Description

Tips for spraying materials

[0001] The present invention relates to a tip for injecting a material, and more particularly, to a tip for injecting a material using a material injection nozzle.

[0002] Traditionally, needles have been used to deliver substances into the body through the skin. However, due to concerns about the introduction of pathogens and contaminants into the body through needles, as well as the increased waste generated by disposable needles, the need for needle-free delivery is emerging.

[0003] These substances include liquid medications that are injected into the body or substances that are injected through the skin for tattooing.

[0004] As an example of conventional material transfer, a device has been developed that periodically generates pressure by applying laser pulses into a chamber to spray a material, and in relation to this, Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0049097 discloses.

[0005] However, this conventional method has the problem that the usage time becomes long when used on a large area, such as when tattooing, and the temperature of the material transfer device increases due to the laser pulse.

[0006] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a long-term usable material injection tip that solves the problems of the conventional material injection device described above.

[0007] According to the present invention, a material injection tip may be provided, which includes a pressure chamber configured to accommodate a liquid, a window provided on one side of the pressure chamber and configured to allow a laser irradiated from the outside to pass therethrough and reach a liquid accommodated inside the pressure chamber, a membrane portion provided on one side of the pressure chamber to seal the chamber and configured to be deformed according to pressure generated when the laser is irradiated on the liquid, a material chamber configured to accommodate a material and having one side open so that the accommodated material can receive pressure by the membrane portion, a connection port having an opening formed so that the material can be introduced into the material chamber, a spray nozzle configured to be connected from the outside of the material chamber and configured so that the material accommodated in the material chamber can be sprayed to the outside, and a cooling channel formed adjacent to the pressure chamber so that heat generated in the pressure chamber can be dissipated.

[0008] Meanwhile, the pressure chamber can be cooled by convection of fluid passing through the cooling channel.

[0009] Meanwhile, the cooling channels may be arranged such that at least some of the paths are vertical when the material injection tip is gripped so as to allow natural convection to occur when the material injection tip is used.

[0010] Additionally, the cooling channels may be configured in multiples and may be provided spaced apart at predetermined intervals along the periphery of the pressure chamber.

[0011] Furthermore, cooling channels can be formed by penetrating the material chamber and the pressure chamber in the direction of the laser irradiation.

[0012] Additionally, a portion of the cooling channel can be formed at a predetermined angle to the irradiation path of the laser.

[0013] Meanwhile, the pressure chamber includes a pressure chamber housing, wherein the pressure chamber housing may include an outer housing and an inner housing configured to be accommodated inside the outer housing.

[0014] Additionally, the outer housing and the inner housing are made of different materials,

[0015] The above outer housing may be composed of a material having lower thermal conductivity than the above inner housing.

[0016] Additionally, the pressure chamber housing may be configured to be coupled and separated from each other along the laser irradiation direction from the pressure chamber.

[0017] Furthermore, one outlet of the cooling channel may be formed on a side surface of the pressure chamber.

[0018] The material injection tip according to the present invention can maximize convenience by allowing smooth cooling even when used for a long time, and also has the effect of maintaining the material injection performance by appropriately maintaining the temperature of the material.

[0032] Hereinafter, a material injection tip according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In the following description of the embodiments, the names of each component may be referred to by different names in the art. However, if they have functional similarity and identity, they can be viewed as equivalent configurations even if modified embodiments are adopted. In addition, the symbols added to each component are described for convenience of explanation. However, the content depicted in the drawings in which these symbols are described does not limit each component to the scope within the drawings. Similarly, even if an embodiment with some modifications to the configuration in the drawings is adopted, if functional similarity and identity exist, they can be viewed as equivalent configurations. In addition, if it is recognized as a component that should be included naturally in light of the general level of a technician in the relevant technical field, a description thereof will be omitted.

[0033] Figure 1 is a perspective view of a material injection tip equipped with a material injection tip (1) according to the present invention.

[0034] Referring to FIG. 1, a material injection tip (1) according to the present invention can be configured to be connected to a laser generating device so that a laser is irradiated from the outside, and pressure is generated inside by the irradiated laser so that the material can be injected.

