1; one end of the third resistor R3 is electrically connected to the first power supply terminal VCC, and the other end of the third resistor R3 is electrically connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the first amplifier AP1; one end of the fourth resistor R4 is electrically connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the first amplifier AP1, and the other end of the fourth resistor R4 is electrically connected to the ground terminal GND.

[0073] It should be noted that the first reverse amplifying unit 101 is used to reversely amplify the input data signal DS. If the data signal DS shown in FIG6 has a positive pulse, the output signal of the first reverse amplifying unit 101, i.e., the potential waveform of the node BB1, has a negative pulse, and the pulse amplitude can be greater than the pulse amplitude of the data signal DS.

[0074] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 5, the second reverse amplification unit 102 includes a fifth resistor R5, a second amplifier AP2, a sixth resistor R6 and a seventh resistor R7, one end of the fifth resistor R5 is electrically connected to the output end of the first amplifier AP1; the inverting input end of the second amplifier AP2 is electrically connected to the other end of the fifth resistor R5; one end of the sixth resistor R6 is electrically connected to the inverting input end of the second amplifier AP2, and the other end of the sixth resistor R6 is electrically connected to the output end of the second amplifier AP2 and the first input end of the selection module 200 respectively; one end of the seventh resistor R7 is electrically connected to the non-inverting input end of the second amplifier AP2, and the other end of the seventh resistor R7 is electrically connected to the ground end GND.

[0075] It should be noted that the second reverse amplifying unit 102 is used to reversely amplify the data signal DS processed by the first reverse amplifying unit 101. If the output signal of the first reverse amplifying unit 101 shown in FIG6 , i.e., the potential waveform of the node BB1, has a negative pulse, then the output signal of the second reverse amplifying unit 102, i.e., the potential waveform of the node CC1, has the same positive pulse as the data signal DS, and the pulse amplitude can be greater than the pulse amplitude of the data signal DS.

[0076] It should be noted that, as shown in conjunction with FIG5 and FIG6 , the potential waveforms of the data signal DS, the node BB1, and the node CC1 are identical in both the touch phase TP1 and the display phase DP1. The difference is that, in the touch phase TP1, the data signal DS can be selected as the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM by controlling the selection module 200 through the synchronization control signal T_SYNC. Therefore, the touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM have the same phase as the data signal DS but different pulse amplitudes, thereby maintaining the liquid crystal clamping between the pixel electrode and the common electrode unchanged in the touch phase TP1. In the display phase DP1, the constant voltage signal P_COM can be selected as the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM by controlling the selection module 200 through the synchronization control signal T_SYNC to perform the corresponding display.

[0077] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 7, the amplification module 100 includes an eighth resistor R8, a third amplifier AP3, a ninth resistor R9, a tenth resistor R10 and an eleventh resistor R11, one end of the eighth resistor R8 is electrically connected to the bias voltage terminal; the inverting input terminal of the third amplifier AP3 is electrically connected to the other end of the eighth resistor R8; one end of the ninth resistor R9 is electrically connected to the inverting input terminal of the third amplifier AP3, and the other end of the ninth resistor R9 is electrically connected to the output terminal of the third amplifier AP3 and the first input terminal of the selection module 200 respectively; one end of the tenth resistor R10 is electrically connected to the pixel electrode, and the other end of the tenth resistor R10 is electrically connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the third amplifier AP3; one end of the eleventh resistor R11 is electrically connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the third amplifier AP3, and the other end of the eleventh resistor R11 is electrically connected to the ground terminal GND.

[0078] It should be noted that this embodiment can forward-amplify the pulse amplitude while maintaining the phase of the data signal DS. It can also output touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM that have the same phase as the data signal DS but different pulse amplitudes. Furthermore, compared to the embodiment shown in FIG5 , this embodiment uses fewer components, reducing cost and space, and shortening the processing path for the data signal DS.

[0079] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 5 and 7, the selection module 200 includes a data selector S2, a first input end of the data selector S2 is electrically connected to the output end of the amplification module 100, a second input end of the data selector S2 is electrically connected to the constant voltage transmission line, a selection end of the data selector S2 is connected to the synchronization control signal T_SYNC, and an output end of the data selector S2 outputs the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM.

[0080] It should be noted that if the data signal DS shown in FIG8 has a positive pulse, the output signal of the amplifier module 100 , ie, the potential waveform of the node CC2 , has the same positive pulse as the data signal DS, and the pulse amplitude may be greater than the pulse amplitude of the data signal DS.

[0081] As shown in Figures 7 and 8 , the waveforms of the data signal DS and the potential of the node CC2 are identical in both the touch phase TP1 and the display phase DP1. However, in the touch phase TP1, the data signal DS is selected as the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM by controlling the selection module 200 through the synchronization control signal T_SYNC. Therefore, the touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM have the same phase as the data signal DS but different pulse amplitudes, thereby maintaining the liquid crystal clamping between the pixel electrode and the common electrode unchanged in the touch phase TP1. In the display phase DP1, the constant voltage signal P_COM is selected as the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM by controlling the selection module 200 through the synchronization control signal T_SYNC to perform the corresponding display.

[0082] Among them, in the touch stage TP1, the voltage difference between the data signal DS and the touch signal TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM can be greater than 0V, for example, 3V~6V, specifically, it can be 4.8V, 5.0V or 5.2V, etc. It should be noted that the range or specific value of the voltage difference is optionally applied to the liquid crystal display panel.

[0083] In one embodiment, this embodiment provides a display device, which includes the touch display panel according to at least one of the above embodiments, and the touch display panel is a touch liquid crystal display panel.

[0084] The display device further includes a memory and a processor; the memory stores a computer program that can be run on the processor. The memory includes various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, or optical disk.

[0085] For example, the display device can be any product or component with a touch display function, such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a laptop computer.

[0086] It can be understood that since the display device provided in this embodiment includes the touch display panel of at least one of the above-mentioned embodiments, it can also output touch signals TPDO / TPDE / TPCOM with the same phase and different amplitude as the data signal DS to the touch electrode according to the synchronization control signal T_SYNC through the touch generation circuit in the touch stage TP1. The voltage difference between the pixel electrode and the common electrode can be kept consistent in the touch stage TP1. That is, the liquid crystal clamping remains unchanged in the touch stage TP1, thereby improving or avoiding display abnormalities such as horizontal stripes.

[0087] It should be noted that the touch display panel may be an IN-CELL touch display panel or an ON-CELL touch display panel.

[0088] The above is a detailed introduction to a touch display panel and a display device provided in the embodiments of the present application. Specific examples are used herein to illustrate the principles and implementation methods of the present application. The description of the above embodiments is only used to help understand the method of the present application and its core idea.
