Description

PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHODDESCRIPTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention discloses a professional reputation and customer management system, and more particularly, the invention relates to a professional management system and method to empower professionals while improving professional interoperability and evaluation.BACKGROUNDINTERPRETATION CONSIDERATIONS

[0002] This section describes the technical field and discusses problems encountered in the technical field. Therefore, statements in the section are not to be construed as prior art.DISCUSSION

[0003] Technology significantly influences human lifestyle and decision-making. A consumer or user searches online for goods, services, businesses, organizations, websites, particular information on a page, or any entity being traded. The technology-enabled access to information in large quantities has led to a change in consumer behaviour. This profusion of information enables the user to select among available choices, considering various circumstances and scenarios. Multiple customer management systems exist to manage organizational interactions with customers, automating processes related to marketing and support. However, these systems primarily focus on the customer-organization relationship, often neglecting the professionals interacting with customers.

[0004] In one example, a customer management system (CMS) centralizes customer data from various sources to create detailed profiles and track interactions. The system supports sales, marketing automation, and customer support while providing analytics for informed decisionmaking. Although the system enables personalized engagement and operational scaling, it does not consider the roles or performance of professionals within the organization.

[0005] One such system and method, disclosed in the US publication 20120203584A1 , is a customer management system that identifies potential customers by analyzing a company's private database and publicly available information about its current customers. It generates textbased terms linked to scores to create a customer profile, which helps in targeting potential buyers. However, the system only focuses on company-level profiles, overlooking the roles or performance of individual professionals within those companies, which may hinder effective customer targeting.

[0006] Another US publication, 20140297363A1 , discloses a customer management system within a merchant's framework that collects first-party and third-party data to create detailedcustomer profiles. The system formulates rules to assess customer disposition based on these profiles and utilizes real-time interaction data to predict behaviour. The system adapts shopping experiences and marketing content accordingly to improve conversion rates. However, the system focuses solely on merchant-level profiles, neglecting individual professionals' roles within the organization.

[0007] Customer management systems enhance business relationships by collecting and analyzing customer data to provide insights into behaviour and preferences. They include tools for contact storage, communication tracking, lead management, and support. By leveraging this data, organizations can personalize interactions, streamline sales and marketing, and improve customer service, fostering loyalty and retention. However, these systems often overlook the important roles of professionals within organizations.

[0008] While prior art attempted to solve the problems mentioned above, these systems primarily focus on customer-centric aspects such as contact information, communication history, and feedback analysis. Consequently, they inadvertently neglect to fully acknowledge and support the unique expertise, skills, and contributions of professionals interacting with customers. Professionals are vital in providing specialized knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and personalized services directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

[0009] Therefore, there is a need for a professional management system and method to strike a balance between data-driven customer management and recognizing the indispensable role played by professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0010] An objective of the present invention is to provide a professional management system and method that empowers professionals by maintaining their portfolios and ratings.

[0011] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a professional management system and method for improving customer experience through personalization.

The linking or delinking updates the profile of the entity maintained at the central server based on changes in the relationship of the one or more entities in the entity network.

[0016] In an embodiment of the present invention, the one or more entities are associated with one or more users.

[0017] In an embodiment of the present invention, the relationship between at least two entities in the at least one entity network is based on a predefined criteria stored in the central server, a real-time event triggered between two entities, or an interaction between the entity and the central server.

[0018] In an embodiment of the present invention, the central server automatically selects the relevant entity network and the at least one profile of the entity to enable the delivery of professional services.

[0019] In another embodiment of the present invention, the central server updates the profile of the entity based on the linking or delinking, including modification of a rating associated with the profile of the respective entities.

[0020] In another embodiment of the present invention, the central server provides personalized recommendations to the one or more entities based on the modified profiles, location of a user associated with the one or more entities, and relationships in the entity network.

[0021] In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the central server implements an artificial intelligence (Al) algorithm to select one or more entities and predicts a potential professional entity network based on the selected one or more entities.

