Abstract
Description
Air treatment system and method for controlling an air treatment system
[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION This application relates to the field of air treatment, and more particularly to air treatment systems and methods for controlling air treatment systems.
[0002] With the continuous progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, people's requirements for living environments are also increasing, among which indoor temperature and humidity are important evaluation indicators of living environments. For example, in the rainy season and summer, indoor air is relatively humid, so it is necessary to use dehumidification equipment to dehumidify the indoor air.
[0003] In an air treatment system, when dehumidifying operation is performed, the air passes through an evaporator installed in the room, and the moisture in the air is removed, causing dry air to be blown out, thereby achieving the dehumidifying effect.
[0004] It should be noted that the above description of the technical background is merely provided to clearly and completely explain the technical solutions of the present application and to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art, and it is not considered that the technical solutions are known to those skilled in the art merely because they are described in the background section of the present application.
[0005] The inventor discovered that some air treatment systems have an external circulation mode in which outside air is introduced and an internal circulation mode in which outside air is not introduced, and that in these conventional air treatment systems, when performing dehumidification operation, the relationship between the humidity of the air inside and outside the room and the operation mode is not taken into consideration, resulting in a decrease in dehumidification efficiency and ultimately inability to ensure the progress of dehumidification operation.
[0006] For example, if there is a high need for indoor dehumidification and the humidity of the outdoor air is high, using the external circulation mode to introduce outdoor air will increase the humidity inside the room, making dehumidification operation difficult. On the other hand, if there is a high need for indoor dehumidification and the humidity of the indoor air is high, using the internal circulation mode to dehumidify will only circulate air inside the room, reducing the efficiency of indoor dehumidification.
[0007] To solve at least one of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide an air treatment system and a control method for the air treatment system, in which the air treatment system determines whether to operate in external circulation mode or internal circulation mode based on a result of comparing an indoor absolute humidity value with an outdoor absolute humidity value, and determines the circulation mode to be applied by the air treatment system based on the relationship between the indoor and outdoor air humidities, thereby improving dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of dehumidification operation.
[0008] According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an air treatment system, the air treatment system including: an air blowing module for introducing air; a dehumidification module provided on the output side of the air blowing module for dehumidifying the air output from the air blowing module, the dehumidification module including a first heat exchanger; and an outdoor unit communicating with the first heat exchanger via a refrigerant pipe, the air treatment system having an external circulation mode in which air circulates between the outdoors and the indoors, and an internal circulation mode in which air circulates within the indoors, and the air treatment system determines whether to operate in the external circulation mode or the internal circulation mode based on a result of comparing an indoor absolute humidity value with an outdoor absolute humidity value.
[0009] According to a second aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a control method for an air treatment system, the air treatment system including: an air blowing module for introducing air; a dehumidification module provided on the output side of the air blowing module for dehumidifying the air output from the air blowing module, the dehumidification module including a first heat exchanger; and an outdoor unit connected to the first heat exchanger via a refrigerant pipe, the air treatment system having an external circulation mode in which air circulates between the outdoors and the indoors, and an internal circulation mode in which air circulates within the indoors, and the control method includes a step of determining whether the air treatment system will operate in the external circulation mode or the internal circulation mode based on a result of comparing an indoor absolute humidity value with an outdoor absolute humidity value.
[0010] One of the beneficial effects of the embodiments of the present application is that the air treatment system can determine whether to operate in external circulation mode or internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing the indoor absolute humidity value with the outdoor absolute humidity value, and can determine the circulation mode to be applied by the air treatment system based on the relationship between the indoor and outdoor air humidities, thereby improving dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of dehumidification operation.
[0011] Furthermore, since the comparison is made using the absolute humidity values indoors and outdoors, the relationship between the actual water vapor contents indoors and outdoors can be accurately reflected, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the comparison results, and the circulation mode determined thereby is beneficial for dehumidification operation.

[0017] Example 1 Example 1 of the present application provides an air treatment system.
[0018] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an air treatment system according to a first embodiment of the present invention operating in an external circulation mode, and FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an air treatment system according to a first embodiment of the present invention operating in an internal circulation mode.
[0019] 1 and 2, solid arrows indicate the air flow inside the blower module, and hollow arrows indicate the air flow outside the blower module.
