Abstract
Description
Air treatment system and method for controlling an air treatment system
[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION This application relates to the field of air treatment, and more particularly to air treatment systems and methods of controlling air treatment systems.
[0002] With the continuous progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, people's requirements for living environments are also increasing, among which indoor temperature and humidity are important evaluation indicators of living environments. For example, in the rainy season and summer, indoor air is relatively humid, so it is necessary to use dehumidifiers to dehumidify the indoor air.
[0003] In an air treatment system, when dehumidifying operation is performed, the air passes through an evaporator installed in the room, and the moisture in the air is removed, causing dry air to be blown out, thereby achieving the dehumidifying effect.
[0004] It should be noted that the above description of the technical background is merely provided to clearly and completely explain the technical solutions of the present application and to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art, and it is not considered that the technical solutions are known to those skilled in the art merely because they are described in the background section of the present application.
[0005] The inventor discovered that in a conventional air treatment system, when dehumidifying, the heat exchanger in the dehumidifier functions as an evaporator and the heat exchanger in the outdoor unit functions as a condenser. However, in some applications, when only the dehumidifier is operating indoors, even if the outdoor unit is operating at minimum capacity, it is not possible to maintain a balance between the capacity of the outdoor unit and the capacity of the indoor unit, including the dehumidifier. In other words, the load on the dehumidifier is lower than the capacity of the outdoor unit. In this case, the heat exchanger in the dehumidifier may freeze due to its temperature being too low. Repeated on-off operations are required to prevent freezing, making it difficult to maintain continuous dehumidification.
[0006] To solve at least one of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide an air treatment system and a control method for the air treatment system, which, when the temperature of the heat exchanger in the dehumidification module is too low, increases the load of the dehumidification module or reduces the amount of refrigerant circulating to balance the capacity of the indoor unit and the capacity of the outdoor unit, thereby raising the temperature of the first heat exchanger, preventing freezing and repeated on-off cycles, and ensuring continuous dehumidification operation.
[0007] According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an air treatment system, the air treatment system including: a blower module for introducing air, the blower module having a fan; a dehumidification module provided on the output side of the blower module for dehumidifying the air output from the blower module, the dehumidification module having a first heat exchanger; and an outdoor unit having a compressor and a second heat exchanger, the compressor, the second heat exchanger and the first heat exchanger being connected in sequence by a refrigerant pipe; when dehumidification is being performed by the dehumidification module, the first heat exchanger operates as an evaporator and the second heat exchanger operates as a condenser; and when the temperature of the first heat exchanger falls below a predetermined value, the air volume of the fan of the blower module is increased or the flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidification module is reduced.
[0008] According to a second aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a control method for an air treatment system, the air treatment system including: a blower module for introducing air, the blower module having a fan; a dehumidification module provided on the output side of the blower module for dehumidifying the air output from the blower module, the dehumidification module having a first heat exchanger; and an outdoor unit having a compressor and a second heat exchanger, the compressor, the second heat exchanger, and the first heat exchanger being connected in sequence by a refrigerant pipe, the control method including, when dehumidification is being performed by the dehumidification module, operating the first heat exchanger as an evaporator and operating the second heat exchanger as a condenser, and when the temperature of the first heat exchanger becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined value, increasing the airflow rate of the fan of the blower module or reducing the flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidification module.
[0009] One of the beneficial effects of the embodiments of the present application is that when dehumidification is being performed by a dehumidifying module in an air treatment system, the first heat exchanger in the dehumidifying module operates as an evaporator, and the second heat exchanger in the outdoor unit operates as a condenser. When the temperature of the first heat exchanger falls below a predetermined value, the current load on the dehumidifying module is low, which may cause an imbalance with the capacity of the outdoor unit. In this case, the temperature of the first heat exchanger is raised by increasing the airflow rate of the fan in the air blower module or reducing the flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger in the dehumidifying module. If the temperature of the heat exchanger in the dehumidifying module is too low, the load on the dehumidifying module is increased or the amount of refrigerant circulating is reduced to raise the temperature of the first heat exchanger, thereby balancing the capacity of the indoor equipment and the outdoor unit. This prevents freezing and repeated on-off operation and ensures continuous dehumidifying operation.

[0015] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016] Example 1 Example 1 of the present application provides an air treatment system.
