During 3D printing, when the natural frequency of the slider is close to the external excitation frequency, it is easy to resonate, resulting in wave-like vibration patterns on the edges and corners of the printed object, affecting the printing quality.
By placing a coil in the base of the 3D printer, the distance change between the slider and the coil at different frequencies is sensed, thereby determining the natural frequency of the slider. This method is less expensive than measuring the acceleration signal of the slider using an accelerometer and is suitable for 3D printers with multiple independent sliders.
It realizes accurate measurement of the natural frequency of the slider, reduces cost, improves measurement accuracy, avoids vibration mark problems caused by resonance, and improves the quality and efficiency of 3D printing.

Abstract
Description
A method for measuring the natural frequency of a slider, a 3D printing system, and an electronic device
[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application with application number 2023110871633 filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on August 25, 2023, and priority to the Chinese patent application entitled “A method for measuring the natural frequency of a slider, a 3D printing system and an electronic device”, all contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The present application relates to the field of 3D printing technology, and in particular to a method for measuring the natural frequency of a slider, a 3D printing system, and an electronic device. Background Art
[0003] During the 3D printing process, a motor is required to pull a slider through a timing belt to achieve printing in all directions. Due to the flexibility of the timing belt, when the slider's natural frequency approaches the external excitation frequency, the slider resonates, manifesting as large vibrations. This resonance can cause wavy vibration lines at the corners of the printed object. To eliminate these vibration lines, measuring the slider's resonant frequency (i.e., natural frequency) is a key research issue.
[0004] Summary of the Invention
[0005] The present application provides a method for measuring the natural frequency of a slider, a 3D printing system, and an electronic device, which can determine the natural frequency of the slider at a low cost.
[0006] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for measuring the natural frequency of a slider, wherein the method is applicable to a 3D printer, wherein the 3D printer includes a base, a coil, a resonant unit, a slider, and a motor;
[0007] The coil is fixedly arranged on the first end surface of the base, and the slider is connected to the motor via a synchronous belt;
[0008] The measuring method comprises:
[0009] sending a first driving signal of different frequencies to the motor;
[0010] According to the resonant frequencies of the coil and the resonant unit at different frequencies, respectively obtaining the distances between the slider and the coil at different frequencies;
[0011] The natural frequency of the slider is obtained according to the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies.
[0012] In an embodiment of the present application, by adding a coil on the inner side of the base (i.e., the first end face), the coil can sense the distance change between the slider and the coil at different frequencies, thereby obtaining the natural frequency of the slider. Compared with using an accelerometer to measure the acceleration signal of the slider to obtain the natural frequency of the slider, the embodiment of the present application uses a coil to measure the distance between the slider and the coil, thereby obtaining the natural frequency of the slider, which is low in cost. Especially in a 3D printer with multiple independent sliders, the cost reduction is significant. In addition, since the coil does not have a filtering circuit, the measurement bandwidth and sampling rate of the coil distance measurement are high, which can further improve the accuracy of the natural frequency of the slider.
[0013] In conjunction with the first aspect, in a first possible implementation, the direction in which the slider moves along the synchronous belt is perpendicular to the plane of the first end surface, and the first end surface faces the slider. In this embodiment of the present application, the first end surface is perpendicular to the direction in which the slider moves, resulting in high space utilization and high sensitivity for the coil in sensing distance changes between the slider and the coil at different frequencies.
[0014] In combination with the first aspect or the first possible implementation, in a second possible implementation, the plane on which the coil resides is parallel to the plane on which the first end face resides. In this embodiment of the present application, the plane on which the coil resides is parallel to the first end face, and the first end face is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slider. Therefore, the plane on which the coil resides is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slider. In this case, the coil has high sensitivity in sensing changes in the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies. That is, when implementing this embodiment of the present application, the natural frequency of the slider can be measured with high accuracy.
[0015] In combination with the first aspect or any one of the above possible implementations of the first aspect, in a third possible implementation, the slider is a non-metallic slider, and the base of the 3D printer also includes a metal component; wherein the metal component is arranged on the side of the slider facing the coil.