[0020] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the air treatment system 100 includes an air blower module 110 for introducing air, a dehumidification module 120 provided on the output side of the air blower module 110 for dehumidifying the air output from the air blower module 110, the dehumidification module 120 having a first heat exchanger 121, and an outdoor unit 130 connected to the first heat exchanger 121 via a refrigerant pipe.
[0021] In some embodiments, the air treatment system 100 further includes an indoor unit 140 .
[0022] For example, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the refrigerant pipeline includes a refrigerant gas pipeline 160 input to the indoor unit 140 and the first heat exchanger 121, the refrigerant pipeline includes a refrigerant liquid pipeline 161, and the refrigerant pipeline further includes a refrigerant high / low pressure pipeline 162 connected to the third heat exchanger 122.
[0023] In some embodiments, the air blowing module 110 includes at least one of a fresh air treatment device, a total heat exchange device (e.g., having an external circulation function and an internal circulation function), and a ventilation device (e.g., having an external circulation function and an internal circulation function).
[0024] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the blower module 110, OA denotes an outdoor air inlet, EA denotes an outdoor exhaust air outlet, SA denotes an indoor air outlet, and RA denotes an indoor return air outlet.
[0025] In some embodiments, the air blowing module 110 includes a fan 111 for creating an airflow, thereby drawing air into the room.
[0026] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the air blowing module 110 may further include a fan 112 for discharging air to the outside of the room and a total heat exchanger 113 .
[0027] In some embodiments, the air blowing module 110 has an external circulation mode in which air flows between the outside and the inside of the room, and an internal circulation mode in which air flows through the inside of the room, i.e., the air treatment system 100 has an external circulation mode and an internal circulation mode.
[0028] For example, the external circulation mode involves supplying outdoor air to the indoor space while simultaneously discharging air returning from the indoor space to the outside, thereby performing total heat exchange between the outdoor air and the air in the indoor space.
[0029] For example, as shown in FIG. 1, in the external circulation mode, the blower module 110 is used to introduce outdoor air, which enters through OA and is discharged through SA, and then enters through RA and is discharged through EA. Here, RA returns indoor air to the blower module 110 via the air pipe 150, and also performs total heat exchange between the outdoor air and the indoor air via the total heat exchanger 113.
[0030] For example, the internal circulation mode is a mode in which outside air is not supplied to the indoor space, and air returning from the indoor space is returned to the indoor space.
[0031] 2, in the internal circulation mode, air circulates between SA and RA, and the blower module 110 is used to introduce indoor air, where RA returns the indoor air to the blower module 110 via the air duct 150 and then returns it to the indoor space via SA. In some embodiments, the blower module 110 and the dehumidifier module 120 are provided independently of each other and connected via the air duct 150, and the control board 114 of the blower module 110 and the control board 123 of the dehumidifier module are provided independently of each other and electrically connected.
[0032] 1 and 2, the control board 114 of the air blower module 110 and the control board 123 of the dehumidifier module are electrically connected via an air conditioning communication line 170. For example, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2, the dehumidifier module 120 is provided on the output side of the air blower module 110, for example, on the side where SA in Fig. 1 is located, and the dehumidifier module 120 dehumidifies the air output from the air blower module 110 by a first heat exchanger 121 through which a refrigerant flows, and at this time, the first heat exchanger 121 operates as an evaporator.
[0033] In some embodiments, the dehumidification module 120 further includes a third heat exchanger 122 or an electric heater (not shown in FIG. 1) for heating the air that has passed through the first heat exchanger 121 .
[0034] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the air blowing module 110 outputs air to the dehumidifying module 120 via the air duct 150, and the dehumidifying module 120 dehumidifies the air output from the air blowing module 110. Furthermore, the third heat exchanger 122 heats the air that has passed through the first heat exchanger 121 and introduces the dehumidified air via the air duct 150 into each of the multiple indoor spaces, thereby further improving user comfort.
[0035] For example, the electric heater is a PTC electric heater, which is an electric heater made of a semiconductor material and heats by utilizing the characteristics of a PTC (positive temperature coefficient) material.
[0036] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit 130 includes a compressor 131 and a fourth heat exchanger 132, and may further include a bypass circuit, a liquid tank, and a pressure sensor, although these are not shown in FIG. 1 .
