Description

scarifier

[0001] This application claims priority to a Chinese patent application filed on September 11, 2023, with application number 202322459192.X and invention name “Soil Ripper”. The entire contents of this patent application are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to a tiller, belonging to the field of agricultural machinery and equipment. Background Art

[0003] Due to limitations in their operating environments and structural design, most scarifiers on the market use traditional fuel engines with belt-driven power transmission. However, these traditional fuel engines suffer from high noise, high vibration, and severe pollution, leading to their gradual withdrawal from the market. Currently, a new type of scarifier driven by an electric motor has emerged on the market. These motors offer low noise, low vibration, and environmental friendliness during operation, making them highly popular with consumers.

[0004] Most existing soil loosening machines are equipped with running wheels and a tilling blade. The running wheels drive the soil loosening machine to move, and the tilling blade is used to loosen the soil on the working surface during the process. When the soil on the working surface is relatively hard, the running speed of the running wheels is reduced so that the tilling blade continuously cuts the soil at the same position to achieve the purpose of loosening the soil. When the soil on the working surface is relatively soft, the running speed of the running wheels is increased to reduce the residence time of the tilling blade at the same position to achieve the purpose of quickly loosening the soil. However, when the soil is relatively hard, no matter how long the tilling blade cuts at the same position, it still cannot achieve the purpose of loosening the soil. Moreover, when the tilling blade cuts the hard soil, it will cause the soil loosening machine to vibrate more and even jump, which increases the difficulty for the operator to control the soil loosening machine and reduces the working efficiency of the soil loosening machine.

[0005] In view of this, it is necessary to propose improvements to the existing scarifier to solve the above problems.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0037] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of this application clearer, this application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0038] Referring to Figures 1 and 2 and in conjunction with Figure 3, the present application discloses a ripper 100 for loosening a working surface. The ripper 100 includes a frame 2, an energy storage component (not shown), an armrest assembly 1, a travel assembly 6, a travel drive assembly 7, an operating device 4, and an operating drive assembly 5. The frame 2 is the main body of the ripper 100, and the armrest assembly 1 is connected to the frame 2. The operator can hold the armrest assembly 1 to push or pull the ripper 100 to move. At the same time, the armrest assembly 1 is also provided with a control assembly 13 for controlling the forward and backward movement of the ripper 100, the forward and backward speed adjustment, and the operating direction of the operating device 4. This arrangement allows the operator to fully grasp the various parameters of the ripper 100.

[0039] The energy storage component is fixedly connected to the frame 2 and is electrically connected to the travel drive component 7 and the operating drive component 5 respectively to supply power to the travel drive component 7 and the operating drive component 5 respectively so that the travel drive component 7 and the operating drive component 5 can output kinetic energy outward.

[0040] The travel assembly 6 includes a travel gearbox 61, a travel transmission shaft 62, and travel wheels 63. Two travel wheels 63 are provided, and are fixedly connected to the ends of the travel transmission shaft 62, so that the travel transmission shaft 62 can rotate synchronously with the travel wheels 63. One end of the travel gearbox 61 is fixedly connected to the frame 2, and the other end is sleeved on the outside of the travel transmission shaft 62, so that the travel gearbox 61 drives the travel transmission shaft 62 to rotate, thereby driving the travel wheels 63 to rotate. Specifically, the travel assembly 6 is located directly below the frame 2 or at the front end of the frame 2 along the forward direction of the ripper 100 to support the frame 2.

[0041] The travel drive assembly 7 is fixedly connected to the frame 2, and one end of the travel drive assembly 7 is engaged with the travel gear box 61. The travel drive assembly 7 can drive the multiple gears in the travel gear box 61 to rotate, so as to drive the travel wheel 63 to rotate. Among them, the travel drive assembly 7 is specifically a drive motor, and a circuit board (not shown) is provided in the drive motor. The circuit board is communicated with the control assembly 13, so that the control assembly 13 can adjust the rotation direction and speed of the drive motor through the circuit board, thereby controlling the rotation direction and speed of the travel wheel 63, thereby controlling the travel direction and travel speed of the ripper 100. Specifically, a travel switch 133 is provided on the control assembly 13. The travel switch 133 is provided with a forward gear, a stop gear, a reverse gear and a speed gear. The operator controls the forward and reverse movement of the ripper 100 and the forward and reverse speeds by adjusting the travel switch 133.

