Abstract
Description
Hanger assembly and electronic equipment assembly
[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on September 18, 2023, with application number 202311205416.2 and application name “Hanging bracket assembly and electronic equipment assembly”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of hangers, and in particular to a hanger assembly and an electronic equipment assembly. Background Art
[0003] Currently, electronic devices such as televisions, monitors, and advertising screens are mounted on walls or supporting structures using a bracket. The bracket consists of a fixing plate and two support beams. The fixing plate is fixed to the wall, and the two support beams are connected to opposite ends of the fixing plate and to the housing of the electronic device. However, because the bracket is not compatible with electronic devices of different sizes, changing the size of the electronic device requires re-drilling holes in the supporting structure or wall. Therefore, improving the bracket's compatibility has become a pressing issue.
[0004] Summary of the Invention
[0005] The embodiments of the present application provide a hanger assembly and an electronic device assembly, which can improve the compatibility of the hanger assembly and achieve the situation where there is no need to re-drill holes when the size of the electronic device is changed.
[0006] In a first aspect, the present application provides a hanger assembly comprising a female end piece and a male end piece, wherein the female end piece is configured to be detachably connected to the male end piece, and one of the female end piece and the male end piece comprises at least one fixing hole, wherein the at least one fixing hole is configured to enable the female end piece to be compatible with electronic devices of various sizes.
[0007] The bracket assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application uses fixing holes so that the female end piece can be matched with electronic devices of different sizes. Therefore, when the size of the electronic device is changed, there is no need to re-drill holes to fix the female end piece, which can improve the compatibility of the bracket assembly.
[0008] In one possible embodiment, one of the female end piece and the male end piece includes multiple use groups, each use group includes at least one fixing hole, each use group corresponds to an electronic device of a size and is used to enable the electronic device of the corresponding size to match with the female end piece.
[0009] The embodiment of the present application provides a rack assembly in which one of the female and male components can be configured with multiple user groups, each corresponding to a specific size of electronic device. When the size of the electronic device is changed, the corresponding user group can be used to match the female component with the replaced electronic device. Therefore, different sizes of electronic devices can be matched with different user groups, allowing the female component to be compatible with electronic devices of various sizes without having to re-drill holes.
[0010] In one possible embodiment, each use group includes two sub-hole groups, each of which corresponds one-to-one to the two first connectors of the female end piece. Each sub-hole group includes at least one fixing hole of the corresponding first connector. This arrangement allows the female end piece composed of two first connectors to be compatible with electronic devices of various sizes without having to drill holes again.
[0011] In a possible embodiment, the female end piece includes two first connecting pieces, each of which is used to be detachably connected to the male end piece.
[0012] The female end piece in the hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application includes two first connecting pieces, so that the first end and the second end of the male end piece are respectively connected to the two first connecting pieces, which not only enables the male end piece to be connected to the female end piece, but also reduces the cost of the female end piece.
[0013] In a possible implementation, each first connecting member includes at least one fixing hole, each fixing hole is used for allowing the first fixing member to pass through, and the first fixing member is used to fix the first connecting member.
[0014] Each first connecting member in the hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application has a fixing hole for allowing the first fixing member to pass through. By moving each first connecting member, the spacing between the two first connecting members can correspond to electronic devices with different spans without the need for re-drilling.
[0015] In a possible implementation, the two first connecting members have the same number of fixing holes, and the fixing holes of the two first connecting members are symmetrically arranged.
[0016] The rack assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application can reduce the difficulty of adjusting the positions of the two first connecting members to correspond to the spans of different electronic devices by ensuring that the two first connecting members have the same number of fixing holes and are symmetrically arranged.
[0017] In one possible embodiment, at least one first connector includes multiple fixing holes, with at least two of the multiple fixing holes spaced apart along the second direction. This arrangement reduces the difficulty of providing multiple fixing holes on the first connector. Furthermore, fixing holes in different positions can be adapted to mate with the first connector, eliminating the need to re-drill holes when resizing the electronic device.
[0018] In one possible embodiment, at least one first connector includes two groups, the two groups are spaced apart along a first direction, and each group includes at least one fixing hole. Where at least one group includes multiple fixing holes, the multiple fixing holes in each group within the at least one group are arranged side by side and spaced apart along a second direction, with the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction.
[0019] Each first connecting member in the hanging bracket assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application has two groups, which can increase the connection area between each first connecting member and the fixed position to improve the connection strength between each first connecting member and the fixed position to prevent the electronic device from accidentally falling.
[0020] In a possible embodiment, when at least three fixing holes among the multiple fixing holes of the at least one first connecting member are arranged at intervals along the second direction, the center distances between two adjacent fixing holes among the at least three fixing holes are the same along the second direction.
[0021] The center distance between two adjacent fixing holes of the at least three fixing holes arranged along the second direction of the hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application is the same, which can enable one or two first connecting parts to move the same distance, not only enabling the female end part to cooperate with electronic equipment with different spans, but also reducing the difficulty of adjusting the female end part.
[0022] In one possible embodiment, along the second direction, the center-to-center distance between two adjacent fixing holes among the at least three fixing holes is equal to half the difference between the spans of the two electronic devices. By setting the center-to-center distance between two adjacent fixing holes equal to half the difference between the spans of the two electronic devices, and ensuring that the distance each first connector moves is equal to N times the difference between the spans of the two electronic devices, it is possible to ensure that the spacing between the two first connectors corresponds to the span of electronic devices of any size.
[0023] In one possible embodiment, when at least three of the plurality of fixing holes of the at least one first connector are spaced apart along the second direction, the center-to-center distances between two adjacent fixing holes of the at least three fixing holes along the second direction are different. This arrangement allows the female end member to be compatible with electronic devices of different sizes, eliminating the need for re-drilling holes.
[0024] In one possible embodiment, the fixing hole in the first connector for the first fixing member to pass through when in the first position partially overlaps with the fixing hole in the first connector for the first fixing member to pass through when in the second position. This arrangement ensures that the first fixing member passes through the fixing hole in the first connector after the first connector moves a certain distance, allowing the female end member to be compatible with electronic devices of different sizes.