[0037] For example, the compressor 131, the fourth heat exchanger 132, and the first heat exchanger 121 are connected in sequence, that is, from the output side of the compressor 131, the refrigerant flows in sequence through the compressor 131, the fourth heat exchanger 132, and the first heat exchanger 121, and the refrigerant that flows through the first heat exchanger 121 passes through a liquid tank before flowing to the input side of the compressor 131.
[0038] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the indoor unit 140 is electrically connected to the blower module 110, and the indoor unit 140 has a second heat exchanger 141 whose refrigerant input side is connected to the refrigerant input side of the first heat exchanger 121 and whose refrigerant output side is connected to the refrigerant output side of the first heat exchanger 121.
[0039] For example, the indoor unit 140 and the air blower module 110 are electrically connected to each other via an air conditioning communication line 170 .
[0040] For example, the outdoor unit 130 inputs refrigerant gas to the first heat exchanger 121 and the second heat exchanger 141 via a refrigerant gas pipe 160, and the refrigerant liquid condensed in the second heat exchanger 141 and the third heat exchanger 122 joins together in the dehumidification module 120 and is supplied to the first heat exchanger 121. The refrigerant gas evaporated by the first heat exchanger 121 flows to the input side of the compressor 131, and the third heat exchanger 122 and the outdoor unit 130 are further connected via a refrigerant high / low pressure pipe 162.
[0041] In some embodiments, the number of indoor units 140 can be set to one or more. When a plurality of indoor units 140 is set, the refrigerant input side of the second heat exchanger 141 of each indoor unit 140 is connected to the refrigerant input side of the first heat exchanger 121 via a refrigerant gas pipe 160, and the refrigerant output side of the second heat exchanger 141 of each indoor unit 140 is connected to the refrigerant output side of the first heat exchanger 121 via a refrigerant liquid pipe 161.
[0042] 1 and 2, the air treatment system of the present application may adjust to multiple indoor spaces, and the air output from the dehumidification module 120 after dehumidification may be sent to each of the multiple indoor spaces via an air pipeline. Each indoor space is provided with an indoor unit 140.
[0043] Furthermore, in some embodiments, some indoor spaces may be provided with indoor units 140 and some indoor spaces may not be provided with indoor units.
[0044] In some embodiments, the air handling system 100 includes an air conditioning system, which may be a commercial air conditioning system or a residential air conditioning system.
[0045] In some embodiments, the air conditioning system may include at least one set of outdoor units and at least one indoor unit connected to each set of outdoor units, i.e., the air conditioning system may include one or more sets of outdoor units, each set including at least one outdoor unit, and for each set of outdoor units, the outdoor unit of the set may be connected to at least one indoor unit.
[0046] For example, an air conditioning system includes one outdoor unit and one indoor unit connected to the outdoor unit.
[0047] For example, an air conditioning system includes one outdoor unit and at least two indoor units connected to the outdoor unit.
[0048] For example, an air conditioning system includes at least two outdoor units and at least two indoor units connected to the at least two outdoor units.
[0049] For example, an air conditioning system can include one refrigerant system or multiple refrigerant systems, whereby a set of outdoor units and at least one indoor unit connected to the set of outdoor units constitute one refrigerant system, or multiple sets of outdoor units and at least one indoor unit connected to each of the multiple sets of outdoor units constitute multiple refrigerant systems.
[0050] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit and the indoor unit may be air conditioners of various models, types, configurations, and capacities. For example, the indoor unit may be configured as ambient airflow, double-sided airflow, air duct, ground airflow, or baseboard airflow, and the outdoor unit may be configured as single-fan top airflow, double-fan top airflow, single-fan front airflow, or double-fan front airflow.
[0051] In some embodiments, the air treatment system of the present application further includes network devices, such as a cloud server 201, a router 202, a repeater 203 (e.g., a smart network gateway), and a wireless access point 204 (AP).
[0052] For example, the wireless access point 204 can be installed in each room and connected to the router 202 via a wireless connection (e.g., Wi-Fi, etc.), and the repeater 203 is connected wirelessly to the router 202, and further, the repeater 203 is electrically connected to the outdoor unit 130 via the air conditioning communication line 170.
[0053] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the air handling system of the present application further includes an external sensor 302 provided in the indoor space, for example, an external sensor 302 is provided in each of a plurality of indoor spaces.
[0054] For example, the external sensor 302 is connected to the air blower module 110 via the repeater 203 .
[0055] For example, a user can control an APP on a terminal device to control the operating mode of an air treatment system via a network device.
