Description
Optical machines, display devices, and vehicles
[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on September 28, 2023, with application number 202311290112.0 and application name “Optical machine, display device and vehicle”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of optical machinery technology, and in particular to an optical machine, a display device, and a vehicle. Background Art
[0003] Typically, an optical machine includes a housing and a lens. The housing includes a housing cavity, and the lens is positioned within the cavity and connected to the housing via bottom and shoulder bonding. The bottom end face of the lens is glued to the bottom wall of the cavity, and the two opposing end walls of the lens are glued to the two opposing side walls of the cavity, respectively, to achieve the connection between the lens and the housing. However, the reliability of the lens-to-housing connection is low, which can reduce optical quality. Therefore, improving the reliability of the lens-to-housing connection has become a pressing issue.
[0004] Summary of the Invention
[0005] The embodiments of the present application provide an optical machine, a display device, and a vehicle, which can improve the reliability of the connection between the lens and the housing, thereby ensuring the position accuracy of the lens and further ensuring the optical quality.
[0006] In a first aspect, the present application provides an optical machine comprising a housing, at least one lens, and at least one adhesive. The housing includes at least one fixing group, each fixing group corresponding to a lens, each fixing group including two fixing platforms disposed on opposite sides of the corresponding lens, the two fixing platforms of each fixing group being bonded to opposite ends of the corresponding lens via two adhesives. At least one fixing platform includes a portion of a snap-fitting space for accommodating the corresponding adhesive, the snap-fitting space being used to snap-fit the fixing platform to the corresponding adhesive.
[0007] The optical machine provided in the embodiment of the present application can increase the bonding area between the adhesive and the fixing platform by providing a partial snap-in space for accommodating the adhesive, thereby improving the bonding performance between the adhesive and the fixing platform, and further improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive and the fixing platform. In addition, when the glue peels off, for example, when the bonding force between the adhesive and the fixing platform disappears, the fixing platform and the adhesive are snap-fitted together, so that the connection between the adhesive and the fixing platform will not fail, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive and the fixing platform. Therefore, by cooperating with the snap-in space and the adhesive, the reliability of the connection between the adhesive and the fixing platform can be improved, which not only ensures the position accuracy of the lens and thus the optical quality, but also prevents the lens from shifting or falling off due to vibration, thereby ensuring the optical quality.
[0008] In a possible implementation, the at least one engaging space is used to engage the fixing platform with the corresponding adhesive component in the first direction.
[0009] The optical engine provided in the embodiments of the present application utilizes a locking space to engage the fixing platform with the corresponding adhesive member in the first direction. This prevents the lens from shaking or falling off in the first direction due to vibration, thereby ensuring the lens's positional accuracy. Furthermore, a fixing platform is provided on opposite sides of the lens in the second direction. The lens is bonded to the two fixing platforms via two adhesive members, respectively, to prevent the lens from shaking or falling off in the second direction due to vibration, thereby ensuring the lens's positional accuracy. Therefore, by engaging the fixing platform with the corresponding adhesive member in the first direction, the lens's positional accuracy can be guaranteed.
[0010] In one possible embodiment, at least one of the engaging spaces is a engaging slot, comprising a first slot and a second slot. The first slot extends through a side wall of the fixing platform and faces the lens in a second direction, while the second slot extends through a top surface of the fixing platform in a third direction. The first, second, and third directions are perpendicular to each other.
[0011] In the optical engine provided in the embodiments of the present application, at least one engaging space is a engaging slot. This not only allows the engaging space to accommodate a portion of the adhesive component, thereby enabling engagement between the mounting platform and the corresponding adhesive component, but also reduces the difficulty of providing the engaging space on the mounting platform. Furthermore, the engaging slot does not affect the adjustment range of the lens, freeing up space for lens coupling. Furthermore, the engaging slot occupies little space, offers flexible placement, and facilitates a compact product design.
[0012] In one possible embodiment, the engaging groove is at least one of the following: a U-shaped groove, an arcuate groove, a semicircular groove, or a V-shaped groove. Using any of these grooves not only improves the bonding performance between the adhesive element and the fixing platform, but also enables engaging the fixing platform with the corresponding adhesive element.
