Description

Road energy generation device

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a road energy generation device installed on a road, which converts and recovers kinetic energy lost due to friction caused by inevitable deceleration of a vehicle driving on a road into electrical energy.

[0002] Due to growing environmental protection demands and the impacts of global warming, sustainable alternatives in energy production and consumption are emerging as critical issues. Germany, in particular, is taking a strong stance on environmental and energy issues by promoting "Renewable Energy 100 (RE100)", a national initiative to meet its electricity needs with 100% renewable energy by 2035. Consequently, restrictions on manufacturing, import, and sales of products from companies that fail to meet this goal are expected, placing companies under the urgent task of transitioning to renewable energy immediately.

[0003] While various renewable energy production methods exist, including solar, wind, hydro, and tidal power, large-scale deployment presents challenges. Large-scale installations can inevitably lead to environmental destruction or incur astronomical costs. New technological innovations are needed to address these challenges and facilitate environmentally friendly energy production.

[0004] The present invention is a device that is installed in a place (tollgate, entrance / exit road, etc.) where braking is unavoidable and deceleration is required while driving on a road, and that converts and recovers kinetic energy wasted by friction during deceleration into electric energy, and the purpose is to increase the efficiency of the generator by not only generating energy through the rotational motion of the actuator generated by the pressurization of the vehicle, but also generating energy through the restoring motion of the actuator.

[0005] In addition, the present invention includes a deceleration function in the process of recovering wasted kinetic energy, and unlike existing speed bumps, it aims to increase safety by significantly reducing the risk of secondary accidents such as vehicle impact even when driving at high speeds.

[0006] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a road-mounted, self-contained energy generation device that can be installed on a road on which a vehicle passes, comprises: a top plate including an opening; a driver having a pressing member that passes through the opening and protrudes above the top plate; a driving shaft coupled to the driver; a driving gear installed on one side of the driving shaft; a restoring gear installed on the other side of the driving shaft; a generating shaft rotatable by rotation of the driving gear or the restoring gear; a first generating gear installed on one side of the generating shaft; a second generating gear installed on the other side of the generating shaft; a generator connected to the generating shaft; And a reverse gear connected to the second power generation gear, wherein when the vehicle passes through the road and the device and presses the pressing member, the driver rotates in a first direction, and according to the rotation of the driver, the driving gear, the first power generation gear, and the power generation shaft rotate in the first direction to transmit rotation to the generator, and when the vehicle completely passes through the pressing member and the pressing of the pressing member by the vehicle is terminated, the driver rotates in a second direction to restore the pressing member to a state in which it passes through the opening, and according to the rotation of the driver, the restoring gear and the reverse gear rotate in the second direction, and according to the rotation of the reverse gear, the second power generation gear and the power generation shaft rotate in the first direction, and the first direction and the second direction may be opposite to each other.

[0007] In one embodiment, the road self-contained energy generation device may further include a buffer connected to the driver.

[0008] In one embodiment, the buffer is secured to the bottom surface of a housing surrounding the device, and the buffer can be connected to a buffer coupling portion of the driver.

[0009] The above-mentioned road-use self-sufficient energy generation device further includes a connecting bar connected to the buffer; and an actuator connected to the connecting bar to adjust the position of the connecting bar, and the inclination of the buffer can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the connecting bar.

[0010] In one embodiment, the top plate includes a protrusion adjacent to the opening, the protrusion being capable of contacting the pressing member when the pressing member protrudes above the top plate through the opening.

[0011] In one embodiment, the first generation gear and the second generation gear may each be a ratchet gear that transmits only rotation in the first direction to the generation shaft.

[0012] In one embodiment, the device may further include a reverse shaft to which the reverse gear is coupled; a reverse shaft gear installed on the reverse shaft; and a restoration chain connecting the second power generation gear and the reverse shaft gear.

