[0026] Composition of the entire system

[0027] FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of an entire system for managing winning numbers in a blockchain network according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0028] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the entire system according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a communication network (100), a node (200), and a management system (300).

[0029] First, the communication network (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be configured regardless of the communication mode such as wired communication or wireless communication, and can be configured with various communication networks such as a local area network (LAN), a metropolitan area network (MAN), and a wide area network (WAN). Preferably, the communication network (100) referred to herein may be the well-known Internet or the World Wide Web (WWW). However, the communication network (100) is not necessarily limited thereto, and may include at least a portion of a well-known wired or wireless data communication network, a well-known telephone network, or a well-known wired or wireless television communication network.

[0030] For example, the communication network (100) may be a wireless data communication network that implements conventional communication methods such as WiFi communication, WiFi-Direct communication, Long Term Evolution (LTE) communication, 5G communication, Bluetooth communication (including Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication), infrared communication, ultrasonic communication, etc., at least in part.

[0031] Next, a node (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention is a contact point or connection point that can communicate with another node (200) through a communication network (100), and may be a concept including a physical node such as a server, computer, laptop, smart phone, tablet PC, etc. (i.e., a digital device equipped with memory means and equipped with a microprocessor to have computational capabilities) or a logical node such as an application, program module, virtual machine, etc. (i.e., a virtual node).

[0032] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a node (200) may include a management system (300) described below in the form of a program module, such as an application or widget. Furthermore, such program modules may be downloaded from an external application distribution server (not shown) or an external system (not shown).

[0033] Meanwhile, a blockchain network according to one embodiment of the present invention may be a network in which information to be stored on the network is jointly verified by a plurality of nodes (200) participating in the network, and the verified information is recorded and shared on the network, thereby ensuring the integrity and reliability of the recorded information without relying on an authorized third party. For example, such a blockchain network may be a network that has at least some characteristics similar to those of conventional blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, NiktoNet, etc. In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, such a blockchain network may be a concept that includes various types of blockchain networks, such as a private blockchain network, a public blockchain network, or a hybrid network of a private blockchain and a public blockchain.

[0034] Additionally, cryptocurrencies can be circulated in a blockchain network according to one embodiment of the present invention. For example, cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum can be circulated in a blockchain network according to one embodiment of the present invention, and these cryptocurrencies can be used to manage winning numbers according to the present invention.

[0035] Next, the management system (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention may perform a function of generating a plurality of tokens assigned with predetermined numbers that do not overlap each other in a first node, a function of transmitting the plurality of tokens generated as described above from the first node to a second node, a function of generating a winning number using the numbers assigned to the plurality of tokens based on each time point at which the second node receives the plurality of tokens, etc. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the function of the management system (300) as described above may be performed based on at least one consensus algorithm operating on a blockchain network.

[0036] The configuration and function of the management system (300) according to the present invention will be described in detail below. Meanwhile, although the management system (300) has been described as above, such description is exemplary, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that at least some of the functions or components required for the management system (300) may be realized within the node (200) or an external system (not shown) or included in the node (200) or an external system, as necessary. For example, a user may use an application that includes at least some of the functions of the management system (300) according to the present invention through his / her node (200), or may access a website that provides at least some of the functions of the management system (300) according to the present invention using the node (200), thereby enabling the management of winning numbers according to the present invention.

[0037] Configuration of the management system

[0038] Below, the internal configuration of the management system (300) will be examined with reference to FIG. 2, and the process of managing winning numbers as the functions of the management system (300) are realized will be examined with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

[0039] FIG. 2 is a detailed diagram illustrating the internal configuration of a management system (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention. Additionally, FIGS. 3 and 4 are diagrams exemplarily illustrating a process for managing winning numbers according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0040] As illustrated in FIG. 2, a management system (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a generation unit (310), a transmission unit (320), a winning number management unit (330), a communication unit (340), and a control unit (350). According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least some of the generation unit (310), the transmission unit (320), the winning number management unit (330), the communication unit (340), and the control unit (350) of the management system (300) may be program modules that communicate with an external system (not shown). These program modules may be included in the management system (300) in the form of an operating system, an application program module, or other program modules, and may be physically stored in various known memory devices. In addition, these program modules may also be stored in a remote memory device capable of communicating with the management system (300). Meanwhile, these program modules include, but are not limited to, routines, subroutines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform specific tasks or execute specific abstract data types, as described later in accordance with the present invention.

