[0050] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the embodiments can be implemented in a variety of different forms. A person of ordinary skill in the art can easily understand the fact that the methods and contents can be transformed into various forms without departing from the purpose and scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure should not be interpreted as being limited to the contents described in the following embodiments. In the absence of conflict, the embodiments in the present disclosure and the features in the embodiments can be arbitrarily combined with each other.

[0051] In the drawings, the sizes of various components, layer thicknesses, or regions may be exaggerated for clarity. Therefore, one embodiment of the present disclosure is not necessarily limited to these dimensions, and the shapes and sizes of the components in the drawings do not reflect true proportions. Furthermore, the drawings schematically illustrate idealized examples, and one embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to the shapes or numerical values shown in the drawings.

[0052] In this specification, ordinal numbers such as “first”, “second” and “third” are provided to avoid confusion among constituent elements, and are not intended to limit the number.

[0053] In this specification, for convenience, words and phrases indicating orientation or positional relationships, such as "middle," "upper," "lower," "front," "back," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inside," and "outside," are used to illustrate the positional relationships of constituent elements with reference to the accompanying drawings. This is merely for the purpose of facilitating the description of this specification and simplifying the description, and does not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed, or operate in a specific orientation. Therefore, they should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure. The positional relationships of constituent elements may be appropriately changed depending on the direction in which each constituent element is described. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited to the words and phrases described in the specification and may be appropriately replaced according to the circumstances.

[0054] In this specification, unless otherwise specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" should be understood broadly. For example, they can refer to fixed connections, removable connections, or integral connections; they can refer to mechanical connections or connections; they can refer to direct connections, indirect connections through intermediaries, or internal communication between two components. Those skilled in the art will understand the specific meanings of these terms in this disclosure based on the specific circumstances.

[0055] In this specification, a transistor refers to a device that includes at least three terminals: a gate electrode, a drain electrode, and a source electrode. A transistor has a channel region between a drain electrode (drain electrode terminal, drain region, or drain electrode) and a source electrode (source electrode terminal, source region, or source electrode), and current can flow through the drain electrode, the channel region, and the source electrode. Note that in this specification, the channel region refers to the region through which current primarily flows.

[0056] In this specification, the first electrode can be a drain electrode and the second electrode can be a source electrode, or vice versa. The functions of "source electrode" and "drain electrode" may be interchanged when using transistors with opposite polarity or when the direction of current changes during circuit operation. Therefore, in this specification, "source electrode" and "drain electrode" may be interchanged.

[0057] In this specification, "connected" includes components connected together via an element having some electrical function. There are no particular limitations on the "element having some electrical function" as long as it enables the transfer of electrical signals between the connected components. Examples of "element having some electrical function" include not only electrodes and wiring, but also switching elements such as transistors, resistors, inductors, capacitors, and other components with various functions.

[0058] In this specification, "parallel" refers to a state where the angle formed by two straight lines is greater than -10° and less than 10°, and thus also includes a state where the angle is greater than -5° and less than 5°. Furthermore, "perpendicular" refers to a state where the angle formed by two straight lines is greater than 80° and less than 100°, and thus also includes a state where the angle is greater than 85° and less than 95°.

[0059] In this specification, the terms "film" and "layer" may be interchanged. For example, "conductive layer" may be replaced with "conductive film." Similarly, "insulating film" may be replaced with "insulating layer."

[0060] The term "about" in the present disclosure refers to a numerical value that is not strictly defined and allows for process and measurement errors.

[0061] The inventors of this application have discovered that in existing liquid crystal display panels, due to the relatively large thickness of the R, G, and B color films in the color film substrate, for example, the thickness of the R, G, and B color films is 2 to 3 microns, resulting in a large amount of light emitted from the light-emitting substrate being absorbed by the R, G, and B color films and lost, thereby reducing the light extraction efficiency of the light emitted from the light-emitting substrate and the transmittance of the liquid crystal display panel.

