Abstract
Description
Contents dispensing container
[0001] The present invention relates to a content discharge container, and more specifically, to a content discharge container that is easy to separate and discharge by separating a piston inside the container body from the container body as an integral part of a pump assembly when the content discharge is completed.
[0002] The contents container has various structures depending on the formulation of the contents to be contained, the method of use, etc.
[0003] Recently, among the various types of container structures, airless container structures that do not allow air to enter the container are being widely used.
[0004] An airless container is a structure that uses the air pressure inside the container body to lift up and discharge the contents contained inside the container body. The piston inside the container body pulls up the contents upwards using the vacuum effect and discharges them.
[0005] These airless containers maintain a vacuum inside the container, preventing the contents from coming into contact with air, thereby preventing deterioration and prolonging their effectiveness. Furthermore, the contents are ejected by the rising piston within the container, offering the advantage of ensuring that the contents are completely ejected.
[0006] However, when the contents of an airless container such as the one described above are exhausted and a refill is required, the pump assembly combined with the container body is separated and combined with a new refill container for use. However, since the piston remains inside the container body when the use is exhausted, if the piston is made of a different material from the container body, the user must personally separate and remove the piston from the container body, which is inconvenient.
[0007] Therefore, there is a need to develop an environmentally friendly airless container in which the piston can be easily separated and discharged from the container body after the contents contained within the container body are completely exhausted.
[0008] The present invention is intended to solve the above problem, and one embodiment of the present invention provides a contents discharge container in which the pump assembly and piston can be separated from the container body as a whole by fastening the piston to the lower part of the pump assembly when the contents inside the container body are all exhausted and the piston moves to the uppermost part of the container body.
[0009] The technical problems to be achieved in this document are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the technical field to which the present invention belongs from the description below.
[0010] As a technical means for achieving the above-described technical tasks, a content discharge container according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a container body in which contents are accommodated inside; a pump assembly detachably coupled to the upper portion of the container body and pumping and discharging the contents accommodated in the container body by pressurization; and a piston provided inside the container body and moving upward according to the internal pressure of the container body so that the contents accommodated in the container body are discharged through the pump assembly.
[0011] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the content discharge container according to the present invention has the effect that when the contents inside the container body are completely exhausted and the piston moves to the top of the container body, the piston is fastened to the lower part of the pump assembly, so that the pump assembly and the piston can be separated from the container body as a whole. Accordingly, even if the piston is formed of a different material from the container body, the user can easily discharge the container body without having to separate and remove the piston from the container body after the contents are exhausted.
[0012] In addition, since the piston is attached to the pump assembly and separated from the container body when the contents are all used up, the user can easily detach the piston from the pump assembly and then attach the pump assembly to a new refill container for use.
[0013] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the contents discharge container according to the present invention can discharge all contents without leaving any residue, so that no residue remains in the container body, and the container body can be discharged separately without having to be washed separately.
[0014] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the contents dispensing container is made of a single series of materials, enabling it to be discharged as a single unit without the need for separate parts for disposal. Therefore, it is easily recyclable and environmentally friendly.
[0015] The effects that can be obtained from the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure pertains from the description below.

[0022] In connection with the description of the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals may be used for identical or similar components.
[0023] As a technical means for achieving the above-described technical tasks, a content discharge container according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a container body in which contents are accommodated inside; a pump assembly detachably coupled to the upper portion of the container body and pumping and discharging the contents accommodated in the container body by pressurization; and a piston provided inside the container body and moving upward according to the internal pressure of the container body so that the contents accommodated in the container body are discharged through the pump assembly.
[0024] The piston coupling part according to an embodiment of the present invention has at least one space formed by cutting at least one area, so that it can be elastically deformed inward when coupled with the piston.
[0025] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the piston passes through the expansion point of the container body during the upward movement process by discharging the contents, the adhesive force acting on the bending part is weakened, so that separation to the upper side of the container body can be easily achieved.

[0031]
[0032] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0033] Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a content dispensing container according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the content dispensing container according to an embodiment of the present invention in an exploded state.
