Abstract
Description
[0001] Platform for arranging at least one piece of furniture or household appliance. The present invention relates to a platform for arranging at least one piece of furniture or household appliance on the platform according to the preamble of claim 1. A generic platform is known, for example, from the subsequently published DE 102022106867 A1. Such a platform serves to place one or more pieces of furniture or household appliances thereon and to be able to move them into different angular positions with the aid of the platform without great effort through a coupled translational-rotational movement. For this purpose, the platform has a base and a support element that can be moved simultaneously in translation and rotation relative to the base. Respective bearing areas of the base and the support element have guideways or guide elements guided in the guideways.with which the support element can be moved relative to the base in a predetermined translational-rotational movement. These platforms have proven themselves in practice. A disadvantage of the described platform is that, with large-area platforms, mounting the support element by placing it on the base requires a great deal of force. Furthermore, inserting the guide elements into the guideways is made more difficult by the fact that the guideways are no longer visible after the support element has been placed on the base. The object of the present invention is to provide a platformwhich facilitates the assembly of the support element on the base. This object is achieved by a platform having the features of claim 1. The object is further achieved by an arrangement of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on at least two platforms having the features of claim 19. The platform according to the invention comprises a base and a support element mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally relative to the base. The base and the support element have mutually facing flat bearing areas. Guideways are arranged in one of the bearing areas, and guide elements guided in or on the contours of the guideways are arranged in the other of the bearing areas.so that the support element is at least partially forced to rotate relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and movable in a predetermined translation direction. The guideways are shaped such that when a moment is applied to the support element, the support element is moved from an initial position via an intermediate position in which the support element is rotated relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displaced in a translation direction.By further rotating in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and shifting it counter to the translation direction, the support element can be moved to an end position that is congruent with the starting position or offset by a certain distance in a translation direction. The support element can be slid laterally onto the base for mounting. A platform designed in this way allows for the support element to be easily slid onto the base. Lifting the support element and then lowering it onto the base is therefore no longer necessary. This significantly simplifies the assembly of the support element to the base, particularly in the case of large-area and thus heavy support elements. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims. According to an advantageous embodiment of the platform according to the invention, ramps leading into the guideways are arranged on the base. This allows for easy insertion of the guide elements into the guideways. The ramps are preferably aligned parallel to one another.so that sliding in a single direction enables the mounting of the support element on the base. According to a further advantageous embodiment, the guide elements have guide pins protruding from the bearing area of the support element. In an advantageous further development, sliding or rolling elements are arranged at the end of the guide elements protruding into the guideways. This enables the support element to be pushed onto the base with extremely low friction. According to an advantageous further development, each of the guide elements has a base body that can be fastened to the support element.from which the guide pin extends. Furthermore, respective sliding or rolling elements are designed as sliding bushings enclosing the guide pin. Due to the sliding bushings, the friction of the guide elements on the lateral surfaces of the guide tracks is extremely low. In a further advantageous development, a ball roller is attached to the free end of at least one of the guide elements. Such ball rollers are preferably attached to all guide elements. Such ball rollers are particularly advantageous for support elements equipped with heavy furniture and household appliances, as they allow for vertical downward support of the support element on the base and for rolling friction instead of sliding friction. In a further embodiment of the invention, at least one of the guide tracks is shaped as a groove with a C-shaped cross section.so that a guide element inserted into the C-shaped groove is secured with or without play in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the guideways in the guideway. By shaping the guideways as a C-shaped groove, tilting or lifting of the support element relative to the base can be effectively prevented. According to a further embodiment, in a transition area between at least one of the guideways and an adjoiningA locking element is arranged in the channel leading to