[0056] In the present embodiment, the air treatment system 100 determines whether to operate in external circulation mode or internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing the indoor absolute humidity value with the outdoor absolute humidity value.
[0057] In some embodiments, when the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system 100 operates in the external circulation mode shown in FIG. 1 , and when the indoor absolute humidity value is less than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system 100 operates in the internal circulation mode shown in FIG. 2 .
[0058] As mentioned above, when dehumidifying using a dehumidification module in an air treatment system, if the need for indoor dehumidification is high and the humidity of the outdoor air is high, using the external circulation mode to introduce outdoor air will increase the humidity inside the room, making dehumidification operation difficult. On the other hand, if the need for indoor dehumidification is high and the humidity of the indoor air is high, using the internal circulation mode to dehumidify will only circulate the air inside the room, reducing the efficiency of indoor dehumidification.
[0059] In contrast, the air treatment system 100 according to the embodiment of the present application determines whether to operate in external circulation mode or internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing the indoor absolute humidity value with the outdoor absolute humidity value. For example, if the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system 100 operates in external circulation mode; if the indoor absolute humidity value is less than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system 100 operates in internal circulation mode; if the outdoor absolute humidity value is high, the air treatment system 100 operates in internal circulation mode; and if the outdoor absolute humidity value is low, the air treatment system 100 operates in external circulation mode. This makes it possible to determine the circulation mode to be applied by the air treatment system based on the relationship between the indoor and outdoor air humidity, thereby improving dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of dehumidification operation.
[0060] Furthermore, since the comparison is made using the absolute humidity values indoors and outdoors, the relationship between the actual water vapor contents indoors and outdoors can be accurately reflected, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the comparison results, and the circulation mode determined thereby is beneficial for dehumidification operation.
[0061] The method for determining the "indoor absolute humidity value" in the embodiment of the present application will be specifically described below.
[0062] In some embodiments, the indoor absolute humidity value is determined based on the measurement value of a sensor 301 provided at the air inlet of the indoor unit 140, the air outlet of the indoor unit 140, or the controller 180 corresponding to the indoor unit 140; alternatively, the indoor absolute humidity value is determined based on the measurement value of an external sensor 302; alternatively, the indoor absolute humidity value is determined based on the measurement value of a sensor 303 provided at the controller 181 that controls the air blowing module or a sensor 304 provided at the indoor air return air port of the air blowing module 110.
[0063] For example, the controller 180 corresponding to the indoor unit 140 is at least one of a central controller, a wire controller, and a remote controller.
[0064] For example, sensor 301 provided at the intake port of indoor unit 140 or the outlet port of indoor unit 140 or the controller 180 corresponding to indoor unit 140, sensor 303 provided at controller 181 that controls the blower module 110, and sensor 304 provided at the indoor air return port of the blower module 110 are built-in sensors, and for example, sensor 301 in controller 180 corresponding to indoor unit 140 is built into controller 180.
[0065] For example, the controller 180 corresponding to the indoor unit 140 is electrically connected to the indoor unit via a wired line 190, and the controller 181 that controls the blower module is electrically connected to the blower module 110 via a wired line 191.
[0066] For example, the controller 181 corresponding to the air blowing module 110 is at least one of a centralized controller, a wired controller, and a remote controller.
[0067] In some embodiments, the indoor absolute humidity value is determined by the lowest value measured by each sensor.
[0068] For example, for a sensor 301 provided in the controller 180 corresponding to the air inlet of the indoor unit 140 or the air outlet of the indoor unit 140, the "indoor absolute humidity value" is determined based on the minimum value among the measurement values of each sensor 301.
[0069] For example, for an external sensor 302 provided in each indoor space, the "indoor absolute humidity value" is determined based on the minimum value among the measurements of the external sensors 302 in the multiple indoor spaces.
[0070] For example, in an air treatment system having an internal sensor and an external sensor, the "indoor absolute humidity value" is determined based on the minimum value of the measurements of all sensors, including sensor 301 provided at the intake port of indoor unit 140 or the outlet port of indoor unit 140 or the controller 180 corresponding to indoor unit 140, external sensor 302, sensor 303 in controller 181 that controls the air blower module, and sensor 304 at the indoor air return port of air blower module 110.