[0013] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a road energy generation device can be provided that simultaneously has a function of deceleration through recovery of kinetic energy of a driving vehicle and a function of an energy generation device using the recovered kinetic energy, and since energy can be generated by utilizing not only the rotational energy of the actuator due to pressurization of the vehicle but also the rotational energy due to restoration of the actuator, power generation efficiency can be increased.

[0028] The road-use self-sufficient energy generation device (100) of the present invention is installed on a road on which vehicles and other means of transportation can pass, and functions as a speed bump for vehicles and the like, while simultaneously generating energy when a vehicle passes through the road-use self-sufficient energy generation device (100).

[0029] Hereinafter, when a vehicle or the like passes a road-use self-contained energy generation device (100) along the direction of travel of the road, the direction of travel of the vehicle in FIGS. 1 to 3 is referred to as a first direction (D1), a direction that is perpendicular to the first direction (D1) and forms a plane parallel to the ground together with the first direction (D1) is referred to as a second direction (D2), and a direction perpendicular to the first direction (D1) and the second direction (D2) is referred to as a third direction (D3).

[0030] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, a road-use self-contained energy generation device (100) may include a driver (110), a top plate (120), a drive shaft (130), a drive gear (150), a drive chain (150c), a recovery gear (160), a recovery chain (160C), a generation shaft (170), a generation gear (180), a reverse shaft (200), a reverse shaft gear (205), a reverse gear (210), a generator (190), an accelerator (195, 197), and a buffer (240). Although not shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the above components may be arranged within a housing forming the exterior of the device (100).

[0031] When a vehicle or the like passes through the road-use self-contained energy generation device (100), the driver (110) can rotate and / or move up and down at a predetermined angle due to the vehicle's load and frictional force. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when viewed from the front or rear, a portion of the driver (110) protrudes higher than the ground and the upper plate (120), and can function as a speed bump.

[0032] The driver (110) may include a connecting member (110a) and a pressing member (110b). The connecting member (110a) may connect the pressing member (110b) of the driver (110) to the driving shaft (130). The connecting member (110a) may have a fan-like shape when viewed from the front or back as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 . However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the shape of the connecting member (110a) is not limited to the shape in the drawing as long as it can connect the pressing member (110b) and the driving shaft (130). The connecting member (110a) may have a plate shape, may have a plane extending in the first direction (D1) and the third direction (D3), and may have a thin thickness in the second direction (D2). The connecting member (110a) is connected to the driving shaft (130) and can be positioned between the first direction (D1) and the third direction (D3) from the driving shaft (130) when there is no external force on the driver (110).

[0033] A plurality of connecting members (110a) may be installed for one driver (110) and one drive shaft (130). For example, FIG. 1 illustrates eight connecting members (110a) connecting the driver (110) and the drive shaft (130). For example, the connecting members (110a) may include four first connecting members (110a-1) positioned relatively close to the drive gear (150) side and four second connecting members (110b-1) positioned relatively close to the reverse gear (210) side.

[0034] The pressing member (110b) can be connected to the connecting member (110a). The pressing member (110b) can be connected to the upper end of the connecting member (110a) coupled to the driving shaft (130) when viewed from the front or rear, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. When the connecting member (110a) extends in a diagonal direction between the first direction (D1) and the second direction (D2) from the driving shaft (130) when viewed from the front or rear, the pressing member (110b) can extend in an opposite diagonal direction from the upper end of the connecting member (110a).