the ramp to prevent the accidental extension of at least one guide element from the guideway. According to yet another embodiment, a control template is movably arranged on the base. This enables a simple alignment of the base in a plane parallel to the plane of the bearing areas of the base and the support element. According to a first advantageous development, the control template has a template body with laterally bent guide surfaces, each with a guide groove in which guide pins projecting laterally from the base are guided. The guide grooves are ramp-shaped in order to move the base from an inclined position in which the support element can be pushed contact-free over a partial surface of the bearing area of the base.to be brought into an end position parallel to the bearing area of the support element after sliding the support element onto the base. Preferably, in this embodiment, a ramp is formed on the base, leading into one of the guideways, along which one of the guide elements can be advanced from the bearing area of the support element into the guideway. This facilitates the sliding of the guide element into the guideway. According to a second advantageous development, the base has, in its bearing area, a mounting track extending in the sliding direction for receiving at least one guide element protruding from the bearing area of the support element.wherein the mounting track opens into a guide track extending transversely thereto. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the guide elements attachable to the base can be inserted into a corresponding receptacle in the base through respective windows in the support element. Due to the mounting track extending in the sliding direction, at least one of the front guide elements attached to the support element can run in the mounting track when the support element is pushed onto the base and can be pushed into the guide track provided for this guide element. The guide elements insertable into the base enable subsequent mounting of the guide elements on the base so that they do not hinder the sliding movement when the support element is pushed onto the base. Preferably, a backstop is arranged at the end of the mounting track before the junction with the guide track.to prevent the guide element running in the guideway from running into the guideway. To also enable easy disassembly, an opening is provided in the support element, which, in the final assembled position of the base, is positioned below the support element above the backstop. This opening allows the backstop to be deactivated using a rod piece inserted into the opening. The backstop is designed, for example, as a locking tongue. An inventive arrangement of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on at least two platforms is characterized by the combination of platforms as described above. A particular advantage of such an arrangement is the fixing of the base of two such platforms next to one another.while simultaneously enabling relative movements of the two platforms to each other. Figure 39 is a side sectional view through the support element and the base showing the insertion of one of the guide elements into a guide track in the base at the beginning of the assembly process. Figure 40 is a view corresponding to Figure 39 during the assembly process. Figure 41 is a view corresponding to Figure 39 after the guide element has been reached in the guide track. Figure 42 is a view corresponding to Figure 41 with a rod piece inserted into the opening for disassembly of the base from the support element. In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom,Left, right, front, rear, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the platform, the base, the support element, the guideway, and the like selected in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as limiting, i.e., these references may change due to different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design or the like. In Figures 1 and 2, the reference numeral 1 denotes an embodiment of a platform according to the invention. The platform 1 serves to arrange at least one piece of furniture or household appliance on the platform 1, as shown by way of example in Figures 12 and 13. A piece of furniture in the sense of this application is understood to mean, in particular, a piece of seating furniture, a room divider, a bed, a shelf or a cabinet with at least one storage level, or a presentation area. It is also conceivable to arrange an ensemble of pieces of furniture on the platform, for example, a work space with an office chair, desk, and shelf. Several such platforms with ensembles of furniture pieces can also be arranged adjacent to one another. The platform 1 itself has a base 2 and a support element 3, which is mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally relative to the base 2 and has a support area 31 for arranging the furniture or household appliance. As a combination of Figures 1 and 2 in particular shows, the base 2 and the support element 3 have mutually facing flat support areas 22, 32. In the illustrated embodiment, the support area 22 of the base has four guideways 23, 24, of which three of the guideways 23 are designed as curved paths and one of the guideways 24 is designed as a straight path defining the direction of translation. The support area 32 of the support element 3 has in or on the contours of the guideways 23,24 guided guide elements 4. It is also conceivable to arrange the guideways 23, 24 on the support element 3 and correspondingly the guide elements 