[0016] The embodiment of the present application is compatible with the measurement of the natural frequency of the non-metallic slider by arranging a metal component on the side of the non-metallic slider facing the coil, and has good compatibility and strong applicability.
[0017] In combination with the third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a fourth possible implementation manner, the plane where the metal component is located is parallel to the plane where the coil is located.
[0018] In the embodiment of the present application, by arranging the metal component and the coil in parallel, the alternating magnetic field generated by the metal component can more completely affect the alternating magnetic field of the coil, thereby improving the accuracy of the natural frequency measurement of the slider.
[0019] In combination with the third possible implementation of the first aspect or the fourth possible implementation of the first aspect, in a fifth possible implementation, a projected area of the metal component on the plane where the coil is located is greater than or equal to half the area of the coil. Implementing this embodiment of the present application avoids insufficient eddy current effects, thereby improving the accuracy of the slider's natural frequency measurement.
[0020] In combination with the first aspect or any one of the foregoing possible implementations of the first aspect, in a sixth possible implementation, the coil includes a plurality of wires, wherein a winding direction of the plurality of wires is parallel to a moving direction of the slider.
[0021] In the embodiment of the present application, by setting the winding direction of the coil to be parallel to the moving direction of the slider, the measurement range can be increased, and the measurement accuracy of the natural frequency of the slider can be improved.
[0022] In combination with the first aspect or any one of the foregoing possible implementations of the first aspect, in a seventh possible implementation, the 3D printer further includes a controller, the controller being connected to the coil via the resonance unit, and the controller being disposed on the base;
[0023] The controller is used to determine the frequency at which the coil and the resonance unit resonate at different frequencies.
[0024] In the embodiment of the present application, the controller is disposed within the base, and the coil is also fixedly disposed within the base. The coil and controller are located within the same base, which can shorten the length of the cable connecting the two. Furthermore, the coil does not need to follow the slider, and the cable does not need to follow the slider either. This can reduce the requirements for cable use, thereby further reducing the cost of the 3D printer. Implementing the embodiment of the present application can shorten the length of the cable, increase the service life of the cable, and further reduce costs.
[0025] In combination with the first aspect or any one of the foregoing possible implementations of the first aspect, in an eighth possible implementation, the 3D printer further includes a print head, and the print head is connected to the slider.
[0026] In an embodiment of the present application, the measurement method can be used to determine the natural frequency of a slider connected to a print head of a 3D printer.
[0027] In combination with the first aspect or in combination with the first possible implementation manner of the first aspect to the seventh possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a ninth possible implementation manner, the 3D printer further includes a heated bed connected to the slider.
[0028] In an embodiment of the present application, the measurement method can be used to determine the natural frequency of a slider connected to the heated bed of a 3D printer.
[0029] In combination with the first aspect or in combination with the first possible implementation manner of the first aspect to the seventh possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a tenth possible implementation manner, the base includes a first base and a second base, and a plane on which the first base is located is perpendicular to a plane on which the second base is located;
[0030] The coil includes a first coil and a second coil, the slider includes a first slider and a second slider, and the 3D printer further includes a print head and a heated bed;
[0031] The first coil is fixedly mounted on the second end surface of the first base, the first slider is connected to the motor via a first synchronous belt, the direction in which the first slider moves along the first synchronous belt is perpendicular to the plane of the second end surface, and the second end surface faces the first slider; the print head is connected to the first slider;
[0032] The second coil is fixedly arranged on the third end surface of the second base, the second slider is connected to the motor through a second synchronous belt, the direction in which the second slider moves along the second synchronous belt is perpendicular to the plane where the third end surface is located, and the third end surface faces the second slider; the heated bed is connected to the second slider.
[0033] In an embodiment of the present application, the measurement method can be used to determine the natural frequency of a slider connected to a heated bed of a 3D printer, and the natural frequency of a slider connected to a print head of a 3D printer.