[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a content discharge container (1000) according to one embodiment may include a container body (100) that contains content (A), a pump assembly (200) for discharging the content (A) contained in the container body (100), and a piston (300) provided inside the container body (100) so that the content (A) contained in the container body (100) is discharged through the pump assembly (200).
[0035] For example, the above-mentioned contents (A) may be a liquid or gel-like fluid, and may include cosmetics, pharmaceutical contents, or non-medicinal products such as toothpaste. For example, the contents (A) may include lotion, milk lotion, moisturizing lotion, nourishing lotion, skin lotion, skin softener, skin toner, astringent, massage cream, nourishing cream, moisture cream, whitening essence, tone-up cream, sunscreen, sunscreen, sun milk, BB cream, base, foundation, CC cream, concealer, blusher, shading, eye shadow, eyebrow, eye cream, primer, etc., but are not limited thereto, and may include all kinds of substances that can be discharged through the pump assembly (200).
[0036] According to one embodiment, the container body (100) may be formed in the shape of a cylindrical bottle, but is not limited thereto, and various embodiments may be applied, such as being formed in the shape of a tube, jar, dispenser, compact, etc.
[0037] According to one embodiment, the aforementioned container body (100) may be formed of a plastic material. For example, it may be formed of a polyethylene series or a polypropylene series, and specifically, it may be formed of a material such as PET, PE, PP, PCR, PETG, etc. However, it is not limited thereto, and any material that forms the shape of the container body (100) and does not cause deterioration of the contents (A) may be used. Accordingly, the container body (100) can be recycled, thereby achieving the provision of an environmentally friendly contents dispensing container (1000).
[0038] According to one embodiment, a pump assembly (200) may be coupled to the upper portion of the container body (100).
[0039] According to one embodiment, the pump assembly (200) can discharge the contents (A) by pressurization. For example, the pump assembly (200) can be coupled to the container body (100) and discharge the contents (A) contained in the container body (100) to the outside.
[0040] This pump assembly (200) may include a housing (210) that is partially accommodated and coupled to the inside of the container body (100), a pump unit (220) that compresses and decompresses by pressurization and moves the contents (A) inside the container body (100), and a shoulder unit (230) that couples and fixes the housing (210) and the pump unit (220) to the container body (100).
[0041] The housing (210) can be coupled so that a portion thereof is accommodated on the upper inner side of the container body (100).
[0042] According to one embodiment, a piston (300) described below can be coupled to a portion of the housing (210) accommodated in the container body (100) (particularly, the lower portion of the housing) as a portion of the housing (210) is formed to be accommodated in the inner side of the container body (100).
[0043] This housing (210) can be coupled to the container body (100) by a shoulder portion (230) coupled to the upper portion of the container body (100).
[0044] According to one embodiment, a screw is formed on the shoulder portion (230) to correspond to a screw formed on the upper outer side of the container body (100), so that the shoulder portion (230) can be mutually coupled to the container body (100) by a screw method. The shoulder portion (230) and the container body (100) can be coupled by various coupling methods other than screw coupling.
[0045] According to one embodiment, the shoulder portion (230) may have a receiving space portion and a detachment prevention protrusion formed on the inside in which the housing (210) can be received.
[0046] Accordingly, when the shoulder portion (230) is coupled to the upper portion of the container body (100), the housing (210) is accommodated inside the aforementioned receiving space portion, and the upper portion of the housing (210) comes into contact with the anti-separation protrusion, so that the housing (210) can be coupled to the container body (100) by the shoulder portion (230).
[0047] According to one embodiment, a pump unit (220), which will be described later, can be accommodated inside the receiving space of the shoulder unit (230).
[0048] According to one embodiment, a through hole may be formed in each of the shoulder portion (230) and the housing (210). For example, a through hole may be formed in the central portion of each of the shoulder portion (230) and the housing (210), so that the pump portion (220) of the pump assembly (200) may be exposed upward by passing through the through hole of the housing (210) and the shoulder portion (230).
[0049] That is, through this structure, the lower part of the pump part (220) is positioned inside the container body (100), and the upper part of the pump part (220) is exposed to the outside through the housing (210) and the shoulder part (230) to discharge the contents (A).
