[0056] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (130) receives a signal for dragging input image data to a preview area of the target image data in an editing window to perform manipulation by linking input image data to target image data in response to a user operation by the input unit (110), and based on this, can display a manipulation object by overlaying it on the preview area, and can manipulate the input image data and the target image data through the manipulation object. Details regarding this will be described later.

[0057]

[0058] FIG. 2 is intended to explain a method for manipulating multiple image files according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0059] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the display unit (140) can display various objects under the control of the processor (130). For example, the display unit (140) may be a hardware configuration, and the editing window (W1) and the library window (W2) may each mean a software configuration, the target image data (IA1, IA2) may mean a software configuration corresponding to the editing window (W1), and the input image data (IB1, IB2) may mean a software configuration corresponding to the library window (W2).

[0060] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the editing window (W1) can display first target image data (IA1) and second target image data (IA2), and the library window (W2) can display first input image data (IB1) and second input image data (IB2).

[0061] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (130) can operate the cursor (CS) based on a signal of the input unit (110), and drag and drop the first input image data (IB1) from the library window (W2) to the preview area of the first target image data (IA1).

[0062] Here, the preview area refers to an area that displays an image of the target image data (IA1, IA2), and unlike the input image data (IB1, IB2), the actual image of each of the target image data (IA1, IA2) can be displayed within the editing window (W1). For example, referring to Fig. 2, the first target image data (IA1) can display an X-ray image in the form of a preview.

[0063] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (130) can identify that the first input image data (IB1) of the library window (W2) has been dragged into the preview area of the first target image data (IA1), and the processor (130) can execute a manipulation object (MO) with the center point at the position indicated by the cursor (CS) and display it on the display unit (140).

[0064] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an operation linked to first input image data (IB1) to first target image data (IA1) can be performed according to an operation method input by a manipulation object (MO), which will be described later with reference to FIG. 3.

[0065]

[0066] FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for manipulating multiple image files according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0067] In step S110, the processor (130) can identify input image data (IB) included in the library window (W2) dragged to the preview area of target image data (IA) included in the editing window (W1).

[0068] In other words, the input unit (110) can generate a signal to move the input image data (IB) of the library window (W2) to the preview area of the editing window (W1) while selecting it, and provide it to the processor (130). The processor (130) can display the cursor (CS) within the preview area according to the provided signal.

[0069] In step S120, the processor (130) can identify the cursor (CS) position as a reference position when the cursor stops or moves within a radius of a preset pixel displacement for a preset time within the preview area.

[0070] For example, the processor (130) may identify a relatively small movement of the cursor (CS) within the preview area based on a signal transmitted from the input unit (110), or may identify a position indicated by the cursor (CS) as a reference position when the processor (130) identifies that the cursor (CS) does not move for a preset period of time.

[0071] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (130) can identify the displacement between pixels and the movement time of the cursor (CS) within the preview area from the first pixel to the second pixel, and calculate the movement speed. If the movement speed is lower than a preset speed, the processor (130) can identify the location of the second pixel, which is the destination point, as the reference location. Alternatively, the processor (130) can also identify the location of the first pixel, which is the departure point, as the reference location. This will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 6.

[0072] In step S130, the processor (130) can display an operation object (MO) including a central area including a reference position as a center point, a main function area performing the same function as the central area, and a first sub-function area and a second sub-function area each having a smaller area than the main function area by overlaying them on the preview area through the display area (140).

[0073] In step S140, if a signal dropped into one of the central area, the main function area, the first sub-function area, and the second sub-function area is identified from the input area (110), the processor (130) can manipulate the input image data (IB) and the target image data (IA) based on the function of the dropped area.

[0074] Here, manipulating the target image data (IA) and the input image data (IB) may mean, for example, a function (first function) for newly loading the input image data (IB) with priority over the target image data (IA), another example, a function (second function) for deleting the target image data (IA) from the editing window (W1) and replacing it with the input image data (IB) and loading it into the editing window (W1), and another example, a function (third function) for generating video data including a series of sequences by inserting the input image data (IB) as the next frame of the target image data (IA).

[0075]

[0076] FIG. 4a, FIG. 4b and FIG. 4c are for explaining a manipulation object (MO) according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0077] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a manipulation object (MO) may be configured to perform different functions depending on the position of a cursor (CS) within the manipulation object (MO). In addition, a point at which the cursor (CS) moves slowly or stops while positioned in a preview area where a user wishes to perform an operation may be identified as a reference position, and the reference position (e.g., a specific pixel) may be displayed. Subsequently, when a signal indicating that input image data dragged within the manipulation object (MO) has been dropped is identified, the processor (130) may perform manipulation of the input image data based on the target image data according to the position of the cursor (CS) at the time of the drop.

[0078] For example, a manipulation object (MO) may include multiple functional domains. Each functional domain may perform different functions as input image data is dropped into different functional domains.

[0079] As another example, the manipulation object (MO) may be configured to change the value of a preset function according to a quantitative value of the displacement of the cursor (CS) from a reference position. For example, the processor (130) may identify the reference position of the cursor (CS), create a manipulation object (MO) with the reference position set at the bottom, and then, when receiving a signal from the user to move or drag the cursor (CS) from bottom to top, control the input image data to gradually increase the brightness value of the input image data.