[0034] In combination with the first aspect or any one of the foregoing possible implementations of the first aspect, in an eleventh possible implementation, before sending the first drive signal of different frequencies to the motor, the measuring method further includes:
[0035] A second driving signal is sent to the motor, where the second driving signal is used to drive the slider to move within the sweep frequency range of the coil.
[0036] In the embodiment of the present application, by moving the slider into the sweep frequency range of the coil, the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by the slider being too far away from the coil can be avoided.

[0052] The following will be combined with the drawings in the embodiments of this application to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of this application. Obviously, the embodiments described are part of the embodiments of this application, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in this application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making creative efforts are within the scope of protection of this application.
[0053] The implementation of the technical solution of the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0054] 1 , which is a schematic diagram of a 3D printing system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG1 , the 3D printing system 10 includes a feeding device 101 and a 3D printer 102 connected to the feeding device 101 .
[0055] The feeding device 101 can hold a material tray with printing material wound around it. The feeding device 101 can provide the printing material to the 3D printer 102, or the printing material can be rewound back onto the material tray through the feeding device 101. In other words, the feeding device 101 can both feed and return material. For example, the feeding device 101 can also identify material information of the printing material and transmit the material information to the 3D printer 102.
[0056] The 3D printer 102 includes a print head 1021, which includes a material guide unit 10211, a nozzle 10212, and an extrusion assembly disposed between the material guide unit 10211 and the nozzle 10212. During material feeding from the feeder 101, the printing material passes through the material guide unit 10211 and then enters the extrusion assembly, which delivers the printing material to the nozzle 10212. During material withdrawal from the feeder 101, the 3D printer 102 cuts the printing material in the print head 1021, and the extrusion assembly delivers the printing material to the feeder 101.
[0057] Optionally, the 3D printer 102 may, for example, cut the printing material between the extrusion assembly and the nozzle 10212 or may cut the printing material in the extrusion assembly, etc. This application does not limit the position where the 3D printer cuts the printing material.
[0058] Illustratively, the 3D printer 102 also includes a print panel 1023, a heated bed 1024, a base 1025a, and a slider 1029a. The heated bed 1024 is located on the side of the base 1025a facing the nozzle 10212 and has a heating function. The print panel 1023 is located on the side of the heated bed 1024 facing the nozzle 10212. Heat from the heated bed 1024 can be transferred to the print panel 1023, and the nozzle 10212 can extrude molten printing material onto the print panel 1023. Optionally, the 3D printer 102 also includes a base 1025b and a slider 1029b.
[0059] In a specific implementation, the 3D printer can adjust the temperature of the nozzle 10212 and the heated bed 1024. The temperature of the nozzle 10212 is adjusted to heat the printing material to a molten state, and the temperature of the heated bed 1024 is adjusted to adhere the printing material extruded by the nozzle 10212 to the printing panel 1023. The print head 1021 is slidably connected to the first guide rail 1026 and can move along the length of the first guide rail 1026, that is, the print head 1021 is displaced relative to the printing panel 1023 along the length of the first guide rail 1026. The heated bed 1024 is slidably connected to the second guide rail 1027 and can move along the length of the second guide rail 1027, that is, the print head 1021 is displaced relative to the printing panel 1023 along the length of the second guide rail 1027. The length of the second guide rail 1027 is perpendicular to the length of the first guide rail 1026. Furthermore, the first guide rail 1026 is slidably connected to the third guide rail 1028. By moving the first guide rail 1026 along the third guide rail 1028, the 3D printer 102 can achieve displacement of the print head 1021 relative to the print panel 1023 in a direction perpendicular to the length of the second guide rail 1027 and in a direction perpendicular to the length of the first guide rail 1026. In other words, the 3D printer 102 can achieve three mutually perpendicular printing paths to print a three-dimensional object.