[0017] Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of one embodiment of an air treatment system according to Example 1 of the present application. In Fig. 1, solid lines between modules or devices indicate refrigerant lines, solid arrows indicate the flow of refrigerant, and hollow arrows indicate the flow of air.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 1, the air treatment system 100 includes: an air blower module 110 for introducing air, the air blower module 110 having a fan 111; a dehumidifier module 120 provided on the output side of the air blower module 110 for dehumidifying the air output from the air blower module 110, the dehumidifier module 120 having a first heat exchanger 121; and an outdoor unit 130 having a compressor 131 and a second heat exchanger 132, the compressor 131, the second heat exchanger 132 and the first heat exchanger 121 being connected in sequence by refrigerant pipes.
[0019] In some embodiments, the air blowing module 110 includes at least one of a fresh air treatment device, a total heat exchange device (e.g., with or without internal circulation function), and a ventilation device (e.g., with or without internal circulation function).
[0020] As shown in FIG. 1, in the blower module 110, OA denotes an outdoor air inlet, EA denotes an outdoor exhaust air outlet, SA denotes an indoor air outlet, and RA denotes an indoor return air outlet.
[0021] The fan 111 is used to create an air current, thereby drawing air into the room.
[0022] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the air blowing module 110 may further include a fan 112 for discharging air to the outside of the room and a total heat exchanger 113 .
[0023] In some embodiments, the blower module 110 has the functions of internal circulation and external circulation, for example, in the internal circulation mode, the blower module 110 is used to introduce indoor air, and the air circulates between SA and RA, and in the external circulation mode, the blower module 110 is used to introduce outdoor air, and the air enters from OA and is discharged from SA, and then enters from RA and is discharged from EA.
[0024] In some embodiments, the air blowing module 110 does not have an internal circulation function, for example, air enters through OA and then exits through SA, and then enters through RA and then exits through EA.
[0025] As shown in Figure 1, the dehumidification module 120 is provided on the output side of the air blower module 110, for example, on the side where SA in Figure 1 is located, and the dehumidification module 120 dehumidifies the air output from the air blower module 110 using a first heat exchanger 121 through which a refrigerant flows, and at this time, the first heat exchanger 121 operates as an evaporator.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 1 , the outdoor unit 130 has a compressor 131 and a second heat exchanger 132 , and may further include a bypass circuit 133 , a receiver 134 , and a pressure sensor 135 .
[0027] The compressor 131, the second heat exchanger 132 and the first heat exchanger 121 are connected in sequence by a refrigerant pipe. That is, from the output side of the compressor 131, the refrigerant flows in sequence through the compressor 131, the second heat exchanger 132 and the first heat exchanger 121, and the refrigerant that flows through the first heat exchanger 121 passes through the receiver 134 before flowing to the input side of the compressor 131.
[0028] 1 , the air treatment system 100 further includes an indoor unit 140, which has a third heat exchanger 141 having a refrigerant input side connected to the refrigerant input side of the first heat exchanger 121 and a refrigerant output side connected to the refrigerant output side of the first heat exchanger 121. Furthermore, the indoor unit 140 further includes a fan 142.
[0029] In some embodiments, the number of indoor units 140 can be set to one or more. When multiple indoor units 140 are set, the refrigerant input side of the third heat exchanger 141 of each indoor unit 140 is connected to the refrigerant input side of the first heat exchanger 121, and the refrigerant output side of the third heat exchanger 141 of each indoor unit 140 is connected to the refrigerant output side of the first heat exchanger 121.
[0030] In some embodiments, the air treatment system of the present application may adjust multiple indoor spaces, and the air output from the dehumidification module 120 after dehumidification may be sent to each of the multiple indoor spaces via air ducts. Each indoor space is provided with an indoor unit 140.
[0031] Furthermore, in some embodiments, some indoor spaces may be provided with indoor units 140 and some indoor spaces may not be provided with indoor units.
[0032] In some embodiments, the air handling system 100 includes an air conditioning system, which may be a commercial air conditioning system or a residential air conditioning system.
[0033] In some embodiments, the air conditioning system may include at least one set of outdoor units and at least one indoor unit connected to each set of outdoor units, i.e., the air conditioning system may include one or more sets of outdoor units, each set including at least one outdoor unit, and for each set of outdoor units, the outdoor unit of the set may be connected to at least one indoor unit.
[0034] For example, an air conditioning system includes one outdoor unit and one indoor unit connected to the outdoor unit.
[0035] For example, an air conditioning system includes one outdoor unit and at least two indoor units connected to the outdoor unit.
[0036] For example, an air conditioning system includes at least two outdoor units and at least two indoor units connected to the at least two outdoor units.
[0037] For example, an air conditioning system can include one refrigerant system or multiple refrigerant systems, whereby a set of outdoor units and at least one indoor unit connected to the set of outdoor units constitute one refrigerant system, or multiple sets of outdoor units and at least one indoor unit connected to each of the multiple sets of outdoor units constitute multiple refrigerant systems.
