AI Technical Summary
Existing devices for moving furniture parts, such as drawers, often produce audible impact noise due to non-synchronized movements between the movable and fixed rails, which can be distracting and undesirable.
The device incorporates a Corpus rail and a movable rail with catwalks and treads, where the load-transmitting rolling elements move along these surfaces. A lubricant, comprising resin and synthetic oil, is applied to a section of the movable rail's tread to minimize noise and facilitate smooth movement.
The lubricant reduces impact noise by allowing the rolling elements to move smoothly, thereby synchronizing the movement of the movable and fixed rails, resulting in a quieter and more efficient operation of the furniture part.

Abstract
Description
[0001] "Device for guiding a movable furniture part"
[0002] State of the art
[0003] Devices with rails for guiding a movable piece of furniture are already known, wherein, particularly in the case of non-synchronized devices, an impact noise of the carriage against a stop of the rail is audible during the opening and closing movement of the movable piece of furniture.
[0004] In known devices, for example, spring elements are used at the stop to dampen the impact of the carriage.
[0005] Object and advantages of the invention
[0006] The object of the invention is to provide an improved device for guiding a movable furniture part relative to a furniture body, in particular with regard to low-noise movement.
[0007] The problem is solved by the features of the independent claims.
[0008] Advantageous and expedient embodiments, variants and further developments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.
[0009] The invention is based on a device for guiding a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, wherein the movable furniture part can be displaceably received on a furniture carcass by means of the device, wherein the device comprises a carcass rail and a movable rail, wherein the carcass rail can be arranged on the furniture carcass, wherein the displaceably mounted movable rail is movable relative to the carcass rail in the opening and closing direction, wherein the movable rail and carcass rail each have a track with a running surface, wherein load-transmitting rolling elements are each arranged between a track of the movable rail and a track of the carcass rail, wherein during the relative movement between the carcass rail and movable rail, the load-transmitting rolling elements are movable along the running surface of the movable rail and the running surface of the carcass rail, wherein a section of the running surface of the movable rail, along which the rolling elements are movable, has lubricant.,
[0010] Preferably, the device is a drawer slide, in particular, for example, a partial or full extension. For example, with a partial extension, only one movable rail is present in addition to the cabinet rail. With a full extension, for example, there are exactly two movable rails, such as a center rail and a drawer rail.
[0011] When the movable furniture part is moved in the opening and closing direction, the movable rail(s) can be moved relative to the cabinet rail, for example. Furthermore, during the opening and closing movement of the movable furniture part, a first movable rail, such as a center rail, can also be moved relative to a second movable rail, such as a drawer rail.
[0012] The piece of furniture has, for example, two identical devices for each movable furniture part, wherein, for example, one device in each case can be arranged on, for example, a side wall of the furniture body. The movable rail, such as the drawer rail, can be connected to the movable furniture part, for example, wherein the movable rail is received, for example, in an interior space of a side frame of a movable furniture part or can be arranged below a floor and / or side wall of the movable furniture part. For example, when the device is arranged on the furniture, the movable rail together with the movable furniture part is linearly movable relative to the body rail, which is, for example, arranged in a fixed position on a side wall of the furniture body, wherein the movable rail can be moved linearly relative to the body rail in the opening and closing direction.
[0013] For example, the cabinet rail has a guide rail with at least one running surface. It is also conceivable for the guide rail of the cabinet rail to have, for example, two running surfaces, with the upper and lower running surfaces preferably arranged opposite one another on the guide rail and separated from one another by the material thickness of the guide rail. It is also conceivable for the cabinet rail to have two guide rails, each with at least one running surface. The guide rail(s) of the cabinet rail are aligned horizontally, for example, when the device is mounted on the furniture. In this case, the guide rail(s) are, for example, flat.
[0014] For example, the movable rail has a catwalk with at least one running surface. It is also conceivable for the catwalk of the movable rail to have, for example, two running surfaces, wherein the upper and lower running surfaces are preferably arranged opposite one another on the catwalk and are separated from one another by the material thickness of the catwalk. It is also conceivable for the movable rail to have two catwalks, each with at least one running surface. The catwalk(s) of the movable rail are, for example, aligned horizontally when the device is mounted on the piece of furniture. In this case, the catwalk(s) is / are, for example, flat. The load-transmitting rolling elements are preferably movable along the running surfaces of the catwalks of the rails in the opening and closing direction.During the opening and closing movement of the movable furniture part, the rolling elements are moved along the horizontally aligned running surfaces of the track of the cabinet rail mounted on the furniture carcass, with the movable rail being moved relative to the cabinet rail. For example, the device has two movable rails, with load-transmitting rolling elements, for example, being movable along the running surfaces of the track of the first movable rail and along the running surfaces of the track of the second movable rail.