[0062] An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display panel, including a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other, the first substrate including a first base and a first dielectric filter layer arranged on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate, the second substrate including a first color filter pattern, a second color filter pattern, and a third color filter pattern, the first color filter pattern being configured to transmit at least a first color light, the second color filter pattern being configured to transmit at least a second color light, and the third color filter pattern being configured to transmit at least a third color light, at least one of the first color filter pattern, the second color filter pattern, and the third color filter pattern overlapping with an orthographic projection of the first dielectric filter layer on the first substrate, and at least a portion of the light transmitted by the first dielectric filter layer having the same color as at least a portion of the light transmitted by the overlapping color filter pattern.

[0113] The following is an illustrative explanation of the preparation process of the display substrate. The "patterning process" mentioned in the present disclosure includes processes such as coating photoresist, mask exposure, development, etching, and stripping photoresist for metal materials, inorganic materials, or transparent conductive materials, and includes processes such as coating organic materials, mask exposure, and development for organic materials. Deposition can be carried out by any one or more of sputtering, evaporation, and chemical vapor deposition, coating can be carried out by any one or more of spraying, spin coating, and inkjet printing, and etching can be carried out by any one or more of dry etching and wet etching, and the present disclosure does not limit this. "Thin film" refers to a thin film made by deposition, coating, or other processes on a substrate of a certain material. If the "thin film" does not require a patterning process during the entire production process, the "thin film" can also be called a "layer". If the "thin film" requires a patterning process during the entire production process, it is called a "thin film" before the patterning process and a "layer" after the patterning process. The "layer" after the patterning process contains at least one "pattern". As used in this disclosure, "A and B are disposed in the same layer" means that A and B are formed simultaneously through the same patterning process, and the "thickness" of the film layer refers to the dimension of the film layer in a direction perpendicular to the display substrate. In exemplary embodiments of this disclosure, "the orthographic projection of B is within the range of the orthographic projection of A" or "the orthographic projection of A contains the orthographic projection of B" means that the boundary of the orthographic projection of B falls within the boundary of the orthographic projection of A, or that the boundary of the orthographic projection of A overlaps with the boundary of the orthographic projection of B.

The second dielectric filter layer 32 includes a third filter region 321 and a fourth filter region 322. The orthographic projection of the third filter region 321 on the first substrate 101 is located in the second sub-pixel area 120 of the first substrate 101. The third filter region 321 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101. The orthographic projection of the fourth filter region 322 on the first substrate 101 is located in the third sub-pixel area 130 of the first substrate 101, and does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the first filter region 311 and the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101.

[0131] In an exemplary embodiment, the third filter region 321 and the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 each have a transmittance greater than or equal to 90% for the second color light and the third color light, and a reflectance greater than or equal to 95% for the first color light. For example, the first color light may be red light, the second color light may be green light, and the third color light may be blue light.

[0132] In an exemplary embodiment, light passing through the first sub-pixel region 110 passes through the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and is emitted from the first substrate. Light passing through the second sub-pixel region 120 sequentially passes through the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the third filter region 321 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 and is emitted from the first substrate. Light passing through the third sub-pixel region 130 passes through the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 and is emitted from the first substrate.

[0133] In an exemplary embodiment, the third filter region 321 and the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 may have a block-shaped cross-sectional shape parallel to the first substrate, such as a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a rectangle, a diamond, a pentagon, a hexagon, etc.

[0134] In an exemplary embodiment, the second dielectric filter layer 32 may be a multi-layer stacked structure. The second dielectric filter layer 32 includes a third dielectric layer and a fourth dielectric layer alternately arranged along the thickness direction of the first substrate. The film layer of the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the side closest to the first substrate is the third dielectric layer, and the film layer of the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the side away from the first substrate is the fourth dielectric layer. The refractive index of the third dielectric layer is lower than that of the fourth dielectric layer.

[0135] In exemplary embodiments, the material of the third dielectric layer may include an inorganic material, such as silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) and magnesium fluoride (MgF 2 ).

[0136] In an exemplary embodiment, the material of the fourth dielectric layer may include at least one of an inorganic material, a metal oxide, and a metal sulfide. For example, the inorganic material may include silicon nitride (SiN), the metal oxide may include titanium dioxide (TiO2), titanium pentoxide (Ti2O5), niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5), zirconium oxide (ZrO2), yttrium trioxide (Y2O3), etc., and the metal sulfide may include zinc sulfide (ZnS).

