Description

Solar power generation modules, solar power generation devices and module combination devices

[0001] The present invention relates to a solar power generation module including a fastening member and a solar power generation device including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a solar power generation module including a fastening member in the solar power generation module itself, enabling easy installation on an installation object, or a solar power generation device including the same.

[0002] Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) are systems installed on building exteriors, such as roofs, to not only generate solar power but also perform the building's exterior functions. This system offers a viable way to utilize solar power in urban areas. However, the inherent nature of the power-generating devices poses safety concerns regarding electrical and / or fire risks when installing conventional solar modules directly on building exteriors. Furthermore, to comply with global policies such as zero-energy buildings and green building certifications aimed at reducing carbon emissions, BIPV is required to provide excellent insulation performance as an exterior material.

[0003] Existing solar power modules consist of a front protective layer, a second encapsulating layer, solar cells, a first encapsulating layer, and a rear protective layer. These modules are unsuitable as exterior building materials because they can spread flames in the event of a fire. Furthermore, the polymer materials that comprise the first and second encapsulating layers and the rear protective layer generate hazardous gases in the event of a fire, making them unsuitable for fireproofing or near-fireproofing as exterior building finishes.

[0004] Meanwhile, steel sheets or stainless steel (STS) are gaining popularity as exterior materials in modern architecture due to their diverse design possibilities, long lifespan, high durability, and ease of construction. Furthermore, steel sheets and glass are non-combustible, preventing flames from spreading in the event of a fire. Additionally, the development of lightweight, steel-based solar power modules capable of expressing a variety of colors and textures is emerging as a key solution to overcome the limitations of existing solar and building photovoltaic systems.

[0005] Furthermore, existing building-integrated solar power systems are primarily roof-mounted. As disclosed in KR 10-2081060, additional structures are added to the existing roof structure to achieve insulation and watertightness. Furthermore, a structure for mounting solar modules is constructed before installing standard solar modules. Therefore, significant roof reinforcement work is required, and the load increases, making economic feasibility and installation restrictions unavoidable.

[0006] To overcome the above problems, an integrated structure product has been developed that combines insulation and watertightness, as in KR No. 10-2016-0012686. However, difficulties in installation still exist because the solar modules are connected through bolting.

[0007] Therefore, there is a need for a solar power generation device that is easy to install to solve the above problems.

[0008] (Patent Document 1) Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1575177

[0009] The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar power generation device that can be easily installed and stably fixed as an installation module including a solar power generation module having enhanced fire resistance and / or insulation performance.

[0010] In addition, as one object of the present invention, it is an object to provide a solar power generation module or a solar power generation device including the same that can be installed sufficiently neatly as an exterior surface of an installation target such as a building.

[0011] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a solar power generation device and a solar power generation module formed as follows.

[0012] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a solar power generation device includes a solar power generation module including a solar cell, an encapsulant formed to surround the solar cell, a cover layer protecting the solar cell on one side of the encapsulant, a metal layer protecting the solar cell on the other side of the encapsulant, and a fastening portion connected to the metal layer, and an installation module including a lower portion that is in contact with and coupled to the fastening portion, wherein the cover layer, the encapsulant, and the metal layer are sequentially laminated, and when a lamination direction is a first direction and a direction perpendicular to the first direction is a second direction, the fastening portion includes a fastening plate formed to intersect the second direction, a first slit formed to penetrate the fastening plate and having a first angle with a first surface parallel to the first direction and the second direction, and the lower portion includes a joining plate that is in contact with the joining plate, and a second slit formed to penetrate the joining plate and having a second angle with the first surface.

[0013] In addition, the fastening plate may include a first fastening plate and a second fastening plate intersecting the first fastening plate, and the fastening portion may include a first space surrounded by the first fastening plate and the second fastening plate and having an empty space therein.