[0041] First, in step S10, the generation unit (310) according to one embodiment of the present invention can cause a plurality of tokens to be generated in the first node (210).

[0042] Specifically, the generation unit (310) according to one embodiment of the present invention can cause the first node (210) to generate a plurality of tokens, each of which is assigned a number that does not overlap with another. For example, referring to FIG. 3, the first node (210) can generate a plurality of tokens by assigning numbers 1 to 4 to a total of four tokens.

[0043] Here, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of tokens generated by the first node (210) may be assigned consecutive numbers rather than non-consecutive numbers. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a total of four tokens may be assigned numbers 1 through 4, respectively. In other examples, a total of 26 tokens may be assigned numbers 1 through 26, a total of 49 tokens may be assigned numbers 1 through 49, or a total of 69 tokens may be assigned numbers 1 through 69, respectively.

[0044] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the first node (210) that generates the token may be composed of a single node, or may be composed of multiple nodes. Here, according to one embodiment of the present invention, each of the plurality of first nodes (210) may include multiple cores (specifically, CPU cores) that operate independently. For example, referring to FIG. 4, each of the plurality of first nodes (210; 210a to 210r) may include four cores (i.e., quad-cores) that operate independently.

[0045] Here, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the first node (210) can generate one token per core. For example, the first node (210) including a quad-core can generate a total of four tokens. In FIG. 4, it is assumed that the first node (210) is composed of a total of 18 nodes, each of which is composed of a quad-core. In this case, four tokens can be generated from each node, and a total of 72 tokens can be generated from all nodes. However, even if each node includes a quad-core, it is not necessarily required to generate four tokens, and it is also possible to generate a smaller number of tokens. In FIG. 4, it is assumed that the first node (210) depicted as 210r includes a quad-core but generates only one token. Accordingly, a total of 69 tokens can be generated from a plurality of first nodes (210; 210a to 210r). As described above, each of the plurality of first nodes (210; 210a to 210r) does not allow the plurality of tokens (i.e., 69 tokens) to be generated only in some nodes, but can be generated by dividing them within a possible range (i.e., within the range of the number of cores included).

[0046] Next, in step S20, the transmission unit (320) according to one embodiment of the present invention can cause a plurality of tokens generated by the first node (210) to be transmitted from the first node (210) to the second node (220).

[0047] At this time, the first node (210) (or each of the plurality of first nodes (210)) can transmit multiple tokens to the second node (220) at substantially the same time. In this specification, the term "substantially the same time" may be understood as not only meaning a time that is completely coincident in time, but also including a time that corresponds to a difference of a minute degree (e.g., less than 1 second).

[0048] According to one embodiment of the present invention, multiple tokens transmitted at substantially the same time by the first node (210) can be transmitted (or arrive) to the second node (220) in the form of a transaction through the blockchain network. More specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the second node (220) may be a core node (a blockchain network may include multiple core nodes, but only one second node (220) may be randomly selected among them. That is, the second node may be configured as a single node). The multiple tokens transmitted by the first node (210) may be transmitted in the form of a transaction to the mempool included in the second node (220). According to one embodiment of the present invention, a specific mempool to which each token will be transmitted is not separately designated, and each token may be randomly transmitted to any one of the mempools.

[0049] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, each of the plurality of tokens may be transmitted to the second node (220) at different times. More specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 4, each of the plurality of tokens may be transmitted to the mempool included in the second node (220) in the form of a transaction. At this time, the processing order of each transaction may be different on the blockchain network, and thus, each transaction may be transmitted to the mempool at different times. That is, each of the plurality of tokens is transmitted from the first node (210) at substantially the same time, but is transmitted to the second node (220) (or the mempool included in the second node (220)) at different times.

[0050] Next, in step S30, the winning number management unit (330) according to one embodiment of the present invention can generate winning numbers using the numbers assigned to the plurality of tokens based on each time point at which the second node (220) receives the plurality of tokens.

[0051] For example, referring to FIG. 3, multiple tokens are transmitted to the second node (220) (or the mempool included in the second node (220)) in the order of a token assigned number 3, a token assigned number 2, a token assigned number 4, and a token assigned number 1, and as a result, the winning number can be generated as “3, 2, 4, 1.”