[0022] In an embodiment of the present invention, the central server segments rating and review between the one or more entities in the entity network based on the entity profile, entity type, and other predefined criteria.

[0023] According to a second aspect of the present invention, the present invention relates to a method of registering one or more entities to a central server. The method comprises the steps of (a) creating a secure communication channel between a user device of the one or more entities and the central server; (b) receiving a registration request from the one or more entities including credentials and a profile of the entities; (c) validating the received credentials at the central serverbased on predefined criteria; (d) storing the credentials and the profile of the entities in a memory module of the central server upon successful validation; (e) sending a confirmation message to the user device of the entities, indicating successful registration; and (f) creating an entity network based on the profile of the entities and the interaction of the entities with one or more other entities in the entity network.

[0024] According to a third aspect of the present invention, the present invention relates to a professional management method. The method comprises the steps of (a) associating one or more user devices to at least one entity; (b) storing at least one profile of at least one entity in a central server; (c) determining a relationship between at least two entities in an entity network; (d) linking or delinking the entities based on the determined relationship; and (e) updating the at least one profile of the at least one entity maintained at the central server to reflect changes based on the linking or delinking of the entities in the entity network.

[0025] Thus, the invention provides a common platform for the service provider, consumer, and associated members to improve interoperability. The system maintains a separate portfolio for each entity, delivering targeted content, a fair evaluation system, and an improved user experience. [0043] FIG. 1 (a) illustrates a professional management system 100 in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The professional management system 100 comprises at least one entity network 102, at least one distributing server 104, a communication network 106, and a central server 108.

[0044] The at least one entity network 102 may include one or more entity networks (102-1 , 102- 2, , 102-N). The one or more entity networks (102-1 , 102-2, , 102-N) include one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] and are interconnected to each other using a network (not shown).

[0045] The one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102- 22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] may include but are not limited to at least one of a customer, a professional, or an organization or a combination thereof. Alternatively, the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] may include but are not limited to service providers, consumers, or product manufacturers. The number of entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] in the entity network (102-1 , 102-2, , 102-N) are allowed to be added or removed, as necessary, providing scalability to the system 100.

[0046] Depending on the specific industry, the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] may vary, allowing for flexibility in the system 100 configurations.

[0047] In one example, the professional management system 100 has only one entity network (102-1) having one or more entities (102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N).

[0048] The one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102- 22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] may be associated with one or more user devices. The one or more user devices enable a user of the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N 1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] to create at least one profile of the entity. The user enters the information of the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102- 12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102- N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] to register with the central server 108. This improves personalized user experiences, enhances engagement, and provides targeted services. The term data or information is interchangeably used throughout the description.

[0049] In one of the examples, the information includes user or entity profile data. The entity profile data comprises a demographic information (includes basic details such as age, gender, location, education level, and income), personal preferences (user’s likes, dislikes, and interests), behavioural data (usage patterns and frequency of access), professional information (job title, employer’s name, department, skills, experience levels, and accomplishments), settings and configurations (interface settings, notification preferences and accessibility options) and account information (usernames, passwords and security questions). The entity profile or the profile of the entity is interchangeably used throughout the description and has similar meaning and functionality.

[0050] The entity profile data enable the system 100 to understand better the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102- 2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] and cater their specific needs, resulting in enhanced overall satisfaction and usability of applications or platforms.

[0051] The one or more user devices associated with the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] may include a mobile application or a web application connected to the central server 108 through the network (not shown). The network enables secure and efficient data transmission between the one or more user devices and the system 100, facilitating the exchange of user input and the system 100 responses. The one or more user devices ensure that the user can access and interact with the system 100 remotely via the mobile or web application, regardless of the user’s location. Additionally, the communication may be encrypted using HTTPS to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data transmitted over the network.

[0052] The one or more user devices, including mobile and web applications, connect to the central server 108 via the network (not shown), enabling efficient data transmission. This allows remote access and interaction with the system 100 while ensuring data confidentiality through HTTPS encryption.