[0071] As a result, the humidity condition of the air in the indoor space can be accurately obtained using the measurement values and determination method of each of the above sensors, thereby allowing the dehumidification operation mode to be accurately adjusted, thereby further improving the dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of the dehumidification operation.
[0072] Hereinafter, a method for determining the "outdoor absolute humidity value" in the embodiment of the present application will be specifically described.
[0073] In some embodiments, the outdoor absolute humidity value is determined based on measurements from a sensor 305 provided at the outdoor air intake of the air blower module 110 or a sensor 306 provided in the outdoor unit 130 .
[0074] For example, the sensor 305 provided at the outside air intake port of the blower module 110 or the sensor 306 provided in the outdoor unit 130 is a built-in sensor.
[0075] This allows the humidity status of the air in the outdoor space to be accurately obtained from the measurement values of each of the above sensors, thereby allowing the dehumidification operation mode to be accurately adjusted, thereby further improving the dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of the dehumidification operation.
[0076] In some embodiments, the indoor absolute humidity value and the outdoor absolute humidity value are calculated based on measurements from a temperature sensor and a relative humidity sensor. In this way, the absolute humidity value can be calculated based on low-cost sensors, ensuring dehumidification efficiency without increasing costs.
[0077] For example, sensor 301 provided at the intake port of indoor unit 140 or the outlet port of indoor unit 140 or in controller 180 corresponding to indoor unit 140, external sensor 302, sensor 303 in controller 181 that controls the air blowing module, sensor 304 provided at the indoor air return port of air blowing module 110, sensor 305 provided at the outdoor air intake port of air blowing module 110, and sensor 306 provided at outdoor unit 130 are temperature sensors and relative humidity sensors that can measure temperature and humidity, thereby enabling indoor absolute humidity values and outdoor absolute humidity values to be determined.
[0078] For example, the indoor absolute humidity value and the outdoor absolute humidity value are calculated from the measurements of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor.
[0079] For example, a sensor 301 provided at the air inlet of the indoor unit 140, the air outlet of the indoor unit 140, or the controller 180 corresponding to the indoor unit 140 includes a temperature sensor and a relative humidity sensor, and calculates the indoor absolute humidity value from the measurements of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor, and a sensor 306 provided at the outdoor unit 130 includes a temperature sensor and a relative humidity sensor, and calculates the outdoor absolute humidity value from the measurements of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor.
[0080] This allows the humidity conditions of the air in the indoor and outdoor spaces to be accurately obtained from the measurement values of each of the above sensors, thereby allowing the dehumidification operation mode to be accurately adjusted, thereby further improving the dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of the dehumidification operation.
[0081] In some embodiments, the air treatment system 100 can be operated in a standard dehumidification mode or an enhanced dehumidification mode.
[0082] In some embodiments, in a standard dehumidification mode, the air treatment system switches between an external circulation mode and an internal circulation mode based on an instruction generated by an APP or a controller in a terminal device, and in a powerful dehumidification mode, the air treatment system switches between an external circulation mode and an internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing an indoor absolute humidity value with an outdoor absolute humidity value.
[0083] For example, in the standard dehumidification mode, the user can control the APP on the mobile phone to switch between the external circulation mode and the internal circulation mode, or the user can switch between the external circulation mode and the internal circulation mode via the remote control of the air treatment system.
[0084] For example, if the user feels short of breath, the system can be switched to external circulation mode, and if the outdoor weather is bad, the system can be switched to internal circulation mode, thereby determining the operating mode of the air treatment system according to the user's needs and improving the user's comfort and experience.
[0085] For example, in the strong dehumidification mode, priority is given to dehumidification efficiency, and when the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system automatically operates in the outdoor circulation mode, and when the indoor absolute humidity value is less than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system automatically operates in the indoor circulation mode. This allows the air treatment system to automatically determine the circulation mode to be applied based on the relationship between the indoor and outdoor air humidities, thereby improving dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of dehumidification operation.
[0086] In some embodiments, in the strong dehumidification mode, the external circulation mode and the internal circulation mode can be switched as follows.
[0087] In some embodiments, when the indoor absolute humidity value is lower than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system automatically operates in the internal circulation mode, and when a first predetermined condition is met, the air treatment system switches from the internal circulation mode to the external circulation mode.
[0088] For example, the first predetermined condition is that the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value for a first predetermined time period, or that the indoor relative humidity is equal to or less than the first set humidity value for a second predetermined time period.