[0035] The pressing member (110b) may have a portion protruding above the upper plate (120) to function as a speed bump. The pressing member (110b) may have a lower surface (110s-b) that directly contacts the connecting member (110a), a first upper surface (110s-1) that is in contact with the lower surface, and a second upper surface (110s-2) that connects the lower surface (110s-b) and the first upper surface (110s-1). The lower surface (110s-b) of the pressing member (110b) refers to a surface that faces the driving shaft (130) of the pressing member (110b) when the pressing member (110b) is coupled to the connecting member (110a). In a state where there is no external force from a vehicle or the like, a part of the pressing member (110b) may protrude above the upper plate (120), and an upper part of the first upper surface (110s-1) and the entirety of the second upper surface (110s-2) may be positioned above the upper plate (120). When a part of the pressing member (110b) protrudes above the upper plate (120), when viewed from the front or back, the cross-sectional shape of the part of the pressing member (110b) protruding above the upper plate (120) may be a triangular mountain shape or a wedge shape. The first upper surface (110s-1) of the pressing member (110b) may face in a direction opposite to the direction of vehicle travel, and the second upper surface (110s-2) of the pressing member may face in the direction of vehicle travel.

[0036] The lower surface (110s-b) of the pressing member (110b) may be a curved surface. The first upper surface (110s-1) of the pressing member (110b) may be a curved surface. The second upper surface (110s-2) of the pressing member (110b) may be a flat plane. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and both the first upper surface (110s-1) and the second upper surface (110s-2) of the pressing member (110b) may be flat or both may be curved, or one of the first upper surface (110s-1) and the second upper surface (110s-2) may be curved and the other may be flat. In one embodiment, the second upper surface (110s-2) of the pressing member (110b) may have a plurality of protrusions and / or grooves extending in the second direction (D2).

[0037] A top plate (120) may be placed on a connecting member (110a) of a drive shaft (130) and a driver (110). The top plate (120) may be placed on a housing that is open in a third direction (D3) and accommodates each component of a road-use self-sufficient energy generation device (100), thereby closing the interior of the housing. The housing may be opened and closed by the top plate (120), and the top plate (120) may be a part of the housing. The top plate (120) may be placed on a road where the road-use self-sufficient energy generation device (100) is placed, so that when the housing is embedded into the road, the top surface of the top plate (120) is substantially flush with the ground (top surface) of the road. An opening (123) may be formed in the top plate (120) so that a part of the pressing member (110b) of the driver (110) can pass through and protrude above the top plate (120).

[0038] The drive shaft (130) is connected to the connecting member (110a) of the driver (110) and may be a rotary shaft capable of transmitting the movement of the driver (110) as rotational energy. The drive shaft (130) may be coupled to the connecting member (110a). The drive shaft (130) may be connected to the drive shaft (130) in a manner that penetrates the connecting member (110a). Although not specified in the drawing, one end of the drive shaft (130) adjacent to one side wall of the housing and the other end of the drive shaft (130) adjacent to the other side wall of the housing may be inserted or connected to the housing, respectively, and may be rotatably coupled to the housing.

[0039] A drive gear (150) may be coupled to the drive shaft (130). The drive gear (150) may be positioned on one side adjacent to the housing of the drive shaft (130) and may be positioned between one side of the driver (110) and the side of the housing adjacent thereto.

[0040] A restoration gear (160) may be coupled to the drive shaft (130). The restoration gear (160) may be positioned on one side adjacent to the housing of the drive shaft (130), i.e., on the opposite side of the drive gear (150) with respect to the drive shaft (130) and / or the driver (110) in the second direction (D2). The restoration gear (160) may be positioned between the other side of the driver (110) and the side of the housing adjacent thereto.

[0041] The drive gear (150) can rotate and transmit rotational energy to the generator (190) according to the rotation of the drive shaft (130) when the driver (110) is rotated and / or moved up and down by the vehicle at a predetermined angle and the drive shaft (130) is rotated accordingly. The drive gear (150) can be connected to the generator gear (180) through a drive chain (150c).

[0042] The restoration gear (160) can be rotated to transmit rotational energy to the generator (190) by restoring the position of the driver (110) according to the restoring force of the buffer (240) and rotating the drive shaft (130) when the driver (110) is no longer subjected to force after the driver (110) has been rotated and / or moved up and down at a predetermined angle by the vehicle. The restoration gear (160) can be connected to the reverse gear (210) through a restoration chain (160c).