[0080] Furthermore, the processor (130) is not limited to manipulating input image data and target image data, and may also control an external device using a manipulation object (MO). For example, the processor (130) may identify a reference position of a cursor (CS) and then generate a manipulation object (MO), and based on the movement of the cursor (CS) within the manipulation object (MO), may also control the magnitude of the operating current of the external device, the magnitude of the operating voltage, the exposure value of the lens, and the mechanical position of the camera arm.

[0081] Referring to FIGS. 4a, 4b, and 4c, the manipulation object (MO) may include a central area (CA), a main function area (MA), a first sub-function area (SA1), and a second sub-function area (SA2), and the central area (CA) may include a center point (CP). In FIG. 4a, the center point (CP) is expressed, but the center point (CP) may not be displayed in the display unit (140).

[0082] When the cursor (CS) moves relatively slowly or stops for a preset period of time, the processor (130) can identify the position indicated by the cursor (CS) as a reference position and then display an operation object (MO) with the reference position as the center point (CP). This allows the user to perform various functions displayed around the center point (CP) within a short pixel displacement.

[0083] Each of the central area (CA) and the main function area (MA) may be configured such that when a drop operation is received from the input area (110), the processor (130) performs the same first function. In this case, as shown in Fig. 4b, the central area (CA) and the main function area (MA) may be displayed in a first color. By allowing the user to perform the main function through the central area (CA) where the cursor (CS) is initially positioned, while also allowing the user to perform the main function (e.g., the first function) in the widest area, the user may be guided to conveniently perform frequent tasks.

[0084] The first sub-function area (SA1) and the second sub-function area (SA2) may be displayed in a second color and a third color, respectively, so that they can perform different functions (e.g., a second function and a third function).

[0085] The processor (130) displays the first sub-function area (SA1) and the second sub-function area (SA2) in a smaller area than the main function area (MA), thereby allowing the user to easily perform several tasks (e.g., the second function) that are performed relatively less frequently.

[0086] Referring to FIG. 4c, when the processor (130) identifies that the cursor (CS) is positioned in a dragged state before being dropped into one of the central area (CA), the main function area (MA), the first sub-function area (SA1), and the second sub-function area (SA2), the processor (130) can display the color of the positioned area by emphasizing it through the display area (140).

[0087] For example, referring to FIG. 4C, if the processor (130) identifies that the cursor (CS) is positioned in a dragged state in the main function area (MA), the processor (130) can highlight and display the area where the cursor (CS) is positioned. For example, the processor (130) can highlight and display the color of the area where the cursor (CS) is positioned. For example, this means that at least one of the saturation, brightness, and luminance of the first color of the main function area (MA) can be increased to a preset value or higher. As another example, the processor (130) can change the shape of the area where the cursor (CS) is positioned. For example, in response to the cursor (CS) being positioned, the processor (130) can change a photo or picture filling the area to another photo or picture. As another example, the processor (130) can change a first character (e.g., copy) or a first icon image displayed in the area where the cursor (CS) is positioned to a second character (e.g., confirm) or a second icon image, respectively, and of course, the processor can also change the character to an icon image and the icon image to a character.

[0088] Additionally, when the main function area (MA) and the central area (CA) are displayed with the same first color, the processor (130) can also display the first color of the central area (CA) with emphasis.

[0089] Next, when the processor (130) identifies that the cursor (CS) is positioned while being dragged in the first sub-function area (SA1), the processor (130) can highlight and display the second color of the first sub-function area (SA1). The same applies to the second sub-function area (SA2).

[0090] Meanwhile, even if the processor (130) receives a signal indicating that the cursor (CS) is moving, the position of the manipulation object (MO) can be fixed as long as the manipulation object (MO) is continuously displayed through the display unit (140). That is, even if the cursor (CS) moves within the manipulation object, the position of the manipulation object (MO) can be fixed.

[0091] Referring again to FIG. 4A, the processor (130) can generate a main function area (MA) in the form of an arc having a central angle of 180 degrees, and can generate a first sub-function area (SA1) and a second sub-function area (SA2) in the form of arcs having a central angle of 90 degrees, respectively. Here, the processor (130) can generate the central area (CA) such that the main function area (MA), the first sub-function area (SA1), and the second sub-function area (SA2) surround the central area (CA).

[0092] The processor (130) creates objects having arc areas of 180, 90, and 90 degrees, respectively, for three functions, thereby allowing the cursor to move the minimum distance from the center point (CP) where it is initially located, thereby enabling the functions to be performed easily.

[0093] Meanwhile, the processor (130) can generate a main functional area (MA) having a central angle of 180 degrees, and can generate N sub-functional areas having a central angle of 180 / N (where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1). In the example described above, the processor (130) can generate two sub-functional areas having a central angle of 90 degrees, and as another example, the processor (130) can generate three sub-functional areas having a central angle of 60 degrees.