[0042] In this embodiment, the speed of the drive motor is decelerated and the torque is increased by the travel gear box 61, and then transmitted to the travel transmission shaft 62, and then transmitted to the travel wheel 63. While reducing the speed of the travel wheel 63, the force driving the travel wheel 63 is increased, thereby improving the driving strength of the tiller 100. Specifically, the speed of the drive motor is 5500rpm~20000rpm, the forward rotation speed of the travel wheel 63 is 0~1.2m / s, and the reverse rotation speed of the travel wheel 63 is 0~0.6m / s, that is, the forward speed of the travel wheel 63 is 0~1.2m / s, and the backward speed is 0~0.6m / s. This setting prevents the tiller 100 from retreating too fast and causing injury to the operator, thereby improving the safety performance of the tiller 100. Of course, in other implementations, the speed of the drive motor and the travel wheel 63 can be set according to actual conditions, and there is no restriction here.

[0043] The specific structure of the frame 2, the specific structure of the energy storage component, the specific structure of the armrest component 1, the specific structure of the walking component 6, the specific structure of the walking drive component 7 and the connection method between the components in this embodiment can all be designed according to the existing technology, and are not limited here. The main improvements of this application lie in the operating device 4, the operating drive component 5 and the control component 13. The following description will describe the main improvements.

[0044] As shown in Figure 4, the working device 4 includes a working gear assembly 41, a working transmission shaft 42 and a plowing blade assembly 43. The working gear assembly 41 is fixedly connected to the frame 2, and the working transmission shaft 42 connects the working gear assembly 41 and the plowing blade assembly 43. The working gear assembly 41 can drive the working transmission shaft 42 to rotate, thereby driving the plowing blade assembly 43 to rotate. Specifically, the working device 4 is fixedly connected to the frame 2, and the working device 4 is connected to the rear end of the frame 2 in the forward direction of the tiller 100, and the armrest assembly 1 and the working device 4 are respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the frame 2. Such an arrangement allows the operator to increase the pressure on the working device 4 by pressing the armrest, thereby enhancing the cutting strength of the plowing blade assembly 43 on the soil, thereby improving the depth and efficiency of the tiller 100.

[0045] The working drive assembly 5 is fixedly mounted on the frame 2 and connected to the working gear assembly 41 to drive the working gear assembly 41 to rotate. Specifically, the working drive assembly 5 is arranged at the rear end of the frame 2, and the working drive assembly 5 is connected to the working device 4, so that the working drive assembly 5 can drive the plowing blade assembly 43 through the working gear assembly 41 to loosen the soil on the working surface.

[0046] The rotation of the plowing blade assembly 43 toward the forward direction of the tiller 100 is defined as forward rotation, and the rotation away from the forward direction of the tiller 100 is defined as reverse rotation. The control assembly 13 is communicated with the working drive assembly 5 to control the rotation direction of the working drive assembly 5 so that the plowing blade assembly 43 can rotate forward or reverse, so that the tiller 100 can turn over soil of different hardness.

[0047] Please refer to Figures 3 to 5. The control component 13 is provided with an operation switch 134, and the operation switch 134 is provided with a forward rotation gear and a reverse rotation gear. When the operation switch 134 is in the forward rotation gear or the reverse rotation gear, the plowing blade component 43 is controlled to rotate forward or reverse. The forward rotation speed of the plowing blade component 43 is greater than the reverse rotation speed. With this arrangement, when the soil on the working surface is relatively hard, the plowing blade component 43 is controlled to rotate reversely, and the rotation speed of the plowing blade component 43 is reduced to increase the cutting force of the plowing blade component 43 on the soil, making the soil easier to loosen. Preferably, the reverse rotation of the plowing blade component 43 is suitable for initial tillage of the soil, that is, when the working surface is loosened for the first time, the loosening speed is slow and the loosening strength is high, which can improve the loosening effect; the forward rotation of the plowing blade component 43 is suitable for soil that has been initially plowed, and the loosening speed is fast and the efficiency is high.

[0048] The control assembly 13 also includes a start switch 131 and a power switch 132. The power switch 132 is used to power the entire ripper 100; the start switch 131 is used to control the start and stop of the travel drive assembly 7 and / or the working drive assembly 5. Specifically, in actual operation, the operator first activates the power switch 132, causing the energy storage assembly to supply power to the travel drive assembly 7 and the working device 4, thereby powering up the entire machine. Then, the operator activates the start switch 131 to cause the ripper 100 to perform travel and / or working actions.