[0025] In a possible implementation manner, the two first connecting members are mirror-symmetrical.
[0026] The two first connectors in the rack assembly provided in the embodiments of the present application are mirror-symmetrical. By swapping the positions of the two first connectors, the rack assembly can extend the span of electronic devices that can be mounted without drilling holes. Furthermore, the length of each first connector can be reduced, contributing to its miniaturization.
[0027] In a possible embodiment, the male end member includes two second connecting members, the two first connecting members correspond to the two second connecting members one by one, each first connecting member includes a connecting portion, and each second connecting member is detachably connected to the connecting portion of the corresponding second connecting member.
[0028] The male end piece of the hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application is composed of two first connecting pieces, which not only enables the female end piece to be compatible with electronic devices of different sizes, but also reduces the volume of the male end piece.
[0029] In one possible embodiment, each second connecting member includes a main body and a hook, the opposite ends of the hook are rotatably connected to the first end and the second end of the main body respectively, the hook is hung on the connecting part corresponding to the second connecting member, and the main body is used to connect to the electronic device.
[0030] The hook of the hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application is rotatably connected to the main body and is used to hang on the connecting portion, so that the hook can be opened or closed relative to the main body. When the hook is in the state, the installation space is increased, and the connection between the hook and the connecting portion is facilitated. Therefore, the rotatable connection between the main body and the hook can reduce the difficulty of connecting the male end member and the female end member, thereby reducing the difficulty of hanging electronic devices.
[0031] In one possible embodiment, the male end piece includes two second connecting pieces, which are detachably connected to the first end and the second end of the female end piece, respectively. Each second connecting piece includes at least one fixing hole, which is used for passing a second fixing piece that fixes the second connecting piece and the electronic device.
[0032] The bracket assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application can make the electronic device match with different fixing holes on each second connecting member, so that the female end member can match with electronic devices of different sizes without moving the female end member, thereby achieving the purpose of not having to re-drill holes.
[0033] In a possible embodiment, the hanger assembly further includes a locking member, which is disposed between the female end member and the male end member, and is used to lock the male end member and the female end member.
[0034] The rack assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application can prevent the electronic device from shaking by locking the female end piece and the male end piece through the locking piece. In addition, the thickness of the rack assembly can be reduced, thereby reducing the distance between the electronic device and the fixed position piece.
[0035] In a possible implementation, the locking member is connected to one of the female end member and the male end member and is magnetically connected to the other one.
[0036] The locking member of the rack assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application secures the female end member and the male end member by means of a magnetic connection, which can reduce the number of parts of the rack assembly, simplify the structure of the rack assembly, and further reduce the cost of the rack assembly.
[0037] In one possible embodiment, the locking member includes a magnetic member and a snap member, the magnetic member is connected to one of the female end member and the male end member and is magnetically connected to the other, and the snap member is connected to one of the female end member and the male end member and is snapped to the other.
[0038] The hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application locks the female end member and the male end member through a magnetic member and a snap member, which can improve the locking effect of the female end member and the male end member.
[0039] The thickness of the bracket assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application is less than or equal to 10 mm, which can reduce the distance between the electronic device and the fixed position and achieve an ultra-thin wall-hanging distance.
[0040] A second aspect of the present application provides a hanger assembly comprising a female end piece and a male end piece, wherein the female end piece is configured to be detachably connected to the male end piece, the female end piece comprising a plurality of connecting portions, at least one of which is configured to be detachably connected to the male end piece, and the plurality of connecting portions are configured to enable the female end piece to be compatible with electronic devices of various sizes.
[0041] The hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application is connected to the male end piece through connecting parts at different positions, so that the female end piece can be matched with electronic devices of different sizes. Therefore, when the size of the electronic device is changed, there is no need to re-drill holes to fix the female end piece, which can improve the compatibility of the hanger assembly.
[0042] In a possible embodiment, the male end piece includes two second connecting pieces, and the two second connecting pieces are used to be respectively connected to the two connecting portions of the female end piece.
[0043] The hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application connects each second connecting member to the connecting portion at a different position of the female end member, so that the spacing between the two second connecting members can correspond to electronic devices with different spans, thereby enabling the female end member to cooperate with electronic devices of different sizes and achieving the purpose of not having to re-drill holes.
[0044] In one possible embodiment, the female end piece includes two first connectors, and the male end piece includes two second connectors, wherein the two second connectors correspond one-to-one to the two first connectors, each first connector includes multiple connecting portions, and each second connector is configured to connect to a connecting portion of a corresponding first connector.
[0045] The hanger assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application connects each second connecting member to a connecting portion at a different position of the corresponding first connecting member, so that the spacing between the two second connecting members can correspond to electronic devices with different spans, thereby enabling the female end member to cooperate with electronic devices of different sizes and achieving the purpose of eliminating the need for re-drilling.
[0046] A third aspect of the present application provides an electronic device assembly, comprising an electronic device and a hanger assembly according to either the first or second aspect, wherein the electronic device is mounted on a male end member of the hanger assembly. The hanger assembly according to the first or second aspect can be used to hang electronic devices of different sizes, thereby avoiding the need for re-drilling holes when changing the size of the electronic device. [0082] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a hanger in the related art. Currently, electronic devices 11, such as televisions, monitors, or advertising screens, are mounted on walls or supporting structures using a hanger. As shown in Figure 1 , the hanger includes a fixing plate 12 and two support beams 13. The fixing plate 12 is fixedly connected to a wall 14, while the two support beams 13 are fixedly connected to the back of the electronic device 11 and connected to opposite ends of the fixing plate 12.
[0083] However, the aforementioned hanger only accommodates electronic devices 11 of one size. When replacing an electronic device 11 of a different size, a new hole must be drilled in the wall 14 to accommodate the replacement hanger. Therefore, the hanger is not compatible with electronic devices 11 of multiple sizes. Re-drilling is required when replacing an electronic device 11 of a different size, which compromises the integrity of the user's wall and poses safety risks to the material being used. Furthermore, the aforementioned hanger is relatively thick, which creates an excessive distance between the electronic device 11 and the wall 14.
