Description

Capsule toy vending machine exclusively for card payments and electronic money

[0001] The present invention relates to a capsule toy vending machine exclusively for card payments and electronic money, and more specifically, to a capsule toy vending machine exclusively for card payments and electronic money that enables repair and maintenance of the front part, which is relatively prone to damage, to be performed more easily, and at the same time, prevents theft of capsules, thereby minimizing unnecessary increases in management costs and property damage.

[0002] The capsule toy industry is an industry related to machines that extract capsules containing toys. It is an industry that is gradually growing along with the activation of the content and character industry targeting adults and children accompanied by adults, called kidults. Capsule toy machines are installed and operated in various places where adults and children come together, such as large shopping malls, large marts, kids cafes, and theaters.

[0003] Korean Patent No. 10-2177703 discloses a capsule vending machine that displays multiple capsules containing products and dispenses at least one capsule product upon inserting money. A typical capsule vending machine simply contains a toy or character figure, allowing the user to insert money to purchase or sell the desired product.

[0004] Meanwhile, since capsule vending machines are usually installed in public facilities used by many people, there are occasional attempts to obtain capsules through unfair means, violating the sales regulations that require payment to obtain capsules.

[0005] For example, there are illegal methods being used, such as arbitrarily damaging the front of the vending machine to cause an electrical malfunction and then arbitrarily removing capsules stored in the vending machine, or inserting a hand or other tool into the product discharge port to arbitrarily eject and steal stored capsules.

[0006] Therefore, most sales devices are in a situation where the front end needs to be inspected and maintained regularly, which increases the cost of device maintenance and management.

[0028] To fully understand the present invention, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described in detail below. These embodiments are provided to more completely explain the present invention to those with average knowledge in the art. Therefore, the shapes of elements in the drawings may be exaggerated to emphasize a clearer description. It should be noted that in each drawing, the same parts are sometimes depicted with the same reference numerals. Detailed descriptions of well-known functions and configurations that may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention are omitted.

[0029] The capsule toy vending machine for card payment and electronic money according to the present invention can be broadly defined as including a main body (10), a front part (20), a hinge part (100), and an output line part (200).

[0030] First, the main body (10) has a storage room (11) in which capsules are stored inside and accommodates a discharge line (200) inside.

[0031] Preferably, the interior of the main body (10) can be divided into a storage room (11) and an installation room (12) by a partition, and although not shown, a capsule and a dispenser device for discharging the capsule are provided inside the storage room (11), and a discharge line unit (200) can be accommodated in the installation room (12) divided below the storage room (11).

[0032] The main body (10) is formed with an open front, but the open front can be opened and closed through the front part (20).

[0033] The dispenser device is configured to discharge a set number of capsules stored inside the storage room (11) toward the discharge line (200) when a payment completion signal is transmitted from the payment device (22) provided on the front (20). Since the configuration of a known capsule vending machine can be directly referenced, a detailed description thereof will be omitted below.

[0034] The front part (20) is placed on the open front of the main body part (10) and is provided with a payment device (22) for payment, a button (24) for discharging capsules after payment, a display window (23) for displaying certain advertisements, etc., and an outlet (21) through which capsules are discharged.

[0035] The payment device (22) requests payment from the user and induces payment using cash, card, electronic money, etc. as a payment method for the payment request, thereby enabling payment to be made.

[0036] The front part (20) is formed in a panel shape and opens and closes the front of the main body part (10). In particular, when the front of the main body part (10) is opened through the front part (20), the inside of the front part (20), for example, the storage room (11) and the installation room (12), are exposed as is, so that maintenance of various parts can be performed.

[0037] The hinge part (100) is configured to connect the corner points of the front part (20) and the main body part (10) so that the front part (20) can rotate on the front of the main body part (10), and has a characteristic structure that allows rotation of the front part (20) while also allowing easy attachment and detachment of the front part (20) as needed.

