Abstract
Description
[0001]This application claims priority to Chinese invention patent application number "202311250009.3," filed September 26, 2023, entitled "Finger-Level Authenticity Verification Method, Apparatus, Electronic Device, and Storage Medium," the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field: The present application embodiments relate to the field of computer technology, and more particularly to a finger-level authenticity verification method, apparatus, electronic device, and computer storage medium. Background: With the increasing popularity of finger recognition technology, finger imitation technology has also emerged. Finger imitation typically replicates the finger of an authorized user to deceive finger recognition systems. Finger imitation often involves fabricating a prosthetic finger with the authorized user's finger information using materials such as gelatin and plastic. With the continued maturity of finger imitation technology, it is now possible to produce fake fingers with the same image features as the authorized user, and such fingers can generally pass through finger recognition systems. Given the above situation, an effective finger-level authentication scheme is urgently needed to distinguish genuine and fake fingers to a greater extent. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a finger-level authentication scheme to at least partially address the above-mentioned issues. According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, a finger-level authentication method is provided, comprising: acquiring multiple sets of global echo data, each set of global echo data consisting of echo intensity data collected by a sensor array disposed in a pressing area at different pressing moments during the same pressing process; each set of global echo intensity data corresponds to a pressing moment; determining, based on the global echo data, regional echo data in a preset finger-level area at different pressing moments; the preset finger-level area belonging to the pressing area; calculating time-series intensity information values based on the regional echo data at different moments, and performing finger-level authentication based on whether the time-series intensity information values fall within a preset information value range; the time-series intensity information values representing the temporal variation of the echo intensity data in the preset finger-level area; and the preset information value range being determined based on the time-series intensity information values of a genuine finger-level.According to a second aspect of an embodiment of the present application, a finger-level authenticity verification device is provided, comprising: a global data acquisition module for acquiring multiple sets of global echo data, wherein the multiple sets of global echo data are echo intensity data collected by a sensor array arranged in a pressing area at different pressing moments in the same pressing process; one set of global echo intensity data corresponds to one pressing moment; a regional data determination module for determining regional echo data in a preset finger-level area at different pressing moments based on the global echo data; the preset finger-level area belongs to the pressing area; a verification module for calculating a time series intensity information value based on the regional echo data at different moments, and performing finger-level authenticity verification based on whether the time series intensity information value belongs to a preset information value range; the time series intensity information value represents the change of the echo intensity data in the preset finger-level area over time; the preset information value range is obtained based on the time series intensity information value of the true finger level. According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present application, a finger-level authentication system is provided, comprising: a sensor array disposed in a finger-level pressing area, configured to transmit ultrasonic signals and collect ultrasonic echo signals during finger-level pressing; an analog-to-digital converter, configured to convert the ultrasonic echo signals collected by the sensor array into digital signals; a storage unit, configured to store the digital signals converted by the analog-to-digital converter; and a data processing unit, configured to execute the finger-level authentication method described in the first aspect based on the digital signals in the storage unit. According to a fourth aspect of the embodiments of the present application, an electronic device is provided, comprising: a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory, and the communication interface communicate with each other via the communication bus; the memory storing at least one executable instruction, wherein the executable instruction causes the processor to perform operations corresponding to the method described in the first aspect. According to a fifth aspect of the embodiments of the present application, a computer storage medium is provided, storing a computer program, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method described in the first aspect. The finger level authenticity verification scheme provided in the embodiment of the present application obtains multiple sets of global echo data collected by the sensor array in the pressing area at different pressing moments, and then obtains regional echo data in the preset finger level area at different pressing moments based on the obtained global echo data; based on the regional echo data in the preset finger level area at the above-mentioned different moments, a time-series intensity information value is calculated to characterize the change of the echo intensity data collected in the preset finger level area over time; and then the authenticity of the finger level is verified based on whether the