[0084] In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a hanger assembly 100 and an electronic device 200 assembly. This eliminates the need for re-drilling when replacing electronic devices 200 of different sizes, thus avoiding damage to the wall's integrity and ensuring safety. Furthermore, this reduces the difficulty of installing the electronic device 200. Furthermore, it reduces the distance between the electronic device 200 and the wall, achieving an ultra-thin, wall-mounted feel.
[0085] FIG2 is a schematic diagram of the structure of an electronic device assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG2 , the electronic device assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application includes an electronic device 200 and a hanger assembly 100 , wherein the electronic device 200 is hung at a fixed position 300 via the hanger assembly 100 .
[0086] The electronic device 200 may include but is not limited to a television, a display, an advertising screen, etc. In the embodiment of the present application, a television is used as an example of the electronic device 200 for illustration.
[0087] Among them, the fixed position 300 may include but is not limited to a wall, a cabinet, a suspension, etc. In the embodiment of the present application, the wall is taken as the above-mentioned fixed position 300 as an example for explanation.
[0088] The implementation of the rack assembly 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
[0089] Figure 3 is a front view of a first type of hanger assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application, Figure 4 is a rear view of the hanger assembly shown in Figure 3, and Figure 5 is a left side view of the hanger assembly shown in Figure 3. In conjunction with Figure 2 above, and referring to Figures 3 to 5, the hanger assembly 100 in this embodiment of the present application includes a female end member 10 and a male end member 20. The female end member 10 is configured to be detachably connected to the male end member 20 and is configured to be connected to a fixed position 300. One of the female end member 10 and the male end member 20 includes at least one fixing hole 32. For example, as shown in Figure 3, the female end member 10 includes at least one fixing hole 32, and of course, the male end member 20 may also include at least one fixing hole 32. The specific number of fixing holes 32 is not limited herein. For example, as shown in Figure 3, the female end member 10 includes eighteen fixing holes 32, but the number of fixing holes 32 is not limited to eighteen. The at least one fixing hole 32 enables the female end member 10 to be compatible with electronic devices 200 of various sizes.
[0090] In some possible implementations, one of the female end piece 10 and the male end piece 20 includes multiple user groups. For example, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the female end piece 10 includes multiple user groups. Of course, the male end piece 20 may also include multiple user groups. Each user group includes at least one fixing hole 32. Each user group corresponds to an electronic device 200 of a certain size and is used to mate the electronic device 200 of the corresponding size with the female end piece 10.
[0091] In the embodiment of the present application, a usage group can be understood as a set of at least one fixing hole 32 used to secure the female end piece 10 to a fixed position 300 when the female end piece 10 is mated with an electronic device 200 of any size. For example, as shown in FIG3 , the hanger assembly 100 is used to mate with a 50-inch electronic device 200. In this case, the usage group corresponding to the 50-inch electronic device 200 includes eight fixing holes 32, each of which is used to pass through a first fixing member 41, which secures the female end piece 10 to the fixed position 300.
[0092] For multiple use groups corresponding to electronic devices 200 of multiple sizes, at least two of the multiple use groups may have the same number of fixing holes 32. For example, the female end piece 10 includes three use groups, two of which include four fixing holes 32, and the remaining use group includes three fixing holes 32. Of course, the number of fixing holes 32 in the multiple use groups of the female end piece 10 may also be different. For example, the female end piece 10 includes three use groups, the first use group includes four fixing holes 32, the second use group includes five fixing holes 32, and the third use group includes six fixing holes 32.
[0093] In some embodiments, at least two of the multiple user groups of the female end piece 10 can share at least one fixing hole 32. For example, in some embodiments, two user groups corresponding to a 50-inch electronic device 200 and a 60-inch electronic device 200 can share one fixing hole 32. In other words, when electronic devices 200 of two sizes are mated with the female end piece 10, one fixing hole 32 is reused.
[0094] It should be noted that, in addition to sharing at least one fixing hole 32 , the two user groups corresponding to the two electronic devices 200 of different sizes may not share the fixing hole 32 .
[0095] It should be noted that when the fixing holes 32 are provided on the male end piece 20 , each fixing hole 32 in the use group is used for allowing a second fixing piece 42 to pass through, and the second fixing piece 42 is used to fix the electronic device 200 and the male end piece 10 .
[0096] In some possible implementations, as shown in conjunction with FIG3 and FIG4 , the female end piece 10 includes two first connectors 11, each of which has at least one fixing hole 32. Correspondingly, each use group includes two sub-hole groups, each of which corresponds to the two first connectors 11, and each sub-hole group includes at least one fixing hole 32 of the corresponding first connector 11. The number of fixing holes 32 in the two sub-hole groups can be the same or different.
[0097] Continuing with Figures 3 and 4 , the female end member 10 includes two first connectors 11. The two first connectors 11 are arranged side by side and spaced apart along the second direction (direction Y in Figure 3 ), and each first connector 11 is configured to be removably connected to the male end member 20. This arrangement, in which the first and second ends of the male end member 20 are respectively connected to the two first connectors 11, not only facilitates the connection between the male end member 20 and the female end member 10 but also reduces the cost of the female end member 10.
[0098] Each first connecting member 11 includes at least one fixing hole 32. For example, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, each first connecting member 11 includes nine fixing holes 32. Of course, the number of fixing holes 32 included in each first connecting member 11 is not limited to nine. Each fixing hole 32 is used to pass through a first fixing member 41, which is used to fix the first connecting member 11.
[0099] There is no limitation on how the first fixing member 41 fixes the first connecting member 11. For example, the first fixing member 41 passes through the fixing hole 32 and is inserted into the fastening hole (not shown in the figure) of the fixed position 300 to fix the first connecting member 11 to the fixed position 300. There is no limitation on the specific number of the first fixing members 41. For example, as shown in Figure 3, each first connecting member 11 corresponds to four first fixing members 41. There is no limitation on the specific structure of the first fixing member 41. For example, as shown in Figure 3, the first fixing member 41 may include but is not limited to a screw, which is inserted into the fastening hole of the fixed position 300 and connected to the internal thread of the fixed position 300.