[0015] The load-transmitting rolling elements are, for example, spherical or cylindrical. For example, the load-transmitting rolling elements are of the same design and have the same diameter.
[0016] For example, the section of the running surface of the movable rail has lubricant which, in the closed, mounted state of the device, is aligned with the rear wall of the furniture body, in particular if the device has only one movable rail.
[0017] The essence of the invention is that the lubricant comprises a resin and a synthetic oil.
[0018] For example, the synthetic oil includes a silicone-based oil.
[0019] The lubricant is applied to a section of the running surface of the moving rail, for example, using a pneumatic dosing device. For example, the lubricant is applied to the section of the running surface in a bead. For example, the lubricant is distributed by the load-transmitting rolling elements on the running surface, particularly on the section of the running surface. For example, as the load-transmitting rolling elements move on the lubricant, the load-transmitting rolling elements are also lubricated with lubricant.
[0020] It is also conceivable that the load-transmitting rolling elements are arranged in a carriage, wherein a stop for the carriage is arranged on the body rail, wherein lubricant is applied to a section of the running surface of the body rail, wherein the section with lubricant on the running surface of the body rail begins at the stop and ends at the carriage in the unopened state of the device.
[0021] For example, a carriage is arranged between the guide rail of the cabinet rail and the guide rail of the movable rail. For example, the section containing lubricant ends in the area of the carriage, particularly at the beginning of the carriage when viewed in the direction of the cabinet rail stop.
[0022] The cabinet rail is designed, for example, as a C-profile. The cabinet rail has, for example, two legs that are connected to one another by a connecting side. For example, the running surface is located on the connecting side. The stop is located, for example, on the legs of the cabinet rail. For example, a part of the leg(s) is designed closer to the connecting side, e.g. this part of the leg forms the stop.
[0023] During the opening movement of the movable furniture part or the movable rail, for example, the carriage is moved in the opening direction. During the opening movement, the carriage is moved on the lubricant on the running surface of the cabinet rail until the carriage reaches the stop of the cabinet rail.
[0024] For example, when opening the movable furniture part
[0025] Impact noises that occur when the carriage hits a stop, e.g., the stop on the cabinet rail. For example, the carriage first hits a stop on the movable rail and then the stop on the cabinet rail.
[0026] The special composition of the lubricant can advantageously minimize impact noise. For example, the lubricant, e.g., its resin content, dampens the pull-out dynamics.
[0027] It is conceivable that the stop on the cabinet rail is arranged at the end of the cabinet rail which points in the opening direction.
[0028] For example, the end of the cabinet rail on which the stop is formed points towards the drawer front or the opening of the furniture carcass when the device is arranged on the furniture.
[0029] For example, the stop on the cabinet rail limits the movement of the carriage in the opening direction. For example, the movable rail can be moved further in
[0030] The sliding door can be moved in the opening direction when the carriage has reached the stop on the cabinet rail. For example, the movable rail is moved in the opening direction, whereby the movement of the movable rail moves the sliding door along the running surface of the movable rail and whereby, for example, the sliding door is held in position by the stop on the cabinet rail.
[0031] For example, the device has two movable rails, the first movable rail being arranged between the carcass rail and the second movable rail having two running surfaces, with a carriage being movable along each of the running surfaces. For example, the first movable rail has two catwalks, each catwalk having a running surface. For example, each catwalk has exactly one single running surface. For example, the running surface of the first catwalk of the first movable rail is aligned with the running surface of the carcass rail. Furthermore, the running surface of the second catwalk of the first movable rail is aligned with the running surface of the second movable rail.
[0032] For example, the load-transmitting rolling elements in a first carriage are moved along the running surface of the body rail and the running surface of the first track of the first movable rail. For example, the load-transmitting rolling elements in a second carriage are moved along the running surface of the second movable rail and the running surface of the second track of the first movable rail. For example, the first carriage is designed identically to the second carriage.
