Abstract
Description
Smartphone camera shake prevention device
[0001] The present invention relates to a smartphone camera shake prevention device, and more specifically, to a smartphone camera shake prevention device that is cost-effective, easy to maintain, and less prone to breakage due to a simple prism tilting structure.
[0002] Typically, small mobile devices (e.g., smartphones) are equipped with a camera module for taking photos. Camera modules (or lens assemblies) are increasingly being manufactured in ultra-small sizes, taking into account the size and weight of mobile devices.
[0003] Ultra-small camera modules used in smartphones feature optical zoom capabilities. As the lens within the compact camera module moves a predetermined distance, it implements an optical zoom function that allows distant subjects to be zoomed in closer. The greater the distance between the image sensor and the lens, the higher the optical zoom ratio.
[0004] However, since 5x optical zoom requires a focal length that is 2.5 times longer than 2x optical zoom, the height of the camera module has to increase to implement high-magnification optical zoom, and there is a problem in that the camera placed on the back of the smartphone protrudes.
[0005] To solve this problem, when applying a prism to a camera module, the camera module can be positioned along the length or width direction of the smartphone's body, thereby preventing the camera module from protruding too much from the back of the smartphone. However, the camera module adopting the prism has a structure that tilts the prism, which is very complicated for OIS, so there is a problem that the assembly process is complicated and takes a long time, resulting in low assembly efficiency. In addition, it is a factor that increases the manufacturing cost, and there is a problem that maintenance is not easy due to the complex structure. Therefore, the need for improvement is requested.
[0006] The background technology for the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2472291 (Title of the invention: Optical device and method for converting optical propagation path, Registration date: November 25, 2022).
[0007] The present invention was created in response to the above-described need, and its purpose is to provide a smartphone camera shake prevention device that is cost-effective, easy to maintain, and less prone to breakage due to its simple prism tilting structure.
[0008] In order to achieve the above object, the smartphone camera shake prevention device of the present invention comprises: a base part; a prism unit part disposed inside the base part; an optical path changing unit part having a first tilting part connected to the base part and tiltably supporting the prism unit part around a first axis part; a second tilting part connected to the first tilting part and the prism unit part and tiltably supporting the prism unit part around a second axis part orthogonal to the first axis part; and an OIS driving part that moves the optical path changing unit part into a tiltable posture; wherein the first tilting part tilts while rotating around the first axis part.
[0009] The above prism unit part may include a prism support disposed inside the base part and tiltably supported by the optical path changing unit part; and a prism coupled to the prism support.
[0010] The first tilting unit may include: a first tilting fixing unit that is fixed to the base unit and has the first axis unit; a first tilting connection unit that is spaced apart from the first tilting fixing unit and has the second axis unit to which the second tilting unit is tiltably coupled; and a first hinge unit that is connected to the first tilting connection unit and has a first rotation ball that rotates around the first axis unit, and tilts the first tilting connection unit by rotation of the first rotation ball.
[0011] The first tilting fixing member may include: a first tilting fixing body fixed to the base; and a first rigidity reinforcing member protruding from the first tilting fixing body toward the first tilting connection member, having the first axis portion, and reinforcing the rigidity of the first tilting fixing body.
[0012] The second tilting part may include a second tilting coupling part connected to the first tilting coupling part and coupled to the prism support; and a second hinge part connected to the second tilting coupling part and tilting the second tilting coupling part around the second axis part.
[0013] The first tilting connection part may include a first tilting connection body having the first hinge part coupled to one side and the second axis part provided on the other side; and a second rigid reinforcement part that protrudes from the first tilting connection body toward at least one of the second tilting connection part side and the first tilting fixing part side, and reinforces the rigidity of the first tilting connection body.
[0014] The smartphone camera shake prevention device according to the present invention has a first tilting unit that tilts while the optical path changing unit rotates around the first axis, thereby compensating for shaking by tilting the prism unit with a precise and accurate relative displacement corresponding to the shake. In addition, the simple prism tilting structure reduces costs, makes maintenance easy, and has the effect of reducing breakage.

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 16, a smartphone camera shake prevention device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed in a mobile device (not shown) such as a relatively small smartphone and used to photograph a subject, and can implement functions such as AF (Auto Focusing), Zoom, and OIS (Optical Image Stabilizing).