[0049] Specifically, the ripper 100 has two embodiments. In the first embodiment, after the operator pulls the start switch 131, only the travel drive assembly 7 is activated, and the ripper 100 moves. At this time, the travel switch 133 can be used to control the rotation direction and speed of the travel drive assembly 7, thereby controlling the forward and reverse movement and travel speed of the ripper 100. If the plowing blade assembly 43 is to be started, the operation switch 134 is turned on and the operation switch 134 is used to control the rotation direction and speed of the working device 4, specifically controlling the forward and reverse rotation and rotation speed of the operation drive assembly 5, thereby controlling the forward and reverse rotation and rotation speed of the plowing blade assembly 43.

[0050] In the second embodiment, after the operator pulls the start switch 131, the travel drive assembly 7 and the operation drive assembly 5 both start working, that is, the travel action and the operation action of the tiller 100 both start running, which can be started at the same time or can be started one after another. At this time, the travel switch 133 can be used to control the rotation direction and speed of the travel drive assembly 7, thereby controlling the forward, backward and travel speed of the tiller 100; the operation switch 134 can also be used to control the rotation direction of the operating device 4, specifically to control the forward or reverse rotation of the operation drive assembly 5, thereby controlling the forward or reverse rotation of the plowing blade assembly 43. In some embodiments, the operation switch 134 can also control the rotation speed of the plowing blade assembly 43, which is not limited here.

[0051] In the second embodiment, the tiller 100 also includes a transfer switch (not shown), which is used to control the operation drive component 5 and the tiller blade component 43 to stop. When the transfer switch controls the tiller blade component 43 to stop, the tiller 100 only performs walking action and does not perform operation action, which facilitates the tiller 100 to change sites.

[0052] In the present application, the travel switch 133 is used to control the forward, reverse and rotation speed of the travel drive assembly 7, and the working switch 134 is used to control the forward, reverse and rotation speed of the working drive assembly 5; of course, in other embodiments, the travel switch 133 can also be set to only control the forward and reverse movement of the tiller 100, or only control the travel speed of the tiller 100; the working switch 134 can also be set to only control the forward and reverse movement of the tiller assembly 43, or only control the rotation speed of the tiller assembly 43, which is not limited here.

[0053] Of course, in other embodiments, the power-on switch 132 may not be provided, that is, the travel switch 133 and / or the operation switch 134 may be directly operated after the start switch 131 is turned on, so that the tiller 100 performs a travel action and / or an operation action; or, the travel switch 133 and / or the operation switch 134 may not be provided, that is, the start switch 131 may be directly operated after the power-on switch 132 is turned on, and the tiller 100 performs a travel action and an operation action simultaneously, which is not limited here.

[0054] Specifically, the handrail assembly 1 includes a connecting rod 11 and a handrail 12. Two connecting rods 11 are provided, and one end of each of the two connecting rods 11 is connected to the frame 2, and the other end is connected through the handrail 12. That is, the setting direction of the handrail 12 is perpendicular to the connecting rod 11, which makes it easier for the operator to hold and operate the scarifier 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting rod 11 and the handrail 12 can also be provided as one piece, which is not limited here.

[0055] The control component 13 is installed at one end of the connecting rod 11 close to the handrail 12, and one end of the start switch 131 is connected to the control component 13. The shape of the start switch 131 is similar to that of the handrail 12 and is located directly below the handrail 12. When the operator needs to start the tiller 100, a force is applied to the start switch 131 toward the handrail 12, so that the start switch 131 rotates toward the connecting rod 11, thereby starting the start switch 131; the force applied to the start switch 131 is canceled, so that the start switch 131 rotates in the direction away from the connecting rod 11, so as to turn off the start switch 131.

[0056] The working drive assembly 5 includes a control panel (not shown) and a working drive motor 52 electrically connected to the control panel. The control panel is in communication with the control assembly 13. When the working switch 134 is in the forward rotation gear, the control panel controls the working drive motor 52 to rotate forward, and the plowing blade assembly 43 to rotate forward, so that the tiller 100 can loosen the soil quickly; when the working switch 134 is in the reverse rotation gear, the control panel controls the working drive motor 52 to rotate in the reverse direction, so that the plowing blade assembly 43 can rotate in the reverse direction, so that the tiller 100 can loosen the soil slowly.