[0014] In addition, the coupling plate includes a first coupling plate that is in contact with the first fastening plate, and a second coupling plate that is in contact with the second fastening plate, and in a portion of the coupling plate adjacent to the first slit and a portion of the coupling plate adjacent to the second slit, a 1-1 coupling surface, which is a surface of the first fastening plate that is close to the first space in the first direction, and a 1-2 coupling surface, which is a surface of the first fastening plate that is far from the first space, may be in contact with each other and coupled, and a 2-1 coupling surface, which is a surface of the second fastening plate that is close to the first space in the first direction, and a 2-2 coupling surface, which is a surface of the second fastening plate that is far from the first space, may be in contact with each other and coupled.

[0015] Additionally, the fastening portion may include an extension formed extending from the fastening plate and being horizontal to the second direction.

[0016] In addition, a first through hole penetrating the joining plate may be formed, a second through hole penetrating the joining plate may be formed at a position corresponding to the first through hole, and a joining member may be included that is joined to the first through hole and the second through hole.

[0017] Additionally, the bonding plate may include an overlapping edge inclined in the first direction near the second slit.

[0018] In addition, the above fastening plate can be formed integrally with the metal layer by bending the metal plate forming the metal layer.

[0019] Additionally, the first angle and the second angle may be angles formed in opposite directions with respect to the first surface.

[0020] Additionally, the first angle and the second angle may be the same angle.

[0021] In addition, the above-mentioned fastening part,

[0022] It may include a third fastening plate positioned between the first fastening plate and the second fastening plate and connected to the first fastening plate and the second fastening plate.

[0023] Additionally, the metal layer may extend in the first direction to cover one surface of the sealing material and the cover layer.

[0024] In addition, when viewed from the first direction, the second fastening plate may not overlap the metal layer. A solar power generation module according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a solar cell, an encapsulant formed to surround the solar cell, a cover layer protecting the solar cell on one side of the encapsulant, a metal layer protecting the solar cell on the other side of the encapsulant, and a fastening plate connected to the metal layer and intersecting a first direction which is a stacking direction of the cover layer, the encapsulant, and the metal layer, and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a fastening portion including a first slit formed through the fastening plate.

[0025] In addition, the fastening member may be formed by bending a metal plate forming the metal layer as an integral part of the metal layer.

[0026] A module coupling device according to one embodiment of the present invention is formed integrally with a metal layer included in a solar power generation module and includes a first edge protruding toward the rear of the solar module, and a second edge formed on an installation module installed on an installation object and overlapping at least a portion of the first edge, and at least a portion of the first edge and the second edge intersect and are fixed.

[0027] The present invention enables a solar power generation module having strength, fire safety, and electrical safety exceeding the standards for building exterior materials to be firmly installed on an installation target.

[0028] Additionally, it is easy to install as it does not necessarily require mechanical fastening elements such as bolting.

[0029] In addition, the fastening part, which was formed as a separate structure to be combined with the installation target, can be integrated into the solar power generation module, thereby reducing material costs and simplifying the process and reducing the weight.

[0045] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. However, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the presented embodiments, and those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention will be able to easily propose other regressive inventions or other embodiments included within the scope of the spirit of the present invention by adding, modifying, or deleting other components within the scope of the same spirit. However, this will also be considered to be included within the scope of the spirit of the present invention.

[0046] In this specification, the 'front' of a layer or substrate refers to the side of a solar power generation module on which sunlight is incident, and the 'rear' of a layer or substrate refers to the side opposite to the 'front', that is, the side of a solar power generation module that does not face sunlight.

[0047] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a solar power generation device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0048] A solar power generation device (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a solar power generation module (100) and an installation module (200).

[0049] In the drawing, the stacking direction of the layered structure of the solar power generation module (100) is defined as a first direction (DR1), a second direction (DR2) intersecting the first direction (DR1), and a third direction (DR3) intersecting the first direction (DR1) and the second direction (DR2).

[0050] A solar power generation module (100) may be an integrated solar power generation module (100) that includes a solar cell (110, see FIGS. 2 and 3 below) and a metal layer (140, see FIGS. 2 and 3 below) on the back, and a fastening part (150, see FIGS. 2 and 3 below) formed together with the metal layer (140, see FIG. 2 below).

[0051] The installation module (200) is a module that is directly or indirectly connected to an installation target, such as a building, where a solar power generation module (100) is installed, and is installed in combination with the solar power generation module (100).