[0137] The second dielectric filter layer of the display panel of the embodiment of the present application uses the principle of interference of light in the dielectric layer to achieve light filtering, transmit light of a specific color, and reflect light of a specific color.

[0138] In an exemplary embodiment, the transmittance of the second dielectric filter layer 32 to the second color light and the third color light is greater than or equal to 90%, thereby preventing the second dielectric filter layer 32 from absorbing the light emitted by the light-emitting substrate.

[0139] (14) Forming a first substrate. In an exemplary embodiment, forming the first substrate may include: first depositing a second organic film on the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate on which the aforementioned pattern is formed, patterning the second organic film using a patterning process so that the second organic film forms a second organic dielectric layer 20 covering the second dielectric filter layer 32; then, forming at least one third via hole in the second organic dielectric layer 20 using an etching process, wherein each third via hole exposes the surface of a first electrode 18; then, depositing a third conductive film on the second organic dielectric layer 20, patterning the third conductive film using a patterning process so that the third conductive film At least one common electrode 21 is formed on the second organic dielectric layer 20, and the common electrode 21 is connected to the exposed first electrode 18 through a third via hole. Subsequently, a third inorganic thin film is deposited on the second organic dielectric layer 20, and the third inorganic thin film is patterned using a patterning process so that the third inorganic thin film forms a third inorganic dielectric layer 22 covering the at least one common electrode 21. Finally, a fourth conductive film is deposited on the third inorganic dielectric layer 22, and the fourth conductive film is patterned using a patterning process so that the fourth conductive film forms at least one pixel electrode 23 provided on the third inorganic dielectric layer 22, as shown in FIG. 5d.

[0140] In an exemplary embodiment, at least one common electrode 21 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the thin film transistor formed above on the first substrate. For example, at least one common electrode 21 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first electrode 18, the active layer 14, and the gate electrode 16 on the first substrate. The common electrode 21 overlaps with the orthographic projection of at least one of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate.

[0141] In an exemplary embodiment, the common electrode 21 is made of a transparent conductive material, such as indium tin oxide (ITO).

[0142] In an exemplary embodiment, at least one pixel electrode 23 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the common electrode 21 on the first substrate. At least one pixel electrode 23 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the thin film transistor formed above on the first substrate. For example, at least one pixel electrode 23 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first electrode 18, the active layer 14, and the gate electrode 16 on the first substrate. The pixel electrode 23 overlaps with the orthographic projection of at least one of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate.

[0143] In an exemplary embodiment, the pixel electrode 23 is made of a transparent conductive material, such as indium tin oxide (ITO).

[0144] (15) Aligning the first substrate with the second substrate. In an exemplary embodiment, aligning the first substrate with the second substrate may include: first providing a second substrate 200 on the first substrate on which the aforementioned pattern is formed, the second substrate 200 including a second structural layer 202 disposed on the second substrate 201, the second structural layer 202 including at least a first color filter pattern 211, a second color filter pattern 212, a third color filter pattern 213, and a black matrix (not shown in the figure), and a flat layer 50 disposed on the side of the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212, and the third color filter pattern 213 close to the first substrate 101, the flat layer 50 being integrally connected to the second color filter pattern and comprising the same material, the flat layer 50 having a light transmittance of greater than or equal to 95% for the first color light, the second color light, and the third color light; subsequently, the second structural layer 202 on the second substrate 201 is positioned facing the first structural layer 102 on the first substrate 101; and finally, aligning the first substrate 100 with the second substrate 200, as shown in FIG. 4 .

[0145] In an exemplary embodiment, the orthographic projection of the first color filter pattern 211 on the first substrate 101 is located in the first sub-pixel area 110 of the first substrate 101. The first color filter pattern 211 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31, the third filter region 321, and the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate 101. The first color filter pattern 211 is configured to transmit the first color light L1 and not transmit other color light, such as the second color light L2 and the third color light L3.