[0100] Continuing to refer to Figures 3 and 4, the two first connecting members 11 have the same number of fixing holes 32, and the fixing holes 32 of the two first connecting members 11 are symmetrically arranged. In other words, the distribution of the fixing holes 32 of the two first connecting members 11 is symmetrical about a symmetry axis parallel to the first direction (such as the X direction in Figure 3 or Figure 4), and the symmetry axis is arranged between the two first connecting members 11.
[0101] Of course, in some embodiments, the numbers of the fixing holes 32 of the two first connecting members 11 may be different, and the fixing holes 32 of the two first connecting members 11 may also be asymmetrically arranged.
[0102] Therefore, whether the number of fixing holes 32 of the two first connectors 11 is the same or different, and whether they are arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically, the female end member 10 can be adapted to electronic devices 200 of different spans by moving one or both first connectors 11, without having to re-drill holes in the fixing position 300. However, the fact that the number of fixing holes 32 of the two first connectors 11 is the same and they are arranged symmetrically can reduce the difficulty of adjusting the positions of the two first connectors 11 to correspond to different spans of electronic devices 200, thereby facilitating faster adjustment of the rack assembly 100. The first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular.
[0103] In some possible implementations, as shown in conjunction with Figures 3 and 4 , at least one first connector 11 includes multiple fixing holes 32. For example, as shown in Figure 4 , both first connectors 11 include multiple fixing holes 32. At least two of the multiple fixing holes 32 of the first connector 11 are spaced apart along the second direction. For example, as shown in Figure 4 , seven of the nine fixing holes 32 of each first connector 11 are spaced apart along the second direction, and the remaining two fixing holes 32 are spaced apart along the second direction. This arrangement can reduce the difficulty of providing the fixing holes 32 on the first connector 11.
[0104] FIG6 is a schematic diagram of the female end member and the first fixed engagement of the hanger assembly in FIG3 . In some possible implementations, at least one first connector 11 includes two subgroups 31. For example, as shown in FIG4 , both first connectors 11 include two subgroups 31. Of course, the number of first connectors 11 with two subgroups 31 may be less than two. As shown in FIG6 , the two subgroups 31 are spaced apart along the first direction. Each subgroup 31 includes at least one fixing hole 32. For example, as shown in FIG4 , each subgroup 31 includes multiple fixing holes 32. Of course, one subgroup 31 may include multiple fixing holes 32 and another subgroup 31 may include a single fixing hole 32.
[0105] The number of fixing holes 32 in the two groups 31 may be the same or different. For example, as shown in FIG3 and FIG4 , the number of fixing holes 32 in the two groups 31 is different, where one group 31 includes seven fixing holes 32 and the other group 31 includes two fixing holes 32 .
[0106] Among them, when at least one group 31 includes multiple fixing holes 32, the multiple fixing holes 32 of each group 31 in at least one group 31 are arranged side by side and at intervals along the second direction. For example, as shown in Figure 6, both groups 31 include multiple fixing holes 32, so the multiple fixing holes 32 of each group 31 in the two groups 31 are arranged side by side and at intervals along the second direction.
[0107] In summary, by dividing the multiple fixing holes 32 of each first connecting member 11 into two groups 31, each first connecting member 11 has two connection areas, which can effectively distribute the positions of the multiple connection points of each first connecting member 11 and the fixed position 300. This not only reduces the number of first fixing members 41, but also improves the connection strength between each first connecting member 11 and the fixed position 300, thereby preventing the electronic device 200 from accidentally falling.
[0108] In some possible implementations, at least one first connector 11 includes multiple fixing holes 32, and at least two of the multiple fixing holes 32 have the same shape. In other words, the multiple fixing holes 32 have at least two shapes. For example, as shown in FIG4 , the first connector 11 includes two types of fixing holes 32: a racetrack-shaped and a circular shape.
[0109] Of course, in some embodiments, at least one first connecting member 11 includes a plurality of fixing holes 32 , and the shapes of the plurality of fixing holes 32 may also be different.
[0110] In summary, the shapes of the multiple fixing holes 32 in at least one first connector 11 can be identical or partially identical. For example, as shown in FIG4 , some of the fixing holes 32 in each first connector 11 are racetrack holes, while others are circular holes. Alternatively, in some embodiments, all of the fixing holes 32 in each first connector 11 are racetrack holes (not shown).
[0111] In some possible implementations, when at least three fixing holes 32 among the multiple fixing holes 32 of at least one first connecting member 11 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, the center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32 among the at least three fixing holes 32 along the second direction (for example, as shown by J in Figure 4) is the same.
[0112] For example, as shown in FIG4 , in a first connector 11, one of two groups 31 includes seven fixing holes 32, while the other group 31 includes two fixing holes 32. For the group 31 containing seven fixing holes 32, the center-to-center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32 along the second direction is the same. This arrangement allows one or both first connectors 11 to move the same distance, allowing the male member 20 to hang electronic devices 200 of different spans on the female member 10, thus simplifying the mating of the female member 10 with electronic devices 200 of different spans.
[0113] There is no restriction on the specific value of the center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32 among the at least three fixing holes 32 spaced apart along the second direction. For example, the center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32 among the at least three fixing holes 32 spaced apart along the second direction in the first connector 11 can be equal to half of the difference between the spans of the two sizes of electronic devices 200. For example, as shown in FIG4 , the center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32 is equal to half of the difference between the span of 400 mm and the span of 500 mm, that is, the center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32 is equal to 50 mm. With such a setting, one or two first connectors 11 can be moved N times of the center distance, so that the distance between the two first connectors 11 corresponds to electronic devices 200 of different spans, thereby reducing the difficulty of matching the female end piece 10 with electronic devices 200 of different spans.