[0043] A power generation gear (180), a generator (190), and accelerators (195, 197) may be connected to a power generation shaft (170). The power generation gears (180) may be positioned on each side of the power generation shaft (170). The power generation gear (180) may be a ratchet gear that transmits only one direction of rotation to the power generation shaft (170). In one embodiment, the direction of rotation (hereinafter, referred to as a forward direction) that the power generation gear (180), which is a ratchet gear, can transmit may be a counterclockwise direction when viewed in the front view of FIG. 2 and a clockwise direction when viewed in the rear view of FIG. 3. The power generation gear (180) may include a first power generation gear (181) positioned close to the drive gear (150) and a second power generation gear (182) positioned close to the recovery gear (160). The first power generation gear (181) is connected to a drive chain (150c) connected to a drive gear (150), and rotates in accordance with the rotation of the drive chain (150c), thereby transmitting rotational energy to the generator (190). The second power generation gear (182) is connected to a reverse gear (210), and when the reverse gear (210) rotates in accordance with the rotation of the restoration chain (160c) connected to the restoration gear (160), the second power generation gear (182) rotates in accordance with the rotation of the reverse gear (210), thereby transmitting rotational energy to the generator (190).

[0044] The generator (190) is connected to the power generation shaft (170) and can generate electricity from rotational energy according to the rotation of the power generation shaft (170). The accelerator (195, 197) transmits the rotational motion provided from the power generation shaft (170) to the generator (190) and can amplify the rotational force from the power generation shaft (170) to an appropriate rotational force so as to maintain the efficiency and stability of the generator (190).

[0045] In one embodiment, the accelerators (195, 197) may include a first accelerator (195) installed between the first power generation gear (181) and the generator (190), and a second accelerator (197) installed between the second power generation gear (182) and the power generation gear (180). The first accelerator (195) may amplify and transmit the rotation of the power generation shaft (170) caused by the rotation of the drive gear (150), the drive chain (150c), and the first power generation gear (181) to the generator (190) when the driver (110) is rotated by the vehicle. The second accelerator (197) can amplify and transmit the rotation of the power generation shaft (170) according to the rotation of the restoration gear (160), the restoration chain (160c), and the second power generation gear (182) according to the rotation of the driver (110) when the position of the driver (110) is restored by the buffer (240) after the rotation of the driver (110) by the vehicle is completed to the generator (190).

[0046] A reverse gear (210) can be connected to a second generating gear (182). The reverse gear (210) rotates around a reverse shaft (200), and the reverse shaft (200) can be inserted into the center of the reverse gear (210) to support the reverse gear (210). The reverse shaft (200) extends in the second direction (D2), is fixed to a housing, and can be coupled with the reverse gear (210). The reverse shaft (200) can rotate together with the reverse gear (210). A reverse shaft gear (205) is coupled to the reverse shaft (200), and the reverse shaft gear (205) can be connected to a recovery chain (160c). The reverse shaft gear (205) rotates according to the rotation of the recovery chain (160c), and can transmit the rotation by the recovery gear (160) and the recovery chain (160c) to the reverse shaft (200) and the reverse gear (210). When the restoration gear (160) rotates and the restoration chain (160c) rotates, the reverse shaft gear (205) rotates accordingly and the reverse gear (210) can rotate.

[0047] The reverse gear (210) has teeth that mesh with the teeth of the second power generation gear (182), so that the rotational motion of the second power generation gear (182) can be transmitted to the reverse gear (210). The reverse gear (210) rotates when the position of the driver (110) is restored by the buffer (240) after the rotation by the driver (110) is completed, and in this case, the rotational direction of the driving shaft (130) and the restoration gear (160) is the opposite direction of the forward direction, which is the direction of rotation in which the power generation gear (180) can transmit rotation (the rotational direction in which the generator (190) can generate power). The reverse gear (210) receives the rotation of the restoration gear (160) that rotates in the opposite direction to the forward direction through the restoration chain (160c), the reverse shaft gear (205), and the reverse shaft (200), and transmits it to the meshed second power generation gear (182), and the second power generation gear (182) can receive the rotation in the opposite direction to the forward direction in the forward direction through the reverse gear (210). That is, the second power generation gear (182), which is rotated by the reverse gear (210) that rotates in the opposite direction to the forward direction, rotates in the forward direction, and thus, the second power generation gear (182) can transmit rotational energy to the generator (190).