4 on the base 2. The guideways 23, 24 are shaped in such a way that when a moment is applied to the support element 3, the support element 3 can be moved from an initial position via an intermediate position in which the support element 3 is rotated relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1, R2 and displaced in the translation direction A1 (shown by way of example in Figures 21 and 23), by further rotation in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1,R2 and displacement in the translation direction A2 into an end position that is congruent with the starting position or into an end position offset by a distance in a translation direction. An exemplary application of a furniture group arranged on a platform 1 is shown in Figures 12 and 13. As shown in particular in Figures 5-9, the support element 3 can be pushed laterally onto the base 2 for mounting on the base 2. To facilitate pushing the support element 3 onto the base 2, as shown in Figures 1 and 3 to 11, ramps 25 leading into guide tracks 23, 24 are arranged on the base 2. The ramps 25 are preferably formed on the base 2. The ramps 25 are preferably aligned parallel to one another, as can be clearly seen in Figure 1.so that the support element 3 can be mounted on the base 2 in a single translational movement. The sliding direction preferably corresponds to the translational direction A2. The assembly process is illustrated in Figures 3-9. To illustrate the threading of the guide elements 4 into the guideways 23, 24, the support plate 33 of the support element 3 is hidden, and only the guide elements 4 attached to the bearing area 32 of the support element 3 and the sliding or rolling elements 5 described below are shown, which are fixedly attached to the bearing area 32 of the support element 3 on the support plate 33 and serve to transfer the weight force acting on the support plate 33 downwards into a floor. Figures 3 and 4 show different views of an initial position of the base 2 and the support element 3.or the guide elements 4 arranged thereon prior to assembly. A portion of the guide elements 4 are positioned directly in front of the respective ramps 25 of the guideways 23, 24. Figure 5 shows a partially deployed state of the assembly process in a side view. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the guide elements 4 have been moved onto the ramps 25 and are now guided into a channel 26 of the ramp 25 in the direction of the guideways 23, 24. Figures 8 and 9 show a state of the assembly process in which the guide elements 4 have been moved out of the ramps 25 into the guideways 23, 24, thus completing the assembly process. In this position, various measures, such as retractable or foldable barriers or thresholds, can be used to prevent the guide elements 4 from accidentally extending from the guideways 23,24 and entry into the ramps 25 can be prevented. By overcoming a certain force or by actuating a switch, the barriers or thresholds can be released or overcome, and the guide elements 4 can be retracted back into the ramps 25 via the channels 26 for disassembly. As shown in Figures 10 and in particular in the enlarged detail in Figure 11, each of the guide elements 4 preferably consists of a base body 41 that can be fastened to the support element 3 and from which the guide pin 42 extends. The ends of the guide elements 4 that project into the guideways 23, 24 are preferably designed as sliding or rolling elements. As shown in Figure 11, the sliding or rolling elements are preferably designed as sliding rollers or roller bearings 43 adjoining the guide pin 42 and thus enable the guide elements 4 to slide along the lateral walls of the guideways 23 with low friction.24. In the detailed view shown in Figure 11, which shows a preferred embodiment of the guide track 24 extending in a straight line and serving to guide the translational movement, it can be seen that at least the guide track 24 is designed as a C-shaped groove in cross-section. As a result, a guide element 4 inserted into the C-shaped groove is secured in the guide track 24 with or without play in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the guide tracks 23, 24. The C-shaped design of the groove thus makes it possible to effectively prevent the support element 3 from lifting off or tipping relative to the base 2 in a simple manner. Depending on the intended weight load of the support element 3, in a preferred embodiment, a ball roller is attached to the free end of one or more of the guide elements 4, which contributes to load transfer of the load acting on the support element 3. As further shown in Figures 7 to 9,The remaining guideways 23 are preferably formed as U-shaped grooves in cross-section. It is conceivable to also form these guideways 23 as C-shaped grooves. Sliding or rolling elements 5, as shown in Figures 2 to 10, enable further support of the support element 3 in order to additionally support the translational-rotational movement with the aid of the sliding or rolling elements 5, here with a roller 52 and a fastening element 51 fastened to the bearing area 32 of the support element 3, relative to a floor. For example, to support a floor 8 or functional floor 8. This enables a translational-rotational movement of the platform 1 and thus of the furniture or household appliance arranged thereon with extremely little effort. To ensure the function of the sliding or rolling elements 5, the base area of the support element 3 must be larger than that of the base 2. In the exemplary application shown in Figures 12 and 