[0013] In a possible embodiment, at least one fixing platform includes a main body portion, and along the second direction, there is a fitting gap between the main body portion and the end face of the corresponding lens for accommodating part of the adhesive, and the main body portion of at least one fixing platform includes a clamping space.
[0014] In the optical machine provided in the embodiments of the present application, a clearance for accommodating the adhesive component is provided between the fixing platform and the lens, enabling the adhesive component to adhere to the lens and the fixing platform separately. Furthermore, the two fixing platforms can restrict the corresponding lens from swaying in the second direction, thereby ensuring the lens's positional accuracy.
[0015] In one possible embodiment, the at least one mating gap includes a first gap segment and a second gap segment. Along the second direction, the width of the first gap segment is greater than the width of the second gap segment. Along the third direction, the first gap segment is closer to the top of the fixing platform and closer to the engaging space, while the second gap segment is closer to the bottom of the fixing platform.
[0016] The optical machine provided in the embodiments of the present application comprises a first gap segment and a second gap segment, thereby increasing the bonding area between the mounting platform and the adhesive, thereby improving the bonding performance between the adhesive and the mounting platform, and further enhancing the reliability of the connection between the adhesive and the mounting platform. Furthermore, the difficulty of placing the adhesive within the gap is reduced, thereby increasing the speed with which the adhesive can bond the mounting platform and the lens.
[0017] In a possible implementation, along the third direction, a depth of the at least one engaging space is equal to a height of the first gap segment.
[0018] By making the depth of the engaging space equal to the height of the first gap section, the optical engine provided in the present embodiment can increase the bonding area between the adhesive and the inner wall of the engaging space, thereby improving the reliability of the bonding between the inner wall of the engaging space and the adhesive. Furthermore, the reliability of the engaging connection between the adhesive and the fixing platform can be improved.
[0019] In a possible implementation, at least one fixing platform includes at least one extension portion, and along the first direction, at least one of two opposite sides of at least one lens is provided with the extension portion.
[0020] In the optical machine provided in the embodiments of the present application, at least one of the two opposing sides of at least one lens is provided with an extension. This not only increases the bonding area between the mounting platform and the adhesive, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive and the mounting platform, but also prevents the lens from shaking in the second direction without affecting the light transmitted by the lens, thereby ensuring the lens's positional accuracy. Furthermore, during the glue dispensing process, the extension ensures that the glue enters the interior of the fitting gap, ensuring that the glue adheres to the mounting platform and the lens.
[0021] In a possible implementation, at least one lens is provided with extension portions on two opposite sides, and the number of the extension portions on the two opposite sides of the at least one lens is the same or different.
[0022] At least one lens in the optical machine provided in the embodiment of the present application is provided with the same or different numbers of extension parts on opposite sides, which can prevent the lens from shaking or falling off along the second direction and further improve the positioning accuracy of the lens.
[0023] In a possible embodiment, at least one lens is disposed inside the housing, and along the third direction, one end of each of the at least one lens is bonded to the inner wall of the housing, and the other end is bonded to two corresponding fixing platforms.
[0024] At least one lens in the optical machine provided in this embodiment is positioned within the housing, protecting the lens from accidental damage. Furthermore, one end of the lens is bonded to the inner wall of the housing, while the other end is bonded to two corresponding fixing platforms. This allows the lens to be attached to the housing via a primary bonding at the bottom and supplementary shoulder fixings, preventing the lens from vibrating or falling off due to vibration.
[0025] In a possible implementation, the housing is a plastic housing, and the at least one fixing platform is a plastic fixing platform.
[0026] The optical engine provided in the embodiment of the present application uses a plastic housing in combination with a lens, which can reduce the cost of the housing and thus reduce the cost of the optical engine.
[0027] In one possible embodiment, the optical machine includes a plurality of lenses, wherein: a portion of the plurality of lenses are plastic lenses and another portion are glass lenses. Alternatively, each of the plurality of lenses is one of a plastic lens and a glass lens.
[0028] The lenses in the optical machine provided in the embodiments of the present application can meet the requirements when they are plastic lenses or glass lenses. However, when the lenses are plastic lenses, the cost of the lenses can be reduced, which is conducive to reducing the cost of the optical machine.
[0029] A second aspect of the present application provides a display device, comprising a lens and an optical machine as described in any one of the first aspects.