[0053] In one of the examples, the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102- N4, > , 102-NN)] is the service provider or organization. The organization is associated with the one or more user devices for entering one or more relevant information to establish identity and preferences while creating the organization profile. In another example, the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] include the professional. Similarly, one or more user devices are associated with the professional for entering information to create the professional profile, and hence, an entity in the system for a professional. In yetanother example, the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102- NN)] include the customer. Similarly, the one or more user devices are associated with the customer for entering information to create the customer profile related to the entity of the customer. In one example, the service provider or organization may request the professional and the customer to register individually in the central server 108 and vice versa. In another example, the professional may request the customer to register with the central server 108.

[0054] The information collected includes personal details (name, emails, unique identifier, password), demographic data (date of birth, gender, location), contact information (phone number for authentication and support, addresses for shipping), preferences (language, notification settings), activity data (app interactions, purchase history), and social media integration for easy logins and sharing.

[0055] The one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] are provided with an option to specify which information remains private and which information is to be made public. In one of the examples, the professional’s name, gender, location, experience, and skills are public information that is visible to any other entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102- 14 , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24 > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102- N3, 102-N4 > , 102-NN)]. However, other information like activity tracking data, interaction- related data, and other data related to real-time work records are kept private. In another example, the professional is provided with an option to choose the information that is to be kept private and to be public. A similar option of selected private data is available to all entity types in the system 100. There is also an option for selectively sharing the information with an entity or a group of entities for completing a transaction, such as delivery of professional service or search of a professional.

[0056] The system 100 employs multifactor authentication to secure sensitive entity information, allowing access only after successful verification. This ensures that entity information remains private and is shared with other entities for a limited time based on industry-specific guidelines following authentication. The system 100 then facilitates auto background verification with more credibility.

[0057] In one example, the user information related to the entity may be stored within the device associated with the entity. In another example, the user information is stored in the distributed server 104 or the central server 108 and can be accessed based on the entity’s approval.

[0058] The distributing server 104 manages, processes, or stores the information received from the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] via the network (notshown). The distributing server 104 is a cloud-based server, or a dedicated on-premises server, depending on the architecture of the system 100. The distributing server 104 is responsible for aggregating information from one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102- I N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)], executing advanced data analytics, providing decision-making capabilities, or facilitating real-time resource allocation, access and control.

[0059] The at least one distributing server 104 includes one or more distributing servers (104-1 , 104-2, , 104-N). The one or more distributing servers (104-1 , 104-2, , 104-N) include a processing module (104-11 , 104-21 , > , 104-N1), a memory module (104-12, 104-22, > , 104-N2), and a communication module (104-13, 104-23, , 104-N3).

[0060] The processing module (104-11 , 104-21 , > , 104-N1) is configured to perform operations based on information received from one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)]. After receiving the information, the processing module (104-11 , 104-21 , > , 104-N1) interprets and processes the information according to predefined algorithms, logic, or instructions stored in the memory module (104-12, 104-22, > , 104-N2). The operations may include computational tasks such as data analysis, decision-making, or system control, depending on the nature of the information received. For example, if the first entity sends the information, the processing module (104-11 , 104-21 , , 104-N1) may perform data filtering, aggregation, or analysis to extract meaningful insights. Alternatively, if the entity sends a command or request, the processing module (104-11 , 104-21 , > , 104-N1) may execute a corresponding action, such as adjusting system parameters, triggering an alert, or initiating a communication process.