calculated time-series intensity information value falls within the preset information value range. For fake finger scales, the materials used for fake fingers are typically gelatin, plastic, and other materials. Compared to real finger scales, the materials used are different, and their acoustic parameters are also inconsistent. Therefore, the echo intensities of real and fake finger scales at the same time sequence (i.e., the same pressing moment) will differ, and the echo intensity changes over time will also differ. Therefore, in the embodiments of the present application, by determining whether the time-series intensity information value falls within a preset information value range, that is, by comparing the temporal changes in echo intensity data collected in the preset finger scale area with the temporal changes in echo intensity data of the real finger scale carried by the real finger (i.e., the preset information value range), it is possible to distinguish between real and fake finger scales to a large extent, effectively verifying the authenticity of the finger scale. To help those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the described embodiments represent only a portion of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of them. All other embodiments derived by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application should fall within the scope of protection of the embodiments of the present application. The following further illustrates the specific implementation of the present embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to FIG1 of the first embodiment, FIG1 is a flowchart of the steps of a finger-level authentication method according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the finger-level authentication method provided in this embodiment may include the following steps: Step 102: Acquire multiple sets of global echo data. The multiple sets of global echo data are echo intensity data collected by a sensor array located in the pressing area at different pressing moments during the same pressing process; one set of global echo intensity data corresponds to one pressing moment. The sensor array in the embodiments of the present application can be an array located below the pressing area and composed of multiple ultrasonic sensors arranged according to a certain rule. The arrangement of the multiple ultrasonic sensors is not limited in the embodiments of the present application and can be set according to actual circumstances. For example, the array can be composed of A×B sensors, with A rows and B columns, where A and B are both natural numbers. During a finger pressing process, the operation of each sensor in the ultrasonic sensor array primarily includes: transmitting an ultrasonic excitation signal, which is reflected by the air and the fingertips to form an ultrasonic echo, which is then received by the ultrasonic sensor. Furthermore, a finger-level visual image can be generated based on the received echo, and then, based on the generated finger-level visual image, a relevant finger-level recognition algorithm can be used to perform operations such as finger-level recognition. In this step, during a finger press, echo intensity data collected by the sensors in the sensor array can be acquired at different press moments. A set of global echo data is obtained for each press moment. In step 104, regional echo data for a preset finger-level region at different press moments is determined based on the global echo data. The preset finger-level region belongs to the press area. The preset finger-level region can be any finger-level region pre-set based on actual conditions, for example, the finger-level region corresponding to a square region in the center of the sensor array, or the finger-level region corresponding to a square region in the upper left corner of the sensor array, etc. In this embodiment of the present application, the specific content of the preset finger-level region is not limited. Furthermore, since a finger level typically has characteristic regions unique to the finger level, such as the region where the ridges of the finger level are located or the region where the valleys of the finger level are located, the preset finger-level region in this step can also be one of these characteristic regions. Correspondingly, a finger-level visual image can be generated based on the global echo data. Target detection can then be performed on this finger-level visual image to determine the location of the characteristic region. Regional echo data within the characteristic region can then be obtained. The regional echo data determined in this step represents the intensity of the ultrasonic echo signal collected by the sensor located within the predetermined finger-level region.Since there can be multiple sensors located within the preset finger-level region, in this step, for a specific pressing moment, the echo intensity data collected by the sensors within the preset finger-level region can be fused to obtain regional echo data within the preset finger-level region at that moment. Fusion methods can include averaging, summing, and so on. In step 106, time-series intensity information values are calculated based on the regional echo data at different moments, and the finger-level authenticity is verified based on whether the time-series intensity information values fall within a preset information value range. The time-series intensity information values represent the temporal changes in the echo intensity data within the preset finger-level region; the preset information value range is determined based on the time-series intensity information values of the genuine finger-level. The prosthetic finger level carried by the prosthetic finger is typically made of gelatin, plastic, or other materials. Compared to a real finger scale carried by a real finger, due to the different materials and acoustic parameters of