[0030] A third aspect of the present application provides a vehicle comprising the display device according to the second aspect. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0038] Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of an optical engine in the related art. Generally, as shown in Figure 1, the optical engine includes a housing 110 and a lens 120. Housing 110 includes a receiving cavity. Lens 120 is disposed within the receiving cavity and connected to housing 110 via bottom and shoulder bonding. Lens 120 is a rectangular plate-like structure. The bottom end surface of lens 120 is bonded to the bottom wall of the receiving cavity via glue 130. The two opposing end walls of lens 120 are also bonded to the two opposing side walls of the receiving cavity via glue 130, thereby connecting lens 120 to housing 110.
[0039] However, due to the low reliability of the glue 130 connecting the end wall of the lens 120 to the side wall of the receiving cavity and the housing 110, there is a high risk of glue 130 peeling off. After a certain period of time or after the optical machine vibrates, the connection between glue 130 and the side wall of the receiving cavity may fail, causing the end wall of the lens 120 to be unfixed, causing the lens 120 to shake, or even failing to connect with the housing 110 and falling off. Therefore, the reliability of the connection between the lens 120 and the housing 110 is low, which reduces the positioning accuracy of the lens 120 and further reduces the optical quality.
[0040] In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide an optical machine 200, a display device 100, and a vehicle, which can improve the reliability of the connection between the lens 20 and the housing 10, thereby improving the position accuracy of the lens 20 and further ensuring the optical quality.
[0041] FIG2 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a display device provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG2 , the display device 100 in an embodiment of the present application includes a lens 300 and an optical engine 200. The lens 300 is disposed on the light-emitting side of the optical engine 200. The optical engine 200 is configured to inject a light beam containing information to be displayed into the lens 300.
[0042] The display device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, electronic devices such as a display, a projector, a television, and a head-up display. In the embodiment of the present application, a head-up display is used as the display device 100 for illustration.
[0043] The display device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be applied to a vehicle, which may include but is not limited to a car, a ship, an airplane, or a train, etc. In the embodiment of the present application, the display device 100 is described as being applied to a car.
[0044] The implementation of the optical engine 200 provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0045] FIG3 is a schematic diagram of the internal structure of an optical machine provided in an embodiment of the present application, and FIG4 is a cross-sectional view of an optical machine provided in an embodiment of the present application. The optical machine 200 of the present embodiment includes a housing 10, at least one lens 20, and at least one adhesive member 30. For example, as shown in FIG3 , the optical machine 200 includes six lenses 20, although the number of lenses 20 may be more or less than six. For example, the number of adhesive members 30 may be eighteen, although the number of adhesive members 30 may be more or less than eighteen. The housing 10 includes at least one fixing group 11. For example, as shown in FIG3 , the housing 10 includes six fixing groups 11, although the number of fixing groups 11 may be more or less than six. As shown in FIG3 and FIG4 , each fixing group 11 corresponds to a lens 20. Each fixing group 11 includes two fixing platforms 12 disposed on opposite sides of the corresponding lens 20. The two fixing platforms 12 of each fixing group 11 are bonded to opposite ends of the corresponding lens 20 via two adhesive members 30. At least one fixing platform 12 includes a snap-fitting space 40 for accommodating a portion of a corresponding adhesive 30. The snap-fitting space 40 is used to snap-fit the fixing platform 12 to the corresponding adhesive 30. There is no limit to the number of fixing platforms 12 having snap-fitting spaces 40. For example, as shown in FIG3 , eleven of the twelve fixing platforms 12 include snap-fitting spaces 40. Of course, the number of fixing platforms 12 having snap-fitting spaces 40 may be more or less than twelve.
[0046] In this embodiment of the present application, the thickness direction of each lens 20 is defined as the first direction, and the first direction (for example, the X direction in Figure 5), the second direction (for example, the Y direction in Figure 4) and the third direction (for example, the Z direction in Figure 4) are perpendicular to each other.
[0047] Continuing with Figures 3 and 4 , along the second direction, the two fixing platforms 12 of each fixing group 11 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the corresponding lens 20. In other words, the lens 20 is disposed along the second direction between the two corresponding fixing platforms 12. Because the opposite ends of the lens 20 along the second direction are respectively bonded to the two corresponding fixing platforms 12 via two adhesive members 30, not only are the ends of the lens 20 along the second direction respectively connected to the two corresponding fixing platforms 12, thereby achieving connection between the shoulder portion of the lens 20 and the housing 10, but the lens 20 can also be positioned in the second direction to prevent movement of the lens 20 along the second direction, thereby ensuring the positional accuracy of the lens 20 in the second direction.