[0050] In this way, the shoulder portion (230) can serve as a connecting member that can connect the housing (210) and the pump portion (220) to the container body (100).
[0051] According to one embodiment, the pump unit (220) can compress and decompress by pressurization and move the contents (A). For example, the pump unit (220) may include a cylinder having open upper and lower portions and a hollow interior; a sealing unit at least partially inserted into the cylinder to at least partially seal the upper portion of the cylinder; a seal cap that rises and falls in close contact with the cylinder within the cylinder; a piston rod surrounded by the seal cap and rising and falling relative to the cylinder; a stem coupled to the piston rod and rising and falling together with the piston rod; and an elastic member provided between the sealing unit and the stem to provide elastic force from the sealing unit toward the stem. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the pump unit (220) may have any known type of pump structure, such as an airless type, a dip tube type, or a spray type.
[0052] According to an embodiment, the elastic member constituting the pump unit (220) may be a bellows-type spring in which peaks and valleys are repeatedly formed, but the sides are sealed. In this case, a stem wing that supports the upper end of the elastic member may be formed outwardly at the upper end of the stem, and a downward bent portion that supports the side surface of the elastic member may be formed downwardly at the outer end of the stem wing. In addition, a support groove may be formed on the upper surface of the sealing portion, into which the lower end of the elastic member is inserted, to support the lower end and the side surface of the elastic member, respectively. In addition, at least one air passage may be formed in at least one of the stem wing and the sealing portion so as to relieve the change in internal pressure when the elastic member is compressed and decompressed.
[0053] Depending on the embodiment, the pump unit (220) may be formed entirely of the same or similar material. For example, the pump unit (220) may be formed entirely of a plastic material and may not include a metal material. In particular, the elastic member included in the pump unit (220) may also be formed of a plastic material rather than a metal material. In this case, since the pump unit (220) does not need to be separated and disposed of when the container body (100) is disposed of, the recycling rate and package reuse rate can be improved.
[0054] According to one embodiment, a piston (300) may be provided inside the container body (100). For example, the piston (300) is provided at the lowest part of the container body (100) where the contents (A) are accommodated, and the contents (A) are accommodated above the piston (300), and the piston (300) is raised by a vacuum effect resulting from the pressurization and depressurization of the pump assembly (200), and as the piston (300) rises, the contents (A) above the piston (300) can be discharged to the outside through the pump assembly (200).
[0055] According to one embodiment, the piston (300) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the lower portion of the housing (210). For example, the upper portion of the piston (300) may be formed to have a shape corresponding to the shape of the lower portion of the housing (210) so that it can be in close contact with the lower portion of the housing (210). Accordingly, when the piston (300) is raised to the uppermost position within the container body (100), it can be in close contact with and coupled to the lower portion of the housing (210).
[0056] A method of integrating the piston (300) and the pump assembly (200) will be described in detail below.
[0057]
[0058] According to one embodiment, the above-described content discharge container (1000) can be configured such that when all of the content (A) inside the container body (100) is discharged, the pump assembly (200) and the piston (300) are coupled, and the pump assembly (200) to which the piston (300) is coupled is separated from the container body (100) to separate the container body (100) and the piston (300) for discharge. For example, the piston (300) gradually moves to the upper end of the container body (100) by the discharge of the content (A), and when all of the content (A) is discharged and exhausted, the piston (300) moves to the uppermost end of the container body (100) and is fastened to the lower end of the pump assembly (200), so that the pump assembly (200) and the piston (300) become one. Afterwards, when the pump assembly (200) is separated from the container body (100), the piston (300) is also separated from the container body (100), so that the container body (100) and the piston (300) can be easily separated.
[0059] Accordingly, even if the piston (300) is formed of a different material from the container body (100), the user does not need to have difficulty separating and removing the piston (300) from the container body (100) after the contents (A) are exhausted. Instead, the user can separate the pump assembly (200) to which the piston (300) is coupled from the container body (100) and then separate the piston (300) from the pump assembly (200), thereby enabling the separate discharge of the container body (100) and the piston (300). Therefore, an environmentally friendly contents discharge container (1000) can be provided through the present invention.