[0094] Additionally, the processor (130) can generate the manipulation object (MO) such that the first sub-function area (SA1) is included in the upper right half of the manipulation object (MO) and the second sub-function area (SA2) is included in the lower right half of the manipulation object (MO). In other words, the processor (130) can display the first sub-function area (SA1) such that a relatively priority function is located in the upper half.

[0095] Meanwhile, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the manipulation object (MO) may be implemented as an object of various shapes (e.g., a polygon) rather than a circle, and the manipulation object (MO) may be configured to position the reference position of the cursor (CS) in the main function area (MA), and the manipulation object (MO) may include a main function area (MA), a first sub-function area (SA1), and a second sub-function area (SA2), and a central function area (CA) may not be implemented.

[0096] In other words, when the processor (130) identifies the reference position of the cursor (CS), it can create an operation object (MO) so that the main function area (MA) is placed on the reference position and the area adjacent to the main function area (MA) includes sub-function areas (SA1, SA2).

[0097]

[0098] FIG. 5a, FIG. 5b and FIG. 5c are intended to explain the first to third functions according to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, respectively.

[0099] Referring to FIG. 5A, the processor (130) can position the first target image data (IA1) included in the editing window (W1) as lower priority and position the first input image data (IB1) as higher priority by performing the first function.

[0100] Referring to FIG. 5b, the processor (130) can perform a second function to delete the first target image data (IA1) from the editing window (W1) and position the first input image data (IB1) in the order of the first target image data (IA1). In other words, the processor (130) can replace the first target image data (IA1) with the first input image data (IB1) by performing the second function.

[0101] Referring to FIG. 5c, the processor (130) may generate sequence video data (MV) by performing a third function, and the sequence video data (MV) may be a file in which the first target video data (IA1) is assigned as the first frame and the first input video data (IB1) is assigned as the second frame. Furthermore, when the processor (130) identifies that the second input video data (IB2) dragged to the sequence video data (MV) has been dropped, the processor (130) may assign the second input video data (IB2) as the third frame to the video data (MV).

[0102]

[0103] FIG. 6 is intended to explain a step of identifying a reference position according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0104] Referring to FIG. 6, the display unit (140) may include a plurality of pixels including a first pixel (PX1), a second pixel (PX2), and a third pixel (PX3).

[0105] When the processor (130) identifies a cursor (CS) movement speed lower than a preset movement speed, it can identify the position indicated by the cursor (CS) as a reference position.

[0106] For example, the preset movement speed may be 3 pixels per second, the distance between the first pixel (PX1) and the second pixel (PX2) may be 4, and the distance between the second pixel (PX2) and the third pixel (PX3) may be 2. Also, the time taken to move from the first pixel to the second pixel may be 0.5 seconds, and the time taken to move from the second pixel to the third pixel may be 1 second.

[0107] The processor (130) can receive an input signal that moves slower than a preset movement speed by dividing the movement displacement by the movement time, identify the position of the third pixel (PX3) as a reference position, and then generate a manipulation object (MO) using this as the center point (CP).

[0108] The processor (130) can receive multiple input locations from the input unit (110) over a certain period of time, and the input locations can include pixel locations. For example, the input unit (110) can transmit location information to the processor (130) 400 times per second.

[0109] The processor (130) can continuously receive information that the cursor (CS) is located at the first pixel (PX1) at a first time, information that the cursor (CS) is located at the second pixel (PX2) at a second time, and information that the cursor (CS) is located at the third pixel (PX3) at a third time.

[0110] The processor (130) can identify a position indicated by the cursor (CS) as a reference position when it identifies a displacement less than a preset pixel displacement. For example, the preset pixel displacement may be 3, the displacement of the first pixel (PX1) and the second pixel (PX2) may be 4, and the displacement of the second pixel (PX2) and the third pixel (PX3) may be 2. The processor (130) can receive an input signal that has moved less than the preset pixel displacement, identify the position of the second pixel (PX2) or the third pixel (PX3) as a reference position, and then generate a manipulation object (MO) using this as a center point (CP).

[0111] As another example, if the processor (130) receives an input signal indicating that the cursor (CS) points to the same pixel for a preset period of time, the processor (130) can identify the pointed pixel as a reference position.

[0112]

[0113] FIG. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a reference position re-search and manipulation object hiding function according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0114] In step S151, when the processor (130) displays the manipulation object (MO) by overlaying it on the preview area according to step S130 of the aforementioned FIG. 3, the processor (130) can continuously track the position of the cursor (CS), and when it identifies that the cursor (CS) is located outside the manipulation object (MO) in the drag state, it can manipulate the display unit (140) to hide the existing manipulation object (MO) or prevent it from appearing on the display unit (140) (S152). As another example, the processor (130) can hide the manipulation object (MO) when it identifies that the cursor (CS) is located outside the manipulation object (MO) and inside the preview area. This may mean that the user's work using the manipulation object (MO) has been completed, and for the convenience of the user's operation, the processor (130) can control the display unit (140) to hide the manipulation object.

[0115] In step S153, the processor (130) may perform a step (S153) of re-searching the reference position in response to hiding the existing manipulation object (MO).

[0116] Here, the step of re-searching the reference position (S153) may mean that the processor (130) performs the step of identifying the reference position again, such as step S120 of FIG. 3.
