[0005] While buying a vehicle is becoming increasingly difficult due to rising prices, the insurance, maintenance and parking fees of the vehicle are also increasing day by day. These fees not only make it impossible to buy a vehicle, but also make it difficult to pay for maintenance of the existing vehicle. On the other hand, vehicle owners do not use their vehicles enough, leave them parked and unused most of the time. For this reason, today, there is a need for solutions that enable vehicle users to share their vehicles with other users in order to generate income.
[0006] The Chinese patent document no. CN111222935A, an application included in the state of the art, discloses blockchain-based vehicle sharing system. The invention subject to the said Chinese patent document provides a vehicle sharing method based on a block chain network, a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining a to-be-used vehicle; sending the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle to be used to a consensus node in a blockchain network; calling a consensus smart contract in the consensus node to perform consensus, and enabling the consensus node to compare the sent vehicle information with vehicle information pre-stored in the consensus node in a consensus process; and unlocking the locked state of the vehicle based on the unlocking password. [0017] An inventive system (1) which enables vehicle owners to share their vehicles with users in order to generate income comprises at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to exchange data by using any remote communication protocol and to run at least one application thereon; at least one application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured to be used by vehicle owners and / or users who want to use a shared vehicle; to enable vehicle owners to view their vehicles and select the vehicles they want to share; and to enable users who want to use a shared vehicle to view shared vehicles, select the vehicles they want, transmit requests for sharing and make payment transactions; at least one blockchain network (4) which is configured to keep a record of at least the information of the shared vehicles, the information of the sharing vehicle owner and the information of the user sharing the vehicle in an encrypted and decentralized way; and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication and exchange data with the application (3) and the blockchain network (4) by using any remote communication protocol; to be triggered upon a user transmitting a request to share a vehicle through the application (3); to receive the vehicle preference that the user wants to use through the application (3); to verify the vehicle information on the blockchain network (4); to enable the user who wants to use to make a payment through external servers so as to start using the vehicle after verification; to enable the vehicle to be shared by the user after the payment is made; and to keep a record of the data related to the sharing on the blockchain network (4).
[0018] The electronic device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a device such as a smartphone, tablet computer, desktop computer or portable computer configured to run at least one application (3) thereon. The said electronic device (2) has speakers for providing audio output, at least one camera capable of taking images, and an input unit in the form of a key or touch screen.
[0019] The application (3) included in the inventive system (1) is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured to enable users who want to share their vehicles to view the vehicles they own and select the vehicles they want to share or rent. The application (3) is configured to enable users who want to drive a vehicle to view vehicles and make a choice between vehicles. The application (3) is configured to enable the user to view the price or token information, location information, distance of usage, day, city or region limitations of the selected vehicle. The blockchain network (4) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to keep a record of the vehicle information that the vehicle owners inputted on the application (3) in a distributed and encrypted way. The blockchain network (4) is configured to keep a record of the usage time, distance of usage, fees and payments of the vehicle in the blockchain network (4) along with time tags.
[0020] The server (5) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) and to exchange data with the application (3) located on the electronic device (2). The said server (5) is configured to establish communication with the blockchain network (4), to add data to the blockchain network (4) and / or to access the data on the blockchain network (4). The server (5) is configured to be triggered upon the user making a choice among the shared vehicles through the application (3); to verify the selected vehicle on the blockchain network (4); and to share the existing price or token information, location information, distance of usage, day, city or region limitations of the vehicle with the user through the application (3) after verification. The server (5) is further configured to verify the preferred vehicle information in a cloud environment. The server (5) is configured to communicate with external servers in order to receive the payment after the user has approved the preferred vehicle; to perform user verification on the wallet application in order to receive payment via the said wallet application; to share the sharing conditions with the wallet application after user verification; to wait for a response on whether the conditions can be met or not; and to enable the vehicle to be made available for sharing for the respective user when it decides that the condition can be met. In the preferred embodiment, the server (5) is configured to enable an access NFT (Non-Fungible Token) content that displays the period, terms and price determined by a contract regarding the vehicle to be shared with the wallet application and to enable the vehicle to be made available for sharing if there are enough NFTs in the wallet to cover the sharing. In the preferred embodiment, the server (5) is configured to enable fees, expenses and payments arising from the sharing to be paid by using the cryptocurrency used in the mobile wallet application and to keep a record of the payment contents. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (5) is configured to enable the shared vehicle to be tracked via GPS; the tracking data to be shared with the users via the application (3); and the travel data to be recorded in the blockchain network (4).

[0022] With the inventive system (1), it is aimed to generate income by sharing vehicles and payments are made through mobile wallets. The transactions made during the sharing period, the travel information and payment information of the vehicle are stored in the blockchain network (4). In this way, potential conflicts and security concerns are avoided.
[0023] Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “A Ridesharing System (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
Claims
CLAIMS1. A system (1) which enables vehicle owners to share their vehicles with users in order to generate income; characterized by at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to exchange data by using any remote communication protocol and to run at least one application thereon; at least one application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured to be used by vehicle owners and / or users who want to use a shared vehicle; to enable vehicle owners to view their vehicles and select the vehicles they want to share; and to enable users who want to use a shared vehicle to view shared vehicles, select the vehicles they want, transmit requests for sharing and make payment transactions; at least one blockchain network (4) which is configured to keep a record of at least the information of the shared vehicles, the information of the sharing vehicle owner and the information of the user sharing the vehicle in an encrypted and decentralized way; and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication and exchange data with the application (3) and the blockchain network (4) by using any remote communication protocol; to be triggered upon a user transmitting a request to share a vehicle through the application (3); to receive the vehicle preference that the user wants to use through the application (3); to verify the vehicle information on the blockchain network (4); to enable the user who wants to use to make a payment through external servers so as to start using the vehicle after verification; to enable the vehicle to be shared by the user after the payment is made; and to keep a record of the data related to the sharing on the blockchain network (4).
2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is a device such as a smartphone, tablet computer, desktop computer or portable computer configured to run at least one application (3) thereon.
3. A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the electronic device (2) which has speakers for providing audio output, at least one camera capable of taking images, and an input unit in the form of a key or touch screen.
4. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured to enable users who want to share their vehicles to view the vehicles they own and select the vehicles they want to share or rent.
5. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to enable users who want to drive a vehicle to view vehicles and make a choice between vehicles.

9. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronicdevice (2) and to exchange data with the application (3) located on the electronic device (2).
10. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the blockchain network (4), to add data to the blockchain network (4) and / or to access the data on the blockchain network (4).

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to enable fees, expenses and payments arising from the sharing to be paid by using the cryptocurrency used in the mobile wallet application and to keep a record of the payment contents.