[0089] For example, the indoor absolute humidity value is the minimum value of the absolute humidity in each indoor unit 140 linked to the air blower module 110. If the air blower module 110 is not linked to an indoor unit, the absolute humidity value in RA is used.
[0090] For example, the first predetermined time is 30 minutes, and when the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value and continues for 30 minutes, the air treatment system switches from the internal circulation mode to the external circulation mode, thereby avoiding repeated switching between the internal circulation mode and the external circulation mode in a short period of time and improving the service life of each module.
[0091] For example, the second predetermined time is 10 minutes, the first set humidity is 30%, and when the indoor relative humidity is below 30% and continues for 10 minutes, the air treatment system switches from the internal circulation mode to the external circulation mode and operates.
[0092] In some embodiments, when the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value, causing the air treatment system to operate in the external circulation mode, the air treatment system switches from the external circulation mode to the internal circulation mode if a second predetermined condition is met.
[0093] In some embodiments, the second predetermined condition includes the indoor relative humidity being greater than the first set humidity plus the first threshold value for a third predetermined time period, and the outdoor absolute humidity being greater than the indoor absolute humidity plus the second threshold value.
[0094] For example, the first set humidity is 30%, the first threshold is 10, the third predetermined time is 5 minutes, and the second threshold is 1. For example, if the indoor relative humidity is greater than 40% and continues for 5 minutes, and the outdoor absolute humidity value is greater than the indoor absolute humidity value + 1, the air treatment system switches from the external circulation mode to the internal circulation mode.
[0095] For example, the indoor relative humidity is determined based on the measurement value of a sensor 301 provided at the intake port of the indoor unit 140, the exhaust port of the indoor unit 140, or the controller 180 corresponding to the indoor unit 140, or based on the measurement value of an external sensor 302, or based on the measurement value of a sensor 303 provided at the controller 181 that controls the blower module or a sensor 304 provided at the indoor air return port of the blower module 110.
[0096] This allows the air treatment system 100 to switch between circulation modes with greater flexibility.
[0097] In some embodiments, the air treatment system 100 switches to external circulation mode when the concentration of a predetermined type of gas measured by an external sensor 302 located in the indoor space exceeds a predetermined threshold.
[0098] The predetermined type of gas may include a variety of gases that are detrimental to the health of the user.
[0099] For example, some harmful gases in the room, such as carbon dioxide (CO 2 For example, different types of harmful gases correspond to different concentration thresholds, for example, for formaldehyde, the corresponding predetermined threshold is "0.08 mg per cubic meter", and when at least one of the external sensors 302 detects that the concentration of formaldehyde per cubic meter exceeds 0.08 mg per cubic meter, the air treatment system switches to the external circulation mode.
[0100] This means that if there is a possibility that the user's health may be adversely affected, the system will switch to external circulation mode to introduce fresh outdoor air, dehumidifying it while also ensuring the user's health and improving the user experience.
[0101] In some embodiments, when the air handling system is operating in internal circulation mode, the airflow rate of the blower module 110 is increased.
[0102] For example, when the air treatment system is operated in the internal circulation mode, the air volume of the blower module 110 is set to the maximum, which can further improve the dehumidification efficiency.
[0103] In some embodiments, the air treatment system 100 further includes a control module for performing related controls, for example, controlling whether the air treatment system operates in an external circulation mode or an internal circulation mode.
[0104] For example, the control module is provided in the dehumidification module 120, and when the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the control module generates a control command for adjusting the operating mode of the air treatment system, instructing the air treatment system to operate in external circulation mode; when the indoor absolute humidity value is less than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the control module generates a control command for adjusting the operating mode of the air treatment system, instructing the air treatment system to operate in internal circulation mode, and sends the control command to the air blowing module 110, and after the air blowing module 110 receives the command, it adjusts the operating mode of the air treatment system.
[0105] For example, the control module is the control board 123 of the dehumidification module 120 .
