[0018] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and in conjunction with embodiments.
[0019] It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", etc. in the specification and claims of the present disclosure and the above-mentioned drawings are used to distinguish similar objects, and are not necessarily used to describe a specific order or sequence.
[0020] The method embodiments provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure can be executed in a mobile terminal, a computer terminal or a similar computing device. Taking running on a computer terminal as an example, Figure 1 is a hardware structure block diagram of a computer terminal for a method of encapsulating a new call service in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 1, the computer terminal may include one or more (only one is shown in Figure 1) processors 102 (the processor 102 may include but is not limited to a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA) and a memory 104 configured to store data, wherein the above-mentioned computer terminal may also include a transmission device 106 and an input and output device 108 configured to have a communication function. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in Figure 1 is only for illustration and does not limit the structure of the above-mentioned computer terminal. For example, the computer terminal may also include more or fewer components than those shown in Figure 1, or have a configuration different from that shown in Figure 1.
[0021] Memory 104 can be configured to store computer programs, such as software programs and modules of application software, such as the computer program corresponding to the packaging method for the new call service in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Processor 102 executes the computer programs stored in memory 104 to execute various functional applications and data processing, thereby implementing the aforementioned methods. Memory 104 can include high-speed random access memory (RAM) and can also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, memory 104 can further include memory remotely located relative to processor 102, and such remote memory can be connected to the computer terminal via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the Internet, an intranet, a local area network, a mobile communication network, and combinations thereof.
[0022] The transmission device 106 is configured to receive or transmit data via a network. A specific example of the aforementioned network may include a wireless network provided by a communications provider of a computer terminal. In one embodiment, the transmission device 106 includes a network interface controller (NIC) that can be connected to other network devices via a base station to enable communication with the Internet. In another embodiment, the transmission device 106 may be a radio frequency (RF) module that is configured to communicate with the Internet wirelessly.
[0023] The disclosed embodiments can operate on the new call service packaging system shown in Figure 2. As shown in Figure 2, the system includes a new call platform, a core network (CN), and user equipment. The new call service component of the new call platform is used to implement or integrate various new call services, or to implement some new call services and integrate others. The service packaging management component is responsible for packaging various new call services supported by the new call service platform.
[0024] In the new call service encapsulation system, the core network is responsible for processing signaling and media streams generated by the new call platform. User devices connect to the core network via wireless or wired networks and receive signaling and media streams from the core network. The new call service platform is the service platform that provides the new call service. User devices communicate with the new call service platform through the core network to implement the new call service functions. The core network and the new call service platform also interact to manage and control the new call service.
[0025] FIG3 is a framework diagram of a new call platform according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG3 , the new call platform includes a new call service encapsulation part and a new call service part.
[0026] The new call service part includes three modules: new call service processing module, service reporting module and encapsulation receiving module.
[0027] New call service processing module: configured to implement new call services, integrate new call services of external third parties, and provide new call service services to users.
[0028] Business reporting module: It is set to summarize various business information supported by the new call business processing module. The business information includes name, new call business icon, control method, etc., and synchronize business information to the new call business packaging platform.
[0029] Encapsulation receiving module: configured to receive the display and control information of the new call service encapsulation from the new call service encapsulation platform, and synchronize it to the new call service processing module for use.
[0030] The new call service processing module receives the encapsulation information for new call services from the encapsulation receiving module. Based on this encapsulation information, it sends signaling, media streams, and other information to the core network to control how the new call service is presented to users and how users can use the new call service. The service reporting module summarizes the service information supported by the new call service processing module and synchronizes this service information with the new call service encapsulation platform.
[0031] The new call service encapsulation part includes two modules: service encapsulation arrangement module and encapsulation management module.
[0032] Service encapsulation and arrangement module: It is set to determine the position and icon of the new call service when it is presented, the performance during user operation, and the control information that needs to be sent to the new call service by the background. The determined encapsulation and arrangement design will be sent to the encapsulation management module.
[0033] The package management module is configured to generate display and control information related to the presentation of new call services based on the received layout design, namely presentation and control information. For example, a webpage similar to a mobile phone desktop is generated, which contains multiple icons for new call services. These icons are user-operable. When users click on these icons, control instructions are generated to notify the corresponding new call service. At the same time, for audio calls, a video (animation) presenting the new call service interface and the corresponding control interface are generated.
[0034] The service encapsulation and arrangement module receives the service information sent by the new call service platform, and sends the generated encapsulation and arrangement design to the encapsulation management module. The encapsulation management module sends the display and control information generated based on the encapsulation and arrangement design to the new call service platform.
