Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Vision device for users

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification states, is a vision device for users, which is an innovation that, within current techniques, provides previously unknown advantages.

[0005] Thanks to its design and configuration, the user can view their surroundings at full scale, or if desired, zoom in to see certain details more clearly. Furthermore, they can view not only the surroundings in front of them, but also the surroundings behind or to the sides.

[0006] TECHNICAL SECTOR

[0007] Therefore, this invention is limited to the field of manufacturing vision accessories and devices.

[0008] STATE OF THE ART

[0009] There is no device on the market today that allows us to experience the same reality through an eyepiece, similar to virtual reality headsets.

[0010] It would be very useful to have a device capable of playing a mix of videos from different cameras located around the user's head. This technology would allow the user to choose the desired viewing angle interactively and at their own request. We could have a front, rear, top-down view, or even a 360-degree panoramic view.

[0011] This technology would be highly versatile. We could be at a concert and, with just a nod of the head, change our perspective of the performance. It would be like being on stage with the artists, feeling the energy of the audience and enjoying a completely immersive experience.

[0012] In a professional context, this device could have applications in fields such as medicine, architecture, or the entertainment industry. Doctors could perform surgeries with this device, allowing them to magnify vision or zoom in on the area they are operating on, for greater precision.

[0013] Furthermore, this device could allow us to zoom in on any area that catches our attention simply by focusing our gaze on that specific spot. Imagine being able to explore a natural landscape in detail or examine a particular object with unparalleled precision.

[0014] In short, the lack of a device on the market that shows us the same reality through an eyepiece visor sparked my interest in creating an innovative solution. The concept of playing a mix of videos from different cameras around the user's head, and being able to choose the desired viewing angle, opens up a world of possibilities both personally and professionally. This technology could revolutionize the way we experience reality, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in virtual environments and explore them interactively.

[0015] In order to solve the detailed problems, the current invention is presented.

[0016] The existence of any product with the same technical characteristics as the invention presented here is unknown.

[0017] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0018] The object of the present invention is the creation of a vision device for users that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.

[0019] With the goal of having a more complete view of our surroundings, this current invention is being introduced, which will allow us to view our surroundings 360 degrees through glasses.

[0020] This is very useful because it gives us more information about our surroundings, solving these multiple problems. For example, it gives us greater security because we can see who's behind us without having to turn our heads, or even zoom in to see more detail in the distance.

[0021] It also allows you to enjoy different situations more, such as a walk in the countryside, since you can choose different views, zoom in to see the flora and fauna around you, etc.

[0022] It is also useful in welding work since the ability to see through the lenses provides 100% protection against UV radiation from welding.

[0023] To this end, the vision device comprises glasses that have an element for fixing to the user's head, the frame of the glasses having a plurality of cameras fixed through a connecting means.

[0024] The lenses of the glasses are a display screen that is connected to the cameras to view what the cameras record.

[0025] It also has a control module that is connected to the cameras and a selector element activated by the user to select the view of the camera or set of cameras to be displayed.

[0026] All electronic components are powered by a battery.

[0027] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

[0028] To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is attached, as an integral part thereof, with a figure in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.

[0029] Figure 1 corresponds to a perspective view of the user vision device.

[0030] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0031] The vision device for users comprises glasses (1) that have an element for fixing to the user's head, the frame (1.1) of the glasses having a plurality of cameras (2) fixed through a joining means, and the lenses (1.2) of the glasses (1) being a display screen that is connected to the cameras (2) and to a control module, which in turn is connected to a selector element actuated by the user to select the vision of the camera or set of cameras to be displayed, the electronic components being powered by a battery.

[0032] This vision device for users is an innovative solution that allows users to see the world around them in a completely new way. The glasses are designed to be comfortable and easy to use, and can be easily adjusted to fit any head size. The display screen is clear and sharp, allowing users to easily see everything happening around them.

[0033] Typically, the selector element is a series of buttons, each one arranged next to each of the cameras (2). Thus, when the user wants to focus the vision on what is captured by only one of the cameras (2), he can press the button next to that camera (2) and will see on the display screen only the image captured by that camera.

[0034] The cameras (2) can be of different types, wide angle, infrared, with zoom,...

[0035] Preferably, the element for fixing to the user's head is an elastic band connected to the temples of the glasses and passing behind the user's head, this elastic band having chambers (2). Being elastic, it allows it to adapt to the head of each user and is comfortable to wear.

[0036] In a preferred embodiment, the cameras are night vision cameras. This is a key feature of the device, as it allows users to see in low-light conditions or even in complete darkness.

[0037] This is especially useful for people who have night vision problems or who need to move through dark areas frequently.

[0038] The camera zoom is activated by means of a trigger, which may be a push button (4), or a facial recognition sensor that recognizes a gesture made by the user. It could also be a joystick.

[0039] The zoom and the button (4) to activate the zoom are other useful features of the device. The zoom allows users to zoom in or out as needed, which can be useful in a variety of different situations. The button to activate the zoom is easily accessible and can be used with one hand. The rechargeable battery is another important feature of the device. This means that users do not have to worry about changing batteries frequently, which can be expensive and impractical. Instead, they can simply charge the glasses when needed and be ready to use them in no time.

[0040] In one embodiment, the cameras can be steerable. This means that users can easily adjust the position of the cameras as needed to obtain the best possible view.

[0041] This can be especially useful in situations where users need to see something specific or when they need to navigate through narrow or difficult areas.

[0042] The means of connecting the cameras (2) to the mount (1.1) can be removable via a thread. This allows us to replace the camera (2) if it breaks down without having to discard the entire device.

[0043] In a preferred embodiment, the lenses (1.2) are joined together to form a single display screen, so that the display is more realistic.

[0044] In short, this vision device for users is an innovative and practical solution that can help people see the world around them in a whole new way. With features like night vision cameras, zoom and push-to-zoom, a rechargeable battery, and swivel cameras, this device is an excellent choice for anyone who needs to improve their vision or simply wants to experience something new.Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, within its essence, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