[0052] For another example, referring to FIG. 4, a plurality of tokens are transmitted to the second node (220) (or a mempool included in the second node (220)) in the order of a token assigned number 34, a token assigned number 10, a token assigned number 2, a token assigned number 21, a token assigned number 58, and a token assigned number 28, and as a result, the winning numbers may be generated as “34, 10, 2, 21, 58, 28.”

[0053] In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the number of winning numbers is four (3, 2, 4, and 1), whereas in the embodiment of FIG. 4, the number of winning numbers is six (34, 10, 2, 21, 58, and 28), which is different from each other. However, the number of winning numbers can be dynamically changed depending on the type of game in which the winning numbers will be used. Here, the game according to the present invention may be at least partially similar to conventional lotteries, gambling, etc., and may be referred to as "LUCKITO."

[0054] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the above-described winning number is not generated immediately simply by transmitting a plurality of tokens to the second node (220), but can be generated only when the number assigned to each token is recorded in a block (B) on the blockchain network by the second node (220).

[0055] Once the winning numbers are generated through this process, it becomes fundamentally impossible for anyone to manipulate the winning numbers, ensuring transparency in the process of selecting the winning numbers.

[0056] Meanwhile, the communication unit (340) according to one embodiment of the present invention can perform a function that enables data transmission and reception from / to the generation unit (310), the transmission unit (320), and the winning number management unit (330).

[0057] In addition, the control unit (350) according to one embodiment of the present invention can perform a function of controlling the flow of data between the generation unit (310), the transmission unit (320), the winning number management unit (330), and the communication unit (340). That is, the control unit (350) according to the present invention can control the flow of data from / to the outside of the management system (300) or the flow of data between each component of the management system (300), thereby controlling the generation unit (310), the transmission unit (320), the winning number management unit (330), and the communication unit (340) to perform their own functions.

[0058] Below, the process of using the winning number according to the present invention will be examined with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.

[0059] FIG. 5 is a drawing schematically showing the overall process of using winning numbers according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0060] First, in step S100, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the participant node (230) may request the system wallet (SW) to exchange (or swap) some of the cryptocurrencies held in the personal wallet (PW) for another type of cryptocurrency. According to one embodiment of the present invention, points for executing the game can be converted only using a specific type of cryptocurrency. If the participant node (230) does not hold the corresponding cryptocurrency or has an insufficient amount of the corresponding cryptocurrency, the above-described exchange process may be utilized.

[0061] Next, in step S200, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the participant node (230) may convert cryptocurrency (i.e., the specific type of cryptocurrency described above) held in a personal wallet (PW) into points for game execution. The converted points may be held in an account (PA) of the participant node (230) separately created for game execution.

[0062] Next, in step S300, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the participant node (230) can run the game while paying a certain number of points.

[0063] Next, in step S400, according to one embodiment of the present invention, when a game is executed by a participant node (230), points paid by the participant node (230) may be distributed (or accumulated) at a predetermined ratio (e.g., 3:7) to an operator pool (AP) prepared for an operator node (240) that operates the game and a winner pool (WP) prepared for paying rewards to winners (or winners) of the game. Here, the points provided to the operator pool (AP) may be understood as a concept of a fee. Meanwhile, the points provided to the operator pool (AP) may be transferred from the operator pool (AP) to the operator node (240) automatically or at the request of the operator node (240) (see step S410). Additionally, the operator node (240) can request a withdrawal of cryptocurrency to the system wallet (SW) based on the points provided from the operator pool (AP) (see step S420), and as a result of the request, can receive an amount of cryptocurrency corresponding to the points from the system wallet (SW) (see step S430).

[0064] Next, in step S500, according to one embodiment of the present invention, when the game is executed by a participant node (230), the winning number can be generated on the blockchain network as described above. A detailed description of the winning number generation process will be omitted.

[0065] Next, in step S600, according to one embodiment of the present invention, at substantially the same time as the winning number is generated, a reward according to the selection may be automatically transmitted (or paid) to the participant node (230) (hereinafter, “winner node (230)”) that selected the number corresponding to the winning number. The type of such reward may be the same as the points paid by the winner node (230) for running the game, and the reward may be automatically transmitted from the winner pool (WP) to the account (PA) of the winner node (230).

[0066] Next, in step S700, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the winner node (230) may request a withdrawal of cryptocurrency to the system wallet (SW) based on the reward received from the winner pool (WP).