[0048] Continuing with Figure 4 , since the adhesive 30 is partially positioned within the engaging space 40, the bonding area between the adhesive 30 and the mounting base 12 is increased, thereby improving the bonding performance of the adhesive 30 and the mounting base 12 and, in turn, enhancing the reliability of the connection between the adhesive 30 and the mounting base 12. Furthermore, in the event of glue peeling, such as when the adhesive force between the adhesive 30 and the mounting base 12 disappears, the mounting base 12 and the adhesive 30 are engaged, preventing the connection between the adhesive 30 and the mounting base 12 from failing, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive 30 and the mounting base 12. Therefore, the engagement of the engaging space 40 with the adhesive 30 improves the reliability of the connection between the adhesive 30 and the mounting base 12, not only ensuring the positional accuracy of the lens 20 and thus maintaining optical quality, but also preventing the lens 20 from shifting or falling due to vibration, thereby maintaining optical quality. Furthermore, since no new parts are introduced and excessive space is consumed, the optical machine 200 can be adapted for use in small spaces, thereby facilitating miniaturization.
[0049] In the embodiment of the present application, there is no limitation on the specific shape of the lens 20. For example, the lens 20 may include, but is not limited to, a rectangular lens, a circular lens, etc. In addition, when there are multiple lenses 20, the shapes of the multiple lenses 20 may be the same or different. In other words, the optical machine 200 may include at least one type of lens 20. When there are multiple fixed groups 11, the shapes of the multiple lenses 20 corresponding to the multiple fixed groups 11 may also be the same or different, or some of the lenses 20 may have the same shape. For example, as shown in FIG3 , the multiple lenses 20 corresponding to the multiple fixed groups 11 may all be rectangular lenses.
[0050] In the embodiment of the present application, there is no limitation on the specific structure of the adhesive member 30. In addition, the adhesive member 30 may include but is not limited to glue, adhesive, etc. In the embodiment of the present application, glue is used as the adhesive member 30 as an example for description.
[0051] It should be noted that the number of fixing groups 11 having a snap-fitting space 40 can be one or more. For example, as shown in FIG3 , each fixing group 11 includes a snap-fitting space 40. Furthermore, since each fixing group 11 includes two fixing platforms 12 and one snap-fitting space 40 corresponds to one fixing platform 12, the number of snap-fitting spaces 40 in a fixing group 11 having a snap-fitting space 40 can be one or two. Furthermore, the number of snap-fitting spaces 40 in multiple fixing groups 11 can be the same, or the number of snap-fitting spaces 40 in multiple fixing groups 11 can be partially the same.
[0052] It should also be noted that when the optical engine 200 includes multiple lenses 20, each lens 20 may correspond to a fixed group 11 and be connected to the housing 10 via the corresponding fixed group 11, as shown in Figure 3. Of course, in some embodiments, some of the multiple lenses 20 may be connected to the housing 10 via the fixed group 11. Therefore, the number of lenses 20 may be equal to the number of fixed groups 11, or the number of lenses 20 may be greater than the number of fixed groups 11.
[0053] Figure 5 is a partial top view of the lens and mounting platform shown in Figure 3. In some possible implementations, at least one engaging space 40 is used to engage the mounting platform 12 with the corresponding adhesive member 30 in the first direction. For example, as can be seen from Figures 3 to 5 , each engaging space 40 is used to engage the mounting platform 12 with the corresponding adhesive member 30 in the first direction.
[0054] Accordingly, as can be seen from Figures 3 and 4 , a fixing platform 12 is provided on opposite sides of the lens 20 along the second direction. The lens 20 is bonded to the two fixing platforms 12 via two adhesive members 30, respectively. This prevents the lens 20 from shaking or falling off in the second direction due to vibration, thereby ensuring the positional accuracy of the lens 20 in the second direction. Furthermore, the fixing platforms 12 are engaged with the corresponding adhesive members 30 in the first direction via the engaging spaces 40, thereby preventing the lens 20 from shaking or falling off in the first direction due to vibration, thereby ensuring the positional accuracy of the lens 20 in the first direction. Therefore, by limiting the position of the lens 20 with the two fixing platforms 12 and engaging the engaging spaces 40 with the adhesive members 30, the lens 20 can be limited in both the first and second directions, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the lens 20 and the housing 10 and, in turn, improving the positional accuracy of the lens 20.