[0114] Since the rack assembly 100 can be adapted to electronic devices 200 of various sizes, the spans corresponding to the rack assembly 100 may include, but are not limited to, at least two of 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, etc. Therefore, the two spans used to calculate the center-to-center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32 can, in principle, cover all spans corresponding to the rack assembly 100. For example, the rack assembly 100 can correspond to three spans of 400mm, 500mm, and 800mm. In this case, the difference between any two spans is 100mm, 300mm, and 400mm, respectively. In order to ensure that the female end member 10 can be adapted to different spans by moving one or two first connectors 11, the smallest span difference is selected for calculating the center-to-center distance between two adjacent fixing holes 32.
[0115] In one possible implementation, referring to Figures 3 and 4 , the two first connectors 11 are mirror-symmetrical. Of course, the two first connectors 11 may also be non-mirror-symmetrical. Therefore, the two first connectors 11 may be mirror-symmetrical or non-mirror-symmetrical, and both may eliminate the need to re-drill holes in the fixed position 300 when replacing electronic devices 200 of different sizes. However, the mirror-symmetrical nature of the two first connectors 11 can increase the range of spans of electronic devices 200 that can be mounted on the bracket assembly 100 by swapping the positions of the two first connectors 11 without the need for drilling. In addition, the length dimension of each first connector 11 can also be reduced, which contributes to the miniaturization of the first connector 11.
[0116] In one possible embodiment, as shown in conjunction with FIG. 3 and FIG. 6 , the hanger assembly 100 may further include a first elastic member 60, which is disposed on the female end member 10. The first elastic member 60 is configured to cause the hook 212 of the male end member 20 to abut against the connecting portion 111 of the female end member 10. This configuration can improve the connection strength between the hook 212 and the connecting portion 111.
[0117] 6 , the first elastic member 60 includes a plurality of elastic sub-members 61 , each first connecting member 11 corresponds to at least one elastic sub-member 61 , and at least a portion of each elastic sub-member 61 corresponding to each first connecting member 11 is disposed inside the groove.
[0118] There is no limitation on the number of elastic sub-components 61 corresponding to each first connecting member 11 . For example, as shown in FIG. 6 , each first connecting member 11 corresponds to two elastic sub-components 61 .
[0119] There is no limitation on the specific structure of the elastic sub-components 61. For example, as shown in FIG6, each elastic sub-component 61 can be a spring.
[0120] Figure 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the male end member in the hanger assembly shown in Figure 3. In combination with Figures 3 and 6 above, and referring to Figure 7, the male end member 20 includes two second connecting members 21. Among them, the two first connecting members 11 correspond to the two second connecting members 21 one by one. Each first connecting member 11 includes a connecting portion 111, and each second connecting member 21 is detachably connected to the connecting portion 111 of the corresponding second connecting member 21. The two second connecting members 21 are detachably connected to the first end and the second end of the electronic device 200, respectively, so as to realize the detachable connection between the male end member 20 and the electronic device 200. Such an arrangement can not only enable the male end member 20 to be connected to electronic devices 200 of different sizes, but also reduce the volume of the male end member 20.
[0121] Continuing with FIG6 , along the first direction, the connecting portion 111 of each first connector 11 is spaced apart from a subgroup 31 of the first connector 11. The projection of the connecting portion 111 partially overlaps with the projection of the subgroup 31, while the projection of the connecting portion 111 does not overlap with the projection of another subgroup 31. In other words, the two subgroups 31 of each first connector 11 are disposed on adjacent sides of the connecting portion 111. This arrangement allows the two subgroups 31 of each first connector 11 to be disposed on adjacent sides of the corresponding second connector 21, preventing the second connector 21 from interfering with the first fixing member 41 passing through the fixing hole 32.
[0122] The specific structure of the connecting portion 111 is not limited here. It can be determined according to the connection method between the connecting portion 111 and the second connecting member 21. For example, when the second connecting member 21 is connected to the connecting portion 111 by hanging, the connecting portion 111 can be an L-shaped plate structure (as shown in Figure 6), and a groove is formed between the connecting portion 111 and the main body 112.
[0123] Continuing with FIG6 , each first connector 11 further includes a main body portion 112. The connecting portion 111 is disposed on a side of the main body portion 112 facing the electronic device 200 and is connected to the main body portion 112. The main body portion 112 includes at least one fixing hole 32. For example, as shown in FIG6 , the main body portion 112 includes nine fixing holes 32, which are divided into two groups 31.
[0124] 6 , the main body 112 has a plate-like structure, which can increase the contact area between the main body 112 and the fixing portion 300, thereby improving the connection strength between the first connecting member 11 and the fixing portion 300. The thickness of the first connecting member 11 can also be reduced to reduce the distance between the electronic device 200 and the fixing portion 300.
[0125] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6 , the main body 112 and the connecting portion 111 may be an integral structure, which can improve the production efficiency and service life of the first connecting member 11 .
[0126] There is no limitation on how each second connecting member 21 is connected to the electronic device 200. For example, referring to FIG7 , each second connecting member 21 includes a fastening through-hole for passing a second fixing member 42 . The second fixing member 42 passes through the fastening through-hole and connects to the electronic device 200 to secure the second connecting member 21 to the back of the electronic device 200. There is no limitation on the specific structure of the second fixing member 42 . For example, the second fixing member 42 may include, but is not limited to, a screw disposed in the fastening through-hole and threadedly connected to the electronic device 200.
[0127] There are no limitations on how each second connector 21 is connected to the connecting portion 111. For example, referring to Figure 7 , each second connector 21 includes a main body 211 and a hook 212. The hook 212 has opposing ends pivotally connected to the first and second ends of the main body 211, respectively. The hook 212 is attached to the corresponding connecting portion 111 of the second connector 21. Specifically, a portion of the hook 212 is disposed within a groove defined by the connecting portion 111 and the main body 112. The main body 211 is configured to connect to the electronic device 200. This arrangement allows the hook 212 to open or close relative to the main body 211. When the hook 212 is in this position, it increases installation space and facilitates connection between the hook 212 and the connecting portion 111. Therefore, the pivotable connection between the main body 211 and the hook 212 reduces the difficulty of connecting the male end member 20 to the female end member 10, thereby simplifying the installation of the electronic device 200.