[0038] To this end, the hinge portion (100) may be exemplified by including a first hinge plate (110) coupled to the main body (10) and having a first hinge hole (111) formed in the vertical direction, a second hinge plate (120) coupled to the front portion (20) and having a second hinge hole (121) formed in the vertical direction, and a hinge pin (130) that is continuously inserted into the first hinge hole (111) and the second hinge hole (121) that are connected to each other to allow the first hinge plate (110) and the second hinge plate (120) to rotate with each other.

[0039] The first hinge plate (110) can be joined to the inner edge point of the main body (10) by welding, riveting, bolting, etc., and the second hinge plate (120) can be joined to the inner edge point of the front part (20) facing the first hinge plate (110) by welding, riveting, bolting, etc.

[0040] A receiving groove (112) for receiving a second hinge hole (121) of a second hinge plate (120) may be formed by cutting a certain portion of the first hinge plate (110), and when the second hinge hole (121) is received in the receiving groove (112), the first hinge hole (111) and the second hinge hole (121) may be arranged in an intersecting manner vertically and may be connected to each other, and a hinge pin (130) may be inserted into the uppermost part of the first hinge hole (111) and the second hinge hole (121) connected in this way to serve as a rotation reference axis of the front part (20).

[0041] At this time, the hinge pin (130) may be composed of a cylindrical insertion pin (131) inserted into the first hinge hole (111) and the second hinge hole (121) that are connected to each other, and a stop pin (132) that is formed on the upper end of the insertion pin (131) and has a diameter larger than the insertion pin (131) and is not inserted into the first hinge hole (111) and the second hinge hole (121) that are connected to each other, but is seated on the upper end of the first hinge plate (110) or the second hinge plate (120).

[0042] That is, only the insertion pin (131) portion of the hinge pin (130) is inserted into the first hinge hole (111) and the second hinge hole (121) that are connected to each other, while the stop pin (132) is provided to be exposed upwards to form a gripping point that allows the worker to easily grip and manipulate it.

[0043] Accordingly, by opening the front of the main body (10) and then simply lifting up the stop pin (132) of the hinge pin (130) exposed upward, the hinge pin (130) can be easily removed, and the mutual bonding force between the first hinge plate (110) and the second hinge plate (120) is released, so that the front part (20) connected to the main body (10) can be easily separated from the main body (10).

[0044] The discharge line section (200) is installed in the installation room (12) and serves to guide capsules discharged from the storage room (11) to the discharge port (21).

[0045] For example, the discharge line section (200) may be configured with a discharge pipe (210) that is connected to the storage room (11) at one end and to the discharge port (21) at the other end, and that guides the capsule toward the discharge port (21) by its own weight, and a backflow prevention damper (220) that is installed inside the discharge pipe (210) and restricts backflow toward the storage room (11).

[0046] The discharge pipe (210) forms a conduit through which the capsule moves and can be inclined downward at a predetermined angle so that the stored capsule can fall freely by its own weight and move to the discharge port (21).

[0047] Preferably, one end of the discharge pipe (210) can be connected to a dispenser device provided in the storage room (11), and the other end is connected to the discharge port (21) of the front part (20) to guide capsules discharged from the dispenser device to the discharge port (21). At this time, when the front part (20) is rotated to open the front of the main body part (10), the other end of the discharge pipe (210) can be separated from the discharge port (21).

[0048] The backflow prevention damper (220) is configured to limit the backflow of tools, hands, etc. other than capsules, and is configured to prevent fraudulent acts such as inserting tools or hands toward the discharge port (21) without completing payment and arbitrarily discharging and stealing capsules stored in the storage room (11).

[0049] That is, the backflow prevention damper (220) allows movement of the capsule in the direction toward the discharge port (21) inside the discharge pipe (210), but conversely, prevents tools, hands, etc. from approaching the inside of the storage room (11) from the discharge port (21), thereby preventing leakage of the capsule.

[0050] The backflow prevention damper (220) can be exemplified by including a rotating shaft (221), a damper plate (222), and a limit pin (223) as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7.