[0033] For example, the first movable rail is formed from a sheet material, e.g. as a hollow profile element.
[0034] For example, in the assembled state of the device, the first movable rail has two horizontally extending horizontal wall sections and two vertically extending central wall sections, which are connected to each other, for example, via side wall sections. For example, four side wall sections are present on the first movable rail.
[0035] For example, the load-transmitting rolling elements are moved along the horizontally extending horizontal sections and the side sections. For example, the load-transmitting rolling elements of the first carriage are moved along the lower horizontal section in the installed state and the two side sections adjoining the lower horizontal section. For example, the load-transmitting rolling elements of the second carriage are moved along the upper horizontal section in the installed state and the two side sections adjoining the upper
[0036] Hori zontal section subsequent side sections moved.
[0037] It is also conceivable for the first movable rail to be C-shaped or U-shaped. For example, the first movable rail has two legs, which are connected to one another via another side. For example, one leg of the first movable rail is aligned with the running surface of the cabinet rail, and the other leg of the first movable rail is aligned with the running surface of the second movable rail.
[0038] It is also conceivable that the first movable rail has two stops for the carriages, one stop being aligned in the direction of the carcass rail and the other stop being aligned in the direction of the second movable rail.
[0039] For example, a first stop is formed on the first track of the first movable rail. For example, a second stop is formed on the second track of the first movable rail.
[0040] For example, the stops on the first movable rail limit the movement of the carriages. For example, during the opening movement of the device, the carriages strike the stops on the first movable rail.
[0041] Furthermore, the first movable rail has a further stop on each of the first and second catwalks in order to limit the movement of the carriages during the closing movement of the device. For example, the third stop is arranged on the first catwalk of the first movable rail and the fourth stop is arranged on the second catwalk of the first movable rail. For example, the third stop is formed in a front third of the first catwalk, the front first third being formed on the first movable rail in the opening direction. For example, the fourth stop is formed in a rear third of the second catwalk, the rear first third being formed on the first movable rail in the closing direction.
[0042] It is also conceivable that the stops of the first movable rail are arranged at the two opposite ends of the first movable rail.
[0043] For example, the first stop is arranged at one end of the first track of the first movable rail, wherein the end of the first track points in the closing direction or in the arranged, closed state of the device on the furniture in the direction of the rear wall of the furniture body.
[0044] It is further conceivable that the second stop is arranged at one end of the second running track of the first movable rail, wherein the end of the second running track points in the opening direction or in the arranged, closed state of the device on the furniture to a front of the movable furniture part, in particular a drawer front.
[0045] It is further conceivable that lubricant is applied to the section of the running surface of the first movable rail, wherein the section with lubricant on the running surface of the first movable rail begins at the stop and ends at the carriage in the unopened state of the device.
[0046] For example, a section of the running surface of the first runway of the first movable rail has lubricant. Furthermore, for example, a section of the running surface of the second runway of the first movable rail has lubricant. Furthermore, it is conceivable that both a section of the running surface of the first runway of the first movable rail and a section of the running surface of the second runway of the first movable rail have lubricant. For example, the section with lubricant on the running surface of the first runway of the first movable rail extends from the first stop to the start of the first carriage starting from the first stop when the device is closed. For example, one end of the first carriage rests against the third stop when the device is closed. For example, the first carriage is moved along the section with lubricant on the running surface of the first catwalk of the first movable rail during the opening and closing movement of the device or the movable furniture part.
[0047] For example, the section with lubricant on the running surface of the second track of the first movable rail extends from the second stop to the beginning of the second carriage extending from the second stop when the device is closed. For example, one end of the second carriage rests against the fourth stop when the device is closed. For example, the second carriage is moved along the section with lubricant on the running surface of the second track of the first movable rail during the opening and closing movement of the device or the movable furniture part.
[0048] It is conceivable that a stop for the carriage is arranged on the second movable rail, wherein lubricant is applied to a section of the running surface of the second movable rail, wherein the section with lubricant on the running surface of the second movable rail begins at the stop and ends at the carriage in the unopened state of the device.
[0049] The second movable rail is designed, for example, as a C-profile. The second movable rail has, for example, two legs which are connected to one another by a connecting side. For example, the running surface is present on the connecting side. The stop is present, for example, on the legs of the second movable rail. For example, a part of the leg or legs is formed closer to the connecting side, e.g. this part of the leg forms the stop. For example, the stop on the leg forms a movement limit for the second carriage during the opening movement of the device or of the movable furniture part.