[0052] The solar power generation device (300) includes a solar power generation module (100) and an installation module (200), which makes it easy to install the solar power generation module (100) and provides the effect of reducing the overall weight when installed.

[0053] Figures 2 and 3 illustrate a solar power generation module according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 illustrates an exploded perspective view of the solar power generation module, and Figure 3 illustrates a cross-sectional view of the solar power generation module.

[0054] A solar power generation module (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a solar cell (110), a sealing material (120), a cover layer (130), a metal layer (140), and a fastening part (150).

[0055] And, the cover layer (130), the sealing material (120), and the metal layer (140) can be laminated in the first direction (DR1) in that order.

[0056] A solar cell (110) converts light energy into electrical energy using the photoelectric conversion effect. The solar cell (110) may be formed as a single layer or multiple cells may be arranged in a single layer.

[0057] The encapsulant (120) protects the solar cell (110) from moisture. The encapsulant (120) may be formed to surround and cover the solar cell (110) so that the solar cell (110) can be sealed from the outside, thereby being completely isolated from the outside and sealed. The encapsulant (120) may also be formed to surround the front surface of the solar cell (110).

[0058] For example, the sealing material (120) may be an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), PVB (polyvinyl butyral), or POE (poly olefin elastomer) sealing material (120), but is not limited thereto.

[0059] The cover layer (130) or cover window (hereinafter referred to as the cover layer) may be a relatively hard layer formed on one side of the sealing material (120). It may be the layer formed at the topmost part of the solar power generation module (100), and may block contact between the outside and the sealing material (120) to protect the solar cell (110) inside from external impacts, etc.

[0060] The cover layer (130) may be formed on the entire surface of the encapsulant (120), or another layer may be included between the cover layer (130) and the encapsulant (120), but light passes through the cover layer (130) and is incident on the encapsulant (120) and the solar cell (110) in that order.

[0061] The cover layer (130) is made of a non-combustible material, low-iron tempered glass for solar power or a fire-resistant polymer material. The fire-resistant polymer material is generally, for example, a fluorine-based resin such as PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane), PCTFE (polychlorotrifluoroethylene), ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoro-ethylene), EFEP (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PEA (polyester amide), FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene), or a silicone composite material (including silicone resin and inorganic flame-retardant materials such as mica and glass) can be used, but is not limited thereto. The thickness of the cover layer (130) is a general thickness applied as a cover layer (130) of a solar power generation module (100) in this technical field, and is preferably 2 mm to 5 mm in terms of visible light transmittance and strength. It is preferable that the cover layer (130) have an incident light transmittance of 85% or more in terms of solar power generation. The higher the transmittance of the incident light, the better the power generation efficiency, but there is no upper limit to the transmittance.

[0062] The metal layer (140) protects the solar cell (110) on the other side of the sealing material (120).

[0063] The metal layer (140) may be formed on the rear surface of the encapsulant (120), or may include other layers or configurations between the metal layer (140) and the encapsulant (120). The metal layer (140) may be the layer formed at the rearmost surface of the solar power generation module (100), excluding the fastening member (150) described below.

[0064] For example, the metal layer (140) may be formed of a non-combustible material, such as steel plate, to ensure electrical safety and prevent the polymer, etc., that constitutes the encapsulating material (120) of the solar power generation module (100) from igniting and generating harmful gases in the event of a fire.

[0065] As the above steel plate, a highly corrosion-resistant steel plate selected from the group consisting of a galvanized steel plate, a magnesium-zinc-plated steel plate, a magnesium-zinc-aluminum-plated steel plate, and a stainless steel steel plate can be used.

[0066] For example, if the metal layer (140) is a steel plate having a tensile strength of 270 MPa or more, the thickness may be 0.3 mm or more and 2.3 mm or less.

[0067] More preferably, the thickness of the metal layer (140) may be 0.3 mm or more and 1.6 mm or less.