[0035] A material injection tip may be configured to include a main body (10), a foot switch (40), a cable (20), a handpiece (30), and an interface (50).

[0036] The main body (10) may be configured to include a control unit, an interface unit, and a power supply unit. The control unit may be configured to generate a laser according to a user's input, and may be configured to adjust the generation pattern, cycle, number of times, etc. of the laser pulse according to the input. However, since this control unit is widely used in a configuration including a processor, a further detailed description will be omitted.

[0037] The control unit can be configured to receive power from the outside and supply appropriate power to the electrical elements connected to the main body (10) and the handpiece (30).

[0038] The foot switch (40) is configured to enable the user to control the operation of the material injection tip by stepping on it with his or her foot. The foot switch (40) is configured to enable the user to control the operation of the material injection tip with his or her foot when the user uses both hands to hold and move the material injection tip while spraying the material.

[0039] The cable (20) is configured to transmit power from the main body (10) to the handpiece (30) described later, and one side can be placed on an arm formed by extending or connecting from the main body (10) so that interference does not occur during the procedure.

[0040] The handpiece (30) may be configured to include a laser generator (not shown). The laser generator is configured to receive power from the outside and generate a laser of a certain wavelength. The laser generator can irradiate a laser beam to a fluid contained in a pressure chamber (100) to be described later, thereby instantaneously increasing the pressure inside the pressure chamber (100). The laser generator may select beams of various wavelengths, and various wavelengths such as 532 nm, 1064 nm, and 2900 nm may be used. As an example, the laser generator may be configured to generate a laser beam having a wavelength of 2940 nm, which is the most energy-efficient for water. However, the wavelength of the laser beam generated from such a laser generator is merely an example, and may be selected in various ways in relation to the characteristics of the liquid inside the pressure chamber (100).

[0041] A material injection tip (1) may be mounted on the end of the handpiece. The material injection tip (1) may be configured to be easily mounted and removed from the handpiece, and different tips may be mounted and used depending on the user or the type of material to be injected. That is, a material injection tip selected according to the user's needs may be mounted on the end of the handpiece (30). The material injection tip (1) may be irradiated with the aforementioned laser beam to generate pressure inside. The material injection tip (1) is configured to allow the material to be injected through the nozzle by the pressure generated inside, and the injected material can be injected into the human skin. When the inner diameter of the nozzle (272) of the nozzle is configured within a predetermined range and the material is injected at high pressure, the material can be injected into the skin while minimizing the pain of the person receiving the treatment.

[0042] The interface unit (50) is configured to receive operation input from a user and can be configured to display information about the currently set status and usage. The interface unit can be configured as a touch-enabled display unit, for example.

[0043] Meanwhile, the substance in this specification may be a drug or tattoo dye injected through the skin.

[0044] Meanwhile, the detailed configuration of the material injection tip (1) will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 10 below.

[0045] Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a material injection tip (1).

[0046] Referring to FIG. 2, a material injection tip (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to be able to inject a material that has been temporarily stored by pressure generated when a laser is irradiated from the outside.

[0047] A material injection tip (1) according to the present invention may be configured to include a pressure chamber (100), a material chamber (200), a cooling channel (300), and a connection port cap (500).

[0048] The material injection tip (1) may be configured to an appropriate size so that the user can precisely adjust the position when spraying the material. For example, the outer surface of the tip may be configured to be cylindrical and have a diameter of 1 to 5 cm so that the user can easily hold it by hand.

[0049] The pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) may each be configured to be generally rotationally symmetrical, and the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) may be configured to be connected to each other in the direction of the rotationally symmetric central axis.

[0050] The material chamber (200) is provided with a predetermined space so that a material can be filled therein. The user fills the material chamber (200) with a material, for example, a tattoo dye or pigment, and uses the material injection tip (1).

[0051] The cooling channel (300) is formed adjacent to the pressure chamber (100) so that heat generated in the pressure chamber (100) can be dissipated. The cooling channel (300) can be configured so that a fluid can move through it. For example, the cooling channel (300) can cool the interior of the pressure chamber (100) as gas passes through it by natural convection when a material injection tip (1) is used.