[0035] A smartphone camera shake prevention device (1) includes a base (100), a prism unit (200), an optical path changing unit (300), and an OIS driving unit (400). The base (100) has an open top, and the prism unit (200), the optical path changing unit (300), and the OIS driving unit (400) can be installed inside. The base (100) can be formed in a rectangular box shape.
[0036] The base part (100) may have a lens unit part (500) and an AF driving part (600) installed therein, which will be described later. At this time, the cover part (700) described later may cover the upper part of the base part (100).
[0037] Since the base part (100) has an open upper shape, the prism unit part (200), the optical path change unit part (300), and the lens unit part (500) can be inserted or extracted through the opening (not shown).
[0038] The base portion (100) may include a bottom portion (110), a left wall portion (120), a right wall portion (130), a rear wall portion (140), a front wall portion (150), and a printed circuit board (160).
[0039] The bottom part (110) has a first installation part (111) in the shape of a groove into which a part of the second OIS driving part (420) of the OIS driving part (400) is inserted.
[0040] The first installation part (111) is arranged on the rear side of the prism unit part (200), and the first coil (421) of the second OIS driving part (420) can be arranged thereon. The prism support (210) of the prism unit part (200) is arranged on the rear side with the first magnet (422) of the second OIS driving part (420) facing the first coil (421).
[0041] The left wall portion (120) has a second installation portion (121) in the shape of a groove into which a part of the first OIS driving portion (410) of the OIS driving portion (400) is inserted, and a third installation portion (122) in the shape of a groove into which a part of the AF driving portion (600) is inserted (see FIGS. 4 and 5).
[0042] The second installation part (121) is arranged on the left side of the prism unit part (200), and the second coil (411) of the first OIS driving part (410) can be arranged thereon. The prism support (210) of the prism unit part (200) is arranged on the left side to face the second coil (411), and the second magnet (412) of the second OIS driving part (400) is installed thereon.
[0043] The third installation part (122) is arranged on the left side of the lens unit part (500), and the third coil (610) of the AF driving part (600) can be arranged thereon. The lens supporter (510) of the lens unit part (500) can have a third magnet (630) arranged on the left side opposite the third coil (610).
[0044] The right wall part (130) has a fourth installation part (131) in the shape of a groove into which a part of the first OIS driving part (410) of the OIS driving part (400) is inserted, and a fifth installation part (132) in the shape of a groove into which a part of the AF driving part (600) is inserted (see FIGS. 4 and 5).
[0045] The fourth installation part (131) is arranged on the right side of the prism unit part (200), and the fourth coil (413) of the first OIS driving part (410) can be arranged thereon. The fourth installation part (131) can be positioned on the same line as the second installation part (121). The prism support (210) of the prism unit part (200) can be arranged on the right side, and the fourth magnet (414) of the first OIS driving part (410) can be installed thereon to face the fourth coil (413).
[0046] The fifth installation part (132) is arranged on the right side of the lens unit part (500), and the fifth coil (620) of the AF driving part (600) can be arranged thereon. The fifth installation part (132) can be positioned on the same line as the third installation part (122). The lens supporter (510) of the lens unit part (500) can be arranged on the right side to face the fifth coil (620), and the fifth magnet (640) of the AF driving part (600) can be installed thereon.
[0047] Specifically, the second OIS driving unit (420) of the OIS driving unit (400) is driven when a current is applied to the first coil (421) in a forward or reverse direction, and an attractive or repulsive force is generated between the first coil (421) and the first magnet (422). The optical path change unit (300) is tilted by the driving of the OIS driving unit (400).
[0048] For example, the second tilting unit (320) of the optical path change unit (300) can be tilted around the second axis unit (321c). The second tilting unit (320) can be tilted in the vertical direction, i.e., in the Z-axis direction, around the second axis unit (321c).
[0049] The second tilting unit (320) can tilt in the up-and-down direction, i.e., the Z-axis direction, while rotating around the second axis unit (321c). At this time, the tilting angle of the second tilting unit (320) of the optical path change unit (300) can be controlled through a hall sensor (not shown) of the OIS driving unit (400).