[0068] Here, the minimum value of 0.3 mm for the metal layer (140) is a value derived from the viewpoint of mass production to secure rigidity for self-sustaining the metal layer (140) and to secure uniformity and flatness during steel plate production. The maximum value of 1.6 mm for the thickness of the metal layer (140) is a value derived from the viewpoint of reducing the weight of the solar power generation module (100).

[0069] By forming the metal layer (140) with a thickness of 0.3 mm or more, the steel plate forming the metal layer (140) can be prevented from warping or bending during the manufacturing process of the solar power generation module (100), thereby ensuring flatness, and stably securing rigidity so as to prevent defects that may occur during the manufacturing process of the solar power generation module (100). In addition, by ensuring flatness, the mass production of the solar power generation module (100) can be stably secured.

[0070] By forming the metal layer (140) with a thickness of 0.3 mm or more, moisture penetration through the metal layer (140) is prevented, and the metal layer (140) can stably secure the fire resistance performance of the solar power generation module (100).

[0071] By configuring the metal layer (140) to a thickness of 1.6 mm or less, it is possible to achieve weight reduction of the solar power generation module (100).

[0072] More preferably, the metal layer (140) is composed of a steel plate having a tensile strength of 270 MPa or more, and may have a thickness in the range of 0.3 to 1.6 mm.

[0073] In addition, the minimum tensile strength of the steel plate constituting the metal layer (140), which is 270 MPa, is a value derived from the viewpoint of mass production to secure rigidity for self-sustaining the metal layer (140) and to secure uniformity and flatness during steel plate production.

[0074] A solar power generation module (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention is fire-resistant due to the inclusion of a metal layer (140). Furthermore, it can provide the effect of lightweighting.

[0075] The fastening part (150) includes a fastening plate (151) and a first slit (152).

[0076] The fastening plate (151) can be formed by being connected to the metal layer (140) and crossing in the second direction (DR2).

[0077] For example, the fastening plate (151) may include a first fastening plate (1511) and a second fastening plate (1512) intersecting the first fastening plate (1511).

[0078] The first fastening plate (1511) may be formed to be connected to one end of the metal layer (140) and extend in a direction intersecting with the second direction (DR2). In addition, the second fastening plate (1512) may be formed in a direction intersecting with the first fastening plate (1511).

[0079] Additionally, the first fastening plate (1511) or the second fastening plate (1512) may be intersecting with the first direction (DR1), but may also be parallel to the first direction (DR1).

[0080] For example, a first fastening plate (1511) and a second fastening plate (1512) may be connected and a first edge (1513) as a boundary may be formed between them.

[0081] For example, the fastening portion (150) may be surrounded by the first fastening plate (1511) and the second fastening plate (1512) and include a first space (S1) that is an empty space inside.

[0082] The first fastening plate (1511) and the second fastening plate (1512) may be formed to overlap the metal layer (140) when viewed from the first direction (DR1). In this case, a first space (S1) surrounded by at least a portion of the surfaces of the first fastening plate (1511), the second fastening plate (1512), and the metal layer (140) may be formed.

[0083] Hereinafter, referring to FIG. 14 or FIG. 15, the first space (S1) is surrounded by the first fastening plate (1511) and the second fastening plate (1512), but may not be surrounded by the metal layer (140), and this will be described in the content related to the corresponding drawing.

[0084] For example, the fastening plate (151) can be formed integrally with the metal layer (140) by bending the metal plate forming the metal layer (140).

[0085] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening portion (150) may be formed by bending both ends of a metal plate forming a metal layer (140) to form a fastening plate (151), but is not limited thereto.

[0086] A first fastening plate (1511) is formed by first bending at one end of the metal layer (140) and intersecting with the second direction (DR2), and the corresponding metal plate material constituting the first fastening plate (1511) is bent again to form a second fastening plate (1512) intersecting with the first fastening plate (1511) so that it can be processed as one piece.

[0087] In addition, when the first fastening plate (1511) and the second fastening plate (1512) are formed continuously, a first corner (1513) connecting the first fastening plate (1511) and the second fastening plate (1512) can be formed.