[0061] In one example, the distributed server 104 may be a local server managing the one or more entity networks (102-1 , 102-2,....,102-N) (network of service providers, the customers and professionals) within a city. In one example, the first entity network 102-1 is a salon service provider and the second entity network 102-2 is another branch providing the salon services in a different city. Both the entity networks (102-1 , 102-2) are connected through a network 106. In one example, the distributed server 104-1 receives a plurality of service requests for service booking from the one or more entities (102-1 , 102-2, , 102-N). The distributed server (104-1 , 104-2,... 104-N) implements load balancing techniques to process the received requests smoothly and quickly for efficient utilization of computing power, as requests can be distributed among several servers (104-2,... .104-N) rather than relying on a single server 104-1. The distributed servers (104-1 , 104-2, , 104-N) manage and synchronize access to shared resources, such as databases and files, ensuring that multiple clients can access them without conflicts or data corruption. This management is essential for maintaining data integrity across the system 100. Another important aspect of the distributed server 104 is fault tolerance, allowing the system 100to continue functioning even if one or more servers fail. In this case, the backup servers (104- 2... 104-N) work as a primary server, if the primary server 104-1 fails.

[0065] The central server 108 is connected to the at least one distributed server 104 via the communication network 106 to maintain the profile of the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)]. The central server 108 is a remote server that manages, processes, stores, or distributes information shared by the distributing server 104.

[0066] The central server 108 manages interactions among the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] or the distributed servers (104-1 , 104- 2,....104-N). The central server 108 serves as a hub for information exchange and profilemanagement. The central server 108 is a master server that manages the resources shared between the distributed servers (104-1 , 104-2,....104-N). The central server 108 automatically selects the relevant entity network 102 and the at least one profile of the entity to enable the delivery of professional services.

[0067] The central server 108 includes a processing module 110, a memory module 112, a communication module 114, and an entity relationship adapter 116. The central server 108 may be responsible for aggregating data from the multiple distributed servers (104-1 ,104-2 104-N), executing advanced data analytics, providing decision-making capabilities, or facilitating real-time remote access and control. Additionally, the central server 108 can store large volumes of data of historical interaction or long-term storage, as well as coordinate communication between the system 100 within the network.

[0068] The processing module 110 determines the relationship between at least two entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102- 2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] in the at least one entity network 102 based on a predefined criteria stored in the memory module 112 of the central server 108. The predefined criteria include service history relationship between one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] and feedback provided by the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)].

[0069] The predefined criteria include at least one of the following: an approval requirement, hierarchical relationship, data validation of the profile of the entity [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102- 14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102- N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] (verified information and certain profile information completeness), geographical or organizational constraint. The system 100 confirms these relationships to maintain data integrity and ensure that only valid connections are established.

[0070] The processing module 110, the memory module 112, and the communication module 116 may be the same as discussed above for the processing module (104-11 , 104-21 , , 104-N1), the memory module (104-12, 104-22, > , 104-N2), and the communication module (104-13, 104-23, , 104-N3), therefore not mentioned here to avoid repetition.

[0071] The memory module 112 can include one or more software programs, the at least one profile of the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] or algorithms, each of which includes an ordered listing of executable instructions for implementing logical functions.

[0072] The memory module 112 stores structured data related to the at least one profile of the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)]. The structured data related to the at least one profile of the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] corresponds to various attributes of one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102- N4, , 102-NN)]. The various attributes of the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] include but are not limited to the ratings, user interaction data, service history and user preference data. In one of the scenarios, the customer books one or more services from the concerned professional and provides feedback for the services. The feedback form is generated by the central server 108 and sent to the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2 N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] after the completion of the service. The central server 108 may send the feedback form just after the completion of the service or after a period of time. The central server 108 receives the feedback from the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102- N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] and segments the rating and review mentioned in the feedback form between the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102- I N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] in the entity network 102 based on the profile of the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)], entity type and other predefined criteria stored in the memory module 112. If the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] does not respond to the feedback form within a predetermined period of time, the central server 108 presumed the rating and review to empower the service providers and professionals. The details of the WIPO Publication WO2024062495A1 have been taken into account for reference of the presumed rating and review.

[0073] The rating is reflected in the respective profile associated with the professional, organization, and product companies. Herein, the organization rating is partially dependent on the cumulative rating of the professionals associated with the organization.