[0050] In addition, the second movable rail comprises further stops on the running surface, which are present, for example, as punched tongues, so that they are raised above the running surface of the second movable rail and form a movement limit for the second carriage during the closing movement of the device or the movable furniture part.
[0051] For example, the section with lubricant on the running surface of the second movable rail extends from the stop to the beginning of the second carriage extending from the stop when the device is closed. For example, one end of the second carriage rests against the further stops of the second movable rail, which are designed, for example, as punched tongues, when the device is closed.
[0052] During the opening movement of the movable furniture part or the movable rail, for example, the second carriage is moved in the opening direction. During the movement in the opening direction, the second carriage is moved on the lubricant on the running surface of the second movable rail until the carriage hits the stop of the second movable rail. For example, during the movement in the closing direction, the second carriage is moved on the section with lubricant on the running surface of the second movable rail until the carriage reaches the further stop, which is designed as a punched tongue. For example, when the movable furniture part is opened, impact noises are generated which arise when the second carriage hits the stop, e.g. the stop of the second movable rail. For example, the second carriage first hits a stop on the second movable rail and then the second stop on the second track of the first movable rail.
[0053] For example, the stop on the second movable rail limits a movement of the carriage, in particular of the second carriage, in the opening direction.
[0054] For example, the first movable rail can be further
[0055] The second carriage can be moved in the opening direction when it reaches the second stop on the first movable rail. For example, the track of the first movable rail is moved in the opening direction, whereby the movement of the first movable rail moves the carriage along the running surface of the second track of the first movable rail and whereby, for example, the carriage is held in position by the stop on the second movable rail.
[0056] It is also conceivable that the stop on the second movable rail is arranged at the end of the second movable rail which points in the closing direction.
[0057] For example, the end of the second movable rail, on which the stop is formed, points towards the rear wall of the furniture body in the arranged, closed state of the device on the furniture.
[0058] For example, during the opening and closing movement of the movable furniture part, the two movable rails can be moved simultaneously due to the adhesion forces of the lubricant.
[0059] For example, the impact noise is particularly loud because the second moving rail, which is in motion, has to accelerate the first moving rail, which is at a standstill.
[0060] Advantageously, the adhesive forces of the lubricant cause the first movable rail to move directly with the movement of the second movable rail. For example, the adhesive force of the lubricant is achieved through the resin content. The adhesive force of the lubricant acts on both the movable rails and the carriage(s). Advantageously, the simultaneous movement of the movable rail by means of the adhesive force of the lubricant eliminates the need for mechanical synchronization of the rails.
[0061] For example, the lubricant has an adhesive effect so that the movement of the two movable rails is dampened.
[0062] For example, the lubricant is designed in such a way that the lubricant has a noise-dampening effect.
[0063] An advantageous embodiment of the invention is a piece of furniture with a movable furniture part which can be moved relative to the furniture body in the opening and closing direction using a device according to one of the previously described embodiments.
[0064] For example, a body rail of the device is connected to a side wall of the furniture body. For example, a movable furniture part is connected to two devices, in particular two movable rails, wherein the two devices are each connected to a side wall of the furniture body, wherein the side walls are opposite one another. [0065] Further features and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments of the invention shown schematically in the figures.
[0066] In detail:
[0067] Fig. 1 shows a schematically illustrated piece of furniture in a perspective view obliquely from above with a movable furniture part slidably mounted on guide devices,
[0068] Fig. 2 is a perspective view from above of a guide device according to Fig. 1
[0069] Fig. 3 is an exploded view of a device according to Fig. 2,
[0070] Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a device according to Fig. 2, Fig. 5 is a perspective view obliquely from below of a part of a second movable rail, in particular a drawer rail,
[0071] Fig. 6 is a perspective view obliquely from above of a part of a first movable rail, in particular a middle rail,
[0072] Fig. 7 is a perspective view obliquely from below of a part of a first movable rail, in particular a middle rail,
[0073] Fig. 8 a perspective view from above of part of a cabinet rail.