the materials, the echo intensities of real and fake finger scales at the same time sequence (i.e., the same pressing moment) will differ, and the echo intensities will also vary over time. In other words, the time series intensity information values of real and fake finger scales will vary to a certain extent. In this embodiment of the present application, the preset information value range can be the value range of the time series intensity information value corresponding to the real finger scale, obtained based on the time series intensity information value of the real finger scale. If the time series intensity information value calculated in step 106 falls within the preset information value range, the finger scale is determined to be a real finger scale; conversely, if the calculated time series intensity information value does not fall within the preset information value range, the finger scale is determined to be a fake finger scale. The finger-level authentication solution provided in the embodiments of the present application acquires multiple sets of global echo data collected by a sensor array in the pressing area at different pressing moments. Based on this acquired global echo data, regional echo data for a pre-set finger-level area at different pressing moments is then obtained. Based on this regional echo data for the pre-set finger-level area at different pressing moments, time-series intensity information values are calculated, representing the temporal variation of the echo intensity data collected in the pre-set finger-level area. The authenticity of the finger-level is then verified based on whether the calculated time-series intensity information values fall within a pre-set information value range. A fake finger-level used in a fake finger is typically made of gelatin, plastic, or other materials. Compared to a real finger-level used in a real finger, the materials used differ, and the acoustic parameters of the materials are also different. Therefore, the echo intensities of real and fake finger-levels at the same temporal sequence (i.e., the same pressing moment) will differ, and the temporal variation of the echo intensity will also differ. Therefore, in this embodiment of the present application, by determining whether the time-series intensity information values fall within a preset information value range, i.e., comparing the temporal variation of echo intensity data collected in a preset finger level region with the temporal variation of echo intensity data of a true finger level carried by a real finger (i.e., within the preset information value range), it is possible to distinguish between genuine and fake finger levels to a significant degree, effectively verifying the authenticity of the finger level. Furthermore, as noted above in the discussion of step 102, a sensor array typically includes multiple sensors arranged according to a certain rule. The sets of global echo data acquired in step 102 in this embodiment of the present application can be echo intensity data collected by all sensors in the sensor array, i.e., standard sampling data, or echo intensity data collected by only a portion of the sensors in the sensor array, i.e., downsampled data. Regarding the method of using the aforementioned standard sampling data as global echo data, subsequent calculations of time-series intensity information values based on the global echo data obtained in this manner can more accurately reflect the temporal changes in echo intensity data in the preset finger-level region, thereby enabling more accurate finger-level authentication results. Regarding the method of using downsampled data as global echo data, compared to standard sampling data, downsampled data can reduce the total amount of collected data while retaining key finger-level information, saving data acquisition time and storage space. Therefore, performing subsequent finger-level authentication based on the global echo data obtained in this manner can conserve storage resources, improve authentication efficiency, and thus enhance the user experience. The finger-level authentication method of this embodiment can be executed by any appropriate electronic device with data processing capabilities, including but not limited to servers and PCs. For the second embodiment, refer to FIG2 , which is a flow chart of the steps of a finger-level authentication method according to the second embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the finger-level authentication method provided in this embodiment may include the following steps: Step 202: Acquire multiple sets of global echo data; the multiple sets of global echo data include: multiple sets of downsampled echo data and at least one set of standard echo data. The multiple sets of global echo data are echo intensity data collected by a sensor array disposed in the pressing area at different pressing moments during the same pressing process; one set of global echo intensity data corresponds to one pressing moment. The standard echo data may be echo intensity data collected by all sensors in the sensor array disposed in the pressing area; the downsampled echo data may be echo intensity data collected by a subset of sensors in the sensor array disposed in the pressing area.In the embodiments of the present application, there is no limitation on the method for determining some sensors from the sensor array when acquiring downsampled echo data. For example, some sensors can be determined from the sensor array by alternating rows, i.e., for every P sensor rows, only the data collected by one row of sensors is retained. Some sensors can also be determined from the sensor array by alternating columns, i.e., for every P sensor columns, only the data collected by one column of sensors is retained. Alternatively, some sensors can be specified from the sensor array based on actual circumstances, and so on, where P is a natural number greater than 