[0074] In one example, the structured data enhances the ability of the system 100 to analyse relationships between the customers and the professionals or the relationship between the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102- 24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] while optimizingservices offered. Therefore, the structured data helps in delivering targeted services and improving the overall experience.

[0075] The communication module 114 enables the communication between multiple modules of the central server 108. The communication module (104-13, 104-23, > , 104-N3) includes interfaces for both data reception and transmission, allowing the central server 108 to send and receive information to / from distributed network 104. The communication module 114 may support similar wired or wireless data communication protocols, techniques, or methodologies as discussed above for the communication module (104-13, 104-23, > , 104-N3), therefore it is not mentioned here to avoid repetition.

[0076] The entity relationship adapter 116 links or delinks the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102- 12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102- N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] based on a relationship between at least two entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102- 2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] in the entity network 102. The linking allows collaborative interactions and information sharing among connected entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2 N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)]. In one example, the entity relationship adapter 116 is responsible for linking or delinking the profile of the professional with the one or more organizations within the entity network 102 or linking or delinking the profile of the customer with the profile of the professional.

[0077] The entity relationship adapter 116 may be a part of the processing module 110 or maybe a separate module. The processing module 110 validate and confirm the linking or delinking between the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102- 22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] and accordingly modifies the rating associated with the profile of the respective entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102- N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)]. This systematic approach enables accurate validation of relationships and ensures that any changes in the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] connections are quickly reflected in their profiles.

[0078] The entity relationship adapter 116 is crucial for establishing and modifying relationships between the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102- 22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] in the at least one entity network 102. The entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] are linked or delinked based on a predefined criteria stored in the central server 108, areal-time event triggered between at least two entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, . ,102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, . , 102-2N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)] or an interaction between the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13,102-14, . , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, . , 102-2N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2,102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)] and the central server 108 to enable the delivery of professional services. The entity relationship adapter 116 facilitates linking and delinking based on predefined criteria. The linking or delinking updates the profile maintained at the central server 108 based on changes in the relationship between at least two entities in the entity network 102. The entity relationship adapter 116 may include a processor for executing deep learning algorithms to automatically determine the relationship between multiple entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102- 14, . , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, . , 102-2N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)] based on their social media accounts or information available through the networked devices of entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, . , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, . , 102-2 N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)], such as cookies, location of the two entities, interaction of the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102- 14, . , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, . , 102-2N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)], geo-fencing and other tracking technologies available in the art.

[0079] The entity relationship adapter 116 is triggered automatically whenever any predefined set of events occurs. The events include but are not limited to requests for delinking or linking, changes in the location of the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, . , 102-1 N), (102-21 ,102-22, 102-23, 102-24, . , 102-2N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)] or a combination thereof. Whenever a predefined set of events is detected, the central server 108 automatically triggers the entity relationship adapter 116 to update the relationships in the entity network 102.

[0080] In one example, the present invention is equipped with a provision that allows the professional to delink his / her profile and link with the profile of another professional. In this case, the rating of the previous organization and the current organization is modified based on the rating of the professional. When the linking and delinking occur, the ratings associated with the respective profiles are adjusted according to predefined criteria to ensure that the professional’s reputation reflects the organization’s current affiliations or ratings.

[0081] The entity relationship adapter 116 automatically updates the relationship between the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, . , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23,102-24, . , 102-2N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)] whenever any location of the one or more entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, . , 102-1 N), (102-21 ,102-22, 102-23, 102-24, . , 102-2N), . , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, . , 102-NN)] is changed and ensures the system 100 reflects the new relationship based on entities [(102-11 ,102-12, 102-13, 102-14, > , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, > , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, , 102-NN)] new position.

[0082] The entity relationship adapter 116 automatically updates the relationship between the entities [(102-11 , 102-12, 102-13, 102-14, , 102-1 N), (102-21 , 102-22, 102-23, 102-24, , 102-2N), > , (102-N1 , 102-N2, 102-N3, 102-N4, > , 102-NN)] after the completion of a service. [0095] In one example, the first, second or third entity layers (202, 204, 206) include but are not limited to service providers, an organisation, a company, a professional, a customer, or a combination thereof.