[0060] The embodiment of the present application adds a coil to the base of the 3D printer, and uses the coil to sense the change in the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies to obtain the natural frequency of the slider. Compared with using an accelerometer to measure the acceleration signal of the slider to obtain the natural frequency of the slider, the embodiment of the present application uses a coil to measure the distance between the slider and the coil, thereby obtaining the natural frequency of the slider, which is low-cost. In particular, in a 3D printer with multiple independent sliders as shown in Figure 1, coils can be set in base 1025a and base 1025b respectively, without the need to frequently disassemble base 1025b from base 1025a for measurement, which is convenient and fast, saves time and effort, and significantly reduces costs.
[0061] The following describes in detail the method for measuring the natural frequency of the slider in conjunction with FIG. 2 to FIG. 7 .
[0062] Referring to Figure 2 , which is a schematic diagram of a planar structure of a 3D printer provided in an embodiment of the present application, the 3D printer shown in Figure 2 includes a base 201, a coil 202, a resonant unit 203, a slider 204, and a motor 205. Coil 202 is fixedly mounted on a first end surface of base 201, and slider 204 is connected to motor 205 via a timing belt 206.
[0063] In some feasible embodiments, the direction of movement of the slider 204 along the synchronous belt 206 is perpendicular to the plane of the first end surface, and the first end surface faces the slider 204. In this embodiment, the first end surface is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slider, which improves space utilization and increases the sensitivity of the coil in sensing the distance changes between the slider and the coil at different frequencies. Optionally, the first end surface can be parallel to the direction of movement of the slider or form an acute angle with it.
[0064] In some feasible embodiments, the base 201 may be concave in shape; the slider 204, the synchronous belt 206, and the motor 205 may be disposed in a recessed portion of the concave base 201; the synchronous belt 206 may be mounted on the driving pulley 207 and the driven pulley 208, and the driving pulley 207 may be connected to the motor 205. In other embodiments, the base 201 may be of other shapes. This embodiment of the present application does not limit the shape of the base; FIG2 is merely an example of a base.
[0065] When the motor 205 rotates, the driving wheel 207 rotates, and when the driving wheel 207 rotates, it can drag the slider 204 through the synchronous belt 206, so that the slider 204 moves.
[0066] Exemplarily, the coil 202 can be arranged on the first end face of the base 201, which is facing the slider 204. Figure 2 takes the plane where the first end face is located and the moving direction of the slider 204 as an example. At this time, the slider 204 can be vertically close to the first end face relative to the plane where the first end face is located, or vertically away from the first end face.
[0067] When slider 204 approaches or moves vertically away from the first end face, slider 204 generates an alternating magnetic field under the action of coil 202. This alternating magnetic field generated by slider 204 affects the alternating magnetic field generated by coil 202. For example, when slider 204 approaches the coil, due to the oscillating current within coil 202, according to Lenz's law, slider 204 generates a reverse induced current. This reverse induced current reduces the magnetic flux passing through coil 202, thereby reducing the equivalent inductance of coil 202 and increasing the resonant frequency of coil 202. For another example, when slider 204 moves away from the coil, the reverse induced current generated by slider 204 increases the magnetic flux passing through coil 202, thereby increasing the equivalent inductance of coil 202 and decreasing the resonant frequency of coil 202. In other words, the distance between slider 204 and coil 202 is correlated with the resonant frequency of coil 202.
[0068] As an example, the resonance unit 203 may be an amplifier circuit, a transistor, or a resistor and capacitor; the resonance unit 203 may form an LC resonance circuit with the coil 202 .
[0069] Referring to Figure 3, which is a flowchart of the steps of the method for measuring the natural frequency of the slider provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figure 3, based on the above-mentioned 3D printer, the natural frequency of the slider can be determined by the following steps:
[0070] Step 301: Send a first driving signal of different frequencies to the motor.
[0071] The first driving signal is used to drive the slider to generate different vibrations at different frequencies. For example, the control unit of the 3D printer can send sinusoidal acceleration commands of different frequencies to the motor.