[0055] It should be noted that, when there are multiple snap-fit spaces 40, in addition to snapping the fixing platform 12 and the adhesive 30 in the first direction, in some embodiments, each snap-fit space 40 of a part of the multiple snap-fit spaces 40 can also snap the fixing platform 12 and the adhesive 30 in the first direction, and each snap-fit space 40 of another part can also snap the fixing platform 12 and the adhesive 30 in a fourth direction perpendicular to the third direction. The fourth direction may include but is not limited to the first direction and the second direction.
[0056] Figure 6 is a partial three-dimensional structural diagram of the lens and fixed assembly shown in Figure 3. In some possible implementations, at least one engaging space 40 is a engaging slot. For example, as shown in Figures 3 and 6, each of the eleven engaging spaces 40 is a engaging slot. Of course, the number of engaging slots may be more or less than eleven. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, each engaging slot includes a first notch 41 and a second notch 42. The first notch 41 extends through the side wall of the fixing platform 12 and faces the lens 20 in the second direction. The second notch 42 extends through the top surface of the fixing platform 12 in the third direction.
[0057] It is understandable that, as shown in FIG. 6 , the engaging groove can also be understood as a notch provided at the top of the fixing platform 12 , and the inner wall of the notch encloses the engaging space 40 .
[0058] As shown in FIG4 , the snap-fit groove, which accommodates the portion of adhesive 30, not only allows the adhesive 30 to be snapped onto the mounting platform 12 but also reduces the difficulty of providing the snap-fit space 40 on the mounting platform 12. Furthermore, the snap-fit groove does not affect the adjustment range of the lens 20, freeing up space for lens 20 to be coupled. Furthermore, the snap-fit groove occupies little space, allowing for flexible placement and facilitating a compact product design.
[0059] In the embodiments of the present application, the specific structure of the snap-in groove is not limited. The snap-in groove may include, but is not limited to, a U-shaped groove, an arcuate groove, a semicircular groove, a V-shaped groove, and the like. These snap-in grooves can enhance the bonding performance between the adhesive member 30 and the fixing platform 12, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive member 30 and the fixing platform 12. Furthermore, the fixing platform 12 can be snap-fitted to the corresponding adhesive member 30, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive member 30 and the fixing platform 12.
[0060] For example, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, the engaging groove may be a U-shaped groove, which may include a first groove wall 43, a second groove wall 44, a third groove wall 45, and a groove bottom 46. The first groove wall 43, the second groove wall 44, and the third groove wall 45 are disposed on the same side of the groove bottom 46 and are sequentially connected. The first groove wall 43 and the second groove wall 44 are angled with each other, and the third groove wall 45 and the second groove wall 44 are angled with each other. The groove bottom 46 is parallel to the top surface of the fixing platform 12. At least one of the first groove wall 43, the second groove wall 44, and the third groove wall 45 is perpendicular to the groove bottom 46. However, in some embodiments, at least one of the first groove wall 43, the second groove wall 44, and the third groove wall 45 may not be perpendicular to the groove bottom 46.
[0061] It should be noted that, when there are multiple clamping slots, the structures of the multiple clamping slots may be the same or different, or the structures of the multiple clamping slots may be partially the same.
[0062] It should also be noted that, in addition to being a snap-in groove, the snap-in space 40 may also be other structures that can accommodate parts of the adhesive 30. For example, in some embodiments, the snap-in space 40 may also be a snap-in hole (not shown in the figure), and the snap-in hole includes an opening that passes through the top surface of the fixing platform 12 along the third direction. The snap-in hole may include but is not limited to a circular hole, a U-shaped hole, or a rectangular hole.
[0063] Therefore, when there are multiple snap-in spaces 40, each of the multiple snap-in spaces 40 can be one of a snap-in hole and a snap-in slot, or, a part of the multiple snap-in spaces 40 can also be a snap-in slot and another part can also be a snap-in hole.