[0051] First, the rotation axis (221) is configured such that both ends are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the discharge pipe (210), and can be placed at an angle toward the upper part of the inner side of the discharge pipe (210) so as not to interfere with capsules passing through the discharge pipe (210).

[0052] The damper plate (222) is made of a plate of a predetermined thickness, and one end is connected to the rotation shaft (221) and the other end is in the form of a free end and is arranged in a direction to close the inside of the discharge pipe (210).

[0053] Accordingly, when a capsule is supplied from the storage room (11), the capsule collides with the damper plate (222) blocking the discharge pipe (210) in the discharge pipe (210) passage, and the damper plate (222) is formed integrally with the rotation shaft (221) and is provided in a state in which it can rotate in a forward and reverse direction inside the discharge pipe (210) with the rotation shaft (221) as its axis center, so that the capsule moving toward the discharge port (21) can push and move the damper plate (222) and move toward the discharge port (21) without difficulty.

[0054] At this time, a semicircular passage groove (222a) may be cut and formed in the center of the damper plate (222) to facilitate passage of the capsule, and thus, a capsule aligned within the passage groove (222a) can pass through the damper plate (222) without unnecessary collision with the damper plate (222) and head toward the discharge port (21).

[0055] Meanwhile, when an attempt is made to eject a capsule by inserting a hand from the direction of the discharge port (21), the damper plate (222) is rotated in the reverse direction by the hand. At this time, the limit pin (223) restricts the reverse rotation of the rotation shaft (221) to block the hand from entering at the point of the damper plate (222).

[0056] The limit pin (223) is formed to protrude outward from the rotation axis (221) by a certain length and can be supported on the inner upper surface of the discharge pipe (210). Accordingly, when the damper plate (222) tries to rotate in the reverse direction in the direction of opening the inside of the inner pipe (230) due to the reverse flow of the hand within the discharge pipe (210), the limit pin (223) is supported on the inner upper surface of the discharge pipe (210) to suppress the reverse rotation of the damper plate (222) and prevent the pipe of the discharge pipe (210) from being opened.

[0057] Accordingly, the backflow prevention damper (220) configured in this manner can allow capsules moving by their own weight to pass through, and can prevent capsules from being removed by illegal means by appropriately blocking backflow of hands, tools, etc.

[0058] Meanwhile, in the case of the embodiment of the above-described backflow prevention damper (220), when maintenance is to be performed, the front part (20) must be opened, the entire discharge line part (200) provided in the installation room (12) must be removed, and then the discharge pipe (210) must be disassembled to open the inside to extract the backflow prevention damper (220), which is inconvenient.

[0059] Accordingly, in another embodiment of the discharge line section (200) described below, the backflow prevention damper (220) can be easily extracted without removing the discharge pipe (210).

[0060] Hereinafter, another embodiment of the discharge line section (200) will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 11, and specific descriptions of parts identical or similar to the aforementioned embodiment will be omitted to avoid duplication. In addition, it should be noted that the same drawing reference numerals are used for components that are not identical to the aforementioned embodiment.

[0061] In this embodiment, the discharge line section (200) can be broadly exemplified as including a discharge pipe (210), an inner pipe (230), and a backflow prevention damper (220).

[0062] The discharge pipe (210) is the same as the discharge pipe (210) of the embodiment described above, and there is a difference in that the backflow prevention damper (220) is installed inside the discharge pipe (210) in the embodiment described above, whereas the backflow prevention damper (220) is installed in the inner pipe (230) in this embodiment.

[0063] And, in the case of the discharge pipe (210), it is installed in the main body (10), while the inner pipe (230) is installed in the front part (20) and can be naturally attached and detached from the inside of the discharge pipe (210) in conjunction with the front part (20) according to the opening and closing operation of the front part (20).