[0052] The cooling channels (300) may be formed at least partially along the direction of material spraying at points spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the pressure chamber (100). Accordingly, the pressure chamber (100) may be cooled at multiple points, thereby ensuring cooling performance. As an example, four cooling channels (300) may be formed in the pressure chamber (100), and may be formed at positions spaced apart at 90-degree intervals along the circumferential direction.

[0053] The connection port cap (500) has a connection structure and can be connected to the connection port (220) described later, and is configured to seal the connection port (220) after accommodating a material in the material chamber (200).

[0054] Figure 3 is a perspective view of the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) of the material injection tip in a disassembled state.

[0055] Referring to FIG. 3, the pressure chamber (100) may be connected to the material chamber (200), and the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) may be configured so that the internal pressures may influence each other when connected to each other. The material chamber (200) may be provided with a known fastening structure, such as a screw thread, so that the material chamber (200) and the pressure chamber (100) may be connected to each other. In addition, male / female fastening structures may be provided in the material chamber (200) and the pressure chamber (100), respectively, to facilitate fastening. For example, the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) may be provided with a first fastening portion (151) and a second fastening portion (211), respectively.

[0056] The cooling channel (300) is configured so that the channels formed in the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) are in fluid communication with each other and allow the cooling fluid to flow. Meanwhile, the cooling channel (300) will be described in detail later with reference to 9 to 13.

[0057] Hereinafter, the configuration of the pressure chamber (100) will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.

[0058] Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the pressure chamber (100), and Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the pressure chamber (100) cut in the II` direction of Fig. 2.

[0059] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the pressure chamber (100) may be configured to include a shield (110), an upper cap (120), a window (130), an O-ring (140), a pressure chamber housing (150), and a membrane portion (160).

[0060] The shield (110) is configured to prevent external impact and enhance the user's grip. For example, the shield (110) is configured to wrap around the pressure chamber housing (150), which will be described later, from the side in a hollow shape, and may be composed of an elastic material.

[0061] The upper cap (120) is configured to be coupled with the pressure chamber housing (150) to be described later so as to firmly fix the window (130) and the O-ring (140). The upper cap (120) is configured in an overall circular shape, and a hole may be formed in the center portion to allow a laser to pass through. The upper cap (120) may be coupled with the pressure chamber housing (150) in the direction of the rotationally symmetrical central axis. A protrusion (121) may be formed on one side of the upper cap (120) so as to press the window (130) and the O-ring (140). On the other hand, a connecting structure may be provided on the other side of the upper cap (120) so as to be connected to an external handpiece (30). Meanwhile, the shape of the upper cap (120) as described above is merely an example, and may be modified and applied in various configurations so as to allow the window (130) and the O-ring (140) to be tightly attached to the pressure chamber housing (150). Additionally, the upper cap (120) may form a part of the first channel (320) of the cooling channel (300) in the direction of laser irradiation. However, a detailed description of the cooling channel (300) will be described later.

[0062] The window (130) is configured to allow a laser beam irradiated from the outside to penetrate into the pressure chamber (100). The window (130) may be configured with a material having an appropriate strength so as not to be broken when the pressure inside the pressure chamber (100) increases due to the liquid. The window (130) may be configured with sapphire glass, for example. However, the window (130) may be modified and applied to a configuration of a window having an appropriate focal length so that the laser beam can be focused on the liquid inside the pressure chamber (100) when irradiated.

[0063] An O-ring (140) is provided between the window (130) and the pressure chamber housing (150), which will be described later, to prevent the liquid contained in the pressure chamber housing (150) from leaking toward the lens side. Since a widely used configuration can be used for the O-ring (140), a further detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0064] The pressure chamber housing (150) may be provided with an internal space (153) so that liquid can be accommodated therein. The pressure chamber housing (150) may be provided with an internal space (153) and may be configured to include a membrane support member (152) and a first connection member (151), and the pressure chamber housing (150) may be configured to be separated into an inner housing (154) and an outer housing (155).