[0128] The specific structure of the hook 212 is not limited herein. For example, the hook 212 may include a U-shaped rod segment and two L-shaped rod segments, the two L-shaped rod segments being connected to the two vertical ends of the U-shaped rod end and disposed within the opening of the U-shaped rod end, and the two L-shaped rod segments being rotatably connected to the first end and the second end of the main body 211, respectively.
[0129] The specific structure of the main body 211 is not limited here. The main body 211 includes a fastening through hole.
[0130] In one possible implementation, the hanger assembly 100 may further include a locking member 50. The locking member 50 is disposed between the female end member 10 and the male end member 20 and is used to lock the male end member 20 and the female end member 10. This arrangement prevents the electronic device 200 from shaking. Furthermore, the thickness of the hanger assembly 100 can be reduced, thereby reducing the distance between the electronic device 200 and the fixing member 300, achieving an ultra-thin, wall-mounted feel.
[0131] There is no limitation on how the locking member 50 locks the male member 20 and the female member 10. In one embodiment, the locking member 50 is connected to one of the female member 10 and the male member 20 and is magnetically connected to the other. Since both the female member 10 and the male member 20 contain metal elements, a locking member 50 made of a magnetic material can be used to magnetically connect the female member 10 or the male member 20. This not only locks the female member 10 and the male member 20, but also reduces the number of parts in the hanger assembly 100, thereby simplifying the structure of the hanger assembly 100. Furthermore, the cost of the hanger assembly 100 can be reduced.
[0132] As shown in Figure 3, since the female end member 10 includes two first connecting members 11, and the male end member 20 includes two second connecting members 21. Therefore, as shown in Figure 7, the locking member 50 includes a plurality of magnetic members 51. Among them, each second connecting member 21 corresponds to at least one magnetic member 51, and each second connecting member 21 is magnetically connected to the corresponding first connecting member 11 through the corresponding at least one magnetic member 51. For example, as shown in Figure 7, each second connecting member 21 corresponds to three magnetic members 51, and the three magnetic members 51 are arranged between the corresponding first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 21. The three magnetic members 51 are distributed in a herringbone shape, and the three magnetic members 51 are fixedly connected to the second connecting member 21. At least one magnetic component 51 corresponding to each second connecting member 21 can be fixedly connected to one of the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 21 and used to be magnetically connected to the other one. Of course, when each second connecting member 21 corresponds to multiple magnetic components 51, a part of the multiple magnetic components 51 can also be fixedly connected to the first connecting member 11, and the other part can also be fixedly connected to the second connecting member 21.
[0133] In one possible implementation, when the female end member 10 is connected to the male end member 20, the thickness of the hanger assembly 100 (as shown by H in FIG. 5 ) along the third direction (direction Z in FIG. 5 ) is less than or equal to 10 mm. Because the first connector 11 and the second connector 21 are both plate-like structures, and the first connector 11 is connected to the second connector 21 by hanging, the thickness of the hanger assembly 100 can be less than or equal to 10 mm, which can reduce the distance between the electronic device 200 and the fixed position 300, achieving an ultra-thin wall mounting distance.
[0134] There is no limitation on the specific thickness of the rack assembly 100. For example, the thickness of the rack assembly 100 may include, but is not limited to, 10 mm, 9 mm, 8 mm, and the like.
[0135] The following describes how the rack assembly 100 shown in FIG. 3 fixes the electronic device 200 at the fixed position 300 .
[0136] Figure 8 is a schematic diagram of the hook of the hanger assembly in Figure 3 unfolded, Figure 9 is a schematic diagram of the hook of the hanger assembly in Figure 3 attached to the connecting portion, and Figure 10 is a schematic diagram of the locking member locking the male and female members in Figure 3. During the installation of electronic device 200, first, the male member 20 is installed on electronic device 200, and the female member 10 is installed in the fixed position 300. Then, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the hook 212 of the male member 20 is opened, that is, the angle between the hook 212 and the main member 211 is greater than 45°. The electronic device 200 is lifted so that the hook 212 is hooked on the connecting portion 111 of the female member 10, that is, the hook 212 is partially installed in the groove of the female member 10, at which point the first elastic member 60 abuts the hook 212. Subsequently, the electronic device 200 is pushed toward the fixed position 300, causing the locking member 50 to magnetically connect with the first connecting member 11, securing the electronic device 200 in place, as shown in Figure 10.
[0137] As can be seen from Figures 8 and 9 , the installation of electronic device 200 is achieved by hooking hook 212 to connecting portion 111, which reduces the difficulty of installing electronic device 200. Furthermore, by using first elastic member 60 to abut hook 212 against connecting portion 111, and locking member 50 to lock first connecting member 11 and second connecting member 21, the stability of the connection between male member 20 and female member 10 is improved, preventing accidental drops of electronic device 200. Furthermore, the locking member 50, in conjunction with the hooking method, can also reduce the thickness of hanger assembly 100, achieving an ultra-thin, wall-mounted feel.
[0138] The following describes how the rack assembly 100 shown in FIG. 3 can be used with electronic devices 200 of different sizes without re-drilling holes.
[0139] Figure 11 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the female end piece in Figure 3 cooperating with a span of 400mm, Figure 12 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the female end piece in Figure 3 cooperating with a span of 500mm, and Figure 13 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the female end piece in Figure 3 cooperating with a span of 800mm. Among them, K in Figures 11 to 13 refers to the span, and therefore, Figure 11 shows a schematic diagram of the female end piece 10 cooperating with a span of 400mm. As shown in Figure 11, when the span of the electronic device 200 is 400mm, each first connecting member 11 can correspond to three first fixing members 41, so six fastening holes need to be drilled in the fixing position 300. As shown in conjunction with Figures 1 and 12 , when the electronic device 200 with a span of 500 mm is replaced, without the need to re-drill holes in the fixing position 300, the first fixing member 41 is removed, so that the two first connecting members 11 are moved 50 mm to the sides, so that the spacing between the two first connecting members 11 corresponds to the span of 500 mm. At this time, the first fixing member 41 is inserted into the fastening hole of the fixing position 300 through the remaining fixing hole 32 of each first connecting member 11 to fix each first connecting member 11 to the fixing position 300. Similarly, as shown in conjunction with Figures 11 and 13 , when the electronic device 200 with a span of 800 mm is replaced, the positions of the two mirror-symmetrical first connecting members 11 are swapped, and the spacing between the two first connecting members 11 is adjusted so that the spacing between the two first connecting members 11 corresponds to the span of 800 mm. The first fixing member 41 is then inserted into the corresponding fixing hole 32.