[0057] Specifically, the control panel is arranged in the working drive motor 52 and can receive the control signal sent by the control component 13, thereby controlling the rotation direction of the working drive motor 52; of course, in other embodiments, the control panel may not be arranged inside the working drive motor 52, that is, it may be arranged at other positions of the tiller 100; the tiller 100 may also not be provided with a control panel, and the working drive motor 52 can be directly controlled by the control component 13. When the tiller 100 is not provided with a control panel, the voltage and current direction of the energy storage component supplying power to the working drive motor 52 can also be directly controlled by the control component 13, and the working drive motor 52 can also be controlled. There is no restriction here.

[0058] Please refer to Figures 5, 8, 10 and 12. The working drive motor 52 includes a working output shaft 51 and a working rack (not shown) provided on the working output shaft 51. The working gear assembly 41 includes a transmission part 46 and a first gear 411 and a second gear 412 that are meshed with each other. One end of the transmission part 46 is meshed with the working rack, and the other end is meshed with the first gear 411. The second gear 412 is provided with an axial hole 413. The working transmission shaft 42 is received in the axial hole 413 and rotates synchronously with the second gear 412. Specifically, the work output shaft 51 is rotatably connected to the work drive motor 52, which drives the work output shaft 51 to rotate. Several work racks are provided, each located at the end of the work output shaft 51 away from the work drive motor 52. The work racks are arranged in the direction of extension of the work output shaft 51. The work racks are spaced apart on the outer circumference of the work output shaft 51 and mesh with one end of the transmission unit 46 to transmit power from the work output shaft 51 to the transmission unit 46. A shaft hole 413 is provided at the central axis of the second gear 412. The shaft hole 413 is circular and sized to match the work transmission shaft 42, allowing the work transmission shaft 42 to be received within the shaft hole 413, thereby enabling the third gear 461 to rotate synchronously with the work transmission shaft 42. Preferably, a first limiting surface 418 is provided in the shaft hole 413, so that the shaft hole 413 cannot form a complete circle, and a second limiting surface 421 is provided on the outer wall of the working transmission shaft 42, so that the cross-section of the working transmission shaft 42 cannot form a complete circle. The working transmission shaft 42 is accommodated in the shaft hole 413, and the first limiting surface 418 is fit with the second limiting surface 421 to prevent the working transmission shaft 42 from rotating in the shaft hole 413.

[0059] Specifically, as shown in Figure 8 , the transmission unit 46 includes a third gear 461, a fourth gear 463, and a gear shaft 462 connecting the third and fourth gears 461, 463. The third gear 461 meshes with the working rack, enabling the working output shaft 51 to drive the third gear 461 to rotate, which in turn, via the gear shaft 462, drives the fourth gear 463 to rotate synchronously. The diameter of the third gear 461 is larger than the diameter of the fourth gear 463. The first gear 411 includes a first rack set and a second rack set. The fourth gear 463 meshes with the first rack set to drive the first gear 411 to rotate. The diameter of the gear surface formed by the first rack set is larger than the diameter of the fourth gear 463, thereby reducing the transmission unit's rotational speed. Specifically, the first and second rack sets are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the third gear 461, and the diameter of the gear surface formed by the first rack set is larger than the diameter of the gear surface formed by the second rack set. The fourth gear 463 is engaged with the second rack group, so that the second rack group can drive the fourth gear 463 to rotate, thereby realizing the transmission of kinetic energy. The diameter of the fourth gear 463 is larger than the diameter of the gear surface formed by the second rack group, further reducing the rotation speed of the working output shaft 51 and improving the driving strength.

[0060] 10 and 12 , the working gear assembly 41 includes a housing 414. One end of the housing 414 is fixedly connected to the frame 2, and the other end is sleeved on the working transmission shaft 42. The working transmission shaft 42 is rotatable relative to the housing 414. A receiving chamber 417 is formed within the housing 414. The first gear 411 and the second gear 412 are received in the receiving chamber 417. The transmission unit 46 is received at one end in the receiving chamber 417 and extends outward from the receiving chamber 417 to engage with the working rack. Specifically, the housing 414 includes a first housing 415 and a second housing 416. The receiving chamber 417 is formed between the first housing 415 and the second housing 416 to accommodate the transmission unit 46, the first gear 411, and the second gear 412. The fourth gear 463 of the transmission unit 46 is received in the receiving chamber 417. The gear shaft 462 extends from the receiving chamber 417 toward the working drive assembly 5 and is fixedly connected to the third gear 461 to transmit power from the working drive motor 52. Preferably, a sealing ring is provided between the first shell 415 and the second shell 416, and the first shell 415 and the second shell 416 are connected by a fixing member 8 to achieve sealing of the receiving cavity 417 to protect the various components arranged in the receiving cavity 417. Furthermore, lubricating oil can be injected into the receiving cavity 417 to reduce the friction of each gear during rotation and extend the service life of the working gear assembly 41.