[0065] An internal space (153) is provided at the center side of the pressure chamber housing (150) so that the laser passing through the window (130) can reach the liquid. The pressure chamber housing (150) may be configured to be rotationally symmetrical as a whole, and the internal space (153) may be provided at the center side. The internal space (153) of the pressure chamber housing (150) is open toward the material chamber (200) to be described later, and the open portion may be configured to be sealed by a membrane portion (160) to be described later.

[0066] A first connecting portion (151) may be provided along the circumferential direction on the outside of the pressure chamber housing (150) so that a material chamber (200) to be described later can be connected. A second connecting portion (211) may be provided on the material chamber (200) to be described later so that it can be coupled with the first connecting portion (151) so that the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) can be connected to each other.

[0067] The membrane support (152) forms an internal space (153) and may be configured in a hollow shape that extends a predetermined length in the direction of the rotational symmetry axis. The membrane support (152) may be configured so that the end on the material chamber (200) side can support the membrane portion (160) in the thickness direction.

[0068] The pressure chamber housing (150) may be made of a material having a relatively higher strength than the membrane portion (160) so that when the pressure inside increases, the shape change due to the pressure can be concentrated on the membrane portion (160) to be described later.

[0069] The inner housing (154) and the outer housing (155) are formed with a connection structure in one area, so that they can be combined and separated in the direction of laser irradiation. The inner housing (154) is formed with the membrane support (152) described above at the end where the material chamber (200) is connected, and the outer housing (155) is configured to include the first connection (151) described above. In addition, a part of the first channel (320) of the cooling channel (300) may be formed in the inner housing (154) in the direction of laser irradiation. In addition, a part of the first channel (320) formed in the inner housing (154) may be formed at a corresponding position when the upper cap (120) and the pressure chamber housing (150) are connected. However, a detailed description of the cooling channel (300) will be described later.

[0070] The inner housing (154) may be made of a material stronger than the outer housing (155) to withstand the pressure generated in the inner space (153), and the outer housing (155) may be made of a material having lower thermal conductivity than the inner housing (154) to reduce heat generated in the inner space (153) from being conducted to the shield (110). For example, the inner housing (154) may be made of a metal material, and the outer housing (155) may be made of a plastic material. Accordingly, the outer housing (155) can minimize heat conducted to the outer surface of the shield (110) like the shield (110). Therefore, even when the material injection tip (1) is used for a long time, the outer surface of the shield (110) can be prevented from being excessively overheated.

[0071] The membrane portion (160) is configured to seal the internal space (153) of the pressure chamber housing (150), and may be configured to deform when pressure increases in the internal space (153) and transmit the pressure to the other side, i.e., the material receiving space (230) within the material chamber (200). The membrane portion (160) may be configured such that one side faces the internal space (153), and the other side contacts the material receiving space (230) of the material chamber (200), which will be described later.

[0072] The membrane portion (160) may include a disc-shaped structure, a first guide portion (162), and a second guide portion (161). One side of the disc-shaped structure is configured to be in close contact with an end of the pressure chamber (100), and the first guide portion (162) and the second guide portion are configured to align the position of the membrane portion (160) when the membrane portion (160) is temporarily placed in the pressure chamber (100).

[0073] The first guide portion (162) can extend a predetermined length toward the pressure chamber (100) along the circumference of the disc-shaped structure. The second guide portion (161) can extend toward the pressure chamber (100) at a plurality of points along the circumference of the first guide portion (162).

[0074] When the membrane part (160) is placed in the pressure chamber (100), the position can be aligned as the end of the pressure chamber (100) is inserted into the inner space formed by the first guide part (162) and the second guide part (161).

[0075] Hereinafter, the material chamber (200) will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.

[0076] Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the material chamber (200), and Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the material chamber (200) taken along line II` of Fig. 2.

[0077] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the material chamber (200) may be configured to include a material chamber housing (210), a material receiving space (230), a connection port (220), a channel (221), a valve (240), and a spray nozzle (270).

[0078] The material chamber housing (210) is configured with a structure that can accommodate a material inside the material chamber (200), and can serve as a base on which the remaining components of the material chamber (200) can be provided.