[0064] In some possible implementations, at least one fixing platform 12 includes a main body 13. For example, as shown in FIG3 , twelve fixing platforms 12 each include a main body 13. Of course, the number of fixing platforms 12 including a main body 13 may be greater or less than twelve. As shown in FIG5 and FIG6 , along the second direction, a mating gap 50 is defined between the main body 13 and the corresponding end surface of the lens 20 for accommodating a portion of the adhesive 30. The main body 13 of at least one fixing platform 12 includes a snap-fitting space 40. For example, as shown in FIG3 , eleven of the twelve main bodies 13 each include a snap-fitting space 40. Of course, the number of main bodies 13 including a snap-fitting space 40 may be greater or less than eleven.
[0065] Accordingly, as shown in Figures 5 and 6 , by providing a clearance 50 between the body 13 and the lens 20 to accommodate the adhesive 30, the adhesive 30 can be bonded to the lens 20 and the fixing platform 12, respectively. Furthermore, the two fixing platforms 12 can restrict the corresponding lens 20 from shaking in the second direction, thereby ensuring the positional accuracy of the lens 20.
[0066] In the embodiment of the present application, there is no limitation on the specific structure of the main body 13. For example, the main body 13 may be a columnar structure extending along the third direction.
[0067] In the embodiment of the present application, each of the plurality of fitting gaps 50 is used to accommodate a portion of the adhesive 30. However, in some embodiments, at least one of the plurality of fitting gaps 50 may also be used to accommodate the adhesive 30. In other words, a portion of the plurality of fitting gaps 50 may be used to accommodate a portion of the adhesive 30, while another portion may be used to accommodate the adhesive 30.
[0068] When there are multiple fitting gaps 50, the structures of the multiple fitting gaps 50 can be the same, or different, or some of the multiple fitting gaps 50 can have the same structure and others can have different structures. Furthermore, along the third direction, the length of the portion of each adhesive 30 extending into the corresponding fitting gap 50 can be the same, or different, or at least two of the adhesive 30 can have the same length extending into the corresponding fitting gap 50.
[0069] In the embodiment of the present application, the specific structure of the fitting gap 50 is not limited here.
[0070] In some possible implementations, at least one mating gap 50 includes a first gap segment 51 and a second gap segment 52. For example, as shown in FIG3 , each of the twelve mating gaps 50 includes a first gap segment 51 and a second gap segment 52. Of course, in some embodiments, the number of mating gaps 50 formed by the first gap segments 51 and the second gap segments 52 may be more or less than twelve. As shown in FIG4 through FIG6 , along the second direction, the width of the first gap segment 51 is greater than the width of the second gap segment 52. Along the third direction, the first gap segment 51 is closer to the top of the fixing platform 12 and closer to the engaging space 40, while the second gap segment 52 is closer to the bottom of the fixing platform 12.
[0071] Accordingly, the fitting gap 50, formed by the first gap section 51 and the second gap section 52, can increase the bonding area between the fixing platform 12 and the adhesive 30, thereby improving the bonding performance of the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12, and further improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12. Furthermore, the difficulty of positioning the adhesive 30 within the fitting gap 50 can be reduced, thereby increasing the speed at which the adhesive 30 adheres to the fixing platform 12 and the lens 20. For example, when the adhesive 30 is glue, the difficulty of aligning the glue feeding device with the fitting gap 50 can be reduced, allowing the glue to more easily enter the fitting gap 50. Furthermore, the deformability of the adhesive 30 can be increased, thereby helping to expand the force-bearing range of the adhesive 30.
[0072] It can be understood that, as shown in FIG6 , since the width of the first gap segment 51 in the second direction is greater than the width of the second gap segment 52 in the second direction, the first gap segment 51 can be understood as an avoidance gap provided at the top end of the fixing platform 12 , which not only increases the bonding area between the fixing platform 12 and the adhesive 30 , but also reduces the difficulty of the adhesive 30 entering the fitting gap 50 .
[0073] 5 and 6 , since the engaging space 40 is a engaging groove, the engaging space 40 is connected to the interior of the first gap section 51. However, in some embodiments, when the engaging space 40 is a engaging hole, the engaging hole is not connected to the interior of the first gap section 51.
