Abstract

According to one embodiment, provided is a sialylated Fc region variant comprising the following amino acid modifications (1) and (2): (1) Position 234 and / or position 235 is substituted with serine, threonine, asparagine, glutamine, cysteine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, lysine, arginine, histidine, glycine, alanine, proline, methionine, valine, or isoleucine; and (2) position 293 or position 294 is deleted.