[0048] In one embodiment, the device (100) of the present invention may include an actuator (220) and a connecting bar (230). The actuator (220) is disposed on the bottom surface of the housing, the connecting bar (230) is connected to the actuator (220), and the actuator (220) and the connecting bar (230) are aligned in a first direction (D1), such that the actuator (220) can adjust the position of the connecting bar (230) in the first direction (D1). The connecting bar (230) may be, but is not limited to, a bar type that extends long in the first direction (D1) and has a narrow width in the second direction (D2).

[0049] A buffer (240) may be connected to the driver (110) and the connecting bar (230). One end of the buffer (240) may be connected to the connecting bar (230), and the other end may be connected to the driver (110). The buffer (240) may be installed to have an incline with respect to the bottom surface of the housing or the ground when viewed from the front or back view, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The incline direction of the buffer (240) may be a diagonal direction between the first direction (D1) and the third direction (D3). The buffer (240) may absorb and alleviate shock and vibration of the driver (110) caused by the vehicle when the driver (110) rotates and moves downward while being pressed by the load and frictional force of the vehicle. By increasing the contact time between the driver (110) protruding above the top plate (120) by the buffer (240) and the tire, the driver (110) can be helped to perform the role of a speed bump.

[0050] The inclination of the housing of the buffer (240) with respect to the bottom surface or the ground can be adjusted by the actuator (220). The actuator (220) can adjust the position of one end of the buffer (240) connected to the connecting bar (230) by adjusting the position of the connecting bar (230) in the first direction (D1). Accordingly, the inclination of the buffer (240) can be adjusted. For example, as the connecting bar (230) moves in the first direction (D1) by the actuator (220), the inclination of the buffer (240) with respect to the ground approaches 90 degrees, and as the connecting bar (230) moves in the opposite direction to the first direction (D1), the inclination of the buffer (240) with respect to the ground can decrease. Depending on the inclination of the buffer (240), the degree to which the buffer (240) absorbs the impact of the driver (110) by the vehicle may vary. That is, depending on the inclination of the buffer (240), the rotational and downward movement speeds of the driver due to the pressure of the vehicle and the positional restoring movement speed of the driver by the buffer (240) may vary. Accordingly, the amount of power generated by the generator (190) from the rotational and downward movement of the driver (110) may vary, and the degree of vehicle deceleration by the driver (110) may also vary.

[0051] In one embodiment, the connecting bar (230) and the actuator (220) may be omitted, and the buffer (240) may have one end fixed to the bottom surface of the housing and the other end connected to the driver (110). The driver (110) may have a plurality of buffer coupling portions (119) having different positions, and the inclination of the buffer (240) with respect to the bottom surface of the housing may vary depending on which one of the plurality of buffer coupling portions (119) the buffer (240) is coupled to.

[0052] In the road-use self-sufficient energy generation device of the present invention, a plurality of drivers (110), drive shafts (130), drive gears (150), drive chains (150c), recovery gears (160), recovery chains (160c), first generation gears (181), and reversing shaft gears (205) may be provided to drive the generator (190). However, this is not limited thereto, and each driver may be provided individually. One operating unit including one driver (110), one drive shaft (130), one drive gear (150), one drive chain (150c), one recovery gear (160), one recovery chain (160c), one first generation gear (181), and one reversing shaft gear (205) is connected to the generator (190) by the generation shaft (170), the reversing gear (210), the second generation gear (182), and the generation shaft (170), so that the generator (190) can be operated by an external force from a vehicle. Therefore, the above configurations can be provided in the same number.

