Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Wireless heating system

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification states, a wireless heating system, is an innovation that, within current techniques, provides previously unknown advantages.

[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR

[0006] The present invention falls within the heating sector, especially in heat exchangers, not provided for in any other subclass, in which the heat exchanging media do not come into direct contact.

[0007] The same applies to the classification of clothing, outerwear, protective clothing and accessories.

[0008] STATE OF THE ART

[0009] The present invention arises in response to the challenges that motorcyclists face, especially when driving in low temperature conditions.

[0010] This is because a rider's hands are one of the parts of the body most exposed to cold winds and low temperatures, which can lead to significant loss of body heat.

[0011] This is why they are forced to use special gloves such as those designed for winter, gloves with hand guards, or heated grips. While these provide a certain level of comfort, they are not sufficient to cope with extreme temperatures due to thermal discomfort in different parts of the hand and the limited battery life of some of these designs, among other factors.

[0012] Consequently, this invention, a wireless heating system, emerges as an innovative solution that can be integrated into a motorcyclist's gloves or other garment, counteracting adverse weather conditions with maximum thermal comfort and without having to worry about battery drain. Currently, there is no known wireless heating system that has structural and constructive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed.

[0013] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] The object of the present invention is the creation of a wireless heating system, which provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.

[0015] The present invention relates to a wireless heating system, which comprises a garment that integrates and relates to a wireless heating system connected to a vehicle battery and controlled by an activation means, which may be a touch screen or a button panel.

[0016] This solves the problem of keeping the user warm in extreme cold conditions while driving a vehicle, without compromising the vehicle's maneuverability.

[0017] This system is very useful for keeping drivers warm and comfortable in winter while driving, without mobility restrictions. Furthermore, because it is wireless and connected directly to the vehicle's battery, the system is more efficient, effective, and lightweight than other portable systems that even have to carry the weight of batteries to achieve heating.

[0018] The system implements wireless charging technology by integrating receiving coils into a garment. These coils connect to and receive signals from the transmitter coils located in the vehicle itself, allowing power to flow wirelessly from the vehicle's battery to the garment.

[0019] To use the system, the user simply puts on and connects the garment to the vehicle's wireless heating system and adjusts the desired temperature using the associated display or button panel.

[0020] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is attached, as an integral part thereof, with some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following have been represented.

[0021] Figure 1 represents the garment with the integrated wireless heating system.

[0022] Figure 2 represents the associated touch screen.

[0023] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

[0024] The wireless heating system comprises a garment (1) that integrates and relates to a wireless heating system (2) connected to the battery of a vehicle and controlled by an activation element.

[0025] The activation element can be a screen (3) or a button panel. The screen (3) will usually be touch-sensitive.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the garment (1) is of the type especially used by motorcyclists such as gloves, jackets, pants and boots, among others.

[0027] In the preferred embodiment, the wireless heating system (2) comprises receiving coils (2.1) present in the garment (1) that capture the signals from transmitting coils (2.2) located in a vehicle, which allows the energy to flow wirelessly from the vehicle's battery to the garment (1).

[0028] Preferably, the receiving coils (2.1) are strategically integrated into the garment (1) with a location coinciding with and close to the area where the transmitting coils (2.2) are positioned in the vehicle.

[0029] Preferably, the transmitter coils (2.2) are wireless charging coils connected to the vehicle battery and strategically located in the vehicle itself, matching and close in position to the area where the receiver coils (2.1) of the garment (1) are positioned. Generally, the associated display (3) is connected to the wireless heating system (2) and allows the user to adjust and control the heating power individually and in a personalized manner for each garment (1).

[0030] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, within its essence, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