[0140] In summary, by providing multiple fixing holes 32 on the two first connectors 11 and adjusting the placement of the two first connectors 11 so that the fixing holes 32 at different locations cooperate with the first fixing member 41, it is possible to achieve the goal of not having to re-drill holes when replacing electronic devices 200 of different sizes. Furthermore, by ensuring that the number of fixing holes 32 on the two first connectors 11 is the same and that they are arranged symmetrically, the difficulty of adjusting the two first connectors 11 can be reduced, thereby reducing the difficulty of mating the female end piece 10 with electronic devices 200 of different sizes. Furthermore, by ensuring that the two first connectors 11 are mirror-symmetrical, the span range of electronic devices 200 that the female end piece 10 can accommodate can be widened.
[0141] It should be noted that, in conjunction with Figures 11 to 13 , each first connector 11 includes three sub-hole groups, and each sub-hole group includes three fixing holes 32. Specifically, when the female end piece 10 is used with an electronic device 200 with a span of 500 mm and an electronic device 200 with a span of 800 mm, the two sub-hole groups corresponding to the electronic devices 200 of the two sizes share (reuse) one fixing hole 32. Therefore, each first connector 11 can include multiple sub-hole groups, one sub-hole group corresponding to each size of the electronic device 200, and the sub-hole groups corresponding to any two sizes of electronic devices 200 can share at least one fixing hole 32 or no fixing hole 32.
[0142] It should also be noted that, as shown in Figure 3, each first connector 11 includes a plurality of fixing holes 32. However, at least one first connector 11 may also include a bar-shaped fixing hole 32. In some embodiments, each first connector 11 may include a bar-shaped fixing hole 32, the extension direction of the fixing hole 32 is parallel to the second direction, and the first fixing member 41 corresponding to each first connector 11 moves inside the fixing hole 32 to ensure that the two first connectors 11 can move so that the spacing between the two first connectors 11 corresponds to different spans. Or in some embodiments, one of the two first connectors 11 includes a plurality of fixing holes 32 and the other includes a bar-shaped fixing hole 32, which can also achieve the effect of replacing the size of the electronic device 200 without having to re-drill holes.
[0143] Figure 14 is a schematic structural diagram of the second type of hanger assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application, Figure 15 is a front view at the dashed line in Figure 14, and Figure 16 is a rear view at the dashed line in Figure 14. The difference between Figure 14 and Figure 3 is that the structure of the locking member 50 is different. Specifically, in conjunction with Figures 14 to 16, it can be seen that the locking member 50 includes two latches 52, two second elastic members 54, and two pull ropes 53. Each second connecting member 21 corresponds to a latch 52, a second elastic member 54, and a pull rope 53. The latch 52 is slidably connected to the second connecting member 21 and is used to abut the latch portion 113 of the first connecting member 11. The second elastic member 54 is respectively connected to the latch 52 and the second connecting member 21, and the second elastic member 54 is used to cause the latch 52 to have a tendency to move along the first direction toward the latch portion 113. One end of the pull rope 53 is connected to the fastener 52 . The operator pulls the pull rope 53 to move the fastener 52 along the first direction away from the fastening portion 113 , thereby releasing the fastening relationship between the fastener 52 and the fastener 52 .
[0144] Continuing with FIG14 , each first connector 11 includes an escape opening 12 extending through the first connector 11 along the third direction and configured to accommodate at least a portion of the latch 52, a portion of the pull cord 53, and at least a portion of the latch portion 113. This arrangement prevents the hanger assembly 100 from being excessively thick, thereby reducing the distance between the electronic device 200 and the fixed location 300.
[0145] Continuing to refer to Figures 14 and 15, along the third direction, the side of the fastener 52 facing the fastener portion 113 has a slope. During the movement of the second connecting member 21 toward the first connecting member 11, the fastener 52 is snapped into the inner side of the fastener portion 113 through the slope, thereby achieving the snap connection between the fastener 52 and the fastener portion 113.
[0146] There is no limitation on the specific structure of the second elastic member 54. For example, as shown in FIG16, each second elastic member 54 may include two springs 541, which are arranged side by side and spaced apart along the second direction.
[0147] FIG17 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the female end piece of the third type of hanger assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application and the cooperation with different spans. The difference between FIG17 and FIG3 is that when the multiple fixing holes 32 of at least one first connecting member 11 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, the center distances between two adjacent fixing holes 32 in the at least three fixing holes 32 of at least one first connecting member 11 are not the same along the second direction. For example, as shown in FIG17 , the spacings between two adjacent fixing holes 32 in a group 31 of at least three fixing holes 32 arranged at intervals along the second direction in two first connecting members 11 are not the same (such as J1 and J2 in FIG17 are not equal). In other words, the at least three fixing holes 32 in the first connecting member 11 are arranged at non-equal intervals along the second direction.
[0148] In some embodiments, the fixing hole 32 in the first connector 11 for passing the first fixing member 41 when in the first position partially overlaps with the fixing hole 32 in the first connector 11 when in the second position. This arrangement ensures that after the first connector 11 moves a certain distance, the first fixing member 41 passes through the fixing hole 32 of the first connector 41, allowing the female end member 10 to be compatible with electronic devices 200 of different sizes. The first position refers to the position in which the first fixing member 41 passes when the female end member 10 is compatible with a first span, and the second position refers to the position in which the first fixing member 41 passes when the female end member 10 is compatible with a second span. The first span and the second span are not equal.