[0053] In one embodiment, the road-mounted self-sufficient energy generation device (100) includes three operating units for generating energy with a generator (190), as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 6, and thus the road-mounted self-sufficient energy generation device (100) may be provided with three each of a drive shaft (130), a drive gear (150), a drive chain (150c), a recovery gear (160), a recovery chain (160c), a first generation gear (181), and a reverse shaft gear (205). The plurality of operating units are sequentially arranged along a first direction (D1), and may also be arranged in parallel so as to be parallel to each other. Therefore, when a vehicle passes through the device (100) in the first direction (D1), the three units sequentially pass through the device (100) in the first direction (D1), so that the three operating units can sequentially transmit rotational energy to the generator (190).

[0054] When the road self-contained energy generation device (100) includes three operation units, the driver (110) includes a first driver (111), a second driver (112), and a third driver (113), the first drive shaft (131) includes a first drive shaft (131), a second drive shaft (132), and a third drive shaft (133), the drive gear (150) includes a first drive gear (151), a second drive gear (152), and a third drive gear (153), the drive chain (150c) includes a first drive chain (150c-1), a second drive chain (150c-2), and a third drive chain (150c-3), and the recovery chain (160c) includes a first recovery chain (160c-1), a second recovery chain (160c-2), and a third recovery chain (160c-3), and the first generation The gear (181) may include a first driving power generation gear (181a), a second driving power generation gear (181b), and a third driving power generation gear (181c), and the reverse shaft gear (205) may include a first reverse shaft gear (205a), a second reverse shaft gear (205b), and a third reverse shaft gear (205c).

The first operation unit is arranged closest to the generator (190) and, when a vehicle passes through the device (100) of the present invention, passes through the first operation unit first. The configuration, shape, function, connection, and / or operation relationships of the components of the first operation unit are the same as those of the driver (110), drive shaft (130), drive gear (150), drive chain (150c), restoration chain (160c), generator gear (180), and reverse shaft gear (205) described above, and thus, a duplicate description thereof will be omitted below. [0059] Fig. 7 is a schematic partial perspective view and a partial cross-sectional view of the top plate illustrated in Figs. 1 to 3. Fig. 8 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of what a vehicle would look like when passing through the road-mounted self-contained energy generation device of Fig. 1.

[0060] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, an opening (123) and a protrusion (125) are formed in the upper plate (120). A part of the driver (110) can pass through the opening (123) to allow the driver (110) to protrude above the upper plate (120). The opening (123) is formed in a shape corresponding to the driver (110), so that when a part of the driver (110) passes through the opening (123), the gap between the upper plate (120) and the driver (110) can be very small, such as 1 mm or less. Accordingly, foreign substances such as metals and stones can be prevented from entering the device of the present invention.