[0079] The material chamber housing (210) may be provided with an overall rotational symmetry, and one side thereof may be connected to the aforementioned pressure chamber (100) along the direction of the rotational center axis, and the other side thereof may be provided with a spray nozzle (270) so as to be configured to spray a material as the internal pressure increases. The material chamber housing (210) may be provided with an extension portion (212) that is formed to extend along the direction of the rotational center axis so that the spray nozzle (270) may be provided. The extension portion (212) may be configured in the shape of a cone with an empty interior, and may be configured so that the material moves therein. In addition, when the material chamber housing (210) is combined with the pressure chamber (100), a first channel (320) of a cooling channel (300) may be formed at a position corresponding to the second channel (310) described above. Accordingly, the first channel (320) and the second channel (310) can function as a single channel while being in fluid communication with each other when the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) are connected. At this time, the positions of the first connection portion (151) and the second connection portion (211) described above can be aligned when connected so that the first channel (320) and the second channel (310) can be in fluid communication with each other when the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber are connected to each other. However, a detailed description of the cooling channel (300) will be described later.

[0080] The material receiving space (230) is configured to allow a material to be received therein, and may be part of the inner space of the material chamber housing (210).

[0081] The connection port (220) is configured to allow a material to be injected, and may be configured to be connected to the aforementioned connection port cap (500). For example, the connection port (220) may be configured to be connected to the connection port cap (500) by providing a connection structure in an area connected to the connection port cap (500), and to be sealed. This connection port (220) may be provided on a portion of the side of the pressure chamber (100). When configured in this manner, interference can be prevented when a user holds and uses the tip, and the usability can be improved.

[0082] A channel (221) may be formed by penetrating the material chamber housing (210) in a rotationally symmetrical radial direction so that a material can flow within the connection port (220) and the material receiving space (230). One side of the channel (221) may be formed from an opening (222) on the side of the material receiving space (230), and the other side may be formed by connecting to an opening (222) formed at the end of the connection port (220).

[0083] The valve (240) may be configured to determine the direction of a material flowing from the connection port (220) into the material receiving space (230). For example, the valve (240) may be configured to allow a flow from the connection port (220) to the material receiving space (230). The valve (240) may be configured in a hollow shape, for example, and may be configured in a shape that fits the inner wall of the material receiving space (230). The valve (240) may be provided with an opening (222) on one side thereof to open and close an opening (222) of a channel (221) formed on the inner wall of the material receiving space (230). The opening (241) may be configured to have a pair of notches cut on one side of the hollow shape so that it can be bent according to an external force.

[0084] When the valve (240) is installed in the material receiving space (230), the opening (222) of the channel (221) can be sealed by the opening / closing part (241). Meanwhile, when the force due to the pressure inside the channel (221) is greater than the resistance due to the pressure of the material receiving space (230) and the restoring force due to the elasticity of the opening / closing part (241), the opening / closing part (241) can be configured to bend toward the material receiving space (230) so that the material can flow from the channel (221) to the material receiving space (230).

[0085] However, the configuration of this valve (240) is only an example and may be modified and applied to a configuration such as a one-way valve or check valve for flowing from the connection port (220) to the material receiving space (230).

[0086] The spray nozzle (270) is configured to spray a substance to the outside. One side of the spray nozzle (270) may be connected to the extension (212) of the aforementioned material chamber housing (210). The end of the spray nozzle (270) may be formed by cutting the end flat so that it is not inserted when in contact with the skin. A spray path (271) may be formed at the center of the spray nozzle (270), and a spray port (272) may be formed at the end so that a substance passing through the spray path (271) may be sprayed.

[0087] The nozzle (272) may be formed to have an inner diameter of, for example, 500 μm to 50 μm, and may be coated on the inner surface to ensure smooth flow of the material. Meanwhile, the spray nozzle (270) may be configured to spray a uniform amount of material even with repeated use. For example, the spray nozzle (270) may be formed of metal or plastic.