[0072] In a specific implementation, the motor drives the synchronous belt based on first drive signals of different frequencies. Therefore, the flexible synchronous belt will cause the slider to vibrate at corresponding frequencies, causing the distance between the coil and the slider to change.
[0073] In one embodiment of the present application, before sending the first drive signal of different frequencies to the motor, the measurement method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:
[0074] A second drive signal is sent to the motor to drive the slider into the coil's sweep frequency range. If the coil and slider are too far apart, the eddy current effect may be insufficient, affecting measurement accuracy. To address this issue, embodiments of the present application can send a second drive signal to the motor before measurement to move the slider into the coil's sweep frequency range.
[0075] As an example, the frequency sweep range can be set according to actual conditions. In a feasible implementation, the frequency sweep range can refer to a radial dimension (i.e., the length from the driving wheel to the driven wheel), or it can refer to half a radial dimension (i.e., half the length from the driving wheel to the driven wheel). The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific method for determining the frequency sweep range.
[0076] When the slider moves into the sweep frequency range of the coil, step 301 is executed to send a first driving signal of a different frequency to the motor.
[0077] Step 302: Obtain the distances between the slider and the coil at different frequencies according to the resonant frequencies of the coil and the resonant unit at different frequencies.
[0078] After obtaining the resonant frequencies of the coil and the resonant unit under vibrations of different frequencies, the distance between the coil and the metal surface of the slider at different frequencies can be determined based on the values of each frequency; in some feasible embodiments, the distance between the coil and the metal surface of the slider can be used as the distance between the slider and the coil.
[0079] Step 303: Obtain the natural frequency of the slider according to the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies.
[0080] Exemplarily, after obtaining the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies, the acceleration data of the slider during the vibration process can be determined based on the distance data; then, the natural frequency of the slider can be determined based on the acceleration data of the slider during the vibration process. Exemplarily, when the acceleration of the slider at different frequencies and the acceleration of the motor at different frequencies meet a preset relationship, the resonant frequency corresponding to the coil at this time is used as the natural frequency of the slider. Optionally, when the distance between the slider at different frequencies and the target distance value of the motor at different frequencies meet a preset relationship, the resonant frequency corresponding to the coil at this time is used as the natural frequency of the slider. The embodiment of the present application does not limit how to obtain the natural frequency of the slider based on the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies.
[0081] Furthermore, after the natural frequency of the slider is determined, the natural frequency can be further eliminated to avoid the natural frequency causing the slider to resonate, thereby causing vibration marks on the printed object.
[0082] In an embodiment of the present application, the slider is first driven to generate different vibrations at different frequencies. Then, based on the resonant frequency of the coil and the resonant unit, the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies is determined, and then the natural frequency of the slider is determined based on the distance. Compared with using an accelerometer to measure the acceleration signal of the slider to obtain the natural frequency of the slider, the embodiment of the present application uses a coil to measure the distance between the slider and the coil to obtain the natural frequency of the slider, which is low-cost. In particular, in 3D printers with multiple independent sliders, the cost reduction is significant. In addition, because the coil does not have a filtering circuit, the measurement bandwidth and sampling rate of the coil distance measurement are high, which can further improve the accuracy of the natural frequency of the slider.
[0083] In some feasible embodiments, the plane of the coil is parallel to the plane of the first end face. In the embodiment of the present application, the plane of the coil is parallel to the first end face, and the first end face is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slider. Therefore, the plane of the coil is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slider. In this case, the coil has high sensitivity in sensing the distance changes between the slider and the coil at different frequencies. That is, the embodiment of the present application can measure the natural frequency of the slider with high accuracy.
[0084] In some feasible implementations, the angle between the plane where the coil in the 3D printer is located and the plane where the first end face is located is greater than or equal to 0° and less than or equal to 180°.
[0085] Specifically, the coil can be fixed on the first end face through a non-metallic coil base, one side of the coil base is fixedly connected to the first end face of the base, and the other side of the coil base is used to fix the coil, and the angle between the plane where the fifth end face of the coil is located and the plane where the first end face is located is greater than or equal to 0° and less than or equal to 180°.