[0061] Of course, a bearing (not shown) is provided between the first gear 411 and the housing 414, and a bearing is also provided between the gear shaft 462 and the housing 414. This arrangement, on the one hand, realizes the positioning of the gear shaft 462 and the first gear 411 on the housing 414, avoids offset during use, and improves the connection stability. On the other hand, it reduces the resistance of the gear shaft 462 and the first gear 411 during rotation, thereby reducing energy loss and improving transmission efficiency.

[0062] In this embodiment, the working drive motor 52 rotates at high speed and is decelerated and increased in torque by the working gear box before being transmitted to the working transmission shaft 42, and then transmitted to the tiller blade assembly 43. While reducing the speed of the tiller blade assembly 43, the force driving the tiller blade assembly 43 to rotate is increased, thereby improving the loosening strength of the tiller 100. Specifically, the speed of the working drive motor 52 is 3600rpm~18000rpm, the speed of the transmission part 46 is 7000rpm~18000rpm, the speed of the first gear 411 is 800rpm~1600rpm, the speed of the second gear 412 is 100rpm~350rpm, and the speed of the tiller blade assembly 43 is 100rpm~500rpm. Specifically, the forward rotation speed of the plowing blade assembly 43 is greater than the reverse rotation speed. Of course, in other embodiments, the rotation speed of the working drive motor 52, the rotation speed of the transmission part 46, the rotation speed of the first gear 411 and the rotation speed of the second gear 412 can be designed according to actual conditions. As long as the forward rotation speed of the plowing blade assembly 43 is greater than the reverse rotation speed, there is no restriction here.

[0063] Please refer to Figures 5 and 8, the tilling blade assembly 43 includes a first tilling blade 431 and a second tilling blade 432 which are sleeved on the outside of the working transmission shaft 42. The first tilling blade 431 and the second tilling blade 432 are respectively arranged at both ends of the working transmission shaft 42, and the first tilling blade 431 and the second tilling blade 432 can rotate synchronously with the working transmission shaft 42. Specifically, a transmission hole 433 is provided at the central axis of the first tillage blade 431 and the second tillage blade 432, and the working transmission shaft 42 is accommodated in the transmission hole 433 to realize that the first tillage blade 431 and the second tillage blade 432 are respectively connected to the working transmission shaft 42, and the tillage blade assembly 43 also includes a pin 434, which passes through the first tillage blade 431 and the working transmission shaft 42 to prevent the first tillage blade 431 from slipping off the working transmission shaft 42 during operation. The pin 434 passes through the second tillage blade 432 and the working transmission shaft 42 to prevent the first tillage blade 431 from slipping off the working transmission shaft 42 during operation, thereby improving the connection stability of the first tillage blade 431 and the second tillage blade 432 and the working transmission shaft 42.

[0064] Referring to Figures 1, 9, and 10, the working device 4 includes a protective cover 44 fixedly connected to the frame 2. The protective cover 44 defines a working chamber 444 within which the working gear assembly 41, the working drive shaft 42, and the tilling blade assembly 43 are housed. The protective cover 44 includes a protective plate 47 and side panels 441 disposed on the sides of the protective plate 47. The protective plate 47 is provided with a locking block 471. The side panels 441 are provided with a slide groove 442. The locking block 471 is received within the slide groove 442, allowing the side panels 441 to slide relative to the protective plate 47 to adjust the height between the protective plate 47 and the working surface. Specifically, the protective plate 47 is fixedly connected to the frame 2 and extends from the frame 2 toward the forward direction of the tiller 100. The protective plate 47 defines a drive hole 472. The working drive motor 52 is received within the drive hole 472 and is fixedly connected to the protective plate 47 via a fixing member 8. The working chamber 444 is arranged on the side of the working device facing the working surface. On the one hand, it is used to protect the working gear assembly 41, the working transmission shaft 42 and the plowing blade assembly 43. On the other hand, it is used to ensure the safety of the operator and prevent the plowing blade assembly 43 from hitting stones and other debris at the operator during operation.