[0088] Hereinafter, the cooling channel (300) will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

[0089] Fig. 8 is a bottom view showing a cooling channel (300) in a material chamber (200), and Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a material injection tip (1) cut along II-II` of Fig. 2 and rotated so that the injection nozzle (270) faces downward.

[0090] Referring to FIG. 8, the cooling channel (300) is formed at a predetermined interval around the perimeter of the material chamber (200), and may be formed between the perimeter of the material chamber (200) and the extension (212). The cooling channel (300) may be formed in multiple numbers, and may be formed at multiple points along the perimeter of the material chamber (200).

[0091] Referring to FIG. 9, the cooling channel (300) is formed to be positioned between the membrane support (152) and the extension (212) when the pressure chamber (100) and the material chamber (200) are connected, so that it can be positioned as close as possible to the internal space (153) in the pressure chamber (100). In addition, the cooling channel (300) can be formed to penetrate the material chamber (200) and the pressure chamber (100). In addition, the cooling channel (300) can be configured to extend in the direction of the laser irradiation and be parallel to the irradiation path of the laser. This cooling channel (300) can include the first channel (320) and the second channel (310) described above.

[0092] In addition, the fluid inlet (311) of the cooling channel (300) may be formed in the material chamber (200), and the fluid outlet (321) may be formed toward the end of the handpiece (30). As illustrated, the cooling channel (300) may have a fluid inlet (311) formed in a circular shape and extend in the irradiation direction of the laser, so that a portion of the path of the cooling channel (300) may be formed in a cylindrical shape. However, the cooling channel (300) may be configured in various shapes. The cooling channel (300) may be configured to have the widest possible area in contact with the inner housing (154), and may be deformed so that heat generated in the inner space (153) is dissipated as much as possible. As an example, the deformed cooling channel (300) may have a fluid inlet (311) and a fluid outlet (321) formed in an arc shape. And the modified cooling channel (300) can be formed to penetrate in the direction of the laser irradiation so as to increase the area in contact with the fluid of the inner housing (154).

[0093] Meanwhile, most users use the material injection tip (1) in an upright position as shown in Fig. 9, and at this time, the cooling channel (300) can be formed in a vertical direction. This cooling channel (300) can dissipate heat generated in the internal space (153) through the flow of fluid occurring in the path. Accordingly, the cooling channel (300) can minimize the heat transferred to the shield (110) by the internal and external housings described above, and at the same time cool the pressure chamber (100), thereby preventing overheating. Therefore, when the material injection tip is held and used, it can be used for a long time.

[0094] Hereinafter, the operation of the material injection tip (1) according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 10.

[0095] Figure 10 is a diagram showing the operating status of the material injection tip (1) when injecting material (D).

[0096] The material injection tip (1) can be used with the material injected through the connection port (220), and a handpiece (30) can be connected to one side of the pressure chamber (100). However, the handpiece (30) is partially omitted for convenience of explanation.

[0097] Referring to Fig. 10, when using the material injection tip (1), the internal space (153) of the pressure chamber (100) is completely filled with a liquid, for example, water (W). At this time, hot water of 10°C to 100°C may be used to minimize the generation of bubbles. Meanwhile, the material receiving space (230) is also prepared for operation with the material (D) completely contained therein.

[0098] Thereafter, when a pulse of a laser beam (L) is irradiated by a user's input, for example, by operating a foot switch (40), the laser generates a bubble (B) inside the pressure chamber (100), and the pressure inside the pressure chamber (100) increases momentarily due to the generation of the bubble (B). Thereafter, the membrane portion (160) is deformed toward the material receiving space (230) due to the increased pressure inside the pressure chamber (100) and transmits the pressure to the material receiving space (230). When the pressure inside the material receiving space (230) increases, the material (D) is then injected toward the injection nozzle (270), which is the only outlet. Accordingly, the material injection tip (1) causes the material (D) to be injected at the injection location. Meanwhile, although not shown, at this time, the pressure in the material receiving space (230) becomes greater than the pressure in the channel (221), so the opening / closing part (241) pressurizes the opening (222) to block the material from moving from the material receiving space (230) to the channel (221).