[0146] In an exemplary embodiment, the orthographic projection of the second color filter pattern 212 on the first substrate 101 is located in the second sub-pixel region 120 of the first substrate 101. The second color filter pattern 212 overlaps with the orthographic projections of the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the third filter region 321 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate 101. The second color filter pattern 212 and the planar layer 50 are made of the same material, and have a transmittance greater than or equal to 95% for the first, second, and third color light.

[0147] In an exemplary embodiment, the orthographic projection of the third color filter pattern 213 on the first substrate 101 is located in the third sub-pixel area 130 of the first substrate 101. The third color filter pattern 213 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the third filter region 321 of the second dielectric filter layer 32, the first filter region 311 and the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101. The third color filter pattern 213 is configured to transmit the third color light L3 and not transmit other color light, such as the first color light L1 and the second color light L2.

[0148] In an exemplary embodiment, the black matrix may be located on at least one side of the first color filter pattern 211, at least one side of the second color filter pattern 212, and at least one side of the third color filter pattern 213 to separate adjacent color filter patterns and prevent the emitted light of adjacent color filter patterns from interfering with each other.

[0149] In an exemplary embodiment, light incident on the first sub-pixel region 110 of the first substrate 101 is filtered by the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31, transmitting the first color light L1 and the second color light L2. The first color light L1 and the second color light L2 are then emitted to the first color filter pattern 211 of the second substrate 200. After filtering by the first color filter pattern 211, the first color light L1 is then transmitted. In the display panel of the present embodiment, the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 filters the light incident on the first color filter pattern 211, causing the first color light L1 and the second color light L2 to be incident on the first color filter pattern 211 and reflecting the third color light L3. This prevents the first color filter pattern 211 from filtering the third color light L3, allowing only the second color light L2 to be filtered. This reduces the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211, thereby reducing absorption of light emitted from the light-emitting substrate by the first color filter pattern 211 and improving the light extraction efficiency of the light-emitting substrate. For example, the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211 may be greater than or equal to 0.5 micrometers and less than or equal to 1.2 micrometers.

[0150] In an exemplary embodiment, light incident on the second sub-pixel region 120 of the first substrate 101 is filtered by the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31, transmitting the first color light L1 and the second color light L2. The first color light L1 and the second color light L2 are then emitted to the third filter region 321 of the second dielectric filter layer 32. After being filtered by the third filter region 321, the second color light L2 is then transmitted to the second color filter pattern 212 of the second substrate 200. The second color filter pattern 212 does not need to filter the second color light L2 and can directly transmit the second color light L2. The display panel of the embodiment of the present application filters the light incident on the second color filter pattern 212 through the second filter area 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the third filter area 321 of the second dielectric filter layer 32, so that only the second color light L2 is incident on the second color filter pattern 212, and the first color light L1 and the third color light L3 are reflected, thereby preventing the second color filter pattern 212 from filtering the first color light L1 and the third color light L3, reducing the thickness of the second color filter pattern 212, or using a flat layer material as the second color filter pattern 212, so that the second color filter pattern 212 is configured to transmit all colors of light, reducing the second color filter pattern 212's absorption of the light emitted by the light-emitting substrate, and improving the light extraction efficiency of the light emitted by the light-emitting substrate.

[0151] In an exemplary embodiment, light incident on the third sub-pixel region 130 of the first substrate 101 is filtered by the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32, transmitting the second color light L2 and the third color light L3. The second color light L2 and the third color light L3 are then emitted to the third color filter pattern 213 of the second substrate 200. After filtering by the third color filter pattern 213, the third color light L3 is then transmitted. In the display panel of this embodiment of the present application, the fourth filter region 322 of the second dielectric filter layer 32 filters the light incident on the third color filter pattern 213, causing the second color light L2 and the third color light L3 to be incident on the third color filter pattern 213 and reflecting the first color light L1. This prevents the third color filter pattern 213 from filtering the first color light L1, and only filters the second color light L2. This reduces the thickness of the third color filter pattern 213, reduces the absorption of light emitted by the light-emitting substrate by the third color filter pattern 213, and improves the light extraction efficiency of the light-emitting substrate. For example, the thickness of the third color filter pattern 213 may be greater than or equal to 0.5 micrometers and less than or equal to 1.2 micrometers.