[0096] FIG. 3(a) illustrates a central server 300 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The central server 300 includes a processing module 302, a memory module 304, a communication module 306, an entity relationship module 308, an artificial intelligence (Al) module 310, a rating and review module 312, a notification and recommendation module 314, and a location-based service module 316.

[0097] The processing module 302, the memory module 304, the communication module 306 and the entity relationship module 308 are clearly discussed in detail in FIG. 1 (a), therefore not repeated here to avoid repetition. The complete structure and functionality of these components are the same as discussed in FIG. 1(a) to FIG. 1(c).

[0098] The central server 300 is integrated with the artificial intelligence (Al) module 310 for personalized recommendations and predictions. The artificial intelligence (Al) module 310 offersa provision of virtual try-on or augmented reality. The artificial intelligence (Al) module 310 is integrated with social media for leveraging social platforms to gather data on trends and customer preferences. The artificial intelligence (Al) module 310 adapts to customer behaviour in real-time for more tailored suggestions. The artificial intelligence (Al) module 310 undergoes training and learning using training data sourced from various media outlets, including external databases and pre-fed databases.

[0099] In one of the examples, the central server 300 allows the professionals from different organizations to build a team or solution for the delivery of special services. The central server 300 implements artificial intelligence (Al) module 310 to predict a relevant service or a potential professional entity network based on the selected one or more entities. In one example, the central server 300 selects a hairdresser from Loreal and a makeup artist from Lakme to build a team or solution for the delivery of special services. In addition to the relevant service, the artificial intelligence (Al) module 310 also predicts the probability of success to draw the interest of investors. The system automatically selects the one or more entities based on the request for the delivery of the special services and connects with all entities in real-time to facilitate the delivery of services or arrangements for the delivery of services. This is not possible through manual selection because of the large number of combinations of multiple entities and their respective profiles. In one such example, if the customer selects Lakme salon for selection, the selection has to be validated which is the closest Lakme salon meeting the predefined set of conditions of the customer before creating a team of the professionals or solutions. In one example, a customer receiving a haircut from a hairdresser at Lakme Salon in Pune may seek similar stylist matches in a new location, the customer is relocated or wants to relocate. This need arises if the customer moves or if their current hairdresser leaves the salon. To facilitate this, a system identifies the same professional or similar matches of the professionals based on the customer's preferences and past experiences. By analyzing the stylist's skills and the services requested, the system can recommend suitable alternatives in the new area, ensuring continuity of service and satisfaction for the customer during their transition.

[0100] The central server 300 is coupled with the rating and review module 312 for receiving rating submissions, processing ratings, and updating allocated ratings to the relevant user profile. In one example, the rating and review module 312 presumed a rating, review, confidence level or a combination thereof for the provided service. The rating and review module 312 automatically assigns a presumed rating or 5-star rating and reviews if no response is received within a predetermined period. The rating and review module 312 automatically modifies a presumed rating or 5-star rating and reviews if a response is received within a predetermined period. The rating and review module 312 is also implemented for advertisement to improve targeting. In one of the examples, the rating and review module 312 takes surveys from the potential targetcustomer for each advertisement by sending the prompt of interested and not interested and based on the surveys, the rating and review module improves targeting.

[0101] The notification and recommendation module 314 is responsible for generating and delivering timely alerts and personalized suggestions to users based on their interactions, preferences, or system events. The notification and recommendation module 314 tracks user behaviour and activity, sending notifications for updates, reminders, or important actions. The notification and recommendation module 314 also provides tailored recommendations, offers, or cashback to enhance user experience and engagement.

[0102] The location-based service module 316 is designed to provide users with personalized services and information based on their geographic location. The location-based service module 316 leverages GPS, Wi-Fi, or other location-tracking technologies to determine an entity’s position in real time, enabling the delivery of relevant content such as nearby businesses, location-specific promotions, or other contextual services. The location-based service module 316 enhances the user experience by providing targeted, context-aware features tailored to the user's current location.