1. Taking the alternating column method as an example, when P is 4, see Figure 3, which shows a schematic diagram comparing standard echo data and downsampled echo data. The sensor array has dimensions of M (columns) x N (rows). The left side of Figure 3 shows standard echo data acquired at a certain pressing moment. As can be seen from the figure, the standard echo data is collected by all sensors in the sensor array. The right side of Figure 3 shows downsampled echo data acquired at the same pressing moment. For every four columns of data collected by sensors, only one column is retained. The resulting retained data are: data collected by the first sensor column, data collected by the fifth sensor column, ..., data collected by the Mth to fourth sensor columns, and data collected by the Mth sensor column. See Figure 4, which is a flow chart of the steps for acquiring multiple sets of global echo data in the embodiment shown in Figure 2. The specific process may include: after the data acquisition process is triggered, the issued standard configuration information may be obtained, and the configuration information may include: acquisition time information and information about the sensors involved (here, all sensors in the sensor array); then, based on the obtained standard configuration information, the standard echo data acquisition process may be performed; in addition, the issued downsampling configuration information may be obtained, and the configuration information may also include: acquisition time information and information about the sensors involved (here, some sensors in the sensor array); then, based on the obtained downsampling configuration information, the downsampling echo data acquisition process may be performed; after the corresponding data file is acquired, the file may be saved, and the acquisition process of multiple sets of global echo data is completed. It should be noted that when acquiring multiple sets of global echo data, there is no specific order for collecting standard echo data or downsampled echo data. Standard echo data can be collected first, or vice versa. Figure 4 illustrates the process of acquiring multiple sets of global echo data using the example of collecting standard echo data first, and does not limit the order of data collection. Step 204: Generate a finger-level visual image based on the standard echo data. Specifically, the standard echo data includes echo intensity data collected by all sensors in the sensor array located in the pressing area. In other words, the standard echo data includes ultrasonic echo intensity data at each location within the finger pressing area. Therefore, a corresponding finger-level visual image can be generated based on the standard echo data. Existing ultrasonic finger-level image generation methods can be used to generate the finger-level visual image based on the standard echo data. The specific process of generating the finger-level visual image will not be described in detail here. In step 206, the finger-level visual image is detected for a preset finger-level region to obtain location information of the preset finger-level region. Based on the location information of the preset finger-level region, information of sensors located within the preset finger-level region is determined in the sensor array. Because finger-levels have characteristic regions unique to each finger-level, the preset finger-level region in this step may also be one of these characteristic regions. Optionally, in some embodiments, the preset finger-level region is the region where the ridges of the finger-level are located or the region where the valleys of the finger-level are located. Since standard echo data contains ultrasonic echo intensity information collected by all sensors in the sensor array, while downsampled echo data only contains ultrasonic echo intensity information collected by some sensors, the standard echo data contains more comprehensive information. Therefore, generating the finger-level visual image based on the standard echo data in step 204 and then obtaining the location information of the preset finger-level region based on the finger-level visual image in step 206 can make the obtained location information of the preset finger-level region more accurate. See Figure 5, which shows a schematic diagram comparing a standard image and a downsampled image. The standard image is a finger-level visual image generated based on standard echo data, while the downsampled image is a finger-level visual image generated based on downsampled echo data. In Figure 5, for each row, the finger-level visual images corresponding to the same finger-level region are shown. The left image is a finger-level visual image generated based on standard echo data, while the right image is a finger-level visual image generated based on downsampled echo data. A comparison shows that the left image has higher clarity than the right image, indicating that the standard echo data contains more comprehensive information.Step 208: Based on information from sensors within the preset finger-level region, regional echo data within the preset finger-level region at different pressing moments is determined from the global echo data. Step 210: Based on the regional echo data at different moments, time-series intensity information values are calculated. The time-series intensity information values include time-series intensity ratios and / or time-series intensity change rates. The time-series intensity ratio is the ratio of echo intensity data within the preset finger-level region at different pressing moments; the time-series intensity change rate is the rate of change of the echo intensity data within the preset finger-level region over time. Optionally, in some embodiments, the process of calculating the time-series intensity ratio may include: calculating a ratio of the second-region echo data to the first-region echo data as the time-series