13, positions of a room cell 9 rotated by 90° counterclockwise are shown. As shown in Figure 12,For example, on the rear side of a side wall 61 of an L-shaped furniture wall 6, a folding bed 63 is accommodated in the side wall 61. A further shelf 64 is arranged above the folding bed 63. A window 65 or, for example, a flat screen is mounted or recessed in a second side wall 62 of the L-shaped furniture wall 6. Together with two side walls 91 delimiting the room unit 9, a space remaining on the rear sides of the L-shaped furniture wall 6, which is equipped as a work area, is closed off in this rotational position of the room unit. Accordingly, in the end position of the room unit 9 shown in Figure 13, the work area is accessible again. The sleeping / resting area with the folding bed 63 is not accessible here, since the corresponding side wall 61 rests against one of the side walls 91 of the room unit 9. In the illustrated embodiment, the work area is provided with a table 7,another shelf 72 and a chair 71. Furthermore, additional shelves 66 are integrated into the end faces of the L-shaped furniture wall 6. This table 7 can, for example, also be height-adjustable to ensure a comfortable sitting position. The platform 1 according to the invention also allows for easy tool-free disassembly of the platform 1, for example, to replace the support element 3 in the event of damage or to set up the platform 1 at a different location. Support elements 3 with different dimensions and / or structures can also be used in this way. Figures 14 to 23 show, by way of example, an arrangement 10 of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on two adjacent platforms 1. In principle, it is also conceivable to arrange additional platforms 1 next to or behind one another.for example, in the form of four platforms 1 arranged as a square or rectangle. Figure 16 shows the positioning of the two bases 2 of the platforms 1 in the arrangement of the platforms 1 as shown in Figures 14 and 15. In Figure 14, the platforms 1 are placed on a functional floor 8. As shown in Figures 14, 17, and 18, markings 11 are preferably applied to the functional floor 8, which serve to indicate to a user the pivoting range of the platforms 1. The advantage of such a marking 11 is, in particular, that the markings 11 make it clear to the user that they should not place themselves or any objects within this pivoting range.to avoid a collision during a pivoting movement of the platforms 1. Figures 17 to 20 show different end positions of such an arrangement 10 of a modular interior design system for rooms on the two platforms 1, consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances. The exemplary furnishing of the platforms 1 here consists of a table 12 and a seating element 13 partially framed by a rear wall 14 and side panels 15, 16. Figure 17 shows a positioning of the platforms 1 in which the two tables 12 and the seating elements 13 are positioned next to one another in a row. Figure 18 shows a positioning of the arrangement 10 in which the tables 12 and seating elements 13 are positioned facing one another. Figure 19 shows the same positioning of the arrangement 10.which in this case is not placed on a functional floor 8 with markings 11 shown in Figures 17 and 18. Figure 20 shows a further end position of the arrangement 10, in which the table 12 and the seating element 13 are separated from each other by the rear wall 14, thereby creating two separate spaces. Figure 21 shows an exemplary intermediate position of the platforms 1, in which the platforms 1 are rotated by an angle and shifted in a translational direction away from the starting position. The bases of the two platforms 1 are aligned such thatthat they do not collide with each other during the combined translational-rotational movement. Figure 22 shows the positioning of the platforms 1 according to Figure 18 again in a plan view. Correspondingly, Figure 23 shows a plan view of the intermediate position of the platforms 1 according to Figure 21. Another possibility for facilitating assembly by sliding the support element 3 onto a base 200 is shown in Figures 24 to 32. In the embodiment shown in these figures, a control template 210 is movably arranged on the base 200. As shown in particular in Figure 26,The control template 210 has a template body 214 with laterally bent guide surfaces 211. Each of the guide surfaces 211 has a guide groove 212. Laterally projecting guide pins 226 are guided in the guide grooves 212 on the base 200. These guide pins 226 can be arranged directly on side surfaces of the base 200 or, for example, as shown in Figure 26, on pin holders 221, which are L-shaped in cross section here and are attached to the underside of the base 200. The guide grooves 212 are shaped like a ramp in order to move the base 200 from an inclined position, shown in Figures 27 and 31, in which the support element 3 can be pushed over a partial surface of the bearing area 222 of the base 200 without contact, into a position shown in Figures 30 and 32,to bring the end position parallel to the bearing area 32 of the support element 3 after sliding the support element 3 onto the base 200. Figures 28 and 29 show intermediate positions of the base 200 during the sliding of the support element 3 in the sliding direction S. As can be clearly seen in Figure 27, a front guide element 4 in the sliding direction S, which projects downwards from the support element 3 in the direction of the base 200, is pushed into the guide track 224 via a ramp 225, shown in Figures 24 to 26, which is