[0088] Since the metal plate is formed by bending, there is no need for a separate process of manufacturing the shape of the fastening plate (151) using a mold or of joining the fastening plate (151) to the metal layer (140), which provides the effect of convenience in manufacturing and cost reduction.

[0089] Additionally, the fastening portion (150) may include a first slit (152).

[0090] The first slit (152) can be formed through the fastening plate (151).

[0091] As a part of the lower part (210) of the installation module (200) described below is introduced into the first space (S1) through the first slit (152), the solar power generation module (100) and the installation module (200) are coupled, and even if an external force is applied from the outside in the first direction (DR1) or the second direction (DR2), the coupled state is not easily changed, providing an effect of being stably coupled. In addition, it provides an effect of being easily installed without special fastening or installation of a special structure.

[0092] Figure 4 illustrates an installation module according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0093] An installation module (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a lower part (210) that is coupled to and in contact with the fastening part (150).

[0094] The lower part (210) may include a joining plate (211) and a second slit (212).

[0095] The joining plate (211) is positioned in contact with the fastening plate (151) of the solar power generation module (100).

[0096] For example, the joining plate (211) may include a first joining plate (2111) and a second joining plate (2112).

[0097] The first coupling plate (2111) can be formed in a corresponding shape so as to be in contact with the first fastening plate (1511), and the second coupling plate (2112) can be formed in a corresponding shape so as to be in contact with the second fastening plate (1512).

[0098] The second slit (212) can be formed by penetrating the joining plate (211).

[0099] The lower part (210) may further include a flange surface (213) extended from the above-mentioned joining plate (211). In addition, the installation module (200) may further include, in addition to the lower part (210), a side wall (220) extended in a first direction (DR1) from the flange surface (213) of the lower part (210), and a cover surface (230) connected to the side wall (220).

[0100] In addition, a second space (S2) can be formed within the closed cross-section formed by the above-mentioned joining plate (211), flange surface (213), side wall (220), and cover surface (230) within the installation module (200).

[0101] And, as a part of the fastening part (150) is introduced into the second space (S2), the solar power generation module (100) and the installation module (200) can be combined.

[0102] According to one embodiment, the cover surface (230) may not be included in the lower module (200), and in this case, the second space (S2) may be formed with one side open.

[0103] However, the installation module (200) is not specified as a specific shape or structure, as long as it includes a joining plate of the lower part (210) and a second slit (212). In addition, the material of the lower part (210) may be formed of a metal material such as a metal layer (140), but is not limited thereto.

[0104] Additionally, the joining plate (211) may include a second edge (2113), a protruding portion (2114), and a gentle portion (2115).

[0105] A second edge (2113) may be formed between the first joining plate (2111) and the second joining plate (2112). In addition, the second edge (2113) may be cut by the second slit (212) and may include a portion (2114) protruding in the third direction (DR3) and a portion (2115) that is gentle in the third direction (DR3).

[0106] FIG. 5 illustrates a state in which a solar power generation module and an installation module are separated according to one embodiment of the present invention, cut along the AA' cross-section shown in FIG. 1.

[0107] Either the solar power generation module (100) or the installation module (200) can be combined while moving in the third direction (DR3), which is the direction of the arrow in the drawing.

[0108] For example, the first slit (152) may be formed to have a first angle (θ1) with a first surface (P1) that is parallel to the first direction (DR1) and the second direction (DR2). In this case, the first angle (θ1) may be an angle greater than 0° and less than 90°.

[0109] For example, the second slit (212) may be formed to have a second angle (θ2) with the first surface (P1). In this case, the second angle (θ2) may be an angle greater than 0° and less than 90°.

[0110] And, the first slit (152) and the second slit (212) can be formed in different directions with respect to the first surface (P1).

[0111] For example, the first slit (152) may have a shape in which a gap is formed between the 1-1 section (152a) and the 1-2 section (152b). In addition, the 1-1 section (152a) and the 1-2 section (152b) may be formed to be parallel and form a first angle (θ1) with the first surface (P1).

[0112] The second slit (212) may have a shape in which a gap is formed between the 2-1 section (212a) and the 2-2 section (212b). In addition, the 2-1 section (212a) and the 2-2 section (212b) may be parallel and form a second angle (θ2) with the first surface (P1).