[0064] More specifically, the inner tube (230) is connected to the discharge port (21) at one end and has a free end at the other end. When the front part (20) is rotated in a direction that closes the front of the main body (10), it is inserted into the discharge tube (210). When the front part (20) is rotated in a direction that opens the front of the main body (10), it rotates together with the front part (20) and is discharged from the discharge tube (210).

[0065] That is, the inner tube (230) can be offset inside the discharge tube (210) to form a single channel with the discharge tube (210), and when the front part (20) is opened, it can be naturally discharged from inside the discharge tube (210) to open the inside.

[0066] The inner tube (230) may be provided with a flexible elastic tube structure in part or in whole, and may have a structure that allows for easy attachment and detachment within the discharge tube (210) while elastically changing its shape according to the opening and closing operation of the front part (20).

[0067] In this embodiment, the backflow prevention damper (220) can be installed inside the inner tube (230), and when the front of the main body (10) is opened through the front part (20), discharge can be naturally performed to the outside through the discharge tube (210).

[0068] In this embodiment, the backflow prevention damper (220) may be exemplified by including, for example, a first rotation shaft (221), a first damper plate (222), a second rotation shaft (223), a second damper plate (224), a third rotation shaft (225), a third damper plate (226), and a linkage module (227).

[0069] First, the first rotation axis (221) can be connected at both ends to the inner wall of the inner tube (230) so that it can rotate in place.

[0070] The first rotation axis (221) can be positioned at an upper portion inside the discharge pipe (210) so as not to interfere with the capsule passing through the discharge pipe (210).

[0071] The first damper plate (222) is made of a plate of a predetermined thickness, has one end connected to the first rotation shaft (221), and has the other end in the form of a free end and is arranged in a direction that closes the inside of the discharge pipe (210).

[0072] Accordingly, when a capsule is supplied from the storage room (11), the capsule passes through the discharge pipe (210) and flows into the inner pipe (230), and can pass through the first damper plate (222) blocking the inner pipe (230) on the inner pipe (230). At this time, a semicircular passage groove (222a) can be cut and formed in the center of the first damper plate (222) to allow the capsule to pass through.

[0073] The first damper plate (222) is formed integrally with the rotation shaft (221) and is provided in a state in which it can rotate in the reverse direction inside the discharge pipe (210) with the rotation shaft (221) as the axis center. When the first damper plate (222) rotates in the reverse direction, the second damper plate (224) and the third damper plate (226), which will be described later, can operate in conjunction with this to close the inside of the inner pipe (230).

[0074] The second rotation axis (223) is connected so that both ends can rotate in place on the inner wall of the inner tube (230) so as to be parallel to the first rotation axis (221). However, the second rotation axis (223) can also be configured to be eccentrically arranged to one side from the first rotation axis (221) on the inner upper part of the inner tube (230) so as not to interfere with the capsule, similar to the first rotation axis (221) described above.

[0075] The first rotation axis (221) and the second rotation axis (223) can be installed so as to rotate in opposite directions through a linkage module (227) to be described later.

[0076] One end of the second damper plate (224) is connected to the second rotation shaft (223), and the other end is in the form of a free end and can be arranged in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the inner tube (230).

[0077] In other words, if the first damper plate (222) is arranged vertically with respect to the longitudinal direction of the inner tube (230) as shown in FIG. 10, the second damper plate (224) can be arranged horizontally parallel to the longitudinal direction of the inner tube (230) at the upper inner side of the inner tube (230).

[0078] The second damper plate (224) is placed in close contact with the inner upper surface of the inner tube (230) so as not to block the inner tube (230) duct, and is activated in conjunction with this only when the first damper plate (222) rotates in the reverse direction due to a particular reverse flow of the hand, thereby allowing the second damper plate (224) to rotate in the forward direction facing the first damper plate (222).

[0079] The third rotation axis (225) is connected at both ends to the inner wall of the inner tube (230) so that it can rotate in place parallel to the second rotation axis (223), but is eccentrically positioned downward from the second rotation axis (223) so as not to block the movement path of the capsule.