[0050] The first OIS driving unit (410) of the OIS driving unit (400) is driven when current is applied in a forward or reverse direction to the second coil (411) and the fourth coil (413), and an attractive or repulsive force is generated between the second coil (411) and the second magnet (412), and the fourth coil (413) and the fourth magnet (414). The optical path change unit (300) is tilted by the driving of the OIS driving unit (400).
[0051] For example, the first tilting unit (310) of the optical path change unit (300) can be tilted around the first axis unit (313c). The first tilting unit (310) can be tilted left and right, i.e., in the Y-axis direction, around the first axis unit (313c).
[0052] The first tilting unit (310) can be tilted in the left-right direction, i.e., the Y-axis direction, while rotating around the first axis unit (313c). At this time, the tilting angle of the first tilting unit (310) of the optical path change unit (300) can be controlled through a hall sensor (not shown) of the OIS driving unit (400).
[0053] The AF driving unit (600) is driven when current is applied in a forward or reverse direction to the third coil (610) and the fifth coil (620), and an attractive or repulsive force is generated between the third coil (610) and the third magnet (630), and between the fifth coil (620) and the fifth magnet (640). The lens unit (500) is moved on the base (100) by the driving of the AF driving unit (600). The lens unit (500) can move forward or backward in the X-axis direction on the base (100).
[0054] The rear wall portion (140) has a slot portion (141) to which the first tilting portion (310) of the optical path change unit portion (300) is coupled. At this time, the first tilting fixing portion (311) of the first tilting portion (310) can be slidably coupled to the slot portion (141).
[0055] The front side wall (150) has a through hole (151). At this time, the lens unit (500) is positioned on the base (100) so as to face the through hole (151).
[0056] A printed circuit board (160) is installed on at least one of the bottom (110), the left wall (120), the right wall (130), and the rear wall (140). At this time, the printed circuit board (160) is a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) and can surround at least one of the bottom (110), the left wall (120), the right wall (130), and the rear wall (140).
[0057] The first coil (421), the second coil (411), and the fourth coil (413) provided in the OIS driving unit (400), and the third coil (610) and the fifth coil (620) provided in the AF driving unit (600) are mounted on the printed circuit board (160), respectively.
[0058] The prism unit (200) is disposed inside the base (100). The prism unit (200) may include a prism support (210) and a prism (220). The prism support (210) is disposed inside the base (100) and may be tiltably supported by the optical path change unit (300).
[0059] The prism support (210) may include an inclined portion (211) and a pair of support blocks (212) (see FIGS. 9 and 10). The inclined portion (211) supports the reflective surface (221) of the prism (220) and is coupled to the second tilting portion (320) of the optical path changing unit (300). The inclined portion (211) may have a first magnet (422) of a second OIS driving unit (420) installed on the lower surface.
[0060] A pair of support blocks (212) are coupled to both sides of the inclined portion (211) and have a plurality of first bonding injection grooves (211a) into which adhesive is injected on the surface that comes into contact with the prism (220). As a result, the prism (220) can be firmly bonded and fixed to the prism support (210).
[0061] A second magnet (412) of a second OIS driving unit (400) may be installed on one of the pair of support blocks (212), i.e., the support block (212) located on the left, and a fourth magnet (414) of a second OIS driving unit (400) may be installed on the other, i.e., the support block (212) located on the right.
[0062] A prism (220) is attached to a prism support (210). The prism (220) has a reflective surface (221) in contact with an inclined portion (211) of the prism support (210), and both sides are attached to a pair of support blocks (212).
[0063] The prism (220) can change the light path to enable OIS by reflecting light incident from the outside of the mobile device toward the lens unit (500) described later while tilting together with the prism support (210).
[0064] The optical path change unit (300) supports the prism unit (200) so that the prism unit (200) can tilt around two axes, i.e., the first axis (313c) and the second axis (321c), by the operation of the OIS driving unit (400).
[0065] Specifically, the optical path change unit (300) can compensate for shaking by tilting the prism unit (200) with a relative displacement corresponding to the shaking, so as to prevent the image from being blurred or the video from shaking due to the user's shaking when taking a picture of a subject, thereby deteriorating the quality of the taken image. That is, the prism unit (200) can be tilted at a predetermined angle around the first axis unit (313c) and the second axis unit (321c).