[0113] When the joining plate (211) and the fastening plate (151) are brought into contact and then moved in the third direction (DR3), the joining plate (211) and the fastening plate (151) can be fitted and joined when the first slit (152) and the second slit (212) meet. A part of the fastening plate (151) can be fitted and joined toward the second space (S2) of the joining plate (211) through the second slit (212).

[0114] In addition, since the first angle (θ1) and the second angle (θ2) have angles that are neither parallel nor perpendicular to the first surface (P1), an effect of not being easily separated can be provided even if an external force is applied in the first direction (DR1), the second direction (DR2), or the third direction (DR3) while combined with the installation module (200) to be described below.

[0115] For example, the first angle (θ1) and the second angle (θ2) may be the same angle.

[0116] In this case, even if an external force is applied to the fastening plate (151) and the joining plate (211), the force can be easily distributed and the joining can be easily maintained. However, the first angle (θ1) and the second angle (θ2) are different and can be set to design values that take into account the convenience of joining or the maintenance of the joining state.

[0117] For example, as a first slit (152) is formed in the fastening plate (151), a portion (1514) protruding in the third direction (DR3) and a gentle portion (1515) different from the protruding portion (1514) can be formed in the first edge (1513).

[0118] And, the first edge (1513) and the second edge (2113) can be fixed while at least partially overlapping and at least partially intersecting. That is, the protruding portion (1514) of the first edge (1513) covers the smooth portion (2115) of the second edge (2113) through the smooth portion (2115) of the second edge (2113), and the first edge (1513) and the second edge (2113) can be fixed while at least partially overlapping and intersecting. Or, they can be joined in opposite directions.

[0119] FIG. 6 is a state diagram showing a state in which a solar power generation module and an installation module are combined in the state of FIG. 5. (a) is a state diagram at a certain point in time when moving in the third direction, and (b) is a state diagram in a completely combined state.

[0120] Referring to Fig. 6, when the second slit (212) and the first slit (152) meet, a part of the fastening portion (150) is inserted into the second space (S2) through the second slit (212), and in that state, the maximum distance that can be moved is the distance in the third direction (DR3) equal to the distance in the third direction (DR3) of the first slit (152). In the first slit (152), the surface connected to the 1-1 cross-section (152a) is inserted into the second space (S2) through the second slit (212), and the surface connected to the 1-2 cross-section (152b) can be maintained in the same state as before being joined.

[0121] In addition, the 2-1 cross-section (212a) of the 2nd slit (212) is at least partially covered by the surface to which the 1-1 cross-section (152a) of the 1st slit (152) is connected, and in a state where they are maximally connected, the 1-1 cross-section (152a) of the 1st slit (152) and the 2-2 cross-section (212b) of the 2nd slit (212) can be positioned closer to the 2nd space (S2) than the 1-2 cross-section (152b) of the 1st slit (152) and the 2-1 cross-section (212a) of the 2nd slit (212).

[0122] As described above, some surfaces of the fastening plate (151) are fitted into the second space (S2), so that some areas (R1) can be observed in the second space (S2).

[0123] Figure 7 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B' shown in Figure 6 (a), and Figure 8 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C' shown in Figure 6 (a).

[0124] For example, the first fastening plate (1511) may include a first-first fastening surface (1511a) and a first-second fastening surface (1511b), and the second fastening plate (1512) may include a second-first fastening surface (1512a) and a second-second fastening surface (1512b). With respect to the first space (S1), the surfaces close to the first space (S1) may be the first-first fastening surface (1511a) and the second-first fastening surface (1512a), and the surfaces not formed in contact with the first space (S1) may be the first-second fastening surface (1511b), the second-second fastening surface, and the second-first fastening surface (1512b).