[0086] As an example, as shown in FIG4a , the angle between the plane containing the fifth end face of the coil base 410a on which the coil 402a resides and the plane containing the first end face is 0°. In this case, the plane containing the coil is parallel to the plane containing the first end face. In this embodiment of the present application, the plane containing the coil is parallel to the first end face, and the first end face is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slider. Therefore, the plane containing the coil is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slider. In this case, the coil has high sensitivity in sensing changes in the distance between the slider and the coil at different frequencies. That is, when implementing this embodiment of the present application, the natural frequency of the slider can be measured with high accuracy.
[0087] As another example, as shown in FIG4 b , the angle between the plane where the fifth end surface of the coil base 420 b where the coil 402 b is located and the plane where the first end surface is located is 90°.
[0088] In the embodiment of the present application, the specific value of the angle can be set according to the actual 3D printer; by implementing the embodiment of the present application, the method for measuring the natural frequency of the slider can be adapted to different 3D printers.
[0089] In some embodiments of the present application, when the slider is a metal slider, the slider generates an induced current based on the alternating magnetic field of the coil, and determines the natural frequency of the slider based on the induced current and the coil.
[0090] When the slider is a non-metal slider, in some feasible embodiments, the base of the 3D printer further includes a metal component; wherein the metal component is provided on the side of the slider facing the coil, as shown in FIG5 a.
[0091] Specifically, when slider 504a is non-metallic, it cannot affect the alternating magnetic field of coil 502a. In this case, a metal component 509a can be provided on the non-metallic slider 504a. The metal component 509a can be provided on the side of the slider 504a facing the coil. By implementing the embodiments of the present application, the natural frequency of the non-metallic slider 504a can be determined based on the coil 502a and the metal component 509a. This allows for compatible measurement of the natural frequency of non-metallic sliders, resulting in excellent compatibility and strong applicability.
[0092] In some feasible embodiments, the plane of the metal component is parallel to the plane of the coil. As shown in Figure 5b, the metal component 509b can be arranged parallel to the coil 502b. Specifically, the coil 502b can be arranged on one side of the coil base 510b, with the other side of the coil base 510b fixedly connected to the first end surface of the base. The plane of the coil 502b is parallel to the plane of the metal component 509b. The alternating magnetic field generated by the metal component 509b arranged parallel to the coil 502b can more completely affect the alternating magnetic field of the coil 502b, thereby improving the accuracy of the measured natural frequency of the slider 504b.
[0093] Optionally, to avoid inaccurate measurements due to insufficient eddy current effects on metal components, the size of the metal components can be adjusted. Specifically, the projected area of the metal components on the plane where the coil resides must be greater than or equal to half the area of the coil. Implementing this embodiment of the present application can avoid insufficient eddy current effects, thereby improving the accuracy of the slider's natural frequency measurement.
[0094] In some feasible embodiments, the projected area of the metal component on the plane where the coil is located can be set to be larger than half the area of the coil, or can be set to half the area of the coil. The specific size relationship is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0095] As an example, the coil may include a plurality of wires, wherein a winding direction of the plurality of wires is parallel to a moving direction of the slider.
[0096] When a larger measurement range is required and sensitivity fluctuations are minimized when the slider 604a is farther away from the coil 602a, the winding direction of the multiple wires of the coil 602a can be set parallel to the movement direction of the slider 604a, as shown in Figure 6a. Implementing this embodiment of the present application can increase the measurement range and improve the measurement accuracy of the slider's natural frequency.
[0097] As another example, the winding direction of the multiple wires of the coil may also be perpendicular to the moving direction of the slider.
[0098] If higher measurement sensitivity is required, the winding direction of the multiple wires of coil 602b can be set perpendicular to the movement direction of slider 604b, as shown in Figure 6b. In this case, the measurement sensitivity is higher than that of a parallel arrangement, but the sensitivity will be significantly reduced when the distance between the coil and the slider is large. Therefore, the specific setting method can be set according to actual conditions and needs, and this embodiment of the application does not limit this.