[0152] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application can reduce the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212, and the third color filter pattern 213 through the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the second dielectric filter layer 32. Alternatively, the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211 and the third color filter pattern 213 can be reduced so that the second color filter pattern 212 uses a flat layer material, thereby reducing the absorption of light emitted from the light-emitting substrate by the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212, and the third color filter pattern 213, improving the light extraction efficiency of the light emitted from the light-emitting substrate, thereby improving the brightness of the display panel and reducing the power consumption of the display panel.

[0153] FIG6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present application. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG6 , the structure of the display panel of this exemplary embodiment is substantially the same as that of the display panel shown in FIG4 , except that the second dielectric filter layer of the display panel of this exemplary embodiment includes a first sub-dielectric filter layer 41 and a second sub-dielectric filter layer 42. The first sub-dielectric filter layer 41 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101. The second sub-dielectric filter layer 42 does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the first filter region 311 and the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101.

[0154] In an exemplary embodiment, the transmittance of the first sub-dielectric filter layer 41 and the second sub-dielectric filter layer 42 to the first color light and the third color light is greater than or equal to 90%, and the reflectivity to the second color light is greater than or equal to 95%.

[0155] In an exemplary embodiment, the cross-sectional shapes of the first sub-dielectric filter layer 41 and the second sub-dielectric filter layer 42 parallel to the first substrate may be block-shaped, for example, circular, elliptical, triangular, rectangular, diamond, pentagonal, hexagonal, etc.

[0156] In an exemplary embodiment, the first color filter pattern 211 overlaps with the orthographic projections of the first sub-dielectric filter layer 41 and the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the second sub-dielectric filter layer 42 on the first substrate 101. The second color filter pattern 212 does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the first sub-dielectric filter layer 41 and the second sub-dielectric filter layer 42 on the first substrate 101, but overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101. The third color filter pattern 213 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second sub-dielectric filter layer 41 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the first sub-dielectric filter layer 41 and the first filter region 311 and the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101.

[0157] In an exemplary embodiment, the display panel of the present application further includes a planar layer 50. The planar layer 50 is disposed on a side of the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212, and the third color filter pattern 213 that is closer to the first substrate 101. The planar layer 50 is integrally connected to the first color filter pattern 211 and comprises the same material. The planar layer 50 and the first color filter pattern 211 each have a transmittance greater than or equal to 95% for the first color light, the second color light, and the third color light. For example, the planar layer 50 may be made of a light-transmitting organic material.

[0158] In an exemplary embodiment, the thickness of the second color filter pattern 212 is greater than or equal to 0.5 micrometers and less than or equal to 1.2 micrometers.

[0159] In an exemplary embodiment, the thickness of the third color filter pattern 213 is greater than or equal to 0.5 micrometers and less than or equal to 1.2 micrometers.

[0160] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application can filter the light incident on the first color filter pattern 211 through the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the first sub-dielectric filter layer 41, so that the first color light L1 is incident on the first color filter pattern 211, and the first color filter pattern 211 is prevented from filtering the second color light L2 and the third color light L3, thereby reducing the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211, or using a flat layer material as the first color filter pattern 211.

[0161] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application can filter the light incident on the second color filter pattern 212 through the first dielectric filter layer 31, so that the first color light L1 and the second color light L2 are incident on the second color filter pattern 212, avoiding the second color filter pattern 212 from filtering the third color light L3, thereby reducing the thickness of the second color filter pattern 212.

[0162] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application can filter the light incident on the third color filter pattern 213 through the second sub-dielectric filter layer 42, so that the first color light L1 and the third color light L3 are incident on the third color filter pattern 213, thereby preventing the third color filter pattern 213 from filtering the second color light L2 and reducing the thickness of the third color filter pattern 213.