[0035] FIG4 is a flow chart of a method for encapsulating a new call service according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG4 , the flow includes the following steps:
[0036] Step S402: determining a packaging layout design for the new call service in the new call service interface, wherein the packaging layout design includes a visual presentation and a first control method for the new call service;
[0037] In an exemplary embodiment, before determining the encapsulation and arrangement design of the new call service in the new call service interface, it also includes: receiving a first new call service in a first user terminal and a second new call service in a second user terminal; aggregating the first new call service and the second new call service to obtain the new call service.
[0038] In an exemplary embodiment, determining the packaging and layout design of a new call service in a new call service interface includes: receiving service information of the new call service, wherein the service information includes the name, icon and control method of the new call service; adding the icon of the new call service to the visual presentation list of the new call service interface according to preset rules and the service information, and performing a first simulation test on the new call service based on the visual presentation list and the control method; and determining the packaging and layout design of the new call service based on the result of the first simulation test.
[0039] It should be noted that the preset rules refer to the need to display multiple new call service icons on the new call service interface, and different visual presentation lists can be set to display new call service icons. For example, the visual presentation list is set to include one or more display pages, the number of new call service icons displayed on each page, and the new call service icon is automatically or manually added to the visual presentation list. The visual presentation list belongs to a mapping table, and the new call service is reflected by the icon of the new call service. After receiving the service information of the new call service, the visual presentation list is updated, and the icon of the new call service in the service information is added to the visual presentation list. The visual presentation list includes icons of all new call services, which helps users understand the new call services that the new call service interface can provide, thereby improving the usability and user experience of the new call service interface.
[0040] In actual implementation, the addition of icons for new call services to the visual presentation list of the new call service interface can be done manually by the designer or automatically, for example, by setting a single presentation page of the visual presentation list to display N icons, or automatically determining or adding new presentation pages. In other words, the visual presentation list of the new call service interface includes multiple new call service icons for users to click, so that users can initiate the corresponding new call service upon clicking.
[0041] During the actual implementation process, the first simulation test is specifically to test the new call service in the visual presentation list to confirm whether the new call service can be started through the control method in the service information, which is equivalent to technically confirming that the new call service can be used normally.
[0042] In an exemplary embodiment, determining the packaging and layout design of a new call service in a new call service interface includes: determining the interface display item corresponding to the new call service based on the interface display item corresponding to the new call service interface and the new call service; and determining the packaging and layout design of the new call service based on the interface display item corresponding to the new call service.
[0043] Interface display items refer to the pages, voices, or animations presented on the user terminal for the user to operate and select new call services.
[0044] After aggregating the service information for multiple new call services, in order to reduce the complexity of using the new call services, the new call services need to be presented through the new call service interface. The new call service interface corresponds to an interface display item, and the interface display item can be selected from different types based on the user's service needs. For example, to meet the user's need to display the new call service interface during a video call, the generated interface display item can be a page icon item. Because the interface display item corresponding to the new call service interface is determined based on the interface display item and the new call service, the packaging and layout design of the new call service is determined based on the interface display item. The new call service interface can display multiple new call services, thereby reducing the complexity of using multiple new call services.
[0045] Step S404: Encapsulate and generate presentation control information of the new call service according to the encapsulation arrangement design and the user's service requirements, so as to present the new call service on the user terminal based on the presentation control information during the call.
[0046] In an exemplary embodiment, the presentation control information of the new call service is generated and packaged according to the packaging and arrangement design and the user's business needs, including: generating initial presentation control information of the new call service based on the packaging and arrangement design; performing a second simulation test on the new call service according to the initial presentation control information and the user's business needs to obtain a second simulation test result; determining the presentation control information according to the second simulation test result, the presentation control information including presentation information and a second control method of the new call service in the new call service interface.
[0047] During the actual implementation process, after generating the initial presentation control information of the new call service according to the encapsulation and arrangement design, that is, confirming the technical feasibility of the new call service, it is necessary to conduct a second simulation test on the new call based on the different needs of users in actual usage scenarios, or the needs put forward by managers to adapt to the market environment, so as to determine the final presentation control information and realize the presentation of the new call service on the user terminal based on the presentation control information during the call.
[0048] In an exemplary embodiment, the presentation control information of the new call service is generated based on the encapsulation layout design and the user's business needs, including: determining the interface display items corresponding to the presentation control information based on the user's business needs, the interface display items including page icon items, voice items and animation items; generating the presentation control information based on the encapsulation layout design and the interface display items.
[0049] In actual implementation, for video calls, a full-screen page is generated. The page displays a list of new call services in a similar manner to an application (APP). Clicking an icon activates the corresponding service, which is in line with user habits. For audio calls, an animation can be added to display the new call service.
[0050] Since the user terminal will display an interface display item for entering the new call service by clicking an icon regardless of whether it is a video call or an audio call, the user can use the new call service conveniently and quickly during the call.