[0125] For example, the first coupling plate (2111) may include a first-first coupling surface (2111a) and a first-second coupling surface (2111b), and the second coupling plate (2112) may include a second-first coupling surface (2112a) and a second-second coupling surface (2112b). In a coupled state, the first-first coupling surface (2111a) and the second-first coupling surface (2112a), which are surfaces close to the first space (S1) of the fastening portion (150) in the first direction (DR1), may be formed, and the first-second coupling surface (2111b) and the second-second coupling surface (2112b), which are surfaces relatively far from the first space (S1) in the first direction (DR1), may be formed.

[0126] The cross-section at B-B', where the first slit (152) and the second slit (212) are not formed, is a state in which the lower part (210) contacts the fastening part (150) of the solar power generation module (100) in the first direction (DR1) and the installation module (200) is positioned. In this case, the 1-2 fastening surface (1511b) and the 1-1 coupling surface (2111a) are in contact, and the 2-2 fastening surface (1512b) and the 2-1 coupling surface (2112a) are in contact.

[0127] The cross-section at C-C', where the first slit (152) and the second slit (212) are formed, may be a shape in which the solar power generation module (100) is coupled to the installation module (200) and a portion of the fastening portion (150) is introduced into the second space (S2). In this cross-section, the first-second fastening surface (1511b) and the first-first fastening surface (2111a) may be in contact, and the second-second fastening surface (1512b) and the second-first fastening surface (2112a) may be in contact.

[0128] Since the fastening portion (150) and the lower portion (210) made of relatively strong materials have elastic restoring force in some areas and are fitted together, a large bonding force is formed between the two modules, so that they can have the characteristic of not being easily separated by external force.

[0129] FIG. 9 illustrates a solar power generation device according to one embodiment of the present invention, showing a cross-section similar to FIG. 6, but in a case where the bonding plates include overlapping edges.

[0130] In a solar power generation device (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the bonding plate (211) may further include an overlapping edge (214) adjacent to the second slit (212) and inclined in the first direction (DR1).

[0131] The overlapping edge (214) is formed adjacent to the second slit (212) and is inclined in the first direction (DR1), so that when the fastening part (150) is joined, it is fitted along the inclined direction, which can provide an effect of making the joining easier.

[0132] The overlapping edge (214) of the lower part (210) is formed at the point where it meets the tip formed by the first slit (152) of the fastening part (150), thereby providing an effect that makes it easier to fit and completely combine.

[0133] Fig. 10 illustrates a solar power generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing a cross-section similar to Fig. 6, but with a through hole formed. Fig. 11 is a drawing showing a cross-section along line DD' shown in Fig. 10, and showing that a connecting member can be connected thereto. In Fig. 11, some lines have been omitted for convenience of notation in some drawings.

[0134] An installation module (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a joining member (240).

[0135] For example, a through hole (H) may be formed, and a joining member (240) may be joined to the through hole (H). The through hole (H) may include a first through hole (H1) and a second through hole (H2). The first through hole (H1) may be formed by passing through the joining plate (211), and the second through hole (H2) may be formed by passing through the fastening plate (151).

[0136] The first through hole (H1) sufficiently includes a through hole (H12) penetrating the joining plate (211), but may further include a through hole (H11) penetrating the side of the lower part (210) for convenience of joining.

[0137] The connecting member (240) is connected to the above-described through-hole (H), and thus, even if an external force is applied while the installation module (200) and the solar power generation module (100) are connected, they can have a characteristic of not being separated. In addition, the first through-hole (H1) formed in the lower part (210) and the second through-hole (H2) formed in the fastening part (150) are formed correspondingly so that the connecting member (240) can be connected in a completely connected state, and thus, the effect of being able to know the degree of connection when connecting can also be provided.

[0138] Hereinafter, FIGS. 12 to 15 are provided to explain solar power generation modules (100a, 100b, 100c, 100d) of embodiments including various types of fastening parts (150a, 150b, 150c, 150d), and the above-mentioned contents are cited, but contents different from the above contents are to follow the corresponding description. In addition, the above-mentioned solar power generation device (300) may also include solar power generation modules (100a, 100b, 100c, 100d) of embodiments described below.

[0139] FIG. 12 illustrates a solar power generation module including an extension part according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0140] In another embodiment of the present invention, a solar power generation module (100a) further includes an extension (153) formed by extending from the attachment plate (151) and being horizontal to the second direction (DR2), and the extension (153) and the surface of the metal layer (140) can be bonded with an adhesive (160).