[0067] Finally, in step S800, according to one embodiment of the present invention, as a result of the withdrawal request, the winning node (230) may receive an amount of cryptocurrency corresponding to the reward from the system wallet (SW). The withdrawn cryptocurrency may be held in the winning node's (230) personal wallet (PW).

[0068] FIG. 6 is a drawing schematically illustrating a part of the overall process of using winning numbers according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0069] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the game according to the present invention may be composed of a single type, or may be composed of multiple types. For example, a first type of game may be composed of matching five numbers from 1 to 69 and simultaneously matching one number from 1 to 26, a second type of game may be composed of matching six numbers from 1 to 49, and a third type of game may be composed of matching one number from 1 to 10 four times in a row. The process of generating a winning number (i.e., a number to be matched) in each of these multiple types of games is as described above.

[0070] According to one embodiment of the present invention, separate pools for accumulating points may be configured for each game. In FIG. 6, these pools are illustrated as a first game pool (P1), a second game pool (P2), and a third game pool (P3). Furthermore, as illustrated in FIG. 6, each game pool (P1, P2, and P3) may include a winner pool (WP1, WP2, and WP3) and an operator pool (AP1, AP2, and AP3).

[0071] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a participant node (230) can select the type of game it will run, and can also select multiple types simultaneously.

[0072] According to one embodiment of the present invention, when a game is executed by a participant node (230), some of the points paid by the participant node (230) may be provided to the operator pools (AP1, AP2, and AP3) of each game pool (P1, P2, and P3), and the points provided in this manner may also be provided to the main pool (MP) of the operator node (240). The points provided to the main pool (MP) in this manner may be transferred from the main pool (MP) to the operator node (240) automatically or upon request of the operator node (240).

[0073] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the operator node (240) may request a withdrawal of cryptocurrency from the system wallet (SW) based on points received from the main pool (MP), and as a result of the request, the operator node (240) may receive an amount of cryptocurrency corresponding to the points from the system wallet (SW). At this time, the operator node (240) may transfer the entire cryptocurrency to its own wallet, or may transfer a portion of the cryptocurrency to the wallet of another node. For example, the operator node (240) may transfer the cryptocurrency to the wallet of a node that is the subject of fixed expenses required for game operation, or to the wallet of a node that has a stake in game operation. Here, the ratio at which the cryptocurrency is transferred to each node's wallet may be set by the operator node (240), and the cryptocurrency may be automatically distributed and transferred from the system wallet (SW) to each node's wallet according to the set ratio.

[0074] The process of generating and using winning numbers according to the present invention has been specifically described above. In the course of explaining the present invention, some functions have been described as being performed by components of the management system (300) (e.g., generation unit (310), transmission unit (320), and winning number management unit (330)), but it is self-evident that each node (200) may also be the subject of performing the functions. Furthermore, the reverse is also true. Meanwhile, the order of the various steps (steps S10 to S30 or S100 to S800) mentioned in the course of explaining the present invention is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and the order may be changed within the scope that can achieve the purpose of the present invention. Furthermore, it should be noted that several steps may be combined with each other or one step may be separated into several steps.

[0075] The embodiments of the present invention described above may be implemented in the form of program commands that can be executed through various computer components and recorded on a computer-readable recording medium. The computer-readable recording medium may include program commands, data files, data structures, etc., either singly or in combination. The program commands recorded on the computer-readable recording medium may be specially designed and configured for the present invention or may be known and available to those skilled in the art of computer software. Examples of computer-readable recording media include magnetic media such as hard disks, floppy disks, and magnetic tapes, optical recording media such as CD-ROMs and DVDs, magneto-optical media such as floptical disks, and hardware devices specifically configured to store and execute program commands, such as ROMs, RAMs, and flash memories. Examples of program commands include not only machine language codes generated by a compiler, but also high-level language codes that can be executed by a computer using an interpreter, etc. Hardware devices may be changed into one or more software modules to perform processing according to the present invention, and vice versa.

[0076] Although the present invention has been described above with specific details such as specific components and limited examples and drawings, these are provided only to help a more general understanding of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and those with ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and changes based on this description.

[0077] Therefore, the idea of the present invention should not be limited to the embodiments described above, and not only the scope of the patent claims described below but also all scopes equivalent to or equivalently modified from the scope of the patent claims are considered to fall within the scope of the idea of the present invention.