[0065] As shown in Figures 4 and 7, two side panels 441 are provided, which are respectively provided on both sides of the protective plate 47, and the setting direction of the side panels 441 is the same as the forward direction of the tiller 100. The side panels 441 are tapered plate-like structures, and the top corners of the side panels 441 are rotatably connected to the fixed plate. The chute 442 is provided at one end of the tapered side panel 441 that is in an arc shape. The chute 442 is arranged in an arc shape and is similar to a side edge of the side panel 441 away from the top corner. The locking block 471 is provided at one end of the protective plate 47 away from the frame 2. When the plate 441 is connected to the protective plate 47, the side plate 441 can rotate relative to the protective plate 47 under the guidance of the slide groove 442, and the locking block 471 is accommodated in the slide groove 442. The locking block 471 connects the side plate 441 and the protective plate 47 to maintain the position of the side plate 441 relative to the protective plate 47. This arrangement allows the operator to adjust the position of the side plate 441 relative to the protective plate 47 by himself, thereby adjusting the height between the protective plate 47 and the working surface, and then realizing the control of the loosening depth of the plowing blade assembly 43.

[0066] The protective cover 44 also includes a mudguard 443, which is arranged at one end of the protective cover 44 away from the frame 2, and one end of the mudguard 443 is rotatably connected to the protective plate 47. Specifically, the mudguard 443 is made of elastic rubber material or elastic polymer material, so that the mudguard 443 can bend when encountering an obstacle. At the same time, the mudguard 443 can also block the soil bounced up by the plowing blade assembly 43 during operation to protect the operator.

[0067] 5 , 6 , 10 , and 11 , the protective plate 47 is provided with an adjustment member 473 and a locking structure 475. The adjustment member 473 is further provided with a slot 474. The operating device 4 further includes an adjustment rod 45, which is received in and movable within the slot 474. The locking structure 475 abuts against the adjustment rod 45 to limit the movement of the adjustment rod 45 relative to the adjustment member 473. Specifically, the adjustment member 473 is disposed proximate to the fender 443 and in the middle of the protective plate 47. The slot 474 is arranged in the same direction as the adjustment member 473. The slot 474 is located at the center of the adjustment member 473 and passes through the adjustment member 473. The dimensions of the adjustment rod 45 match those of the slot 474, allowing the adjustment rod 45 to be received in and movable within the slot 474. The adjusting rod 45 is provided with a locking hole 452 , and the locking structure 475 passes through the locking hole 452 to abut against the adjusting rod 45 , thereby achieving the connection between the adjusting member 473 and the adjusting rod 45 .

[0068] Among them, the adjusting member 473 is arranged perpendicular to the working surface, and an arc-shaped abutting member 451 is provided on the side of the adjusting rod 45 away from the adjusting member 473. The abutting member 451 abuts against the working surface. By changing the distance that the adjusting rod 45 extends from the slot 474, the loosening depth of the tiller 100 is adjusted. Specifically, when the length of the adjusting rod 45 extending from the slot 474 is longer, the loosening depth of the tiller 100 is deeper, otherwise, the loosening depth of the tiller 100 is shallower.

[0069] An anti-slip structure 453 is provided at one end of the adjusting rod 45 away from the abutment 451. When the adjusting rod 45 moves too far in the slot 474, the anti-slip structure 453 abuts against the adjusting member 473 to limit the adjusting rod 45 from falling off from the slot 474, thereby improving the service life of the tiller 100.

[0070] In this embodiment, the side panel 441 cooperates with the locking block 471 and the slide groove 442 to adjust the height between the protective plate 47 and the working surface; of course, in other embodiments, the side panel 441 can also be set to adaptive adjustment, that is, according to the length of the adjustment member 473 extending into the working surface, the side panel 441 automatically adjusts to adapt to the adjustment member 473, and there is no limitation here.

[0071] In summary, the tiller 100 of the present application controls the operation drive assembly 5 to rotate in different directions through the control assembly 13, thereby driving the plowing blade assembly 43 to rotate forward or reverse. When the soil on the working surface is relatively soft, the plowing blade assembly 43 rotates forward to quickly loosen the soil; when the soil on the working surface is relatively soft, the plowing blade assembly 43 rotates reversely to loosen the hard soil, so that the tiller 100 can adapt to different types of soil, improve the working efficiency of the tiller 100, and thus improve the practicality of the tiller 100. By providing an adjustment rod 45 that can move relative to the protective plate 47, the loosening depth of the working device 4 on the working surface can be adjusted. By setting the side plate 441 to be rotatable relative to the protective plate 47, the height of the protective cover 44 relative to the working surface can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the loosening depth of the working device 4 on the working surface.