[0106] According to the above embodiment, the air treatment system determines whether to operate in external circulation mode or internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing the indoor absolute humidity value with the outdoor absolute humidity value. For example, if the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system operates in external circulation mode; if the indoor absolute humidity value is less than the outdoor absolute humidity value, the air treatment system operates in internal circulation mode; if the outdoor absolute humidity value is high, the air treatment system operates in internal circulation mode; and if the outdoor absolute humidity value is low, the air treatment system operates in external circulation mode. This allows the circulation mode to be determined based on the relationship between the indoor and outdoor air humidity, thereby improving dehumidification efficiency and ensuring the progress of dehumidification operation. Furthermore, because the comparison is made using the indoor and outdoor absolute humidity values, the relationship between the actual water vapor contents inside and outside the room can be accurately reflected, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the comparison result, and the circulation mode determined thereby is beneficial to the dehumidification operation.
[0107] Example 2 of the present application provides a method for controlling an air treatment system, which is the air treatment system described in Example 1. For the specific structure of the air treatment system, reference can be made to the description in Example 1, and the description will not be repeated here.
[0108] 3 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a control method for an air treatment system according to Example 2 of the present application. As shown in FIG. 3, the method includes the following steps:
[0109] In step 301, it is determined whether the air treatment system is to operate in an external circulation mode or an internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing the indoor absolute humidity value with the outdoor absolute humidity value.
[0110] In some embodiments, determining whether the air treatment system operates in the external circulation mode or the internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing the indoor absolute humidity value with the outdoor absolute humidity value includes: operating the air treatment system in the external circulation mode if the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value; and operating the air treatment system in the internal circulation mode if the indoor absolute humidity value is less than the outdoor absolute humidity value.
[0111] In some embodiments, the indoor absolute humidity value is determined based on a measurement value of a sensor provided at the inlet of the indoor unit, the outlet of the indoor unit, or a controller corresponding to the indoor unit.
[0112] In some embodiments, the indoor absolute humidity value is determined based on measurements from the external sensor.
[0113] In some embodiments, the indoor absolute humidity value is determined based on measurements from a sensor provided in a controller that controls the air blowing module or a sensor provided at an indoor air return air vent of the air blowing module.
[0114] In some embodiments, the outdoor absolute humidity value is determined based on measurements by a sensor provided at the outdoor air intake of the air blowing module or a sensor provided in the outdoor unit.
[0115] In some embodiments, the indoor absolute humidity value and the outdoor absolute humidity value are calculated based on measurements from a temperature sensor and a relative humidity sensor.
[0116] In some embodiments, for step 301, for example, in a strong dehumidification mode, the air treatment system switches between an external circulation mode and an internal circulation mode based on a result of comparing an indoor absolute humidity value with an outdoor absolute humidity value.Furthermore, in a standard dehumidification mode, the air treatment system switches between an external circulation mode and an internal circulation mode based on a command generated by an APP or a controller in a terminal device.
[0117] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, after step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
[0118] In step 302, the air treatment system switches to an external circulation mode when the concentration of a predetermined type of gas measured by an external sensor installed in the indoor space exceeds a predetermined threshold.
[0119] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, after step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
[0120] In step 303, if the air handling system is operating in internal circulation mode, increase the airflow rate of the blower module.
[0121] In FIG. 3, steps 302 and 303 are optional steps.
[0122] 4 is a flowchart of a control method for an air treatment system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the method includes: step 401, which determines whether the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value, and if the determination result is "YES", proceeds to step 403, and if the determination result is "NO", proceeds to step 402; step 402, which operates the air treatment system in an internal circulation mode; step 403, which operates the air treatment system in an external circulation mode; step 404, which determines whether the condition "the indoor absolute humidity value is equal to or greater than the outdoor absolute humidity value and continues for 30 minutes" is satisfied, and if the determination result is "YES", proceeds to step 403, and if the determination result is "NO", returns to step 404; and the determination condition in step 404 may also be whether the condition "the indoor relative humidity is equal to or less than the first set humidity and continues for 10 minutes" is satisfied, and if the determination result is "YES", proceeds to step 403, and if the determination result is "NO", returns to step 404. It includes determining whether the conditions "indoor relative humidity is greater than 'first set humidity + 10' and continues for 5 minutes, and the outdoor absolute humidity value is greater than 'indoor absolute humidity value + 1'" are met, and if the determination result is "YES", proceed to step 402, and if the determination result is "NO", return to step 405.
[0123] For the specific implementation of each of the above steps, please refer to the relevant descriptions in Example 1, and the description will not be repeated here.
[0124] According to the above embodiment, the air treatment system determines whether to operate in external circulation mode or internal circulation mode based on the result of comparing the indoor absolute humidity value with the outdoor absolute humidity value.