[0061] The protrusion (125) may be a region that has a gentle curve from the upper surface of the upper plate (120) and protrudes above the upper plate (120). For example, the width (W) of the protrusion (125) may be approximately 50 to 60 mm, and the height (H) from the upper surface of the upper plate (120) to the uppermost end of the protrusion (125) may be approximately 3 to 5 mm, but is not limited thereto. The protrusion (125) is positioned on one side of the opening (123) in the first direction (D1), and for example, may be positioned on the right side of the opening (123) when viewed in the front view of FIG. 2. That is, when the direction of travel of the vehicle with respect to the device of the present invention is the first direction (D1), the protrusion (125) and the opening (123) may be positioned adjacently and sequentially along the first direction (D1). As shown in Fig. 3, when the driver (110) is not pressed by the vehicle and a part of the driver (110) passes through the opening (123) of the upper plate (120) and protrudes above the upper plate (120), the curved lower surface of the pressing member (110b) of the driver (110) may come into contact with at least a part of the upper surface of the protrusion (125). For example, the pressing member (110b) of the driver (110) may cover approximately half of the protrusion (125) in the width direction (i.e., the first direction (D1)). The curvature of at least a part of the lower surface of the pressing member (110b) and the curvature of at least a part of the upper surface of the protrusion (125) may be the same. When the pressing member (110b) passes through the opening (123) and covers a portion of the protrusion (125) while the driver (110) is not pressurized by the vehicle, the second upper surface (110s-2) of the pressing member (110b) and the upper surface of the exposed protrusion (125) can be connected to each other at a gentle slope. Accordingly, when the tire of the vehicle passes through the device of the present invention, it first passes through the protrusion (125) before coming into contact with the driver (110), so that the movement of the vehicle can be made more stable when the tire passes over the driver (110) due to the contact between the tire and the protrusion (125).In addition, since the height of the tire is increased by the protrusion (125) before the tire presses the driver (110), when the pressing member (110b) of the driver (110) is pressed, the vehicle's potential energy, velocity energy, and / or frictional energy can be more efficiently transferred to the pressing member (110b).

[0063] FIGS. 9 to 11 are drawings for explaining the operation of a road-mounted self-sufficient energy generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the front side of a road-mounted self-sufficient energy generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the rear side of a road-mounted self-sufficient energy generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a schematic perspective view of a part of the configuration of a road-mounted self-sufficient energy generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 shows the rotation direction of the drive gear side when the driver is rotated in the forward direction by the vehicle. FIG. 10 shows the rotation direction of the recovery gear side when the driver is rotated in the opposite direction to the forward direction. FIG. 11 shows the rotation directions of the drive gear side and the recovery gear side, respectively, where the generator can generate power. Hereinafter, the operation of a road-mounted self-sufficient energy generation device will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 8 to 11.

[0064] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 8 to 11, a vehicle can pass over a road-mounted, self-contained energy generation device (100) of the present invention along the direction in which the vehicle is traveling on the road. For example, in the drawings of the present invention, a first direction (D1) may be a direction in which the vehicle is traveling on the road. First, the front wheels of the vehicle pass while pressing the first driver (111). As the front wheels of the vehicle pass over the first driver (111), rotational energy can be transmitted to the generator (190) by the first operating unit including the first driver (111). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, when the front wheel of the vehicle passes the first driver (111), the first driver (111) can rotate around the first drive shaft (131) while moving downwards along the upper plate (120) until the second upper surface (110s-2) of the first pressing member (110b) becomes coplanar with the upper surface of the upper plate (120). In this case, the first drive shaft (131) rotates in the forward direction, and according to the rotation of the first drive shaft (131), the forward rotation can be transmitted to the generator (190) through the first drive gear (151), the first drive chain (150c-1), and the first drive generator gear (181a). While the first drive shaft (131) rotates forward, the first recovery gear (161), the first recovery chain (160c-1), the first reverse shaft gear (205a), the reverse shaft (200), and the reverse gear (210) can also rotate forward. However, since the second power generation gear (182) connected to the reverse gear (210) receives rotation in the opposite direction of the forward direction according to the forward rotation of the reverse gear (210), the second power generation gear (182), which is a ratchet gear, does not transmit rotation to the generator (190). Accordingly, when the driver (110) is pressurized by the vehicle, rotational energy is transmitted to the generator (190) only from the drive gear (150) and the first power generation gear (181) sides, and rotational energy is not transmitted to the generator (190) from the recovery gear (160) and the second power generation gear (182) sides. That is, when the drive is pressurized by the vehicle, the generator (11) operates only by the configurations (OP) on the drive gear side of Fig. 11.