[0074] Figure 1 shows a highly schematic view of a piece of furniture 1 according to the invention in a use state, comprising a hollow, cuboid-shaped furniture body 2 and a movable furniture part 3, designed, for example, as a drawer, wherein the movable furniture part 3 is slidably mounted, for example, on the furniture body 2. The furniture body 2 comprises, for example, two opposite vertical side walls 4, 5, between which the movable furniture part 3 can be pulled out of the furniture body 2 according to P1, for example via a device 6, 7 or two devices 6, 7, and pushed in in the opposite direction according to P2. The device 6, 7 or the devices 6, 7 can be designed as full extension or partial extension.
[0075] In Fig. 1, the movable furniture part 3 is shown in the state in which it is fully or completely moved out of the interior of the furniture body 2. This allows, for example, almost unhindered access to the storage volume of the movable furniture part 3 from above.
[0076] If, for example, a partial extension is used on the movable furniture part 3 instead of the full extension, the movable furniture part 3, in the maximum extended state, cannot be moved as far out from the interior of the furniture body 2 in the direction PI as is possible with the full extensions as shown in Fig. 1.
[0077] The device 6 fastened to the inside of the side wall 4 is located, for example, at the same vertical height as the opposite device 7 fastened to the side wall 5 and hidden in Figure 1, which is indicated by dashed lines in Figure 1.
[0078] In the furniture body 2, above the movable furniture part 3, for example, another movable furniture part can be accommodated, which is guided accordingly via devices 8 and 9 and is not shown in Figure 1. The movable furniture part 3 has, for example, opposing drawer side walls 10, 11. In addition, the movable furniture part comprises, for example, a drawer front 12, a drawer rear wall 13 lying horizontally opposite thereto, and a horizontally extending drawer base 14, which reaches up to the drawer side walls 10, 11, the drawer front 12 and the drawer rear wall 13 or is connected to them.
[0079] Figure 2 shows the device 6, 7 in the closed state. The device 6, 7 comprises, for example, a cabinet rail 15, a first movable rail 16, e.g., a center rail, and a second movable rail 17, e.g., a drawer rail. The cabinet rail 15 and the two movable rails 16, 17 consist, for example, of a sheet metal material, which is formed from a flat sheet material, for example, by a punching and bending process, into the final product of the respective rail 15, 16, 17.
[0080] The cabinet rail 15 can be connected to the furniture carcass 2, e.g., to a side wall 4, 5 of the furniture carcass 2, via holding means 18, in particular two L-shaped holding means 18, by means of fastening means such as screws. For example, an upwardly projecting hook element 19 is arranged at the rear end of the second movable rail 17, wherein the hook element 19 forms, e.g., a support for a portion of an outer side of the drawer rear wall 13.
[0081] On a vertical narrow side of the body rail 15 there are pins 20, via which a movement mechanism 21, for example for ejecting and / or retracting the movable furniture part 3, can be attached.
[0082] The cabinet rail 15 is designed, for example, as a C-profile. The cabinet rail has, for example, two legs 22, 23, which are connected to each other by a connecting side 24. For example, a guide rail 48 of the cabinet rail 15 is provided on the connecting side 24. At the front and rear ends of the cabinet rail 15, for example, two stops 25, 26 are also provided, which are formed, for example, by bent tabs on the legs 22, 23 of the cabinet rail 15.
[0083] The second movable rail 17 is designed, for example, as a C-profile (see Fig. 5). The second movable rail 17 has, for example, two legs 27, 28 which are connected to one another by a connecting side 29. For example, a catwalk 49 of the second movable rail is present on the connecting side 29. At the rear and front ends of the second movable rail there are also, for example, two stops 30 (see Fig. 4), which are formed, for example, by bent tongues on the legs 27, 28 of the second movable rail 17. In addition, the second movable rail 17 comprises further stops 31 on the catwalk 49 (see Fig. 5), which are provided, for example, as punched tongues, so that they are raised above the catwalk 49 of the second movable rail 17.
[0084] The first movable rail 16 has, for example, an upper, flat horizontal wall section 32, a lower, flat horizontal wall section 33, two flat upper side wall sections 34, 35, two lower, flat side wall sections 36, 37, and in particular two vertically extending, flat central wall sections 38, 39 (see Fig. 4). For example, the lower horizontal wall section 33 forms the first walkway 50 of the first movable rail 16. Furthermore, the upper horizontal wall section 32, for example, forms the second walkway 51 of the first movable rail 16.