[0051] In an exemplary embodiment, after the presentation control information of the new call service is generated according to the encapsulation arrangement design and the user's business needs, it also includes: triggering the new call service according to the user's selection to obtain the preset audio stream and media stream; superimposing the presentation control information, the preset audio stream and the media stream to obtain the presentation content of the user interface; setting a dedicated data channel to decouple the presentation content of the user interface to obtain new call service interface information and call interface information, and the dedicated data channel is used to send the presentation control information to the user terminal.
[0052] In actual implementation, to prevent the new call service from interfering with existing call functions, a dedicated data channel was set up. This dedicated data channel is used only to transmit control information for the new call service, decoupling the user interface from the content presented. The user interface displays the changes to the existing call after the user selects a new call service. For example, if a user selects the "Digital Human" new call service during a video call, a digital human will be displayed instead of a real person; or if a user selects the "Add Glasses" new call service during a video call, glasses will be added to the face in the video.
[0053] In an exemplary embodiment, the presentation control information is sent to the first user terminal and the second user terminal through the dedicated data channel.
[0054] In actual implementation, the presentation control information can be sent to different user terminals synchronously or asynchronously through a dedicated data channel.
[0055] It should be noted that the control methods for different new call services vary significantly. If the control method is a button, the user needs to remember the button and operate it; if the control method is a voice keyword, the user needs to remember the keyword and speak it when using it. Therefore, if a user wants to use a new call service, they need to remember the method for invoking each new call service, which is relatively complicated. However, the embodiments of the present disclosure encapsulate multiple control methods for new call services, simplifying the method for invoking new call services and making it easier for users to use.
[0056] Through the embodiments of the present disclosure, since the visual presentation and the first control method of the new call service are determined, that is, the encapsulation and layout design of the new call service interface is determined, the presentation and control information of the new call service can be generated based on the encapsulation and layout design and combined with the actual needs of the user. Therefore, the user terminal can display the new call service in a standardized manner through the new call service interface for the user to choose, which can solve the problem in related technologies that the new call service cannot be presented in a standardized manner, thereby achieving the effect that the user can conveniently use the new call service through the new call service interface.
[0057] Through the description of the above implementation methods, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiment can be implemented by means of software plus the necessary general hardware platform, and of course it can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases the former is a better implementation method. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present disclosure is essentially or the part that contributes to the prior art can be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM / RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk), including a number of instructions for enabling a terminal device (which can be a mobile phone, computer, server, or network device, etc.) to execute the methods described in each embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0058] This embodiment also provides a device for encapsulating a new call service. This device is configured to implement the aforementioned embodiments and preferred implementations, and details already described will not be repeated. As used below, the term "module" may refer to a combination of software and / or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the devices described in the following embodiments are preferably implemented in software, implementation using hardware, or a combination of software and hardware, is also possible and contemplated.
[0059] FIG5 is a structural block diagram of a device for encapsulating a new call service according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG5 , the device for encapsulating a new call service includes: a determining module 10 and a generating module 20 .
[0060] A determination module 10 is configured to determine a packaging layout design of a new call service in a new call service interface, wherein the packaging layout design includes a visual presentation and a first control method of the new call service;
[0061] The generating module 20 is configured to encapsulate and generate presentation control information of the new call service according to the encapsulation arrangement design and the user's service requirements, so as to present the new call service on the user terminal based on the presentation control information during the call.
[0062] It should be noted that the business encapsulation and arrangement module in FIG. 3 corresponds to the determination module 10 in FIG. 5 and implements the same function; the encapsulation management module in FIG. 3 corresponds to the generation module 20 in FIG. 5 and implements the same function.
[0063] It should be noted that the above modules can be implemented through software or hardware. For the latter, it can be implemented in the following ways, but not limited to: the above modules are all located in the same processor; or the above modules are located in different processors in any combination.
[0064] To facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the present disclosure, embodiments of specific scenarios will be described in detail below.
[0065] Scenario Example 1
[0066] FIG6 is a flow chart of a method for encapsulating a new call service according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG6 , the process includes the following steps:
[0067] Step S601: Generate or integrate a new call service and notify the service reporting module;
[0068] Specifically, after adding (integrating) a new call service, the new call service processing module needs to notify the service reporting module.
[0069] Steps S602-S603: Generate and report business reporting information;
[0070] Specifically, the service report needs to generate the reporting information of the new call service added in step S601, including the name, icon, control method, etc. of the new call service, and notify the service encapsulation arrangement module of the new call encapsulation of the reporting information of the new call service.
[0071] Step S604: Arrange the new call service, generate presentation information and operation rules, and notify the package management module;
[0072] Specifically, upon receiving the newly added service information, the service packaging and orchestration module modifies the current presentation of the new service, adding the new service icon to the presentation list, determining its presentation location, and implementing the control rules for subsequent operations. These can be manually performed by the designer or automatically implemented (e.g., automatically adding the location to the end, or automatically determining or adding a new presentation page based on a page of nine icons). Once finalized, the packaging and orchestration design is synchronized with the packaging management.