[0163] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application reduces the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212 and the third color filter pattern 213, or reduces the thickness of the second color filter pattern 212 and the third color filter pattern 213, so that the first color filter pattern 211 uses a flat layer material, thereby reducing the absorption of the light emitted by the light-emitting substrate by the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212 and the third color filter pattern 213, improving the light extraction efficiency of the light emitted by the light-emitting substrate, thereby improving the brightness of the display panel and reducing the power consumption of the display panel.

[0164] Figure 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present application. In the exemplary embodiment, as shown in Figure 7, the structure of the display panel of this exemplary embodiment is substantially the same as that of the display panel shown in Figure 4, except that the second dielectric filter layer 32 of this exemplary embodiment does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the first filter region 311 and the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101. The second dielectric filter layer 32 has a transmittance of greater than or equal to 90% for the third color light and a reflectivity of greater than or equal to 95% for both the first and second color light.

[0165] In an exemplary embodiment, the first color filter pattern 211 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first filter region 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the second filter region 312 and the second dielectric filter layer 32 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101. The second color filter pattern 212 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the first filter region 311 and the second dielectric filter layer 32 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101. The third color filter pattern 213 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second dielectric filter layer 32 on the first substrate 101, but does not overlap with the orthographic projections of the first filter region 311 and the second filter region 312 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 on the first substrate 101.

[0166] In an exemplary embodiment, the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211 is greater than or equal to 0.5 micrometers and less than or equal to 1.2 micrometers.

[0168] In an exemplary embodiment, the display panel of the present application further includes a planar layer 50. The planar layer 50 is disposed on a side of the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212, and the third color filter pattern 213 that is closer to the first substrate 101. The planar layer 50 and the third color filter pattern 213 are integrally connected and comprise the same material. The planar layer 50 and the third color filter pattern 213 each have a transmittance greater than or equal to 95% for the first color light, the second color light, and the third color light. For example, the planar layer 50 may be made of a light-transmitting organic material.

[0169] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application can filter the light incident on the first color filter pattern 211 through the first filtering area 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31, so that the first color light L1 and the second color light L2 are incident on the first color filter pattern 211, avoiding the first color filter pattern 211 from filtering the third color light L3, thereby reducing the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211.

[0171] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application can filter the light incident on the third color filter pattern 213 through the second dielectric filter layer 32, so that the third color light L3 is incident on the third color filter pattern 213, avoiding the third color filter pattern 213 from filtering the first color light L1 and the second color light L2, reducing the thickness of the third color filter pattern 213, or using a flat layer material as the third color filter pattern 213.

[0172] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application reduces the thickness of the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212 and the third color filter pattern 213, or reduces the thickness of the second color filter pattern 212 and the third color filter pattern 213, so that the first color filter pattern 211 uses a flat layer material, thereby reducing the absorption of the light emitted by the light-emitting substrate by the first color filter pattern 211, the second color filter pattern 212 and the third color filter pattern 213, improving the light extraction efficiency of the light emitted by the light-emitting substrate, thereby improving the brightness of the display panel and reducing the power consumption of the display panel.

[0176] In an exemplary embodiment, the cross-sectional shapes of the third sub-dielectric filter layer 43 and the fourth sub-dielectric filter layer 44 parallel to the first substrate may be block-shaped, for example, circular, elliptical, triangular, rectangular, diamond, pentagonal, hexagonal, etc.

[0177] In an exemplary embodiment, the display panel of the present application further includes a planar layer 50, which is disposed on a side of the second substrate proximate to the first substrate 101. The planar layer 50 is integrally connected to the first, second, and third color filter patterns and is made of the same material. The planar layer 50 has a light transmittance greater than or equal to 95% for the first, second, and third color light. For example, the planar layer 50 may be made of a light-transmitting organic material.

[0178] The display panel of the embodiment of the present application can filter the light incident on the first color filter pattern through the first filter area 311 of the first dielectric filter layer 31 and the third sub-dielectric filter layer 43, so that the first color light L1 is incident on the first color filter pattern, and the first color filter pattern is prevented from filtering the second color light L2 and the third color light L3, thereby reducing the thickness of the first color filter pattern, or using a flat layer material as the first color filter pattern.