[0085] The designations "top" and "bottom" refer to the orientation of the devices 6-9 in the use state and when attached to the furniture, respectively, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3. The mutually parallel horizontal wall sections 32, 33 are, for example, aligned at least nearly horizontally.
[0086] In addition, the respective device 6-9 comprises, for example, a first or lower carriage 40 with rolling elements 41 arranged thereon, wherein the carriage 40 acts, for example, between the body rail 15 and the first movable rail 16 for a load-transmitting relative movement of the rails 15, 16. Furthermore, the respective device 6-9 comprises, for example, a second or upper carriage 42 with rolling elements 43 arranged thereon, wherein the carriage 42 acts, for example, between the first movable rail 16 and the second movable rail 17 for a load-transmitting relative movement of the rails 16, 17. To limit, for example, a relative movement of the first carriage 40 and the second carriage 42 in the longitudinal extension of the first movable rail 16 according to a central longitudinal axis L (see Fig. 3), upper stops 44, 45 and lower stops 46, 47 are provided on the first movable rail 16.The stops 44-47 protrude, for example, from the side walls 34-37 of the first movable rail 16 in the direction of the cabinet rail 15 or the second movable rail 17. The stops 44, 45, for example, limit the movement of the second carriage 42 in the opening and closing directions. Furthermore, the stops 46, 47, for example, limit the movement of the first carriage 40 in the opening and closing directions.
[0087] For example, the areas of the tracks 48-51 along which the carriages 40, 42 with the rolling elements 41, 43 are moved are called running surfaces. For example, a running surface 52 of the track 48 of the body rail 15 extends from the stop 25 to the stop 26. Furthermore, for example, a running surface 53 of the first track 50 of the first movable rail 16 extends from the stop 46 to the stop 47. A running surface 54 of the second track 51 of the first movable rail 16 extends, for example, from the stop 44 to the stop 45. A running surface 55 of the track 49 of the second movable rail 17 extends, for example, from the stop 30 to the stop 31.
[0088] In the respective assembled device 6-9, for example, the rolling elements 41, 43 mounted on the carriages 40, 42 run on the horizontal wall sections 32, 33 and the side wall sections 34-37. The first carriage 40, for example, with its sections carrying the rolling elements 42, encompasses the lower horizontal wall section 33 and the side wall sections 36, 37 on the outside. The second carriage 42, for example, with its rolling elements 43, encompasses the horizontal wall section 32 and the side wall sections 34, 35 on the outside. For example, a section 56 of the running surface 52 of the running web 48 of the body rail 15 has a lubricant 57 (see, for example, Fig. 8). Section 56 begins, for example, at stop 25 of cabinet rail 15 and extends, viewed in the closing direction, to the beginning of the first carriage 40 when the respective device 6-9 is closed. When the devices 6-9 are closed, for example, one end of the first carriage 40 rests against stop 26 of cabinet rail 15.
[0089] For example, a section 58 of the running surface 53 of the first track 50 of the first movable rail 16 has a lubricant 57 (see Fig. 7). The section 58 begins, for example, at a first stop 46 of the first movable rail 16 and, viewed in the opening direction, extends to the beginning of the first carriage 40 when the respective device 6-9 is closed. In the closed state of the devices 6-9, for example, one end of the first carriage 40 rests against a third stop 47 on the first track 50 of the first movable rail 16.
[0090] For example, a section 59 of the running surface 54 of the second track 51 of the first movable rail 16 has a lubricant 57 (see Fig. 6). The section 59 begins, for example, at a second stop 45 of the first movable rail 16 and, viewed in the closing direction, extends to the beginning of the second carriage 42 when the respective device 6-9 is closed. In the closed state of the devices 6-9, for example, one end of the second carriage 42 rests against a fourth stop 44 on the second track 51 of the first movable rail 16.
[0091] For example, a section 60 of the running surface 55 of the running track 49 of the second movable rail 17 has a lubricant 57 (see Fig. 5). The section 60 begins, for example, at a stop 30 of the second movable rail 17 and, viewed in the opening direction, extends to the beginning of the second carriage 42 when the respective device 6-9 is closed. In the closed state of the devices 6-9, for example, one end of the second carriage 42 rests against a stop 31 on the running track 49 of the second movable rail 17.