[0073] Steps S605-S606: Generate new presentation information and operation rules, and notify the package receiving module;
[0074] Specifically, package management generates package data for new call services based on package layout design and service requirements. For example, for video calls, a full-screen page is generated, displaying a list of new call services similar to an app. Users click on the icon to launch the corresponding service. Another example is generating package data for audio calls, adding a video or animation to present the new call service. This data is then synchronized with the new call service processing module.
[0075] It should be noted that the new presentation information and operation rules in this step correspond to the presentation control information in the above embodiment.
[0076] Steps S607-S608: download new presentation information and operation rules, and notify the package update module;
[0077] After receiving the new encapsulation data, the new call service processing can use the encapsulation data to present all the new call services including the newly added services to the user during the call with the user for the user to use.
[0078] Step S609: loading new presentation information and operation rules.
[0079] FIG7 is a flowchart of using the new call service according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG7 , the process includes the following steps:
[0080] Step S701: Sending control information;
[0081] Specifically, before the new call platform's presentation control information is synchronously sent, the user's call is uploaded to the new call platform. If it is a voice call and the presentation control information includes a presentation video, the new call platform's new call processing will proactively change the user's call to a video call and play the presentation control video. The presentation control information of the new call platform can be synchronously sent to UEA and UEB via the data channel (DC).
[0082] Step S702: Press the button to display the control information;
[0083] Specifically, default pages and animations are not displayed during calls to avoid disrupting the user's conversation. When needed, the user can access control information through a fixed action. This control information has been packaged and presented in a style similar to a mobile phone desktop. Users can select a new call service similar to opening an app.
[0084] Step S703: The user selects a new call service;
[0085] Step S704: reporting the operation instruction;
[0086] Specifically, when the user selects a new call service, a background operation will report the user operation to the new call service processing module.
[0087] Step S705: Using the new call service according to the operation instruction;
[0088] Step S706: Provide the new call service to the user.
[0089] Specifically, the new call system provides new call services to users according to user selection.
[0090] In related technologies, when users use new call services, there are multiple ways to present and use them. For example, presentation methods include overlaying text prompts on videos; playing voice prompts through audio; displaying menus and pages through the DC; and usage methods include turning the function on and off by pressing a button; turning the function on and off through voice recognition; turning the function on and off through gesture recognition, etc. In other words, users need to remember various ways to activate the new call service in order to use it normally.
[0091] In the above-mentioned embodiment of the present disclosure, the new call service is encapsulated and used in the form of a virtual terminal. For the presentation of the new call service, a new call service interface is formed in a manner similar to the mobile phone interface + APP application. Different new call services are presented as different APPs in the new call service interface. The new call service interface supports display during the call (such as audio call) or hiding first (such as video call) and then displaying according to user operation. The user clicks on the APP on the new call service interface in a manner similar to operating the mobile phone APP to turn on or off the new call service.
[0092] By designing the system in this way, the presentation of different new call services is systematic, the presentation combinations of new call services are decoupled, and adding new call services will not increase the complexity of service presentation. The way users use new call services is unified, which is convenient for users to get used to. The services are in line with users' daily mobile phone operation habits. These methods can improve the defects of the existing presentation and usage of new call services, which is conducive to the use of new call services. The embodiments of the present disclosure also facilitate the introduction of various existing applications into the new call services, thereby increasing the functional scope of the new call services.
[0093] An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored. The computer program is configured to execute the steps of any one of the above method embodiments when run.
[0094] In an exemplary embodiment, the computer-readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to, various media that can store computer programs, such as a USB flash drive, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), a mobile hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
[0095] An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, including a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor is configured to run the computer program to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments.
[0096] In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may further include a transmission device and an input / output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input / output device is connected to the processor.
[0097] For specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and exemplary implementation modes, and this embodiment will not be described in detail here.
[0098] Through the embodiments of the present disclosure, the presentation of new call services can be systematized, the complexity of presenting multiple new call services can be reduced, and the usage of new call services can be standardized while conforming to the user's usage habits.
[0099] Obviously, those skilled in the art should understand that the modules or steps of the present disclosure described above can be implemented using a general-purpose computing device, they can be concentrated on a single computing device, or distributed across a network composed of multiple computing devices, they can be implemented using program code executable by the computing device, and thus, they can be stored in a storage device and executed by the computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described can be performed in a different order than herein, or they can be fabricated into separate integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps can be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module for implementation. Thus, the present disclosure is not limited to any particular combination of hardware and software.
[0100] The foregoing description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure and is not intended to limit the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that various modifications and variations of the present disclosure are possible. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, or improvements made within the principles of the present disclosure shall be included within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