[0074] It should be noted that when the adhesive 30 is bonded to the lens 20 and the fixing platform 12 respectively, a portion of the adhesive 30 may be provided inside the first gap segment 51 and a portion of the adhesive 30 may not be provided inside the second gap segment 52 (not shown in the figure), or as shown in Figure 4, a portion of the adhesive 30 may also be provided inside the first gap segment 51 and a portion of the adhesive 30 may also be provided inside the second gap segment 52.
[0075] In some possible implementations, along a third direction (e.g., the Z direction in FIG. 4 ), the depth of at least one snap-fitting space 40 is equal to the height of the first gap segment 51. For example, as shown in FIG. 3 , the depth of each of the eleven snap-fitting spaces 40 is equal to the height of the first gap segment 51. Of course, the number of snap-fitting spaces 40 whose depth is equal to the height of the first gap segment 51 may also be more or less than eleven.
[0076] Accordingly, by making the depth of the engaging space 40 equal to the height of the first gap section 51, the volume of the engaging space 40 can be increased, thereby increasing the volume of the portion of the adhesive 30 extending into the engaging space 40. This, in turn, increases the bonding area between the adhesive 30 and the inner wall of the engaging space 40, further improving the bonding performance between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12, making the connection between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12 less likely to fail. Therefore, by making the depth of the engaging space 40 equal to the height of the first gap section 51, the bonding performance between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12 can be further improved, thereby enhancing the reliability of the bonding between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12. Furthermore, the reliability of the engagement between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12 can also be improved.
[0077] It should be noted that, along the third direction, in addition to the depth of each of the multiple engaging spaces 40 being equal to the height of the first gap section 51, in some embodiments, the depth of each of the multiple engaging spaces 40 can also be less than the height of the first gap section 51 (not shown in the figures). Alternatively, in some embodiments, the depth of some of the multiple engaging spaces 40 can also be equal to the height of the first gap section 51, while the depth of another portion of the engaging spaces 40 can also be less than the height of the first gap section 51 (not shown in the figures). Alternatively, in some embodiments, the depth of at least one engaging space 40 can also be greater than the depth of the first gap section 51 (not shown in the figures).
[0078] In some possible implementations, at least one fixing platform 12 may further include at least one extension 14. For example, as shown in FIG3 , each of the twelve fixing platforms 12 includes an extension 14. Of course, the number of fixing platforms 12 having extensions 14 may be less than or greater than twelve. Along the first direction, at least one of the two opposing sides of at least one lens 20 is provided with an extension 14. For example, as shown in FIG3 , at least one of the two opposing sides of each of the six lenses 20 is provided with an extension 14. This arrangement not only increases the bonding area between the fixing platform 12 and the adhesive 30, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12, but also prevents the lens 20 from shaking in the second direction without affecting the light transmitted by the lens 20, thereby ensuring the positional accuracy of the lens 20.
[0079] Continuing to refer to FIG5 , along the first direction, there is a limiting gap 60 between each extension portion 14 and the corresponding lens 20. The limiting gap 60 is used to accommodate a portion of the adhesive 30, so that the extension portion 14 and the lens 20 can be bonded. This not only increases the bonding area between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the adhesive 30 and the fixing platform 12, but also allows the adhesive 30 to limit the lens 20 in the first direction.
[0080] Continuing with Figures 5 and 6 , since each fixing platform 12 includes a main body 13, the main body 13 and the extension 14 can be an integral structure, which can reduce the manufacturing difficulty of the fixing platform 12 and improve the production efficiency of the fixing platform 12. Of course, in some embodiments, the main body 13 and the extension 14 can also be separate structures.
[0081] In the embodiment of the present application, there is no limitation on the specific structure of the extension portion 14. For example, the extension portion 14 may be a columnar structure extending along the third direction.
[0082] It should be noted that when there are multiple lenses 20, in addition to at least one of the two opposite sides of each lens 20 in the multiple lenses 20 being provided with an extension portion 14, at least one of the two opposite sides of some of the lenses 20 in the multiple lenses 20 may also be provided with an extension portion 14 (not shown in the figure).