[0080] The first rotation axis (221), the second rotation axis (223), and the third rotation axis (225) can be arranged so that their axial directions are parallel to each other and can be connected to each other through a linkage module (227) to perform a linked rotation operation.

[0081] One end of the third damper plate (226) is connected to the third rotation shaft (225), and the other end is in the form of a free end and can be arranged in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the inner tube (230).

[0082] If the first damper plate (222) is arranged vertically with respect to the longitudinal direction of the inner tube (230), the third damper plate (226) can be arranged horizontally parallel to the longitudinal direction of the inner tube (230) at the upper inner side of the inner tube (230) in parallel with the second damper plate (224).

[0083] Accordingly, the third damper plate (226) is placed in close contact with the inner surface of the inner tube (230) so as not to block the inner tube (230) duct, and can rotate in the reverse direction toward the first damper plate (222) only when the first damper plate (222) rotates in the reverse direction due to a particular reverse flow of the hand.

[0084] The linkage module (227) is configured to connect the first rotation axis (221), the second rotation axis (223), and the third rotation axis (225) so that when the first damper plate (222) and the first rotation axis (221) are rotated in the reverse direction by the reverse flow of the hand, the second rotation axis (223) rotates in the forward direction and the third rotation axis (225) rotates in the reverse direction in conjunction therewith.

[0085] That is, when there is an attempt to eject a capsule by inserting a hand from the direction of the discharge port (21), the first damper plate (222) rotates in the reverse direction to open the inside of the inner tube (230) due to the hand backflow, and the second damper plate (224), which is arranged parallel to each other, rotates in the forward direction and the third damper plate (226) rotates in the reverse direction to face each other to close the inside of the inner tube (230), thereby allowing the inner passage of the inner tube (230) to be closed.

[0086] At this time, since the other ends of the second damper plate (224) and the third damper plate (226) rotate in the direction facing each other, the second damper plate (224) and the third damper plate (226) act in the form of a clamp with the hand located in the inner tube (230) between them, thereby preventing the hand from approaching at the source, and in some cases, the second damper plate (224) and the third damper plate (226) are made of a relatively soft material so that a foreign body sensation is felt without causing harm to the hand, thereby instilling a sense of alertness.

[0087] Meanwhile, the linkage module (227) can be implemented in various ways to link and operate the first rotation axis (221), the second rotation axis (223), and the third rotation axis (225), for example, the linkage module (227) includes a first gear (227a) coupled to the outside of the first rotation axis (221), a second gear (227b) coupled to the outside of the second rotation axis (223) and meshed with the first gear (227a), a first linkage pulley (227c) coupled to the outside of the first rotation axis (221), a second linkage pulley (227d) coupled to the outside of the third rotation axis (225), and a linkage belt (227e) that links the first rotation axis (221) and the third rotation axis (225) by connecting the first linkage pulley (227c) and the second linkage pulley (227d). It can be exemplified.

[0088] The first rotation axis (221) and the second rotation axis (223) arranged adjacent to each other are connected to each other through the first gear (227a) and the second gear (227b), and the first rotation axis (221) and the third rotation axis (225) arranged relatively far apart are connected to each other through a linkage belt (227e), so that the first rotation axis (221), the second rotation axis (223), and the third rotation axis (225) arranged spaced apart from each other can be organically connected.

[0089] Accordingly, when the first rotation shaft (221) rotates in the reverse direction, the second rotation shaft (223) having the second gear (227b) engaged with the first gear (227a) rotates in the forward direction, and at the same time, the third rotation shaft (225) having the second linkage pulley (227d) engaged with the first linkage pulley (227c) rotates in the same reverse direction as the first rotation shaft (221).

[0090] The embodiments of the present invention described above are merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments are possible. Therefore, it will be readily understood that the present invention is not limited to the forms mentioned in the detailed description above. Accordingly, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be defined by the technical spirit of the appended claims.