[0066] The optical path change unit (300) comprises a first tilting unit (310) and a second tilting unit (320) (see FIGS. 11 to 16). The first tilting unit (310) is connected to the base unit (100) and tilts around the first axis unit (311c). The first tilting unit (310) tiltably supports the prism unit unit (200) around the first axis unit (313c).
[0067] The first tilting unit (310) can be tilted while rotating around the first axis unit (313c). The first tilting unit (310) can be tilted left and right, i.e., in the Y-axis direction, around the first axis unit (313c).
[0068] The first tilting part (310) includes a first tilting fixing part (311), a first tilting connecting part (312), and a first hinge part (313). The first tilting fixing part (311) is fixed to the base part (100) and has a first axis part (311c). The first axis part (311c) is a semicircular groove part to which the first hinge (313a) of the first hinge part (313) is rotatably connected. The first axis parts (311c) can be formed as a pair in parallel with each other in the Z-axis direction (based on FIG. 11) on the first tilting fixing part (311).
[0069] The first tilting fixing member (311) is slidably connected to a slot member (141) provided on the rear wall member (140) of the base member (100).
[0070] The first tilting fixing member (311) may include a first tilting fixing body (311a) and a first rigid reinforcement member (311b). The first tilting fixing body (311a) is fixed to the base portion (100). The first tilting fixing body (311a) is slidably coupled to a slot portion (141) provided in the rear wall portion (140) of the base portion (100).
[0071] The first rigid reinforcement part (311b) is formed to protrude from the first tilting fixed body (311a) toward the first tilting connection part (312), has a first axis part (311c), and reinforces the rigidity of the first tilting fixed body (311a).
[0072] The first rigid reinforcement member (311b) increases the thickness of the first tilting fixing member (311) to increase its own rigidity. Accordingly, the first tilting fixing member (311) can prevent the first tilting fixing member (311) from being bent or twisted due to the weight of the prism unit (200) through the first rigid reinforcement member (311b). As a result, precise control of the OIS driving member (400) is possible.
[0073] The first tilting connection part (312) is arranged to be spaced apart from the first tilting fixing part (311) and has a second axis part (312c) to which the second tilting part (320) is tiltably coupled. The first tilting connection part (312) is arranged parallel to the first tilting fixing part (311).
[0074] The first tilting connection part (312) may include a first tilting coupling body (312a) and a second rigid reinforcement part (312b). The first tilting coupling body (312a) has a first hinge part (313) coupled to one side and a second shaft part (312c) provided on the other side. The second shaft part (312c) is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the first shaft part (311c).
[0075] The first tilting coupling body (312a) may have a pair of first hinge parts (313) coupled parallel to each other in the Z-axis direction on the rear side (based on FIG. 11), and a pair of second axis parts (312c) may be provided parallel to each other in the Y-axis direction on the front side (based on FIG. 11). The second hinge part (322) of the second tilting part (320) may be rotatably coupled to the pair of second axis parts (312c).
[0076] The second rigid reinforcement member (312b) is formed by protruding from the first tilting coupling body (312a) toward at least one of the second tilting coupling member (321) side and the first tilting fixing member (311) side, and reinforces the rigidity of the first tilting coupling body (312a).
[0077] One of the pair of second rigid reinforcement parts (312b) may be formed to protrude from the first tilting coupling body (312a) toward the second tilting coupling part (321), and the other of the pair of second rigid reinforcement parts (312b) may be formed to protrude from the first tilting coupling body (312a) toward the first tilting fixing part (311).
[0078] The second rigid reinforcement member (312b) increases the thickness of the first tilting connection member (312) to increase its own rigidity. Accordingly, the first tilting connection member (312) can prevent the first tilting connection member (312) from being bent or twisted due to the weight of the prism unit member (200) through the second rigid reinforcement member (312b). As a result, precise control of the OIS drive member (400) is possible.
[0079] The first hinge part (313) is connected to the first tilting connection part (312) and tilts the first tilting connection part (312) about the first axis part (311c). The first hinge part (313) has a first rotary ball (313a) that rotates about the first axis part (311c), and tilts the first tilting connection part (312) by the rotation of the first rotary ball (313a). The first hinge parts (313) can be tilted while rotating as a pair on the first axis part (311c) by the rotation of the first rotary ball (313a).