[0149] It can be understood that, as shown in Figure 17, by making the fixing holes 32 used by each first fixing member 41 in the previous span (such as K1 in Figure 17) partially overlap with the fixing holes 32 used by the first fixing member 41 in the next span (such as K2 in Figure 17), it can be ensured that after the first connecting member 11 is moved a certain distance, the first fixing member 41 can use the fixing holes 32 to fix the first connecting member 11, thereby achieving the purpose of not having to re-drill holes.
[0150] FIG18 is a schematic structural diagram of the fourth type of hanger assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application. FIG18 differs from FIG3 in that the fixing holes 32 are not provided on the female end member 10, but on the male end member 20. Specifically, as shown in FIG18 , the female end member 10 includes two first connectors 11, and the male end member 20 includes two second connectors 21. The two second connectors 21 correspond one-to-one with the two first connectors 11, and each second connector 21 is detachably connected to the corresponding first connector 11. Each second connector 21 includes at least one fixing hole 32. For example, as shown in FIG18 , each second connector 21 includes a plurality of fixing holes 32 spaced apart along the second direction. Each second connector 21 includes six fixing holes 32. Of course, the number of fixing holes 32 in each second connector 21 may be more or less than six. Each fixing hole 32 is used to allow a second fixing member 42 that secures the second connector 21 to the electronic device 200 to pass through.
[0151] As can be seen from FIG18 , when the male end member 20 is matched with a span of 400 mm, one of the multiple fixing holes 32 of each second connector 21 is used to allow the second fixing member 42 to pass through, so that each second connector 21 is connected to the electronic device 200. When the size of the electronic device 200 is changed, another fixing hole 32 of the multiple fixing holes 32 of each second connector 21 is used to allow the second fixing member 42 to pass through, so that the second connector 21 is connected to the electronic device 200 after the size change. It can be seen that when different fixing holes 32 on each second connector 21 pass through the second fixing member 42, the spacing between the two second connectors 21 can correspond to electronic devices 200 with different spans. In this process, it is only necessary to adjust the position of the fixing hole 32 of the second connector 21 through which the second fixing member 42 passes, without the need for re-drilling.
[0152] It can be understood that when the fixing hole 32 is provided on the male end piece 20 and the male end piece 20 includes two second connecting pieces 21, each use group may also include two sub-hole groups, and the two sub-hole groups correspond one-to-one to the two second connecting pieces 21 respectively, and each sub-hole group includes at least one fixing hole 32 of the corresponding second connecting piece 21, and the number of fixing holes 32 in the two sub-hole groups may be the same or different.
[0153] 18 , the number of the fixing holes 32 on the two second connecting members 21 is the same and they are symmetrically arranged. However, the number of the fixing holes 32 on the two second connecting members 21 may also be different.
[0154] It should be noted that, in addition to being composed of two first connecting members 11 , the female end member 10 may also be an integral member. In this case, the two second connecting members 21 are detachably connected to the first end and the second end of the female end member 10 , respectively.
[0155] Figure 19 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the fifth type of hanger assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 19 differs from Figure 18 in that each second connecting member 21 includes a strip-shaped fixing hole 32. Because the fixing hole 32 extends parallel to the second direction, the second fixing member 42 can move within the fixing hole 32 along the second direction. Therefore, the spacing between the two second connecting members 21 is variable, ensuring that the male end member 20 can accommodate electronic devices 200 with different spans.
[0156] As shown in FIG19 , the female end piece 10 includes two first connectors 11, and each second connector 21 is detachably connected to a corresponding first connector 11. However, in some embodiments, the female end piece 10 may also include a body portion 112 and two connecting portions 111, each connecting portion 111 being configured to detachably connect to a second connector 21. In other words, the female end piece 10 is equivalent to the two first connectors 11 being an integral structure, and the female end piece 10 being a single piece.
[0157] As can be seen from Figure 19, each second connecting member 21 includes a bar-shaped fixing hole 32. However, in some embodiments, one of the two second connecting members 21 may also include a plurality of fixing holes 32 spaced apart along the second direction, and the other includes a bar-shaped fixing hole 32. It is also possible to achieve variable spacing between the two second connecting members 21, thereby achieving the purpose of not having to re-drill holes.
[0158] In the above description, at least one fixing hole 32 cooperates with the first fixing member 41 or the second fixing member 42 to connect the male member 20 to electronic devices 200 of different sizes, eliminating the need for re-drilling. However, the hanger assembly 100 can also be connected to electronic devices 200 of different sizes by changing the connection position of the male member 20 and the female member 10. The following describes how changing the connection position of the male member 20 and the female member 10 can eliminate the need for re-drilling.
[0159] Figure 20 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the sixth type of hanger assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 20 differs from Figure 3 in that the female end member 10 includes multiple connecting portions 111, which are used to connect the male end member 20 to electronic devices 200 of various sizes. The multiple connecting portions 111 are spaced apart along the second direction, and at least one connecting portion 111 is configured to be detachably connected to the male end member 20. For example, as shown in Figure 20, the male end member 20 is connected to two of the multiple connecting portions 111.
[0160] The male member 20 includes two second connectors 21, each of which is configured to be detachably connected to a connection portion 111 of the female member 10. When each second connector 21 is connected to a connection portion 111 at a different location on the female member 10, the spacing between the two second connectors 21 can be varied, allowing the male member 20 to be connected to electronic devices 200 of different sizes and then to the female member 10, eliminating the need for re-drilling.
[0161] Figure 21 is a structural diagram of the seventh type of hanger assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application. The difference between Figure 21 and Figure 20 is that the female end piece 10 includes two first connecting pieces 11, each first connecting piece 11 includes a plurality of connecting portions 111, and the plurality of connecting portions 111 are arranged at intervals along the second direction. One connecting portion 111 of the plurality of connecting portions 111 of each first connecting piece 11 is used to connect to the corresponding second connecting piece 21. When each second connecting piece 21 is connected to a connecting portion 111 at a different position of the corresponding first connecting piece 11, the spacing between the two second connecting pieces 21 can be changed, so that the male end piece 20 can be connected to electronic devices 200 of different sizes and then connected to the female end piece 10, thereby achieving the purpose of not having to re-drill holes.