[0141] In order to stably maintain the shape when the fastening portion (150) receives an external force in the first direction (DR1), an extension portion extending from the fastening plate (151) in the second direction (DR2) may be further included.

[0142] In addition, the extension part can also be formed as a single piece by bending the metal plate of the metal layer (140) like the above-mentioned fastening plate (151).

[0143] The surface of the extension (153) and the metal layer (140) can be joined by an adhesive, or can be joined by a general joining means other than an adhesive, such as welding.

[0144] Figure 13 illustrates a solar power generation module according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0145] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening plate (151) of the fastening portion (150b) of the solar power generation module (100b) may further be formed with a third fastening plate (1514) connecting the first fastening plate (1511) and the second fastening plate (1512).

[0146] The third fastening plate (1514) can be formed through additional bending in addition to the bending process for forming the first fastening plate (1511) and the second fastening plate (1512). Typically, one more bending process may be included so that the first space (S11) has a rectangular cross-section. However, the shape of the first space (S11) may vary depending on the number of bending turns, and is not limited to having a triangle as in the previously described embodiment or a square as in the present embodiment.

[0147] FIG. 14 illustrates a solar power generation module according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0148] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening portion (150c) of the solar power generation module (100c) may be formed so that at least a portion of the metal layer (140) and the fastening portion (150) do not overlap when viewed in the first direction (DR1) depending on the bending processing direction of the end of the metal layer (140). At this time, the first fastening plate (1515) may be formed by bending the outer side of the solar power generation module (100) in the second direction (DR2). After that, the second fastening plate (1516) may be formed once again toward the outer side, and the first corner (1517) connecting the first fastening plate (1515) and the second fastening plate (1516) may be formed. In this case, the first space (S12) may not be covered by the metal layer (140) and may form an open space in the first direction (DR1).

[0149] Figure 15 illustrates a solar power generation module according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0150] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the solar power generation module (100d) is formed integrally with the metal layer (140), and the metal layer (140) further includes a side cover (170) extending in the first direction (DR1) to cover one surface of the sealing material (120) and the cover layer (130), and a fastening portion (150d) may be formed such that when extended from the side cover (170) and viewed in the first direction (DR1), at least a portion of the metal layer (140) and the fastening portion (150) do not overlap, as in the embodiment of FIG. 14.

[0151] At this time, the first fastening plate (1518) may be formed from a point closer to the front in the first direction (DR1) than in the embodiments described above. Thereafter, the second fastening plate (1519) may be formed by bending again, and a first edge (1520) connecting the first fastening plate (1518) and the second fastening plate (1519) may be formed. In this case, the first space (S13) may not be covered by the metal layer (140) and may form an open space in the first direction (DR1).

[0152] Hereinafter, the module combination device shall be referred to in its entirety in the description of the above solar power generation device.

[0153] A module coupling device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first edge (1513) and a second edge (2113).

[0154] For example, it includes a first edge (1513) formed integrally with a metal layer (140) included in a solar module and protruding toward the rear from the solar power generation module (100), and a second edge (2113) formed on an installation module (200) installed on an installation object and overlapping at least a portion of the first edge (1513), and at least a portion of the first edge (1513) and the second edge (2113) intersect and can be fixed.

[0155] The following description refers to Fig. 5. The module coupling device is fixed so that the first edge (1513) formed on the solar power generation module (100) and the second edge (2113) included on the installation module are in contact and at least partially intersect.

[0156] For example, a protruding portion (1514) formed in the cut portion of the first edge (1513) intersects with a gentle portion (2115) formed in the cut portion of the second edge (2113) and can cover at least a portion of the protruding portion (2115) formed in the cut portion of the second edge (2113). Through this, even if a force is applied in the first direction (DR1), it can be firmly fixed.

[0157] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to examples, the present invention is not limited to the above-described examples, and it goes without saying that modifications can be made and implemented by those skilled in the art without changing the technical idea of the present invention as claimed in the claims.