[0065] When the front wheel of the vehicle completely passes the first driver (111), the first driver (111) is restored to the state before being rotated by the vehicle by the shock absorber (240). That is, the first driver (111) can be restored from a state in which the first upper surface (110s-1) of the first pressing member (110b) is flush with the upper surface of the top plate (120), to a state in which a portion of the first pressing member (110b) passes through the opening (123) of the top plate (120) and protrudes above the top plate (120). When the first pressing member (110b) is restored, the first pressing member (110b) can rotate about the first driving shaft (131) while rising upward from below the top plate (120). In this case, the first drive shaft (131) rotates in a direction opposite to the forward direction, and according to the rotation of the first drive shaft (131), the first restoration gear (161), the first restoration chain (160c-1), the first reverse shaft gear (205a), the reverse shaft (200), and the reverse gear (210) can rotate in a direction opposite to the forward direction. The second power generation gear (182) that is meshed with and connected to the reverse gear (210) can rotate in a forward direction according to the rotation of the reverse gear (210), and thus, the second power generation gear (182) can transmit the forward rotation to the generator (190). Accordingly, when the position of the driver (110) is restored by the buffer (240) after the vehicle has passed, rotational energy is transmitted to the generator (190) only from the restoration gear (160) and the second generation gear (182) sides, and rotational energy is not transmitted to the generator (190) from the drive gear (150) and the first generation gear (181) sides. That is, when the position of the driver is restored, the generator (11) operates only by the configurations (ROP) on the restoration gear side of FIG. 11.

[0066] Thereafter, the front wheels of the vehicle pass through the first operation unit, and then sequentially pass through the second operation unit including the second driver (112) and the third operation unit including the third driver (113), thereby transmitting rotational energy to the generator (190) through the same principle and process as the first operation unit described above.

[0067] For example, when the drive gear (150) and the recovery gear (160) each have specifications of 50T (50 teeth), and the generation gear (180) and the reverse gear (210) each have specifications of 16T (16 teeth), and the rotation radius of the drive shaft (130) is 22.5°, 8T of rotation can be generated by one drive gear (150), and 8T of rotation can be generated by one recovery gear (160), and thus, 16T of rotation can be transmitted to the generation shaft (170) by the driving (forward rotation) and recovery (rotation in the opposite direction of the forward direction) of one driver (110). Therefore, when the front wheels of the vehicle pass through all three drivers (110), a total of 48T of rotation can be transmitted to the generator shaft (170), and the 48T of rotation transmitted to the generator shaft (170) can rotate the 16T generator gear (180) 3 times. The 3 rotations generated in the generator shaft (170) can be accelerated to N times the rotational speed by the accelerator (195, 197), for example, it can be accelerated 20 times to 60 rotations. The accelerated rotational power is transmitted to the generator (190), and the same process is repeated by the rear wheels, so when one vehicle completely passes through the device (100) of the present invention, a total of 120 rotations can be transmitted to the generator (190). However, the specifications of each component of the present invention are not limited to the specific numerical values described above.

[0068] As described above, the road-use self-sufficient energy generation device (100) of the present invention can use the driving rotational energy of the driver by the pressure of the vehicle as power generation through the driving gear (150), the driving chain (150c), and the first power generation gear (181) installed on one side of the driving shaft (130) with the driver (110) as the center, and can also use the restoring rotational energy of the driver (110) by the buffer (240) as power generation through the restoring gear (160), the restoring chain (160c), the reversing gear (210), the second power generation gear (182), etc. installed on the other side of the driving shaft (130) with the driver (110) as the power generation.

[0069] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a road energy generation device can be provided that simultaneously has a function of deceleration through recovery of kinetic energy of a driving vehicle and a function of an energy generation device using the recovered kinetic energy, and since energy can be generated by utilizing not only the rotational energy of the actuator due to pressurization of the vehicle but also the rotational energy due to restoration of the actuator, power generation efficiency can be increased.

[0070] Those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible without departing from the essential technical idea of the present disclosure as claimed in the claims. Equivalents should be understood to include not only currently known equivalents but also equivalents developed in the future, i.e., all components disclosed to perform the same function, regardless of structure.