[0038] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit and the indoor unit may be air conditioners of various models, types, configurations, and capacities. For example, the indoor unit may be configured as ambient airflow, double-sided airflow, air duct, ground airflow, or baseboard airflow, and the outdoor unit may be configured as single-fan top airflow, double-fan top airflow, single-fan front airflow, or double-fan front airflow.
[0039] In one embodiment of the present invention, when dehumidification is being performed by the dehumidification module 120, the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120 operates as an evaporator, and the second heat exchanger 132 of the outdoor unit 130 operates as a condenser. When the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 falls below a predetermined value, the airflow rate of the fan 111 of the blower module 110 is increased, for example, the airflow rate of the fan 111 is adjusted to be higher than the predetermined airflow rate.
[0040] In this way, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 falls below a predetermined value, i.e., when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is too low and there is a possibility of freezing, the air volume of the fan 111 of the blower module 110 is increased, i.e., the flow rate of air entering the dehumidification module 120 is increased, thereby increasing the load on the dehumidification module 120 and the evaporation capacity of the first heat exchanger 121, and thereby raising the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 before it transitions to freezing, thereby preventing freezing and repeated start-stop operation.
[0041] The predetermined value may be set according to actual needs, for example, the predetermined value is −5° C. In this way, the occurrence of increased noise due to an increase in the airflow rate of the fan is minimized.
[0042] For example, when the air treatment system 100 is in cooling mode, and the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 drops below −5° C. after a predetermined time (e.g., 8 minutes) since the compressor 131 was started, and the air blower module 110 is not set to the low noise mode (quiet mode), the airflow level of the fan 111 of the air blower module 110 can be adjusted from the current level to a higher or highest level, such as a strong wind level, to quickly raise the temperature and prevent freezing. Furthermore, in the internal circulation mode, the airflow level of the fan 111 can be adjusted to a strong level.
[0043] In some embodiments, the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is determined based on the temperature of the refrigerant pipe of the first heat exchanger 121. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is determined based on the temperature in the refrigerant pipe of the first heat exchanger 121 (at P1). Or, the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is determined based on the temperature of the air on the output side of the dehumidification module 120. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is determined based on the temperature of the air on the output side of the dehumidification module 120 (at P2). Or, the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is determined based on the current value of the fan 111 of the blower module 110. For example, when the first heat exchanger 121 freezes, the air volume decreases due to the freezing and the resistance of the air passage increases, so the current value of the fan 111 increases.
[0044] In some embodiments, after the airflow rate of the fan 111 of the blower module 110 is increased, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 rises again to a temperature greater than the predetermined value, the airflow rate of the fan 111 is adjusted back to the airflow rate before the increase, so that there is no risk of freezing, the adjustment to increase the airflow rate can be terminated in a timely manner, and the impact of increased noise on users can be reduced.
[0045] For example, when the air treatment system 100 is not operating in cooling mode, or when the blower module 110 is set to low noise mode (quiet mode), or when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is greater than 0°C and the increase in the airflow rate of the fan 111 has been ongoing for 30 minutes without anti-freeze control, the airflow rate of the fan 111 is adjusted to the airflow rate before the increase.
[0046] In another embodiment of the present invention, when dehumidification is being performed by the dehumidification module 120, the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120 operates as an evaporator, and the second heat exchanger 132 of the outdoor unit 130 operates as a condenser, and when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 falls below a predetermined value, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120 is reduced.
[0047] In this way, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 falls below a predetermined value, i.e., when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is too low and there is a possibility of freezing, the flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120 is reduced, i.e., the amount of refrigerant circulating is reduced, the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 is increased, and freezing and repeated start-stop operations can be prevented.
[0048] Furthermore, the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 can be increased based on the control of the flow rate of the refrigerant, thereby satisfying the user's demand for low noise and preventing the noise from increasing.
[0049] For example, when the blower module 110 is set to low noise mode, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 falls below a predetermined value, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120 is reduced.
[0050] In some embodiments, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120 is reduced by increasing the flow rate of the refrigerant in the bypass circuit 133 of the outdoor unit 130. In this way, efficient control of the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 can be achieved with a simple operation.
[0051] As shown in FIG. 1 , the bypass circuit 133 is bypassed from between the first heat exchanger 121 and the second heat exchanger 132 to the input side of the compressor 131, and the bypass circuit 133 has a valve 136 for adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant. By adjusting the valve 136, the flow rate of the refrigerant in the bypass circuit 133 is increased, thereby reducing the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120.
[0052] For example, the valve 136 is a solenoid valve sv or an electric valve EVT.