[0099] In one embodiment of the present application, the 3D printer may further include a controller, which may be a controller set for the coil and the resonance unit, or a master controller of the 3D printer, or a controller set for the print head or the hot bed; the controller 711 may be connected to the coil 702 through the resonance unit 703, and the controller 711 is set on the base 701, as shown in Figure 7; the controller 711 is used to determine the frequency of resonance of the coil 702 and the resonance unit 703 at different frequencies.
[0100] The controller is disposed in the base. The controller is connected to the resonant unit and the coil via a cable. In a feasible embodiment, the controller may be connected to one end of the resonant unit via a cable, and the other end of the resonant unit may be connected to the coil via a cable; the resonant unit may also be disposed in the base.
[0101] When determining the fixed frequency of the slider, the controller may receive from the resonance unit a current generated by the coil that changes due to the movement of the slider; and then, based on the changed current, may determine the frequency at which the coil resonates with the resonance unit at different frequencies.
[0102] In the embodiment of the present application, the controller is disposed within the base, and the coil is also fixedly disposed within the base.
[0103] In one embodiment of the present application, the 3D printer may further include a print head connected to the slider.
[0104] The above-mentioned method for measuring the fixed frequency of the slider can be used to determine the fixed frequency of the slider connected to the print head of a 3D printer. By implementing the embodiment of the present application, the fixed frequency of the slider connected to the print head can be determined in a low-cost manner.
[0105] In another embodiment of the present application, the 3D printer further includes a heated bed connected to a slider.
[0106] The above-mentioned method for measuring the fixed frequency of the slider can also be used to determine the fixed frequency of the slider connected to the hot bed of a 3D printer; by implementing the embodiment of the present application, the fixed frequency of the slider connected to the hot bed can be determined in a low-cost manner.
[0107] In another embodiment of the present application, the base includes a first base and a second base, and the plane where the first base is located is perpendicular to the plane where the second base is located;
[0108] The coil includes a first coil and a second coil, the slider includes a first slider and a second slider, and the 3D printer also includes a print head and a hot bed;
[0109] The first coil is fixedly disposed on the second end surface of the first base, the first slider is connected to the motor via a first synchronous belt, the first slider moves along the first synchronous belt in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the second end surface, and the second end surface faces the first slider; the print head is connected to the first slider;
[0110] The second coil is fixedly arranged on the third end face of the second base, the second slider is connected to the motor through the second synchronous belt, the second slider moves along the direction of the second synchronous belt perpendicular to the plane where the third end face is located, and the third end face faces the second slider; the hot bed is connected to the second slider.
[0111] As an example, the coils may be provided for the slider of the print head and the slider of the heated bed, respectively. Specifically, a first coil may be provided for the first slider connected to the print head, and a second coil may be provided for the second slider connected to the heated bed.
[0112] Specifically, the first coil can be fixedly mounted on the second end face of the first base corresponding to the print head; the first slider can be connected to the motor via a first synchronous belt and moved by the first synchronous belt. The direction in which the first slider moves under the drive of the first synchronous belt can be perpendicular to the plane of the second end face of the first base, and the second end face of the first base is oriented toward the first slider. Thus, when the first slider moves toward the first coil, the alternating magnetic field of the first coil can be changed; based on the change in the alternating magnetic field of the first coil, the natural frequency of the first slider can be determined.
[0113] In addition, the second coil can be fixedly mounted on the third end face of the second base corresponding to the heated bed; the second slider can be connected to the motor via a second synchronous belt and moved by the second synchronous belt. The direction in which the second slider moves under the drive of the second synchronous belt can be perpendicular to the plane of the third end face of the second base, and the third end face of the second base is oriented toward the second slider. Thus, when the second slider moves toward the second coil, the alternating magnetic field of the second coil can be changed; based on the change in the alternating magnetic field of the second coil, the natural frequency of the second slider can be determined.