formed on the bearing area 222 of the base 200.until the guide element 4 abuts the inner edge of the guide track 224. The guide track 224 runs in the mouth area of the ramp 225 perpendicular to the ramp's longitudinal direction or the sliding direction S. The position of the front guide element 4, which rests on the outer edge of the guide track 224, is shown in Figure 28. In this position, the control template is moved along with the support element 3 in the sliding direction S as the support element 3 continues to move. The base 200 is pulled toward the support element 3 by the guide pins 226 in the ramp-like guide grooves 212, as shown in Figure 29. Figure 30 finally shows the final position of the base 200 on the support element 3 after the sliding movement has been completed.in which, in addition to the front guide element 4 in the sliding direction S, the rear guide element 4, which projects upwards from the base 200 in the direction of the bearing area of the support element 3, also projects into a guide track of the support element 3. The final position is also shown in a side view in Figure 32. In this embodiment, a guide plate 34 with corresponding guide tracks 223, 224 is attached to the underside of the support element 3 facing the base 200. As can be seen further in Figures 25 and 26, the control template 210 additionally has folded edges 213 in an area approximately centrally below the base 200, which, at the beginning of the sliding process of the support element 3 onto the base 200, project into recesses 227 provided for this purpose in the base 200. The width of these recesses 227 in the sliding direction S is dimensioned such thatthat the base 200 is displaceable by a required amount relative to the control template 210. Yet another embodiment variant for simplified slide-on mounting of the support element 3 on a base 300 is shown in Figures 33 to 42. In this embodiment variant, the base 300, as shown in Figures 33 to 35 and 39 to 42, has in its bearing area 322 a mounting track 321 extending in the sliding direction S, which serves to receive at least one guide element 4 protruding from the bearing area 32 of the support element 3. The mounting track 321 opens into a guide track 324 extending transversely thereto. The further guide elements 4 which can be fastened to the base 300 can be inserted, after being pushed onto them, into a corresponding receptacle in the base 300 through respective windows 35 in the support element 3.shown in Figure 36. The control template 310 shown, for example, in Figures 33 and 34 can in this case already be firmly attached to the base 300. The sliding process of the base 3 over the base 300 in the sliding direction S is shown in Figures 33 to 35. The support element 3 is only shown in dashed lines in these illustrations so as not to obscure the base 300 located underneath. As shown in Figure 33, a front guide element 4, which is attached to the underside of the support element 3, is shown here as it enters the assembly track 321. After further sliding of the support element 3 onto the base 300, in Figure 34 the front guide element 4 has reached the end of the assembly track 321 before it joins the guide track 324. Figure 35 shows the positionin which the front guide element 4 has entered the guide track 324. At the same time, the rear guide element 4 is located on the bearing area with the additional guide track 323. Figure 36 finally shows two guide elements 4 to be fixed in the base 300, which are fastened to the base 300 by inserting them through the corresponding windows 35 in the support element 3 after the support element 3 has been pushed onto the base 300. Figures 37 and 38 again show the support element 3 only in dashed lines in order to be able to illustrate the guide plate 34 fastened to the support element 3. In addition to guide tracks 341, 342, the guide plate 34 also has windows 343 extending in the sliding direction S, through which the guide elements 4, as shown in Figure 36, can be inserted through the guide plate 34 into the base 300. As further shown in Figures 33, 34 and 39 to 42,At the end of the assembly track 321, before the junction with the guide track 324, a backstop 325 is arranged in the base 300, which serves to prevent the guide element 4 running in the guide track 324 from accidentally running back into the assembly track 321. Figures 39 to 41 show, in a side sectional view, the running of the front guide element 4 from the assembly track 321 over the backstop 325 into the guide track 324 during the assembly process, in which the support element 3 is pushed over the base 300. To also enable disassembly, as shown in Figures 36 and 39 to 42, an opening 36, designed here as a bore, is provided in the support element 3, which in the finally assembled position of the base 300 is positioned below the support element 3 above the backstop 325. To deactivate this backstop 325, a rod piece 17, for example in the form of a screwdriver or the like,be inserted into the opening 36 in order to press the backstop 325, designed here as a locking tongue, downwards and thus enable the front guide element 4 to move from the guide track 324 over the backstop 325 into the assembly track 321. The rod piece 17 can also be used as an assembly and disassembly aid for the guide elements 4. For this purpose, a corresponding receptacle or magnet is preferably arranged at the other end of the rod piece 17, so that by inserting the rod piece 17 with the end provided with the receptacle or magnet, assembly or disassembly of the guide element 4 is facilitated.