[0053] In some embodiments, after the airflow rate of the fan 111 of the blower module 110 is increased, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 rises again to a temperature greater than the predetermined value, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120 is adjusted to the flow rate before reduction. In this way, there is no risk of freezing, and the adjustment to reduce the refrigerant flow rate can be terminated in a timely manner to avoid affecting the dehumidification operation.
[0054] 1, a pressure sensor 135 is used to detect the pressure on the input side of the compressor 131, and when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 135 is higher than a predetermined pressure, the fan 11 of the blower module 110 stops increasing the airflow rate or the dehumidifier module 120 stops reducing the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121. In this way, the safety of the system operation can be ensured.
[0055] 1, the blower module 110 and the dehumidifier module 120 are provided independently of each other, and the control board of the blower module 110 and the control board of the dehumidifier module 120 are provided independently of each other and are electrically connected. The interlocking of the blower module 110 and the dehumidifier module 120 can raise the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 and prevent freezing and repeated start-stop cycles.
[0056] In some embodiments, the air handling system 100 further includes a control module for performing related controls, such as controlling the airflow rate of the fan 111 of the blower module 110 and controlling the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger 121 of the dehumidification module 120.
[0057] For example, the control module is provided in the dehumidification module 120, and when the temperature of the first heat exchanger 121 falls below a predetermined value, the control module generates a control command to adjust the airflow rate and transmits the control command to the blower module 110. After receiving the command, the blower module 110 adjusts the airflow rate of the fan 111.
[0058] For example, the control module is a control board for the dehumidification module 120 .
[0059] In some embodiments, the air treatment system 100 further includes at least one controller, such as a controller provided corresponding to the indoor unit 140 and a controller connected to the air blowing module 110, and the controller is, for example, at least one of a centralized control device, a wire controller, and a remote control.
[0060] According to the above embodiment, when dehumidification is performed by the dehumidification module in the air treatment system, the first heat exchanger in the dehumidification module operates as an evaporator, and the second heat exchanger in the outdoor unit operates as a condenser. When the temperature of the first heat exchanger falls below a predetermined value, the current load of the dehumidification module is low and may be unbalanced with the capacity of the outdoor unit. In this case, the temperature of the first heat exchanger is raised by increasing the airflow rate of the fan in the air blower module or reducing the flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger in the dehumidification module. If the temperature of the heat exchanger in the dehumidification module is too low, the load of the dehumidification module is increased or the amount of refrigerant circulating is reduced to raise the temperature of the first heat exchanger, so as to balance the capacity of the indoor equipment and the capacity of the outdoor unit. This prevents freezing and repeated start-stop operation and ensures continuous dehumidification operation.
[0061] <Example 2> Example 2 of the present application provides an air treatment system similar to the air treatment system described in Example 1, but differs from the air treatment system described in Example 1 in that a separate heat exchanger is further provided in the dehumidification module and the indoor unit.
[0062] 2 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an air treatment system according to Example 2 of the present application. As shown in FIG. 2, the configuration of the air treatment system 100′ is almost the same as the configuration of the air treatment system 100 in Example 1, except that the dehumidification module 120 further includes a fourth heat exchanger 122 provided on the output side of the first heat exchanger 121. Furthermore, the indoor unit 140 may further include a fifth heat exchanger 143.
[0063] In some embodiments, the fourth heat exchanger 122 is a reheat heat exchanger for heating the dehumidified air, thereby preventing the air temperature from dropping after dehumidification and improving user comfort.
[0064] Similar to Example 1, if the temperature of the heat exchanger in the dehumidifying module is too low, the load of the dehumidifying module is increased or the refrigerant circulation rate is reduced to balance the capacity of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, thereby raising the temperature of the first heat exchanger, preventing freezing and repeated on-off cycles and ensuring continuous dehumidifying operation. Furthermore, by providing a reheat heat exchanger on the output side of the first heat exchanger 121, a drop in the air temperature after dehumidification can be prevented, improving user comfort.
[0065] Example 3 Example 3 of the present application provides a method for controlling an air treatment system, which is the air treatment system described in Example 1 or Example 2. For the specific configuration of the air treatment system, reference can be made to the description in Example 1 or Example 2, and the description will not be repeated here.
[0066] 3 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a control method for an air treatment system according to Example 3 of the present application. As shown in FIG. 3, the method includes the following steps:
[0067] In step 301, when the dehumidification module is performing dehumidification, if the temperature of the first heat exchanger becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined value, the air volume of the fan of the air blowing module is increased.