[0083] It should also be noted that when there are multiple fixing platforms 12, as shown in FIG3 , each fixing platform 12 includes an extension portion 14. However, in some embodiments, when there are multiple fixing platforms 12, some of the multiple fixing platforms 12 may include extension portions 14. Furthermore, when there are multiple fixing platforms 12 with extension portions 14, the number of extension portions 14 of the multiple fixing platforms 12 may be at least partially the same; in other words, at least one fixing platform 12 may have the same number of extension portions 14.
[0084] In some possible implementations, at least one lens 20 is provided with extensions 14 on both opposing sides. For example, as shown in FIG3 , five of the six lenses 20 are provided with extensions 14 on both opposing sides. Of course, the number of lenses 20 provided with extensions 14 on both opposing sides may be more or less than five. The number of extensions 14 on opposing sides of at least one lens 20 may be the same or different. For example, as shown in FIG3 , the number of extensions 14 on opposing sides of some of the multiple lenses 20 is the same, while the number of extensions 14 on opposing sides of another portion is different. By providing the same or different number of extensions 14 on opposing sides of at least one lens 20, the bonding area between the fixing platform 12 and the adhesive 30 can be increased without affecting the optical path, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the lenses 20.
[0085] There is no limitation on the number of extensions 14 on opposite sides of a lens 20. For example, as shown in FIG3 , one or two extensions 14 are provided on opposite sides of some lenses 20. In other words, each of the two mounting platforms 12 corresponding to some lenses 20 includes one or two extensions 14. Alternatively, as shown in FIG3 , two extensions 14 are provided on one side of some lenses 20 and one extension 14 on the other side. In other words, one of the two mounting platforms 12 corresponding to the lenses 20 includes one extension 14 and the other includes two extensions 14.
[0086] Of course, in addition to providing the extensions 14 on both opposite sides of the lens 20, the extension 14 may also be provided on one side of the lens 20 (for example, as shown in FIG3 ). Furthermore, in some embodiments, when there are multiple lenses 20, the extensions 14 may be provided on both opposite sides of a portion of the lenses 20, and on one side of another portion. For example, as shown in FIG3 , five of the six lenses 20 have the extensions 14 provided on both opposite sides, and the remaining one has the extension 14 provided on one side.
[0087] In some possible implementations, at least one lens 20 is disposed inside the housing 10. For example, as shown in FIG3 , all lenses 20 of the optical machine 200 are disposed inside the housing 10. Along the third direction, one end of each lens 20 in the at least one lens 20 is bonded to the inner wall of the housing 10, and the other end is bonded to the corresponding two fixing platforms 12. For example, as shown in FIG4 , one end of each lens 20 is bonded to the inner wall of the housing 10 via an adhesive 30, and the other end is bonded to the corresponding two fixing platforms 12. This arrangement can protect the lens 20 and prevent accidental damage to the lens 20. In addition, one end of the lens 20 is bonded to the inner wall of the housing 10, and the other end is bonded to the corresponding two fixing platforms 12, so that the lens 20 is connected to the housing 10 through the main bonding at the bottom and the auxiliary fixing at the shoulder, which can prevent the lens 20 from vibrating or falling off due to vibration.
[0088] In the embodiments of the present application, the specific structure of the housing 10 is not limited herein. For example, as shown in FIG4 , the housing 10 may include a cover member 15 and an outer shell member 16 . The outer shell member 16 includes at least one fixing assembly 11 . The cover member 15 covers the notch of the receiving slot and, together with the outer shell member 16 , defines a receiving cavity for receiving at least one lens 20 .
[0089] In some possible implementations, the housing 10 may be a plastic housing 10, and the at least one fixing platform 12 may be a plastic fixing platform 12. By using a plastic housing 10 in conjunction with the lens 20, the cost of the housing 10 may be reduced, thereby reducing the cost of the optical engine 200.
[0090] In some possible implementations, the optical machine 200 includes a plurality of lenses 20, each of which is either a plastic lens 20 or a glass lens 20. For example, as shown in the figure, each of the plurality of lenses 20 is a glass lens 20. Of course, in some embodiments, each of the plurality of lenses 20 may also be a plastic lens 20. Alternatively, in some embodiments, a portion of the plurality of lenses 20 may be plastic lenses 20, while another portion may be glass lenses 20.
[0091] Accordingly, the lens 20 can be made of either plastic or glass, and both can meet the requirements. However, when the lens 20 is made of plastic, the cost of the lens 20 can be reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the cost of the optical machine 200.