[0060] In addition, according to one embodiment, the pump assembly (200) and the piston (300) may be formed of a single series of materials. For example, if the pump assembly (200) is formed of an olefin series material, the piston (300) may also be formed of an olefin series material that is the same material as the pump assembly (200). Since the pump assembly (200) and the piston (300) are of the same series of materials, they can be separated and discharged together in a combined state without the need to remove the piston (300) from the pump assembly (200), thereby providing an environmentally friendly contents discharge container (1000) that is easier to separate and discharge.
[0061]
[0062] Figure 3 is a perspective view showing the lower part of a pump assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 3, according to one embodiment, a piston coupling portion (211) may be formed to extend from the lower portion of the housing (210).
[0064] According to one embodiment, the piston coupling portion (211) may be configured to be divided so that at least one separation space (213) is formed in a portion. For example, two separation spaces may be formed, but the number of separation spaces is not limited thereto and may be configured in various ways. The piston coupling portion (211) may be configured to undergo tension deformation in the inward and outward directions by the cut separation spaces.
[0065] According to one embodiment, the piston coupling portion (211) may be configured to include a first coupling portion and a second coupling portion based on the separation space (213).
[0066] According to one embodiment, when the piston (300) moves to the uppermost end of the container body (100) by discharging the contents (A) inside the container body (100), the piston (300) can be coupled to the piston coupling portion (211). For example, when the piston (300) that has moved to the uppermost end of the container body (100) comes into close contact with the piston coupling portion (211), the through portion (320) formed in the piston (300) presses the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion of the piston coupling portion (211), and the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion are elastically deformed inward by the pressing force of the piston (300), so that the piston (300) can smoothly pass through the piston coupling portion (211) and be coupled.
[0067]
[0068] Fig. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the combined appearance of a housing and a piston according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0069] Referring to FIG. 4, according to one embodiment, the piston coupling portion (211) may have at least one coupling protrusion (212) formed on the outer surface.
[0070] According to one embodiment, the engaging protrusion (212) formed on the piston engaging portion (211) can prevent the piston (300) from being separated from the piston engaging portion (211) when the piston (300) is engaged with the piston engaging portion (211) by the rising of the piston (300). For example, the engaging protrusion (212) may be formed with a diameter larger than the diameter of the other portion of the piston engaging portion (211) on the outer portion of the lower portion of the piston engaging portion (211), or may be formed with a protrusion-shaped unevenness, but is not limited thereto, and any shape may be used as long as it can prevent the piston (300) from being disengaged after being engaged with the piston engaging portion (211).
[0071] According to one embodiment, the coupling projection (212) may be formed with a diameter larger than the diameter of the penetration portion (320) of the piston (300).
[0072] Accordingly, after the through-hole (320) of the piston (300) passes through the engaging projection (212), the piston (300) is prevented from moving downward by the fitting projection (321) formed to be larger than the diameter of the through-hole (320), thereby ensuring a firm connection between the piston (300) and the housing (210).
[0073] According to one embodiment, at least one insertion projection (321) may be formed on a portion of the through-hole portion (320) of the piston (300). For example, the insertion projection (321) may be formed in the same shape so as to correspond to the engaging projection (212) of the piston engaging portion (211) described above.
[0074] That is, the diameter of a point inside the penetration portion (320) of the piston (300) may be formed to be larger than the diameter of other parts, or a protrusion-shaped protrusion may be formed. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and any shape may be used as long as it is configured to prevent the piston (300) from being detached after it is coupled to the piston coupling portion (211).
[0075] Accordingly, the coupling projection (212) and the fitting projection (321) are mutually coupled, thereby preventing mutual separation due to the coupling of the piston coupling portion (211) and the piston (300).
[0076]
[0077] FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an expansion portion formed in a container body and a bend portion formed in a piston according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0078] According to one embodiment, the piston (300) may be formed with a bent portion (310) in which the upper and lower portions are bent outwardly. For example, the bent portion (310) may be bent so that the upper and lower portions of the piston (300) have a certain slope (inclination) outwardly.