[0068] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, before step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
[0069] In step 302, the temperature of the first heat exchanger is determined based on the temperature of the refrigerant pipe of the first heat exchanger or the temperature of the air on the output side of the dehumidification module, or based on the current value of the fan of the blower module. That is, by determining the temperature of the first heat exchanger in step 302, it is determined in step 301 whether the temperature of the first heat exchanger is below a predetermined value.
[0070] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, after step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
[0071] In step 303, after increasing the airflow rate of the fan of the blower module, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger rises again to a temperature greater than the predetermined value, the airflow rate of the fan is adjusted to the airflow rate before the increase.
[0072] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, after step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
[0073] In step 304, when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor becomes higher than a predetermined pressure, the fan of the blower module stops increasing the air volume.
[0074] In FIG. 3, steps 302 to 304 are optional steps.
[0075] 4 is a block diagram of another embodiment of a control method for an air treatment system according to Example 3 of the present application. As shown in FIG. 4, the method includes the following steps:
[0076] In step 401, when dehumidification is being performed by the dehumidification module, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger falls below a predetermined value, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidification module is reduced.
[0077] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, before step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
[0078] In step 402, the temperature of the first heat exchanger is determined based on the temperature of the refrigerant pipe of the first heat exchanger or the temperature of the air on the output side of the dehumidification module, or based on the current value of the fan of the blower module. That is, by determining the temperature of the first heat exchanger in step 402, it is determined in step 401 whether the temperature of the first heat exchanger is below a predetermined value.
[0079] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, after step 401, the method may further include the following steps:
[0080] In step 403, after the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger is reduced, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger rises again to a temperature greater than the predetermined value, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidification module is adjusted to the flow rate before the reduction.
[0081] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, after step 401, the method may further include the following steps:
[0082] In step 404, when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor becomes higher than a predetermined pressure, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidification module is stopped from decreasing.
[0083] In FIG. 4, steps 402 to 404 are optional steps.
[0084] In some embodiments, when the temperature of the first heat exchanger falls below a predetermined value, if the silent mode is selected, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidifying module is reduced to reduce the amount of refrigerant circulating; if the non-silent mode is selected, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidifying module is first reduced to reduce the amount of refrigerant circulating; and if the temperature of the first heat exchanger remains below the predetermined value after a certain period of time, the airflow rate of the fan of the blower module is further increased.
[0085] 5 is a flowchart of a control method for an air treatment system according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the method includes: step 501 for determining the temperature of a first heat exchanger, for example, based on the temperature of the refrigerant line of the first heat exchanger, the temperature of the air on the output side of the dehumidification module, or based on the current value of the fan of the air blower module; step 502 for determining whether the temperature of the first heat exchanger is equal to or lower than a predetermined value, and if the determination result is "YES", proceed to step 503, and if the determination result is "NO", return; step 503 for determining whether a quiet mode is set, for example, whether the ventilation module is set to the quiet mode by a user, and if the determination result is "NO", proceed to step 504, and if the determination result is "YES", proceed to step 510; and step 504 for reducing the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidification module. Step 505: after a certain time has passed, it is determined whether the temperature of the first heat exchanger has become higher than a predetermined value, and if the determination result is "YES", proceed to step 506, and if the determination result is "NO", proceed to step 507; Step 506: adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidifying module to the flow rate before reduction; Step 507: increasing the air volume of the fan of the blower module; after a certain time has passed, it is determined whether the temperature of the first heat exchanger has become higher than a predetermined value, and if the determination result is "YES", proceed to step 509, and if the determination result is "NO", return; Step 509: adjusting the air volume of the fan to the air volume before increase, and adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidifying module to the flow rate before reduction; Step 510: reducing the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidifying module. After a certain period of time has elapsed, it is determined whether the temperature of the first heat exchanger has exceeded a predetermined value. If the result of the determination is "YES", the process proceeds to step 512. If the result of the determination is "NO", the process returns to step 511. The process also includes step 512, in which the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger of the dehumidification module is adjusted to the flow rate before the reduction.
[0086] For the specific implementation of each of the above steps, please refer to the relevant descriptions in Example 1, and the description will not be repeated here.
[0087] According to the above embodiment, when dehumidification is performed by the dehumidification module in the air treatment system, the first heat exchanger in the dehumidification module operates as an evaporator, and the second heat exchanger in the outdoor unit operates as a condenser. When the temperature of the first heat exchanger falls below a predetermined value, the current load of the dehumidification module is low and may be unbalanced with the capacity of the outdoor unit. In this case, the temperature of the first heat exchanger is raised by increasing the airflow rate of the fan in the blower module or reducing the flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the first heat exchanger in the dehumidification module.