[0080] The first hinge portion (313) may include a first rotary ball (313a) and a first hinge axis (313b). The first rotary ball (313a) is rotatably coupled to a first axis portion (311c) having a semicircular groove shape. The first hinge axis (313b) is integrally coupled to the first tilting coupling body (312a) of the first tilting connection portion (312).
[0081] Since the first hinge part (313) has a first rotating ball (313a) that rotates around the first axis part (311c), the first tilting part (310) can be tilted up, down, left, and right while rotating 360 degrees around the first axis part (313c).
[0082] For example, the first tilting unit (310) can be tilted left and right, i.e., in the Y-axis direction, while rotating around the first axis unit (313c) by the operation of the first OIS driving unit (410) of the OIS driving unit (400).
[0083] In this way, the first tilting unit (310) tilts while rotating around the first axis unit (311c), thereby compensating for shaking by tilting the prism unit unit (200) with a precise and accurate relative displacement corresponding to hand shaking.
[0084] The second tilting part (320) is connected to the first tilting part (310) and the prism unit part (200), and tilts around the second axis part (312c) that is orthogonal to the first axis part (311c). The second tilting part (320) tiltably supports the prism unit part (200) around the second axis part (312c).
[0085] The second tilting unit (320) can be tilted while rotating around the second axis unit (312c). The second tilting unit (320) can be tilted in the up-and-down direction, i.e., the Z-axis direction, while rotating around the second axis unit (312c).
[0086] The second tilting part (320) may include a second tilting connecting part (321) and a second hinge part (322). The second tilting connecting part (321) is connected to the first tilting connecting part (312) and connected to the prism support (210) of the prism unit part (200).
[0087] The second tilting joint (321) has a plurality of second bonding injection grooves (321a) into which adhesive is injected. The second tilting joint (321) can be firmly bonded to the prism support (210) when inserted into a bonding groove (not shown) provided in the inclined portion (211) of the prism support (210).
[0088] The second hinge part (322) is connected to the second tilting coupling part (321) and tilts the second tilting coupling part (321) about the second axis part (312c). The second hinge part (322) is provided with a second rotating ball (322a) that rotates about the second axis part (312c), and tilts the second tilting coupling part (321) by the rotation of the second rotating ball (322a).
[0089] The second hinge part (322) can be coupled to the second tilting joint part (321) in a parallel manner in the Y-axis direction (based on FIG. 11). The second hinge parts (322) can be tilted while rotating as a pair around the second axis part (312c).
[0090] The second hinge portion (322) may include a second rotary ball (322a) and a second hinge axis (322b). The second rotary ball (322a) is rotatably coupled to a second axis portion (312c) having a semicircular groove shape. The second hinge axis (322b) is integrally coupled to the second tilting coupling portion (321).
[0091] Since the second hinge part (322) is provided with a second rotating ball (322a) that rotates around the second axis part (312c), the second tilting part (320) can be tilted up, down, left, and right while rotating 360 degrees around the second axis part (312c).
[0092] For example, the second tilting unit (320) can be tilted in the up-and-down direction, i.e., the Z-axis direction, while rotating around the second axis unit (312c) by the operation of the second OIS driving unit (420) of the OIS driving unit (400).
[0093] In this way, the second tilting unit (320) can compensate for shaking by tilting the prism unit (200) with a precise and accurate relative displacement corresponding to hand shaking as it rotates and tilts around the second axis unit (312c). Furthermore, the first tilting unit (310) can also compensate for shaking to the maximum extent by tilting the prism unit (200) as it rotates and tilts around the first axis unit (311c).
[0094] The OIS driving unit (400) may include a first OIS driving unit (410) and a second OIS driving unit (420). The first OIS driving unit (410) may include a second coil (411) and a second magnet (412), and a fourth coil (413) and a fourth magnet (414).
[0095] The first OIS driving unit (410) can be driven when a current is applied in a forward or reverse direction to the second coil (411) and the fourth coil (413), and an attractive or repulsive force is generated between the second coil (411) installed on the left wall (120) of the base (100) and the second magnet (412) installed on the left side of the prism support (210) of the prism unit (200), and the fourth coil (413) installed on the right wall (130) of the base (100) and the fourth magnet (414) installed on the right side of the prism support (210) of the prism unit (200). The first tilting unit (310) of the optical path changing unit (300) can be tilted left and right, i.e., in the Y-axis direction, by the driving of the first OIS driving unit (410).