intensity ratio at the moment of pressing corresponding to the second-region echo data; the first-region echo data is any one of the echo data in each region, and the second-region echo data is the echo data in the remaining regions except the first-region echo data; and the process of calculating the time-series intensity change rate includes: calculating the time-series intensity change rate based on the time-series intensity ratios at different moments of pressing. Specifically, after calculating the time-series intensity ratios at different moments of pressing, the time-series intensity change rate may be calculated based on the calculated time-series intensity ratios. In the embodiments of the present application, the specific method for calculating the time-series intensity change rate is not limited. For example, a time-series intensity ratio change curve can be plotted with different pressing moments as the horizontal axis and the corresponding time-series intensity ratios as the vertical axis, and the slope of the curve can be calculated as the time-series intensity change rate. Alternatively, the time-series intensity change rate can be calculated using the least squares method based on each time-series intensity ratio, and so on. Step 212: Finger level authenticity verification is performed based on whether the time-series intensity ratio falls within a preset ratio range and / or whether the time-series intensity change rate falls within a preset change rate range. Specifically, if the finger level authenticity verification is performed based on whether the time-series intensity ratio falls within the preset ratio range, if the time-series intensity ratio falls within the preset ratio range, the finger level is determined to be a genuine finger level; conversely, if the time-series intensity ratio does not fall within the preset ratio range, the finger level is determined to be a false finger level. If the finger level authenticity verification is performed based on whether the time series intensity change rate falls within the preset change rate range, then when the time series intensity change rate falls within the preset change rate range, the finger level is determined to be a true finger level; otherwise, when the time series intensity change rate does not fall within the preset change rate range, the finger level is determined to be a false finger level. If the authenticity verification of the finger level is performed based on whether the time series intensity ratio falls within the preset ratio range and whether the time series intensity change rate falls within the preset change rate range, then: a first probability value is obtained based on the degree of difference between the time series intensity ratio and the benchmark ratio in the preset ratio range; a second probability value is obtained based on the degree of difference between the time series intensity change rate and the benchmark change rate in the preset change rate range; and a weighted average is performed on the first probability value and the second probability value according to a preset weight value to obtain the probability that the finger level is a true finger level. After that, the probability is compared with a preset probability threshold. If it is greater than the probability threshold, the finger level is determined to be a true finger level; otherwise, the finger level is determined to be a false finger level. The reference ratio is selected from a preset ratio range. The present embodiment does not limit the selection principle for the reference ratio; for example, it can be the minimum or maximum value within the preset ratio range, or the average value of all ratio values within the preset ratio range. Correspondingly, the reference change rate can also be selected from a preset change rate range. The present embodiment does not limit the selection principle for the reference change rate; for example, it can be the minimum or maximum value within the preset change rate range, or the average value of all change rate values within the preset change rate range. For ease of understanding, the finger-level authentication scheme provided by the present embodiment is explained below using a specific example. In this example, the ridge region is used as the preset finger-level region, and finger-level authentication is performed based on the magnitude relationship between the time-series intensity change rate and a preset change rate threshold. Specifically, in the first step, during a single finger press, a set of standard echo data and multiple sets of downsampled echo data are collected. In the second step, a finger-level visual image is generated based on the standard echo data. Target detection is performed within the finger-level visual image to determine the location of the finger-level ridge region. The average value of the standard echo data collected within the ridge region is calculated as the standard ridge average value. In the third step, based on the ridge region location detected in the second step and the downsampled echo data, the average value of the downsampled echo data collected within the ridge region at different pressing moments is obtained as the downsampled ridge average value. In the fourth step, the ratio between the downsampled ridge average value and the standard ridge average value at different pressing moments is determined as the time-series intensity ratio at different pressing moments. Based on the determined time-series intensity ratios at different pressing moments, the time-series intensity change rate is calculated using the least squares method. In the fifth step, the time-series intensity change rate obtained in the fourth step is determined to be within a preset change rate range. If so, the finger level is a true finger level; if not, the finger level is a false finger level.See Figure 6, which shows a schematic diagram comparing the