AI Technical Summary
Existing toilet seat heating technologies require significant waiting time for temperature adjustment and result in energy wastage when preheated for user preferences.
A sitting surface structure for toilet seats that includes a channel structure and a conveying member to rapidly heat the surface using a fluid, which can be air or liquid, and is controlled by a unit that adjusts temperature and inflation based on user input or detection.
Rapid heating of the sitting surface reduces user wait time and minimizes energy consumption by adapting to user preferences without continuous heating.

Abstract
Description
[0001] SITTING SURFACE STRUCTURE
[0002] Subject of the Invention
[0003] The invention relates to a sitting surface structure for the toilet seats, said sitting surface structure enabling to improve the ergonomics for a user to sit on a sitting surface.
[0004] State of the Art
[0005] Along with today's advancing technology, the customization of the product uses and accordingly the improvement in the comfort of the users in the art of ceramic sanitary ware introduce a new technical field. For example, the electronic bidets or the bidet systems enable the bidet liquid to be heated to a temperature determined by a user. Moreover, the heating of the toilet seat lids or toilet seats or the heating of the same to a temperature determined again by a user are also the features where a product may be customized for a user.
[0006] There are two methods available for enabling the users to operate a toilet according to their preferences (seat temperature, etc.) when using an electronic bidet. The first of these is realized as a result of the users manually or automatically (the choice of a preference from a memory) inputting their preferences via a control panel on the product, via a remote control, or via a mobile application, if available, when starting to use said product. Since a certain time is required to elapse in order for the electronic bidet to attain the preferred conditions (seat temperature, etc.), this method reduces the user comfort. Another method is realized as a result of the product standing ready at all times according to the preferences (such as the desired seat temperature, etc.) predefined by the user by the use of a control panel on the product, a remote control, or a mobile application, if available. This method results in the electronic bidet continuously consuming excess energy in order to ensure that the product is ready at all times according the preferences of the user when set to "standby" mode, even when the user will not use the product for a long time. Consequently, all the technical problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.
[0007] Object of the Invention
[0008] An object of the invention is to introduce a sitting surface structure for enabling the sitting surface of a toilet seat to be heated in an accelerated manner.
[0009] Another object of the invention is to introduce a sitting surface structure where the loss of comfort resulting from the necessity for a user to wait for the sitting surface to heat up and / or the wastage of energy resulting from the sitting surface being heated beforehand is / are prevented.

[0018] The invention relates to a sitting surface (2) structure for the toilet seats (1), said sitting surface (2) structure enabling to improve the ergonomics for a user to sit on a sitting surface (2). Said sitting surface (2) structure is characterized in that the sitting surface (2) structure comprises at least one channel structure disposed between said toilet seat (1) and said sitting surface (2), at least one conveying member enabling the fluid to be conveyed into said channel structure, and at least one heater enabling the fluid conveyed by said conveying member to be heated. In this way, it is made possible to heat the sitting surface by means of the warm fluid filling into said channel structure. In a possible embodiment of the invention, said fluid may be a liquid or air. In the preferred embodiment, said fluid is the air.
[0019] In a possible embodiment of the invention, said sitting surface (2) is a sitting surface (2), which is configured to inflate by means of the fluid filling into said channel structure. In this way, an improvement is further enabled in the user's comfort for sitting. In a possible embodiment, said sitting surface (2) is a sitting surface (2), which is made from a flexible material.
[0020] In a possible embodiment of the invention, said channel structure is configured in the form of a channel, which extends along at least three sides of the toilet seat (1). In a possible embodiment, said channel structure is configured in the form of a channel, which extends along the entire toilet seat (1).
[0021] In a possible embodiment of the invention, the sitting surface (2) structure comprises the channel structures separately configured on four sides of said toilet seat (1). In a possible embodiment, the sitting surface (2) structure comprises at least three conveying members enabling the fluid to be conveyed to the separate channel structures in the front section, rear section and side sections of said toilet seat (1). In a possible embodiment, the sitting surface (2) structure comprises at least three valves for controlling the fluid flow to the separate channel structures in the front section, rear section and side sections of said toilet seat (1). A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said conveying member and / or said heater and / or said valves is / are configured such that their operation will be triggered by means of at least one control unit. In a possible embodiment, said control unit is associated with at least one user interface in a way to receive the commands from said user interface in order for said control unit to trigger the operation of said conveying member and / or said heater and / or said valves. In this way, the user is enabled to set by means of the user interface a desired temperature and / or a desired extent of inflation / softness for a desired area of the sitting surface (2). In a possible embodiment, said control unit is associated with at least one sensor, which enables the presence of at least one user to be detected, in order for said control unit to trigger the operation of said conveying member and / or said heater and / or said valves. In this embodiment, the control unit is associated with at least one memory unit. Said memory unit may contain the predefined temperature information. In case a user is detected by means of said sensor, the control unit enables the sitting surface (2) to be heated.
[0022] In a possible embodiment of the invention, said conveying member may be a pump. In a possible embodiment, said conveying member may be a pump with heater where a conveying member and a heater are provided together. In another possible embodiment, said conveying member may be a fan.