[0099] Meanwhile, the material injection tip (1) may generate heat due to irradiation of the laser beam (L) in the internal space (153) after the material (D) is injected through the above-described process. In addition, if the material injection tip (1) is repeatedly used, the pressure chamber (100) may be overheated due to the heat described above. Here, the fluid (A) may be introduced into the path of the cooling channel (300) through the fluid inlet (311) and may be discharged through the fluid outlet (321). At this time, the introduced fluid (A) may absorb the heat described above by coming into contact with the cooling surface (156) while staying in the cooling channel (300). In addition, the fluid (A) heated by absorbing the heat is discharged through the fluid outlet (321) so that the heat generated in the pressure chamber (100) is dissipated. Accordingly, the cooling channel (300) may allow the heat to be dissipated by the continued convection of the fluid (A). Ultimately, the cooling channel (300) can dissipate heat generated in the internal space (153) to maintain the temperature of the internal space (153) at an appropriate level. Therefore, the cooling channel (300) minimizes the change in state of the material (D) due to heat, thereby maintaining the performance of the material injection tip (1) for injection for a long period of time.

[0100] Hereinafter, a material injection tip (1) according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 13. Meanwhile, this embodiment may also be configured to include the same components as the aforementioned embodiment, and descriptions of the same components will be omitted to avoid redundant description, and the different components will be described in detail.

[0101] Fig. 11 is a perspective view of a material injection tip (1) of another embodiment, Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III` of Fig. 11, and Fig. 13 is an operating state diagram of a material injection tip (1) of another embodiment.

[0102] Referring to FIG. 11, in the present embodiment, as in the above-described embodiment, the fluid inlet (311) may be formed in the material chamber (200), but the fluid outlet (321) may be formed on the side of the pressure chamber (100).

[0103] Referring to FIG. 12, the cooling channel (300) may be formed and arranged similarly to the aforementioned embodiment. However, a portion of the cooling channel (300) is formed at a predetermined angle with respect to the laser irradiation path. Accordingly, a portion of the cooling channel (300) may be formed to penetrate the external housing (155) and the shield (110). Accordingly, the cooling channel (300) may be configured such that the inflowing fluid escapes to the side of the pressure chamber (100).

[0104] Referring to Fig. 13, the material injection tip (1) can be used at various angles depending on the injection position (S). The user generally holds the material injection tip (1) vertically, but in reality, the angle at which the material injection tip (1) is held may vary somewhat. In this embodiment, the path of the cooling channel (300) can be switched so that the material injection tip (1) exhibits appropriate cooling performance even when the user adjusts the angle to use the material injection tip (1).

[0105] As illustrated in an example, the material injection tip (1) can be held and used in an inclined state. At this time, as described above, heat may be generated in the internal space (153) due to the irradiation of the laser. Here, the temperature of the upper side of the contained water (W) may be higher than that of the lower side due to convection. Accordingly, the cooling channel (301) located on the left side of Fig. 13 must discharge more heat than the cooling channel (302) located on the right side. At this time, a part of the path of the cooling channel (301) located on the left side may be arranged at an angle close to vertical from the ground, so that the convection of the fluid (A) may be smooth. On the other hand, a part of the path of the cooling channel (302) located on the right side may face toward the ground, so that the convection of the fluid (A) may be difficult. As a result, the fluid (A) may move faster in the cooling channel (301) located on the left side than in the cooling channel (302) located on the right side. Accordingly, the fluid (A) can dissipate a relatively large amount of heat from the cooling channel (301) located on the left side. Accordingly, the pressure chamber (100) can be cooled efficiently and quickly. In other words, in the present embodiment, as the cooling channel (300) is deformed, the material injection tip (1) can secure appropriate cooling performance regardless of the angle at which it is gripped.

[0106] As described above, the material injection tip according to the present invention has the effect of being able to inject the material through the skin painlessly by injecting the material at high pressure without a needle.

[0107] In addition, the material injection tip according to the present invention can maximize convenience by allowing smooth cooling even when used for a long time, and can also maintain the temperature of the material appropriately, thereby having the effect of maintaining material injection properties.