time-series intensity change rates of real and fake finger presses. Specifically, the abscissa in Figure 6 corresponds to different finger press processes, and the ordinate represents the specific time-series intensity change rate values. The horizontal dashed line parallel to the abscissa in Figure 6 marks the dividing line between the time-series intensity change rates of real and fake finger presses. Assuming the value of the ordinate corresponding to this horizontal dashed line is the intensity change rate threshold, the preset change rate range is less than or equal to this intensity change rate threshold. As can be seen from Figure 6, the time-series intensity change rates corresponding to finger presses carried by real fingers are all less than the preset change rate threshold; while the time-series intensity change rates corresponding to finger presses carried by fake fingers are mostly greater than the preset change rate threshold. In other words, the time-series intensity change rates corresponding to finger presses carried by real fingers all fall within the preset change rate range, while the time-series intensity change rates corresponding to finger presses carried by fake fingers mostly do not fall within the preset change rate range. As can be seen, in this application, by determining whether the time-series intensity information values fall within a preset information value range, i.e., comparing the temporal variation of echo intensity data collected in a preset finger level region with the temporal variation of echo intensity data of a real finger level carried by a real finger (i.e., within the preset information value range), it is possible to distinguish between genuine and fake finger levels to a high degree, effectively verifying the authenticity of the finger level. The finger level authentication method of this embodiment can be executed by any appropriate electronic device with data processing capabilities, including but not limited to servers and PCs. Example 3: See Figure 7, which is a block diagram of the structure of a finger level authentication device according to Example 3 of this application. The finger-level authenticity verification device provided in the embodiment of the present application includes: a global data acquisition module 702, which is used to obtain multiple sets of global echo data, where the multiple sets of global echo data are echo intensity data collected by a sensor array arranged in the pressing area at different pressing moments in the same pressing process; one set of global echo intensity data corresponds to one pressing moment; a regional data determination module 704, which is used to determine the regional echo data in a preset finger-level area at different pressing moments based on the global echo data; the preset finger-level area belongs to the pressing area; a verification module 706, which is used to calculate the time series intensity information value according to the regional echo data at different moments, and perform finger-level authenticity verification based on whether the time series intensity information value belongs to the preset information value range; the time series intensity information value represents the change of the echo intensity data in the preset finger-level area over time; the preset information value range is obtained according to the time series intensity information value of the true finger level.Optionally, in some embodiments, the multiple sets of global echo data include: multiple sets of downsampled echo data and at least one set of standard echo data, where the standard echo data is echo intensity data collected by all sensors in the sensor array disposed in the pressing area; and the downsampled echo data is echo intensity data collected by a portion of the sensors in the sensor array disposed in the pressing area. Correspondingly, the regional data determination module 704 is specifically configured to determine regional echo data in the preset finger-level area at different pressing moments from the global echo data based on the information of the sensors located in the preset finger-level area. Optionally, in some embodiments, the preset finger level region is the region where the ridges of the finger level are located or the region where the valleys of the finger level are located. Optionally, in some embodiments, the time-series intensity information value includes: a time-series intensity ratio and / or a time-series intensity change rate; the time-series intensity ratio is the ratio between echo intensity data in the preset finger level region at different pressing moments; the time-series intensity change rate is the rate of change of the echo intensity data in the preset finger level region over time. Correspondingly, when executing the step of performing finger level authenticity verification based on whether the time-series intensity information value falls within a preset information value range, the verification module 706 is specifically configured to: perform finger level authenticity verification based on whether the time-series intensity ratio falls within a preset ratio range and / or whether the time-series intensity change rate falls within a preset change rate range. Optionally, in some embodiments, the verification module 706 calculates the time-series intensity ratio by calculating the ratio of the second-region echo data to the first-region echo data, using the ratio as the time-series intensity ratio at the pressing moment corresponding to the second-region echo data. The first-region echo data refers to any one item of echo data from each region, and the second-region echo data refers to the echo data from all regions except the first-region echo data. The verification module 706 calculates the time-series intensity change rate by calculating the time-series intensity change rate based on the time-series intensity ratios at different pressing moments.