[0096] The second OIS driving unit (420) may include a first coil (421) and a first magnet (422). When current is applied in a forward or reverse direction to the first coil (421) installed on the bottom (110) of the base unit (100), the second OIS driving unit (420) may be driven by generating an attractive or repulsive force between the first coil (421) and the first magnet (422) installed on the lower side of the prism support (210) of the prism unit unit (200). The second tilting unit (320) of the change unit unit (300) may be tilted in the vertical direction, i.e., in the Z-axis direction, by the driving of the second OIS driving unit (420).
[0097] The OIS driving unit (400) can tilt the first tilting unit (310) and the second tilting unit (320) of the optical path change unit (300) separately, and can also tilt them simultaneously.
[0098] A smartphone camera shake prevention device (1) may further include a lens unit (500), an AF driving unit (600), a cover unit (700), and an image sensor unit (800). The lens unit (500) is disposed inside the base unit (100) and moves in the longitudinal direction of the base unit (100). The lens unit (500) may perform AF and zoom functions while moving forward and backward along the X-axis direction on the base unit (100).
[0099] The lens unit (500) may include a lens supporter (510) and a lens unit (520). The lens supporter (510) is movably coupled to the base unit (100) in the longitudinal direction and moves forward and backward along the X-axis by the operation of the AF driving unit (600). The lens unit (520) is supported by the lens supporter (510).
[0100] The AF driving unit (600) moves the lens unit (500). The AF driving unit (600) may include a third coil (610) and a third magnet (630), and a fifth coil (620) and a fifth magnet (640).
[0101] The AF driving unit (600) can be driven by generating an attractive or repulsive force between the third coil (610) installed on the left wall (120) of the base unit (100) and the third magnet (630) installed on the left side of the lens supporter (510) of the lens unit unit (500), and the fifth coil (620) installed on the right wall (130) of the base unit (100) and the fifth magnet (640) installed on the right side of the lens supporter (510) of the lens unit unit (500) when current is applied in the forward or reverse direction to the third coil (610) and the fifth coil (620) installed on the right wall (130) of the base unit (100) and the fifth magnet (640) installed on the right side of the lens supporter (510) of the lens unit unit (500) when current is applied to the third coil (610) and the fifth coil (620) in the left wall (130) of the base unit (100). The lens unit unit (500) can be moved forward and backward along the X-axis direction on the base unit (100) by the driving of the AF driving unit (600).
[0102] The cover part (700) is coupled to the base part (100) and covers the base part (100), prism unit part (200), optical path change unit part (300), OIS driving part (400), lens unit part (500), and AF driving part (600) that are placed inside the base part (100).
[0103] The image sensor unit (800) may be positioned facing the through-hole unit (151) provided in the front side wall unit (150) of the base unit (100). The image sensor unit (800) may be positioned on the outside of the base unit (100) while being mounted on a predetermined substrate (not shown). In this case, the image sensor unit (800) may be mounted on a substrate (not shown) fixed to a structure within the mobile device.
[0104] Although not shown in the drawings of the present invention, the image sensor unit (800) may be arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the base unit (100). At this time, light passing through the lens unit unit (500) may be reflected by a separate mirror (not shown) and guided to the image sensor (900).
[0105] As described above, in the smartphone camera shake prevention device (1) according to the present invention, since the optical path changing unit (300) is provided with a first tilting unit (310) that tilts while rotating around the first axis unit (311c), the prism unit unit (200) can be tilted with a precise and accurate relative displacement corresponding to the shake, thereby compensating for the shake.
[0106] Moreover, as the optical path change unit (300) further includes a second tilting unit (320) that tilts while rotating around the second axis unit (312c), the prism unit unit (200) can be tilted with a precise and accurate relative displacement corresponding to hand shake, thereby compensating for shaking as much as possible.
[0107] Furthermore, the smartphone camera shake prevention device (1) according to the present invention has a simple prism tilting structure, so it is cost-effective, easy to maintain, and less prone to breakage.
[0108] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, these are merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments are possible therefrom.
[0109] Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be defined by the following patent claims.