[0079] According to one embodiment, when the piston (300) having the bent portion (310) formed is combined into the interior of the container body (100), the combination can be made in a state where a close force is applied to the container body (100) by the bent portion (310). For example, when the piston (300) is initially combined with the container body (100), the piston (300) is pushed into the lower part of the container body (100), and at this time, the bent portion (310) of the piston (300) formed in a shape that is bent outward and spread apart is deformed inward by elastic deformation, and at this time, the bent portion (310) is brought into close contact with the inner wall of the container body (100) by the circular restoring force according to the elastic deformation, so that the piston (300) can have a close force with respect to the container body (100).
[0080] This is because the piston (300) prevents the contents (A) from falling out to the rear of the piston (300) inside the container body (100) due to the adhesive force when the contents (A) are discharged inside the container body (100), so that the contents (A) can be completely discharged without any residual amount inside the container body (100), thereby providing an effect of increasing the usability of the contents discharge container (1000) of the present invention.
[0081] According to one embodiment, the container body (100) may be formed with an expansion portion (110) whose inner diameter is wider than the lower portion of the container body (100). This expansion portion (110) may be formed at a point on the inner wall of the container body (100). For example, the expansion portion (110) whose inner diameter is wider in the outward direction may be formed at the upper portion of the container body (100).
[0082] The expansion portion (110) may be formed at a point of the container body (100), and may be formed in a shape in which the inner diameter gradually widens upward from the point of the container body (100) and the inner wall of the container body (100) has a predetermined slope (gradient). The formation shape of the expansion portion (110) may be implemented in various forms.
[0083] According to one embodiment, the piston (300) can be easily removed from the container body (100) by the aforementioned expansion portion (110).
[0084] According to one embodiment, when the piston (300) passes through the expanded portion (110) of the container body (100) during the upward movement process due to the discharge of the contents (A), the adhesive force acting on the folded portion (310) can be released. For example, as described above, the piston (300) rises while being in close contact with the container body (100) by the folded portion (310), and as the piston continues to rise, it rises to the top of the container body (100) and is coupled with the piston coupling portion (211), and at the same time, the folded portion (310) formed on the upper portion of the piston (300) passes through the expanded portion (110) formed on the container body (100), so that the adhesive force acting on the upper portion of the piston (300) can be released.
[0085] That is, when the discharge of the contents (A) is completed and the piston (300) is coupled to the piston coupling portion (211), the bent portion (310) formed at the upper end of the piston (300) is detached to the upper side of the expansion portion (110) of the container body (100), so that when the pump assembly (200) and the container body (100) are separated, the piston (300) can also be easily detached from the container body (100).
[0086] Accordingly, as described above, it is possible to provide a contents discharge container (1000) in which the piston (300) can be easily separated from the container body (100) and discharged separately by the gradient structure (particularly, the expansion portion (110) and the bending portion (310)) formed in each of the container body (100) and the piston (300).
[0087]
[0088] Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view sequentially showing the usage state of a contents discharge container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0089] Referring to FIG. 6, according to one embodiment, a user pressurizes the pump unit (220) of the pump assembly (200) to discharge the contents (A) and use the contents (A) contained in the container body (100).
[0090] When the contents (A) inside the container body (100) are all discharged by the user's use, the piston (300) rises to the top of the container body (100) and is coupled to the piston coupling part (211) formed at the bottom of the housing (210).
[0091] In this way, when the discharge of the contents (A) is completely completed and the piston (300) is coupled to the piston coupling portion (211), the user rotates the pump assembly (200) by a certain amount to release the screw coupling between the container body (100) and the pump assembly (200). Thereafter, when the pump assembly (200) is separated from the container body (100), the piston (300) is coupled to the pump assembly (200) and is then separated from the container body (100) as a whole.
[0092] Refilling can be accomplished by applying an external force to the piston (300) coupled to the pump assembly (200) to separate it from the pump assembly (200), and then coupling the pump assembly (200) to a new container body (100) containing the contents (A).
[0093] The container body (100) from which the pump assembly (200) is separated can be separated and discharged for recycling in a clean state without any residue.
[0094]