[0103] In one example, the central server 300 may include a behaviour tracking module that collects data on entity interactions, such as clicks and purchases. The memory module 304 of the central server 300 stores product data and uses the processing module 302 to select and display relevant advertisements based on tracked behaviour. Additionally, the central server 300 may connect to an advertisement server to serve ads dynamically based on user profiles and real-time interactions.

[0104] In another example, the central server 300 may include a time-tracking module that monitors time spent on tasks, summarizing work hours, productivity, and project progress. Realtime work records, including task duration and customer interactions, are shared exclusively with the organization.

[0105] In another example, the central server 300 may include a booking module and inventory management system to facilitate scheduling and prevent double bookings. The central server 300 collaborates with the memory module 304 for database management of bookings, user profiles, and product availability.

[0106] FIG. 3(b) illustrates a memory module 304 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The memory module 304 stores at least one entity profile 304-1. The at least one entity profile may include an organization profile 304-11 , a professional profile 304-12, a customer profile 304-13 or a combination thereof. The organization profile 304-11 stores and registers the type of services that the organization is providing. The professional profile 304-12 stores the profile and registers the skills, work experience, location, working details, specialproduct offered by the professional, and expertise level of equipment handling. The customer profile 304-13 stores personal details (name, age, gender, location), service history, and preferences. In one example, the organization is a hair salon, the professional is a hairdresser, and the customer is a person who needs a haircut.

[0107] FIG. 4(a) illustrates a system 400 in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The system 400 includes an entity network 402, a communication network 404 and a central server 406. The entity network 402 comprises one or more entities (402-1 , 402-2, , 402-N). A first entity (E1) 402-1 is connected to a second entity (E2) 402-2. The relationship between E1 and E2 is managed by an entity relationship adapter 410 and the relationship data or information stored in a memory module 408 of the central server 406 is clearly shown in FIG. 4(a). An exemplary relationship between a professional and an organization is shown in FIG. 4(b). In one example, the E1 402-1 is a professional and the E2 402-2 is an organization. The professional 402-1 is in a relationship with the organization 402-2.

[0108] FIG. 5(a) illustrates a system 500 in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention. The system 500 includes an entity network 502, a communication network 504, and a central sensor 506. The entity network 502 comprises one or more entities (502-1 , 502-2, > , 502-N). A first entity (E1) switches (delink and link) from a second entity (E2) to a third entity (E3) by delinking an entity profile from E2 and linking the entity profile to E3. The delinking of the entity profile from E2 and linking of the profile to E3 is managed by an entity relationship adapter 510 and the linking / delinking data or information is stored by a memory module 508 of the central server 506. An exemplary relationship between a professional and two organizations is shown in FIG. 5(b). In one example, the professional switches from a first organization to a second organization by delinking the profile from the first organization and linking the profile to the second organization. The customers linked with the professional receive a notification regarding the location change or organization change. The first organization, the second organization and the professional also receive the notification regarding the switch. In one of the examples, the delinking and linking of the professional or customer profile also demand approval.

[0109] Fig. 6 illustrates a flowchart of a method 600 for delinking a professional from one organization and linking to a second organization in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The method 600 comprises the steps of: (a) triggering 602 an event by a professional; (b) requesting 604 by the professional to a central server for delinking the professional from a current organization and linking to a second organization; (c) authenticating and updating 606 by the central server changes based on the received request; and (d) transmitting 608 a notification to the professional about the successful update.

[0110] Delinking a professional from a current organization and linking to a second organization includes delinking rating data associated with the professional in the previous organization andlinking the rating data to the second organization. The central server updates the rating in a memory module and transmits the notification to the professional.

[0111] FIG. 7 illustrates a flowchart of a method 700 of registering one or more entities to a central server in accordance with the exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
